本发明涉及一种将布与布粘接的布粘接装置和粘接方法。
背景技术
布粘接装置不是用针和缝线来缝制布,而是用粘接剂来粘接布与布的。用缝线缝制布与布时,缝线会出现在布表面上,从而会产生凹凸。由于布粘接装置是用粘接剂来粘接布与布的,因此,不会在布表面上产生凹凸。利用布粘接装置加工后的布的表面是平滑的。因此,布粘接装置可制作出与皮肤接触时不会感到不舒服的衣服等。
在日本专利申请公开2010年第180487号公报所记载的布粘接装置中,能设定涂布在布上的粘接剂的厚度和排出粘接剂的喷嘴的排出口的宽度。布粘接装置根据操作者踩下踏板的踩下量来确定布的移送速度。布粘接装置使用下式计算出从喷嘴排出的单位时间内的粘接剂量。

布粘接装置为了将粘接剂从喷嘴排出而具有齿轮泵和驱动该齿轮泵的马达。

在技术方案4的布粘接装置中,包括第二获取部,该第二获取部获取上述齿轮泵所能容许的最大转速即最大齿轮速度,当上述滚筒速度比为了按照上述最大齿轮速度驱动上述齿轮泵且将上述涂布厚度的上述粘接剂涂布在上述布上所需的上述滚筒的转速即最大滚筒速度大时,上述判断部判断为不能按照上述齿轮速度驱动上述齿轮泵,上述修正部将上述齿轮速度修正为上述最大齿轮速度,且将上述滚筒速度修正为上述最大滚筒速度。由于布粘接装置将齿轮速度修正为最大齿轮速度,因此,能在齿轮泵所能容许的条件下驱动齿轮泵。藉此,布粘接装置能更稳定地驱动齿轮泵。由于布粘接装置除了修正齿轮速度以外,还将滚筒速度修正为最大滚筒速度,因此,能迅速地进行粘接作业。
技术方案5的布粘接装置的控制方法中,上述布粘接装置包括:喷嘴,该喷嘴具有朝布排出粘接剂的排出口;供给部,该供给部将上述粘接剂朝上述喷嘴供给;以及移送部,该移送部按压并移送上述布,该控制方法的特征是,包括:获取处理,该获取处理获取涂布在上述布上的上述粘接剂的厚度即涂布厚度、上述排出口的与布的移送方向交叉方向上的宽度即排出宽度、上述移送部移送布的速度即移送速度;判断处理,该判断处理判断在为了在以上述移送速度移送的布上涂布上述涂布厚度的粘接剂的供给条件下是否能使上述供给部动作;修正处理,该修正处理在上述判断处理判断为在上述供给条件下上述供给部不能动作时,修正上述供给条件和为了以上述移送速度移送上述布的移送条件中的至少一个;以及控制处理,该控制处理在上述修正处理修正了上述供给条件时,按照修正后的上述供给条件来控制上述供给部,在上述修正处理修正了上述移送条件时,按照修正后的上述移送条件来控制上述移送部。
布粘接装置能根据修正后的供给条件使供给部稳定地动作,从而从喷嘴排出粘接剂。布粘接装置能使涂布在布上的粘接剂的厚度变得稳定,因此,能合适地粘接布与布。布粘接装置根据修正后的移送条件使移送部动作。因此,即便在供给条件下不能使供给部动作时,布粘接装置也能将所期望厚度的粘接剂涂布在布上。因此,布粘接装置能以最合适的厚度将粘接剂涂布在布上,从而能可靠地粘接布与布。

具体实施方式
参照附图对本发明的布粘接装置1进行说明。图2的右斜上侧、左斜下侧、右斜下侧、左斜上侧分别是粘接机2的右侧、左侧、前侧、后侧。
参照图1,对布粘接装置1的结构进行说明。布粘接装置1包括粘接机2、踏板206和操作面板210。粘接机2、操作面板210固定于台板220。粘接机2将粘接剂附着于相对配置的两层布之间。粘接机2按压并移送附着有粘接剂的布。两层布通过粘接机2的上述动作而粘接。对粘接机2的详细构成会在后面记述。
操作面板210包括液晶显示部208和多个按键209。液晶显示部208显示各种信息。按键209进行各种输入。操作者一边观察液晶显示部208一边操作按键209,藉此设定粘接机2的各种动作。踏板206可转动地支撑于台板220的下端。操作者通过调节踏板206的踩下量能调节布的移送速度。控制箱3固定于台板220的背面。控制箱3将安装有CPU201(参照图6)等的控制基板予以收纳。控制箱3与粘接机2、操作面板210和踏板206电连接。
参照图2和图3,对粘接机2的结构进行说明。粘接机2包括底座部11、立柱部12和机臂部13。底座部11呈大致长方体状。立柱部12从底座部11右端朝上方延伸。机臂部13与立柱部12上端连接,并朝立柱部12左侧面的左方突出。机臂部13左端部从前方起依次支撑泵壳体31、贮存室26、梁部14。
