Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及制造由注射的底部(underpart)和鞋帮构成的鞋子的方法,所述鞋帮由天然或合成皮革、弹性物、装饰物等片材构成。
更具体地,本发明的方法是为制造所述类型的鞋子而设想的,在所述类型的鞋子中,由一片以上构成的鞋帮没有缝线。
背景技术
通过传统方法制鞋包括如下操作:
-切割将形成鞋子顶部的鞋帮的各片。
-借助于胶水、缝线手动地将包括增强物和装饰元件等的这些片彼此连结。
-此外,执行制造中底的过程,该过程需要鞋帮以及将鞋帮形成在鞋楦的内表面上。
-然后,为了组装而进行准备过程,诸如将增强物置于将形成后跟(counter)和前端的后部和前部中。

-将已制成的鞋子从鞋楦移除,以进行后续清洁和施加某些类型的精加工。
上述过程涉及许多操作并需要大量劳动力,从而使鞋子的制造成本非常高。
发明内容
本发明的目标是借助于和传统过程相比操作数减少的制鞋方法,由此允许降低制造成本。
本发明的另一目标是获得具有与通过传统方法获得的鞋子不同并且更具吸引力的外观的鞋子。
用本发明的方法制造鞋子借助于下述步骤来实施:
a)切割将形成鞋子的鞋帮的各片。
b)制备模具和对模,该模具由两个或更多个部分构成,这些部分在内部再现整个鞋子(鞋帮和底部)的外部构造,并具有其轮廓对应于将形成鞋子的鞋帮的各片轮廓的区域。对模采用金属鞋楦的形状并与模具腔的内表面一起界定对应于鞋帮和底部的体积。
c)将形成鞋子的鞋帮的各片置于形成于模具内部的区域内,各片将从这些区域突出而界定模腔和通道。
d)将熔融状态的热塑性材料注射到模具中,直到填充所有模腔和由将形成鞋帮的各片划分的通道并与所述各片接触为止。
e)打开模具并取出构成对模的鞋楦,由此提供制成的鞋子。
具有所述步骤的本发明的方法允许实际上取消传统方法的所有操作,由此允许大幅降低劳动力成本。
在本发明的方法中,形成模具的各部分的内表面再现包括鞋帮和底部的鞋子的总体积。再现鞋帮的区域具有包括由较小高度的各肋状物分隔开的区域的起伏形状,在这些区域中放置比肋状物的厚度大的鞋帮各片,所述各片界定通道和模腔的网络,包括对应于底部的体积,当注射熔融状态的热塑性材料时,该网络构成与鞋帮各片接触的骨架,以用作两者间的连结装置,同时形成与上述骨架连接的鞋子的鞋底或底部。
计划容纳将形成鞋帮的各片、由上述肋状物划分的区域具有用于固定上述各片的固定装置,以在热塑性材料的注射期间确保各片的定位。这些固定装置可由具有减小固定力的粘结涂层构成,该涂层将覆盖上述区域的至少一部分表面。上述固定装置还可由像小针的小尖头突出部构成,这些突出部从上述区域的表面突起且其高度将比将形成鞋子的鞋帮的各片厚度小。
当模具打开时,将形成鞋帮的各片置于倒置位置。一旦鞋帮的所有部件放置好,构成模具的不同部分联接到起到类似于对模作用的金属鞋楦上,闭合模具组件,以注射熔融状态的热塑性材料。然后,一旦注射材料固化,就打开模具,将鞋楦从鞋子移除,具有成形鞋帮和鞋底的制成鞋子具有传统鞋子的一般外观,但还具有其自身的特殊特征,因为它将没有缝线,由此使鞋子的从顶部可见的表面具有不同的外观。
如可理解地,可借助于缝合、铆钉等将任何其它部件施加到通过本发明的方法获得的鞋子上。
在本发明的方法中,可在注射之前将合适材料的敷层敷加到鞋楦表面上,例如基于皮革或织物的衬里,该衬里将与朝向鞋楦的光面(grain side)和朝向流体的肉面(flesh side)接触。由此,将获得具有鞋帮和衬里的鞋子,且热塑性材料的肋状物还将保持隐蔽于衬里和鞋帮之间。换言之,当观察鞋子的内部时,仅看到衬里,而看不到鞋帮皮革的肉面和使所述鞋帮的各片彼此连结的热塑性材料的各肋状物。在该衬里中可使用缝线来成形。

