本发明涉及纵梁成型模。
 
背景技术
指的是在上部结构中,沿桥梁轴向设置并支承于横梁上的梁,传统的用于纵梁成型模,一般一次只能成型单个纵梁,因此纵梁的冲压效率很低,无法满足现实的加工效率,而且纵梁的成型质量很低。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纵梁成型模,可一次成型主梁、内梁两件,生产效率高,节省能源,降低生产成本,大幅降低昂贵的模具制造费用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
纵梁成型模,包括有左、右支座,所述左支座与右支座之间的间隙为型腔,型腔的底部设垫块,型腔的上方设有冲压头,冲压头内开设有两个竖向的导向孔,导向孔内滑动配合有压料杆,压料杆上端放置有弹簧,左、右支座的内侧壁上分别镶装有导向块。
    所述的导向块的拐角处具有倒角。
   所述的冲压头的顶端具有台面,台面与冲压头的侧壁之间连接有加强筋。
   本发明将纵梁内、外梁重叠放置,内梁在上,外梁在下;可一次成型主梁、内梁两件,生产效率高,节省能源,降低生产成本,大幅降低昂贵的模具制造费用。

    参见附图,纵梁成型模,包括有左、右支座1、2,左支座1与右支座2之间的间隙为型腔3,型腔3的底部设垫块4,型腔的上方设有冲压头5,冲压头5内开设有两个竖向的导向孔6,导向孔6内滑动配合有压料杆7,压料杆上端放置有弹簧,左、右支座的内侧壁上分别镶装有导向块9,导向块9的拐角处具有倒角8;冲压头的顶端具有台面,台面与冲压头的侧壁之间连接有加强筋10。

1.纵梁成型模,包括有左、右支座,其特征在于:所述左支座与右支座之间的间隙为型腔,型腔的底部设垫块,型腔的上方设有冲压头,冲压头内开设有两个竖向的导向孔,导向孔内滑动配合有压料杆,压料杆上端放置有弹簧,左、右支座的内侧壁上分别镶装有导向块。