泵壳体31包括第一泵壳体32和第二泵壳体33。第一泵壳体32固定于机臂部13左侧面。第一泵壳体32在其内部包括齿轮泵35(参照图4、图5)。齿轮泵35将粘接剂朝喷嘴45供给。第二泵壳体33从第一泵壳体32左下端面朝下方延伸。第二泵壳体33在其左侧包括轴部(未图示)。该轴部与支撑部40上端部右侧连接,将支撑部40支撑成能摆动。泵壳体31包括第一流路51、第二流路52(参照图5)。第一流路51将粘接剂从贮存室26朝齿轮泵35引导。第二流路52将粘接剂从齿轮泵35朝支撑部40引导。
支撑部40的形状呈大致长方体状。在支撑部40的下端与底座部11之间存在极小的间隙。支撑部40在其下端包括喷嘴45。喷嘴45从支撑部40朝左侧延伸。支撑部40在其上端包括驱动传递部43。驱动传递部43对气缸41的可动部42予以支撑。当气缸41的可动部42沿前后移动时,支撑部40以上端的轴部为中心轴在前后方向(图3的箭头A方向)上摆动。随着支撑部40的摆动,喷嘴45在进行布的粘接作业时的位置与进行维修时的位置之间移动。
喷嘴45呈圆筒状,具有将粘接剂排出的排出口。操作者进行布的粘接作业时,排出口与底座部11相对。进行粘接作业时,操作者将喷嘴45插入相对配置的两层布之间。齿轮泵35将粘接剂经由支撑部40内的第三流路53(参照图5)供给到喷嘴45。喷嘴45从排出口朝布排出粘接剂。粘接剂附着在位于喷嘴45下方的布的表面上。
贮存室26呈大致长方体状,从机臂部13左侧的泵壳体31后方部分朝上方延伸。贮存室26包括主体部27、盖部28和盖轴部29。主体部27的形状是上部开口的有底筒状。盖部28覆盖主体部27的上部开口。主体部27在其上端具有盖轴部29。盖轴部29将盖部28支撑成可开闭。贮存室26将粘接剂贮存在主体部27的内部。贮存室26根据需要将所贮存的粘接剂朝喷嘴45供给。
梁部14包括主体部15、弹簧支撑部16和柱部17。主体部15从机臂部13的左侧后端部朝左方水平延伸。弹簧支撑部16呈板状,从主体部15的左后端部朝前方水平延伸。柱部17以与水平面大致成45度的角度从主体部15朝斜前下方延伸。柱部17下端部从底座部11离开。
弹簧支撑部16在其前方端部具有孔。弹簧支撑部16将轴部19支撑成可上下移动。轴部19贯穿弹簧18。轴部19上端部分插入弹簧支撑部16的孔中。
柱部17在其下端部分的左侧包括沿左右方向延伸的轴部(未图示)。该轴部支撑滚筒保持部20的后端部21。滚筒保持部20能使前端部22以该轴部为摆动中心在上下方向上摆动。主体部15在弹簧支撑部16的右侧包括气缸41。气缸41对支撑部40的位置进行切换。
滚筒保持部20的前端部22将圆柱状的上移送滚筒24支撑成能旋转。上移送滚筒24位于喷嘴45后方附近。滚筒保持部20在其前方上表面具有轴支撑部23。轴支撑部23支撑轴部19。弹簧18设于弹簧支撑部16与轴部19的下部之间。弹簧18朝下方对轴部19施力,藉此朝下方对与轴部19连接的滚筒保持部20施力。
参照图4,对粘接机2的内部结构进行说明。粘接机2在其内部包括马达91~93等。马达91通过转轴121将旋转驱动力传递给齿轮泵35,藉此驱动齿轮泵35。齿轮泵35包括驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37。驱动齿轮36与转轴121一起旋转。从动齿轮37与驱动齿轮36啮合。驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37将粘接剂朝喷嘴45供给。
马达92通过转轴126~128和皮带129、130将旋转驱动力传递给上移送滚筒24,藉此驱动上移送滚筒24。马达93通过转轴141和皮带142将旋转驱动力传递给下移送滚筒25,藉此驱动下移送滚筒25。下移送滚筒25呈圆柱状,固定于转轴141。下移送滚筒25位于上移送滚筒24的下方,且位于底座部11内。
参照图5,对粘接剂的流路进行说明。贮存室26的主体部27具有周壁和底壁。主体部27在由周壁和底壁围起的空间内贮存粘接剂。第一流路51是从贮存室26的周壁朝泵壳体31侧延伸的通孔。第一流路51将主体部27所贮存的粘接剂朝齿轮泵35引导。第一流路51从贮存室26延伸至泵壳体31的第一泵壳体32内的中央。第一流路51在第一泵壳体32的中央部分朝右方直角折弯,到达驱动齿轮36与从动齿轮37的啮合部分的上侧。
