背景技术
目前高档无里服装前门挂面外口制作方法一般情况下是将裁好的挂面和挂面衬先通过粘合机粘合在一起，然后再用挂面清剪样板对粘好衬的挂面清剪，在制作时前门挂面外口需要先锁边然后再把外口向反面1cm折净，距边线0.4cm-0.6cm缝一道线，在大批量的生产中，锁边工序的操作，不仅费时费力，而且需要大量的锁边线，提高了生产成本，且成品后的服装挂面不美观，影响了产品质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种节省工序、操作简单且成品后外形美观的高档无里服装前门挂面外口制作方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
本发明包括前门挂面裁片abfje和挂面衬裁片a'b'f'j'e'，所述服装前门挂面外口采用如下步骤制作：
①.将前门挂面裁片abfje的fj边向反面翻折，折后的边线为cd，cd边与fj边平行，其距离为0.8-1cm；
②.将挂面衬裁片a'b'f'j'e'的f'j'边向反面翻折，折后的边线为c'd'，c'd'边与f'j'边平行，其距离为0.5-0.7cm；
③.将折后的前门挂面裁片abcde覆盖折后的挂面衬裁片a'b'c'd'e'，使折后的挂面衬裁片a'b'c'd'e'的各边线与折后的前门挂面裁片abcde的各边线距离为0.15cm；
④.将折后的前门挂面裁片abcde和折后的挂面衬裁片a'b'c'd'e'通过粘合机，使折后的前门挂面裁片abcde和折后的挂面衬裁片a'b'c'd'e'粘合；
⑤.将粘衬后的前门挂面外口cd边向里0.25cm缝一道明线。
本发明积极效果如下：本发明前门挂面裁片覆盖挂面衬裁片，使前门挂面的折边隐藏在前门挂面裁片与挂面衬裁片之间，节省了锁边和缝明线的工序，降低了生产本，提高了工作效率，同时也使成品后的服装美观，提高了产品质量及档次。

①.将前门挂面裁片abfje的fj边向反面翻折，折后的边线为cd，cd边与fj边平行，其距离为0.8-1cm；
②.将挂面衬裁片a'b'f'j'e'的f'j'边向反面翻折，折后的边线为c'd'，c'd'边与f'j'边平行，其距离为0.5-0.7cm；
③.将折后的前门挂面裁片abcde覆盖折后的挂面衬裁片a'b'c'd'e'，使折后的挂面衬裁片a'b'c'd'e'的各边线与折后的前门挂面裁片abcde的各边线距离为0.15cm；
④.将折后的前门挂面裁片abcde和折后的挂面衬裁片a'b'c'd'e'通过粘合机，使折后的前门挂面裁片abcde和折后的挂面衬裁片a'b'c'd'e'粘合；
⑤.将粘衬后的前门挂面外口cd边向里0.25cm缝一道明线。

②.将挂面衬裁片a'b'f'j'e'的f'j'边向反面翻折，折后的边线为c'd'，c'd'边与f'j'边平行，其距离为0.5-0.7cm；
③.将折后的前门挂面裁片abcde覆盖折后的挂面衬裁片a'b'c'd'e'，使折后的挂面衬裁片a'b'c'd'e'的各边线与折后的前门挂面裁片abcde的各边线距离为0.15cm；
④.将折后的前门挂面裁片abcde和折后的挂面衬裁片a'b'c'd'e'通过粘合机，使折后的前门挂面裁片abcde和折后的挂面衬裁片a'b'c'd'e'粘合；