具体实施方式
借助于本发明的方法的制鞋是用在图1至3中所示的模具和对模进行的。
模具将再现待制造的包括底部的鞋子的外表面,并将由至少两个部分1和2构成,当闭合时界定对应于鞋子的外部构造的模腔。这个模具可由能彼此连接的更多的部分构成。
起到类似于对模作用的金属鞋楦3容纳于由部分1和2构成的模具内部,因而,在鞋楦的外表面和形成模具的部分1和2的内表面之间界定了对应于包括鞋帮和底部的鞋子的空间。
在附图所示的例子中,模具的部分1将与鞋楦3一起界定鞋子的鞋底模腔,而在部分2和鞋楦3之间界定的空间对应于鞋帮的体积。
根据本发明,部分2在其内表面上具有区域4,这些区域的轮廓对应于将形成鞋子的鞋帮的各片的轮廓,如图3中所示,这些区域由肋状物6分开和界定。
对应于在图2和3中一般用附图标记4和5示出的鞋帮各片,在模具的部分2的内表面的所有区域内设置用附图标记7和8示出的对应的先前切割的鞋帮各片,这些片的厚度大于肋状物6的高度,因而,在连续各片7和8之间界定出通道9,当模具闭合在其上时,通道将由鞋楦3来闭合。同时,在鞋楦3和部分2之间界定将对应于鞋子或底部的周向区域的模腔10。最后,将在鞋楦3和部分1之间界定将对应于鞋子的底部的体积的模腔11。
例如,图4示出不同片7、8、12和13将采用的相对位置,这些片将形成通过通道9彼此隔开的鞋子的鞋帮。
形成鞋帮的各片可以是天然或合成皮革,可包括弹性物、装饰物等,在各种情况下,这些片置于形成于模具的部分2的内表面内的区域或腔内。
一旦鞋帮的所有片都放置好,模具闭合且鞋楦位于其中,就可注射熔融状态下的热塑性材料,通过在模具和鞋楦之间界定的通道9和模腔10和11的网络形成诸如图5中所示的骨架,图4中所示的片7、9、12和13将位于骨架的各肋状物之间。图5的骨架连同在相同的注射操作中获得的底部,但不包括片7、9、12和13,可构造出凉鞋或类似的鞋子。
由于通道9连同模腔10和11的形状,并且由于肋状物6并不到达鞋楦3的表面,所以被注射到闭合模具中的熔融的热塑性材料与将形成鞋帮的各片4和5接触,该材料用作连结鞋帮各片的装置。
当打开模具并取出鞋楦5时,获得诸如图6中所示的鞋子,其中,形成鞋帮的片7、8、12、13等通过中间肋状物14以及在所示例子中通过由注射的热塑性材料制成的后跟的区域15与鞋底16彼此附连。
如在打开模具时获得的那样,图6的鞋子将用于使内底连接到其上并用于清洁产品,而不要求在传统方法中必要的缝合鞋底、组装、成形和胶粘操作。
如上所述,可在鞋楦3的表面上施加敷层,其将被固定到鞋帮各片的内表面,起到鞋子衬里的作用。

Claims (3)

1.一种制造鞋子的方法,所述鞋子包括由独立的各片构成的鞋帮,其特征在于它包括如下步骤:
a)切割将形成所述鞋子的所述鞋帮的所述各片;
b)制备模具和对模,在所述模具和对模之间界定对应于所述鞋帮和底部的体积的空间,所述模具由两个或更多个部分构成,所述各部分在内部重现所述鞋子的外部构造并具有其轮廓对应于将形成所述鞋子的所述鞋帮的各片轮廓的区域,且所述对模采用金属鞋楦的形状并与形成所述模具的各部分的内表面一起界定对应于所述鞋子的所述鞋帮和底部的体积;
c)将形成所述鞋子的所述鞋帮的所述各片置于形成于所述模具内部的区域内,所述各片将从所述区域突出而界定模腔和通道;
d)将熔融状态的热塑性材料注射到所述模具中,直到填充在模具和对模之间的所有模腔以及由将形成鞋帮的各片划分的各通道并与所述各片接触为止;
e)打开所述模具并取出构成所述对模的所述鞋楦
其中,通过高度小于将形成上述鞋帮的各片之厚度的各肋状物来界定上述区域,当模具闭合时,上述肋状物与所述鞋楦的表面分隔开,上述区域的表面具有用于固定将形成所述鞋子的所述鞋帮的各片的固定装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,上述固定装置由具有减小固定力的粘结涂层构成,所述涂层覆盖上述区域的至少一部分表面区域。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,上述固定装置可由小尖头突出部构成,所述突出部从上述区域的所述表面突起且其高度比将形成所述鞋子的所述鞋帮的所述各片的厚度小。