第二流路52将通过齿轮泵35的粘接剂朝支撑部40的第三流路53引导。第二流路52从驱动齿轮36与从动齿轮37的啮合部分的下端朝左方延伸。朝左方延伸的第二流路52朝下方折弯,并在其下端朝左方折弯,到达支撑部40的上端部的内部。第三流路53将流经第二流路52的粘接剂朝喷嘴45引导。第三流路53在支撑部40内从上端部延伸至下端部,与喷嘴45连接。
参照图6,对布粘接装置1的电气结构进行说明。布粘接装置1包括CPU201、ROM202、RAM203、存储装置99。CPU201执行接收处理和控制处理。接收处理是接收来自按键209、踏板206等的输入信息的处理。控制处理是控制马达等的处理。ROM202存储CPU201所执行的程序和各种初始设定参数等。RAM203存储计时值、计数值、标志、后述的驱动条件图表211。存储装置99存储后述的参数图表991。CPU201与ROM202、RAM203、存储装置99分别电连接。
踏板206与CPU201电连接。操作者在调节布的移送速度时操作踏板206。CPU201可识别踏板206的踩下量。按键209与CPU201电连接。CPU201识别操作者对按键209的按下状态。CPU201根据识别出的按键209的按下状态将操作者输入的信息存储于存储装置99。显示驱动用驱动器205与CPU201电连接。显示驱动用驱动器205与液晶显示部208电连接。CPU201通过显示驱动用驱动器205将期望的信息显示于液晶显示部208。
空气驱动用驱动器204与CPU201电连接。气缸41与空气驱动用驱动器204电连接。CPU201通过空气驱动用驱动器204对送入气缸41的空气的压力进行控制。马达驱动用驱动器207与CPU201电连接。马达91~93分别与马达驱动用驱动器207电连接。CPU201通过马达驱动用驱动器207来控制马达91~93。
参照图7对存储于RAM203的驱动条件图表211进行说明。驱动条件图表211存储齿轮速度和滚筒速度。齿轮速度是粘接作业时驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37的转速。滚筒速度是粘接作业时上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25的转速。在进行粘接作业时,布粘接装置1对马达91进行控制,以按照存储于驱动条件图表211的齿轮速度对驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37进行驱动。在进行粘接作业时,布粘接装置1对马达92、93进行控制,以按照存储于驱动条件图表211的滚筒速度对上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25进行驱动。
参照图8,对参数图表991进行说明。参数图表991存储涂布厚度、排出宽度、最大齿轮速度。涂布厚度是涂布在布上的粘接剂的厚度。排出宽度是喷嘴45的排出口的与布的移送方向交叉的方向(左右方向)上的宽度。最大齿轮速度是对驱动齿轮36和驱动齿轮37进行驱动的马达91的最大转速。操作者在进行粘接作业前通过按键209输入涂布厚度、排出宽度、最大齿轮速度。CPU201将操作者所输入的涂布厚度、排出宽度、最大齿轮速度存储于参数图表991。
参照图9,对将上布151与下布152粘接的粘接作业时粘接机2的动作进行说明。进行粘接作业时,粘接机2使气缸41(参照图2)的可动部42朝前方移动,并使支撑部40朝使用位置移动。操作者将上布151和下布152重叠配置。操作者将喷嘴45配置在布的要粘接部分。上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25在喷嘴45后方夹持上布151和下布152。
操作者踩下踏板206(参照图1)时,齿轮泵35(参照图4、图5)驱动。由于齿轮泵35驱动,因此,粘接剂经由流路51~53(参照图5)从喷嘴45的排出口朝下方排出,并附着于下布152。上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25朝着将上布151和下布152从前方朝后方移送的方向旋转。弹簧18朝下方对上移送滚筒24施力。因此,上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25将上布151朝附着有粘接剂的下布152按压,并使它们粘接。
