技术领域
本实用新型涉及超声波粘合技术,具体涉及一种无缝超声波多功能粘合机。
背景技术
将两块以上的多块布料缝制在一起多采用针线缝制的方法,例如缝制内衣,传统的工序是将两片布料进行人工缝合,这样的工艺水平浪费了大量的人力资源,且效率低下。
近年来,技术人员逐渐采用效率较高的超声波来对布料进行缝制,这种方式效率较高,节约了大量的劳动力。
例如中国专利号201020170855.6公开了一种超声波无缝粘结机,该超声波无缝粘结机采用超声波取代线缝,节约了人工成本和物料成本,同时也解决了缝制带来的缺陷。
虽然现有的超声波无缝粘结机能满足普通粘合的要求,但是由于超声波无缝粘结机的超声波发生装置均为采用垂直上下振动结构设计,即超声波发生装置不可转动,导致送布动作不顺畅,容易出现切边切口不齐,产生毛边现象或粘接的部位产生褶皱现象的发生,难以保证产品质量。
因此,随着科技的不断进步及产品的不断更新换代,现有的超声波无缝粘结机还需进一步的改进与革新,才能适应目前市场的需要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,针对上述不足,提供一种结构设计巧妙、合理,结构紧凑、使用方便且功能多,有效保护产品质量的无缝超声波多功能粘合机。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供的技术方案是:一种无缝超声波多功能粘合机,其包括机架、超声波径向发射系统、圆切刀、上送布装置和下送布装置,所述超声波径向发射系统包括旋转固定座、超声波纵向振动换能器、超声波径向发射头和变幅杆,所述旋转固定座设置在所述机架的工作台面的底部,所述超声波径向发射头活动设置在所述旋转固定座上,所述超声波纵向振动换能器设置在该旋转固定座的侧壁傍,且通过所述变幅杆与所述超声波径向发射头相连接,并在所述机架上设有能驱动该超声波径向发射头旋转的自转驱动装置,所述下送布装置设置在超声波径向发射头的一侧,所述上送布装置设置在该下送布装置的正上方,所述圆切刀设置在所述超声波径向发射头的正上方,且能触压在该超声波径向发射头的外圆周面上。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,其还包括发热槽,该发热槽对应所述上送布装置的上方位置设置在所述机架上,该发热槽的上端设有发热块,下端沿该上送布装置的外形轮廓线向下延伸至近所述下送布装置的一侧位置。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述发热槽的外侧面设有一用来输送热熔胶的导胶槽。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述导胶槽的下端两侧对称各设有限位凸起。

实施例:参见图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6,本实施例提供的一种无缝超声波多功能粘合机,其包括机架1、超声波径向发射系统、圆切刀2、上送布装置3和下送布装置4,所述超声波径向发射系统包括旋转固定座5、超声波纵向振动换能器6、超声波径向发射头7和变幅杆,所述旋转固定座5设置在所述机架1的工作台面11的底部,所述超声波径向发射头7活动设置在所述旋转固定座5上,所述超声波纵向振动换能器6设置在该旋转固定座5的侧壁傍,且通过所述变幅杆与所述超声波径向发射头7相连接,并在所述机架1上设有能驱动该超声波径向发射头7旋转的自转驱动装置,所述下送布装置4设置在超声波径向发射头7的一侧,所述上送布装置3设置在该下送布装置4的正上方,所述圆切刀2设置在所述超声波径向发射头7的正上方,且能触压在该超声波径向发射头7的外圆周面上。
所述自转驱动装置包括同步带轮8和驱动马达12,所述同步带轮8设置在所述超声波纵向振动换能器6上,所述驱动马达12置在所述机架1上,并通过皮带与所述同步带轮8相连接。工作时,通过该驱动马达12能带动超声波径向发射头7自转,在该超声波径向发射头7的共同转动作用下,能连续不断对待缝合织物进行缝合、粘接与切边,有效确保缝合接口的平整,且切口平齐,避免出现毛边、散边的现象,保证产品质量,并且大幅度提升粘合速度,工作效率高。
本实施例中,所述圆切刀2的刀刃从侧面看呈直线形。其它实施例中,可根据客户需求随意更换具有不同刀刃形状的圆切刀2,如所述圆切刀2的刀刃从侧面看呈波浪形,以形成不同形状花型的切边效果,满足不同的个性化生产需求。
