Abstract

本发明公开了一种用废瓷和废玻璃制成具有裂纹釉面陶瓷产品的生产方法,包括以下生产步骤:取废瓷、废玻璃、锆英砂、滑石混合后粉碎过筛,进行熔制,使之熔融后,再经水淬烘干制成熔块备用;取熔块、长石、硅藻土、钟乳石、高岭土放入球磨机,再加入清水进行球磨过筛,制成裂纹瓷釉备用;取熔块、长石、硅石粉、钟乳石、高岭土放入球磨机,再加入清水进行球磨过筛,再经过筛、除铁、压滤和练泥后,制成瓷泥备用;取上述备用的瓷泥生产陶瓷坯体,然后进行素烧;然后用上述备用的裂纹瓷釉对素烧后的坯体进行施釉,然后进行釉烧,制成本发明的产品。本发明制成的产品釉面平滑,裂纹细腻,成品率高,可大量回收利用废弃陶瓷和废弃玻璃。

Description

用废瓷和废玻璃制成具有裂纹釉面陶瓷产品的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷领域,具体是用废瓷和废玻璃制成具有裂纹釉面陶瓷产品的生产方法。
背景技术
瓷器釉面布满许多小裂纹,有疏有密,有粗有细,有长有短,有曲有直,形似龟裂、蟹爪或冰裂的纹路,称为裂纹釉。目前尚未有利用废瓷和废玻璃材料制成裂纹釉面陶瓷产品的报道。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种用废瓷和废玻璃制成具有裂纹釉面陶瓷产品的生产方法,本发明制成的产品釉面平滑,裂纹细腻,成品率高,可大量回收利用废弃陶瓷和废弃玻璃。
用废瓷和废玻璃制成具有裂纹釉面陶瓷产品的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下生产步骤:
(1)、取废瓷38~42重量份、废玻璃34~36重量份、锆英砂8~12重量份、滑石14~16重量份混合后粉碎过325目筛,放入坩埚中在1260~1280℃下进行熔制,使之熔融后,再经传统方式的水淬、烘干后,制成熔块备用;
(2)、取熔块38~42重量份、长石38~42重量份、硅藻土8~12重量份、钟乳石4~6重量份、高岭土4~6重量份放入球磨机,再加入重量为混和原料30%的清水进行球磨过240目筛,制成裂纹瓷釉备用;
(3)、取熔块38~42重量份、长石14~16重量份、硅石粉28~32重量份、钟乳石4~6重量份、高岭土8~12重量份放入球磨机,再加入重量为混和原料30%的清水进行球磨过240目筛,再经过筛、除铁、压滤和练泥后,制成瓷泥备用;
(4)、取上述备用的瓷泥按陶瓷产品传统生产方式生产出陶瓷坯体,然后在1280~1300℃下进行素烧5~6小时;
(5)、然后用上述备用的裂纹瓷釉对素烧后的坯体进行施釉,釉层厚度为0.5~1mm,然后在1280~1300℃下进行釉烧7~8小时,制成本发明的产品。
上述方法中,为了丰富制品的裂纹色彩,还可以在已烧成的釉的裂纹中填充煤烟、墨汁等物质,使纹路呈现棕、褐、黑等色调;或是在坯体表面施上膨胀系数与瓷泥相近的底釉,与瓷泥素烧同样温度烧成后,再在上面覆盖本发明的裂纹瓷釉进行釉烧,产品在裂纹处可露出底釉的颜色。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例及对比例对本发明进行详细的说明。
实施例:取废瓷40重量份、废玻璃35重量份、锆英砂10重量份、滑石15重量份混合后粉碎过325目筛,放入坩埚中在1260℃下进行熔制,使之熔融后,再经水淬、烘干,制成熔块备用;
取熔块40重量份、长石40重量份、硅藻土10重量份、钟乳石5重量份、高岭土5重量份放入球磨机,再加入清水30重量份进行球磨过240目筛,制成裂纹瓷釉备用;
取熔块40重量份、长石15重量份、硅石粉30重量份、钟乳石5重量份、高岭土10重量份放入球磨机,再加入清水30重量份进行球磨过240目筛,再经过筛、除铁、压滤和练泥后,制成瓷泥备用;
取上述备用的瓷泥按陶瓷产品传统生产方式生产出陶瓷坯体,然后在1280℃下进行素烧6小时;
然后用上述备用的裂纹瓷釉对素烧后的坯体进行施釉,釉层厚度为0.8mm,然后在1280℃下进行釉烧8小时,制成本发明的产品。
对比例1:与实施例不同的是,熔块原料直接按比例加入瓷釉和瓷泥中,不进行熔融处理,制得对比例1的产品。
对比例2:与实施例不同的是,熔块中不加入锆英砂和滑石,制得对比例2的产品。
对比例3:与实施例不同的是,将瓷釉与瓷泥的配方互换,制得对比例3的产品。
将上述制成的产品进行比较,结果如下表:

Claims (1)

1.用废瓷和废玻璃制成具有裂纹釉面陶瓷产品的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下生产步骤:
(1)、取废瓷38~42重量份、废玻璃34~36重量份、锆英砂8~12重量份、滑石14~16重量份混合后粉碎过325目筛,放入坩埚中在1260~1280℃下进行熔制,使之熔融后,再经水淬、烘干,制成熔块备用;
(2)、取熔块38~42重量份、长石38~42重量份、硅藻土8~12重量份、钟乳石4~6重量份、高岭土4~6重量份放入球磨机,再加入重量为混和原料30%的清水进行球磨过240目筛,制成裂纹瓷釉备用;
(3)、取熔块38~42重量份、长石14~16重量份、硅石粉28~32重量份、钟乳石4~6重量份、高岭土8~12重量份放入球磨机,再加入重量为混和原料30%的清水进行球磨过240目筛,再经过筛、除铁、压滤和练泥后,制成瓷泥备用;
(4)、取上述备用的瓷泥按陶瓷产品传统生产方式生产出陶瓷坯体,然后在1280~1300℃下进行素烧5~6小时;
(5)、然后用上述备用的裂纹瓷釉对素烧后的坯体进行施釉,釉层厚度为0.5~1mm,然后在1280~1300℃下进行釉烧7~8小时,制成产品。