布粘接装置1以与踏板206的踩下量对应的滚筒速度驱动上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25。所以,布粘接装置1以与踏板206的踩下量对应的移送速度移送布。为将存储于参数图表991的涂布厚度的粘接剂涂布到布上,布粘接装置1按照以下的步骤确定齿轮速度。布粘接装置1使用(1)式根据与踏板206的踩下量对应的移送速度和存储于参数图表991的涂布厚度及排出宽度计算出从喷嘴45排出的单位时间内的粘接剂量。

布粘接装置1确定为了将计算出的量的粘接剂供给到喷嘴45所需的驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37的齿轮速度。根据预先存储于ROM202的系数(基于马达91每旋转一周所供给的粘接剂量)和单位时间内的粘接剂量计算出齿轮速度。布粘接装置1以确定的齿轮速度对驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37进行驱动。因此,布粘接装置1能将存储于参数图表991的涂布厚度的粘接剂涂布到布上。
上述确定的齿轮速度有时会超过参数图表991的最大齿轮速度。马达91以按照上述齿轮速度对驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37进行驱动的方式旋转时,马达91的转速变得不稳定。因此,齿轮泵35的动作变得不稳定,可能无法稳定地将粘接剂供给到喷嘴45。当所确定的齿轮速度超过最大齿轮速度时,布粘接装置1使齿轮速度降低到最大齿轮速度,且使滚筒速度下降。由于齿轮速度降低到了最大齿轮速度,因此,布粘接装置1能使齿轮泵35稳定地动作,能将计算出的量的粘接剂供给到喷嘴45。由于滚筒速度下降了,因此,即便在齿轮速度下降而使粘接剂的排出量减少时,布粘接装置1也能使布的移送速度下降,从而使涂布于布的粘接剂的厚度达到存储于参数图表991的涂布厚度。
参照图10,对布粘接装置1的粘接处理进行说明。当操作者从按键209输入了开始粘接作业的操作时,CPU201执行粘接处理。
CPU201获取参数图表991的涂布厚度、排出宽度、最大齿轮速度(S11)。CPU201根据操作者踩下的踏板206的踩下量设定滚筒速度(S12)。例如,CPU201按照以下的步骤设定滚筒速度。
1:CPU201计算出操作者踩下的踏板206的实际踩下量与踏板206的最大踩下量的比例。
2:CPU201设定上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25能旋转的最大转速。上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25能旋转的最大转速相当于马达92、93能旋转的最大转速。
3:CPU201将上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25能旋转的最大转速与计算出的比例相乘。CPU201将计算结果设定为滚筒速度。
CPU201将设定的滚筒速度存储于驱动条件图表211。不过,滚筒速度的设定方法并不局限于该方法。
CPU201获取以设定好的滚筒速度驱动上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25时布的移送速度。根据滚筒速度和下移送滚筒25的滚筒直径计算出移送速度。CPU201将在S11中获取的涂布厚度和排出宽度、在S13中获取的移送速度代入(1)式,计算出从喷嘴45排出的单位时间内的粘接剂量。CPU201设定为了将计算出的量的粘接剂供给到喷嘴45所需的齿轮速度(S14)。CPU201将设定好的齿轮速度存储于驱动条件图表211。
CPU201计算出以最大齿轮速度对驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37进行驱动时供给到喷嘴45的单位时间内的粘接剂量。以下,将按最大齿轮速度驱动齿轮泵35时供给到喷嘴45的单位时间内的粘接剂量设为“最大供给量”。CPU201将参数图表991的涂布厚度、排出宽度和最大供给量代入(1)式,计算出布的移送速度。CPU201设定按计算出的移送速度移送布时的滚筒速度(S15)。将以根据涂布厚度、排出宽度、最大供给量计算出的移送速度移送布所需的滚筒速度设为“最大滚筒速度”。最大滚筒速度是稳定地涂布参数图表991的涂布厚度的粘接剂时的最大滚筒速度。CPU201将在S15中设定好的最大滚筒速度、在S12中设定好的滚筒速度显示于液晶显示部208(S16)。因此,操作者能识别最大滚筒速度和滚筒速度。