所述上送布装置3为圆形送布胶轮或皮带。结构简单,成本低,易于实现。
本实施例中,所述下送布装置4为送布皮带,不仅体积小、结构紧凑,而且与上送布装置3之间的配合更好,能更稳定、快速地送布。其它实施例中,该下送布装置4也可以为圆形送布胶轮。
本实施例中,本实用新型无缝超声波多功能粘合机还包括发热槽9,该发热槽9对应所述上送布装置3的上方位置设置在所述机架1上,该发热槽9的上端设有发热块10,下端沿该上送布装置3的外形轮廓线向下延伸至近所述下送布装置4的一侧位置。所述发热槽9的外侧面设有一用来输送热熔胶的导胶槽。所述导胶槽的下端两侧对称各设有限位凸起13。加设有发热槽9后,能自动实现粘贴热熔胶功能,进一步提升粘合的牢固度,更美观,功能多,满足不同的生产需求。
工作时,由于超声波径向发射系统的超声波径向发射头7能在径向高频震动的同时,进行自转,在进行压合和切边过程中,同时具有送料功能,能连续不断对待缝合织物进行缝合、粘接与切边,不仅有效确保缝合接口的平整、切口平齐,还避免出现毛边、散边的现象,保证产品质量,并且大幅度提升粘合速度,工作效率高。
当需要粘贴热熔胶时,可以开启发热槽9上的发热块10,然后将热熔胶绕过发热槽9送入上送布装置3和下送布装置4之间,即能实现自动粘贴热熔胶功能,以提升粘合的牢固度,满足不同织物的粘合工艺要求。
另外,还可根据客户需求随意更换具有不同刀刃形状的圆切刀2,以形成不同形状花型的切边效果,满足不同的个性化生产需求,不仅满足制衣行业所需的各种功能,还可节省下需购置其它设备的费用,降低成本。
经生产试用,本实用新型无缝超声波多功能粘合机是生产服装、床单、床罩、枕套、被套、沙发套、以及装潢软包等的理想设备。

1.一种无缝超声波多功能粘合机,其特征在于,其包括机架、超声波径向发射系统、圆切刀、上送布装置和下送布装置,所述超声波径向发射系统包括旋转固定座、超声波纵向振动换能器、超声波径向发射头和变幅杆,所述旋转固定座设置在所述机架的工作台面的底部,所述超声波径向发射头活动设置在所述旋转固定座上,所述超声波纵向振动换能器设置在该旋转固定座的侧壁傍,且通过所述变幅杆与所述超声波径向发射头相连接,并在所述机架上设有能驱动该超声波径向发射头旋转的自转驱动装置,所述下送布装置设置在超声波径向发射头的一侧,所述上送布装置设置在该下送布装置的正上方,所述圆切刀设置在所述超声波径向发射头的正上方,且能触压在该超声波径向发射头的外圆周面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无缝超声波多功能粘合机,其特征在于:其还包括发热槽,该发热槽对应所述上送布装置的上方位置设置在所述机架上,该发热槽的上端设有发热块,下端沿该上送布装置的外形轮廓线向下延伸至近所述下送布装置的一侧位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无缝超声波多功能粘合机,其特征在于:所述发热槽的外侧面设有一用来输送热熔胶的导胶槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无缝超声波多功能粘合机,其特征在于:所述导胶槽的下端两侧对称各设有限位凸起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无缝超声波多功能粘合机,其特征在于:所述自转驱动装置包括同步带轮和驱动马达,所述同步带轮设置在所述超声波纵向振动换能器上,所述驱动马达置在所述机架上,并通过皮带与所述同步带轮相连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无缝超声波多功能粘合机,其特征在于:所述圆切刀的刀刃从侧面看呈波浪形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无缝超声波多功能粘合机,其特征在于:所述圆切刀的刀刃从侧面看呈直线形。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无缝超声波多功能粘合机,其特征在于:所述下送布装置为送布皮带或圆形送布胶轮。
9.根据权利要求1所述的无缝超声波多功能粘合机,其特征在于:所述上送布装置为圆形送布胶轮或皮带。
