技术领域
本发明涉及织物面料的接合。按传统方式,织物面料通过缝纫来接合。近来,化学粘合用于接合面料。在一些应用中,采用这两种技术的组合。
背景技术
在搭接缝结构中能够见到使用缝纫与面料粘合的组合示例,该搭接缝结构用于接合诸如‘免熨’服装之类的服装(如衬衫)中的织物面料。通过叠合两个织物面料以生成具有四层织物的接缝,然后通过沿接缝边缘延伸的全部四个织物层生成两路(run)平行缝合,来构成搭接缝。为了确保接缝是整齐、平坦、没有皱纹并且还对接缝提供附加强度,已知的是将可溶带放置在搭接缝的两层之间-通常在第二与第三层之间。当热量施加到接缝时,可溶带上的粘合涂层溶化,并且热粘合剂透过接缝层,以对其增加粘合力。
可溶带的插入必定代表着在制造使用搭接缝所创造的服饰中的额外步骤,因此表示额外的成本。本发明的一个实施例提供一种备选方案。
发明内容
按照本发明的一个实施例,提供一种接合两个织物面料的方法,包括下列步骤:将面料的边缘放置成相互对齐,以便形成接缝;将至少一个面料的边缘包裹在可溶线中,以便生成加工边;缝合叠合面料,以便将其相互接合;以及将热量施加到所缝合接缝,以便使可溶线溶化。
另一个实施例提供一种接合织物面料的方法,包括下列步骤:对两个织物面料的端部进行锁缝包边,以便在各面料上创建加工边;通过叠合两个面料的加工边,然后将叠合面料缝合在一起,来创建搭接缝;将热量施加到搭接缝;其中通过使用可溶线的锁缝包边来创建每个加工边。

现在参照图1和图2,两个织物面料(fabric panels)10、12相互叠合,生成四层织物厚的接缝14。因此,接缝14包括织物层20-26,如图1所示。两个面料10和12通过两路(run)缝合30、32(其位置在图1中通过虚线示出)来接合。为了确保接缝是整齐、平坦、没有皱纹并且还提供附加强度,将可溶带40分别插入接缝14的第二与第三织物层22、24之间。可溶带40的功能是提供粘合剂,粘合剂在缝合之后热量被施加到接缝时熔化,并且透过搭接缝的织物层,以便确定织物面料10与12之间的强接合。这种接缝完全是常规的。

3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,待结合的两个织物面料的边缘通过缠绕在可熔线中而处理。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述经处理的边缘形成至少两个织物面料厚度的织物罗纹,所述方法包括在将热量施加到所述接缝之前平坦地折叠所述罗纹的步骤。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中通过锁缝将所述至少一个面料的边缘包裹在可熔线中。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中通过包缝将所述面料结合。
7.一种服装,具有结合两个织物面料的至少一个接缝,该接缝具有基本沿着面料间的结合处延伸的至少一个缝合路,以及从靠压着至少一个面料的熔化的缝合而浸渍有粘合剂并借助于该粘合剂而保持依靠着至少一个面料的织物罗纹,所述面料被折叠从而包围了该罗纹,之后该罗纹被挤压并借助粘合剂保留在至少一个面料上,其中,至少一部分罗纹留在两次缝合路之间。
8.如权利要求7所述的服装,其中所述接缝是搭接缝,以及将面料边缘的至少一个缠绕在随后被熔化的可熔线中来提供所述粘合剂。
9.如权利要求7所述的服装,其中所述接缝是法式缝,以及所述织物罗纹位于两个缝合路之间并被围在两个织物面料之间。