CPU201将在S12中设定好的滚筒速度与在S15中设定好的最大滚筒速度进行比较(S17)。当滚筒速度处于最大滚筒速度以下时(S17:否),驱动条件图表211的齿轮速度是最大齿轮速度以下的值。因此,当以驱动条件图表211的齿轮速度对驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37进行驱动时,布粘接装置1能以参数图表991的涂布厚度稳定地涂布粘接剂。
CPU201维持存储于驱动条件图表211的齿轮速度(S20)。CPU201维持存储于驱动条件图表211的滚筒速度(S21)。CPU201对马达91进行控制,以按照驱动条件图表211的齿轮速度对驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37进行驱动。CPU201对马达92、93进行控制,以按照驱动条件图表211的滚筒速度对上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25进行驱动(S22)。布粘接装置1按照与踏板206的踩下量对应的移送速度移送布,并将参数图表991的涂布厚度的粘接剂涂布在布上。随后,处理返回到S12。
当在S12中设定好的滚筒速度比在S15中设定好的最大滚筒速度大时(S17:是),驱动条件图表211的齿轮速度比最大齿轮速度大。因此,当按照驱动条件图表211的齿轮速度对驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37进行驱动时,驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37的动作变得不稳定,涂布在布上的粘接剂的厚度可能会不稳定。
CPU201将驱动条件图表211的齿轮速度修正为最大齿轮速度(S18),使齿轮速度下降。CPU201将驱动条件图表211的滚筒速度修正为最大滚筒速度(S19),使滚筒速度下降。CPU201对马达91进行控制,以按照修正后的齿轮速度对驱动齿轮36和从动齿轮37进行驱动。CPU201对马达92、93进行控制,以按照修正后的滚筒速度对上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25进行驱动(S22)。此时,从喷嘴45排出的单位时间内的粘接剂量、移送速度和涂布厚度满足(1)式的关系。因此,布粘接装置1能稳定地驱动齿轮泵35,且能将参数图表991的涂布厚度的粘接剂涂布在布上。马达91在能稳定旋转的转速范围内旋转,并稳定地驱动齿轮泵35。通过使齿轮速度和滚筒速度下降,布粘接装置1能以参数图表991的涂布厚度可靠地将粘接剂涂布在布上。随后,处理返回到S12。
CPU201在S16中将滚筒速度和最大滚筒速度显示于液晶显示部208。在S19中修正滚筒速度时,CPU201将显示于液晶显示部208的滚筒速度修正为最大滚筒速度。因此,能使显示于液晶显示部208的滚筒速度与最大滚筒速度一致。操作者能确认为了以设定好的厚度涂布粘接剂,布粘接装置1对滚筒速度进行了修正,在布上附着有所期望厚度的粘接剂。即使操作者进一步踩下踏板206,显示于液晶显示部208的滚筒速度也不会达到最大滚筒速度以上,因此,操作者可以确认布的移送速度并不依赖于踏板206的踩下量而是恒定的。
如上所述,由于布粘接装置1按照修正后的齿轮速度驱动齿轮泵35,因此,能从喷嘴45稳定地排出粘接剂。因此,布粘接装置1能使涂布在布上的粘接剂的厚度变得稳定,并能合适地粘接布与布,从而能使成品变得良好。布粘接装置1按照修正后的滚筒速度驱动上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25。由于齿轮速度不会超过最大齿轮速度,因此,布粘接装置1能将所期望厚度的粘接剂涂布在布上。因此,布粘接装置1能可靠地粘接布与布。
齿轮泵35相当于本发明的供给部。上移送滚筒24和下移送滚筒25相当于本发明的移送部。执行S11和S13处理的CPU201相当于本发明的第一获取部。执行S17处理的CPU201相当于本发明的判断部。执行S18、S19处理的CPU201相当于本发明的修正部。执行S22处理的CPU201相当于本发明的控制部。存储于驱动条件图表211的齿轮速度相当于本发明的供给条件。存储于驱动条件图表211的滚筒速度相当于本发明的移送条件。执行S11处理的CPU201相当于本发明的第二获取部。S11和S13的处理相当于本发明的获取处理。S17的处理相当于本发明的判断处理。S18、S19的处理相当于本发明的修正处理。S22的处理相当于本发明的控制处理。
上述实施方式可进行下述变更。在上述实施方式中,最大齿轮速度是马达91能旋转的最大转速,但最大齿轮速度也可以是马达91能稳定旋转的最大转速。
在上述实施方式中,通过判断滚筒速度是否比最大滚筒速度大来判断齿轮速度是否比最大齿轮速度大(参照图10、S19)。作为替代,布粘接装置1也可以直接判断齿轮速度是否比最大齿轮速度大。
可以在滚筒速度比最大滚筒速度大时,将齿轮速度修正为比最大齿轮速度小的转速。也可将滚筒速度修正为比最大滚筒速度小的转速。
操作者也可通过按键209直接输入布的移送速度。
布粘接装置1可根据操作者输入的移送速度确定齿轮速度和滚筒速度。

Claims (5)

1.一种布粘接装置,包括:
喷嘴(45),该喷嘴具有朝布排出粘接剂的排出口;
供给部(35),该供给部将所述粘接剂朝所述喷嘴供给;以及
移送部(24、25),该移送部按压并移送所述布,
其特征在于,所述布粘接装置包括:
第一获取部(201),该第一获取部获取涂布在所述布上的所述粘接剂的厚度即涂布厚度、所述排出口的与布的移送方向交叉方向上的宽度即排出宽度、所述移送部移送布的速度即移送速度;
判断部(201),该判断部判断在为了在以所述移送速度移送的布上涂布所述涂布厚度的粘接剂的供给条件下是否能使所述供给部动作;
修正部(201),该修正部在所述判断部判断为在所述供给条件下所述供给部不能动作时,修正所述供给条件和为了以所述移送速度移送布的移送条件中的至少一个;以及
控制部(201),该控制部在所述修正部修正了所述供给条件时,按照修正后的所述供给条件来控制所述供给部,在所述修正部修正了所述移送条件时,按照修正后的所述移送条件来控制所述移送部。
2.如权利要求1所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,
所述供给部包括旋转驱动而将所述粘接剂送出的齿轮泵(35),所述移送部包括旋转驱动来移送所述布的滚筒(24、25),
所述供给条件是为了按照所述移送速度移送布且将所述涂布厚度的所述粘接剂涂布在布上所需的所述齿轮泵的转速即齿轮速度,
所述移送条件是为了按照所述移送速度移送布所需的所述滚筒的转速即滚筒速度。
3.如权利要求2所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,
所述修正部修正所述滚筒速度和所述齿轮速度。
4.如权利要求3所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,
包括第二获取部(201),该第二获取部获取所述齿轮泵所能容许的最大转速即最大齿轮速度,
当所述滚筒速度比为了按照所述最大齿轮速度驱动所述齿轮泵且将所述涂布厚度的所述粘接剂涂布在布上所需的所述滚筒的转速即最大滚筒速度大时,
所述判断部判断为不能按照所述齿轮速度驱动所述齿轮泵,
所述修正部将所述齿轮速度修正为所述最大齿轮速度,且将所述滚筒速度修正为所述最大滚筒速度。

获取处理,该获取处理获取涂布在所述布上的所述粘接剂的厚度即涂布厚度、所述排出口的与布的移送方向交叉方向上的宽度即排出宽度、所述移送部移送所述布的速度即移送速度;
判断处理,该判断处理判断在为了在以所述移送速度移送的布上涂布所述涂布厚度的粘接剂的供给条件下是否能使所述供给部动作;
修正处理,该修正处理在所述判断处理判断为在所述供给条件下所述供给部不能动作时,修正所述供给条件和为了以所述移送速度移送布的移送条件中的至少一个;以及
控制处理,该控制处理在所述修正处理修正了所述供给条件时,按照修正后的所述供给条件来控制所述供给部,在所述修正处理修正了所述移送条件时,按照修正后的所述移送条件来控制所述移送部。
