技术领域
本发明属于一种保健酒及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种鹿茸鹿血酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
保健酒具有滋补、和辅助治疗作用,自古以来深受人们喜爱,目前保健酒种类繁多,因药材配方和酒品不同而功效也差别巨大。鹿全身是宝,现代医学实验表明,鹿产品奇特的营养成分能增加红血球、血色素及网状红血球生成,增强人体免疫力,促进入体新陈代谢再生过程,提高机体抗疲劳能力及性功能。鹿茸、鹿血、鹿鞭历来都是名贵中药,在《本草纲目》中均有记载,但现售的鹿产品保健酒,多采用长时间浸渍法制作,因时常打开容器搅动,导致酒精挥发和酒体氧化变质,并且酒中有效成分低,口感差,甚至因加入相互不适合配伍或相克的药材,使饮用者产生毒、副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鹿茸鹿血酒及其制备方法,本发明采用传统配方,综合浸渍与渗漉法之长,以现代技术独创以高度酒流动冲泡工艺,可使药材中的有效成分更快析出,减少残留,提高酒内有效成分,并且全程密闭加工,减少酒精挥发和酒体氧化,因此口感纯正,色泽鲜亮,具有强身健体、益气养血、补肾壮阳、去除疲劳等功效明显,达到现代保健酒的治疗与预防作用。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种鹿茸鹿血酒,主要由0.5-1%鹿茸,0.5-1%鹿鞭,0.5%-2%鹿血,0.5-2%人参,1-5%枸杞,50度以上白酒90-97%浸泡制成。
所述的鹿茸鹿血酒的制备方法为如下工艺:鹿茸、鹿鞭、人参、枸杞分别洗净切片并包入丝网内,放入用于加工本酒的设备的储药罐中,在上面的储酒罐中加入鹿血和白酒,分别封闭储酒罐和储药罐,打开连接罐体的管道阀门,根据需要设定流量大小为1-10L/H,上面储酒罐内白酒通过管道和阀门流入储药罐,冲泡药材后再通过管道流入下面的储酒罐内,上面罐内白酒流完后,推动支架,将此设备整体翻转180度,使原在下部的储酒罐转到上面,上面的储酒罐转到下面,白酒再次通过管道流入储药罐,冲泡药材后再通过管道和阀门再流入下面的储酒罐中,此时阀门仍有调节流量作用,上面储酒罐内白酒流完后再翻转180度,如此循环,夏秋15-30天,冬春30-60天,取出冲泡液过滤即可。
本发明的优点是:配方及设备简单,制备工艺科学、先进,生产周期短,制程中酒精不挥发,酒体不氧化,药物析出快残留少,酒液中有效成分高。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种鹿茸鹿血酒,主要配方为:0.5%鹿茸,0.5%鹿鞭,0.5%鹿血,0.5%人参,1%枸杞,50度食用白酒97%。取新鲜梅花鹿鹿茸、鹿鞭,清洗去杂,冰冻后切片;人参、枸杞分别去杂、洗净切片,也可粉碎;将上述四种材料包进不锈钢丝网内制作药包5,将药包5放入储药罐2中,在上面的储酒罐1中加入鹿血和白酒6并搅匀,分别封闭上、下储酒罐1、储药罐2,打开连接罐体的管道3上的阀门4,设定阀门4流量为10L/H,上面储酒罐1内白酒6通过管道3和阀门4流入储药罐2,冲泡药材后再通过管道3流入下面的储酒罐1内,上面罐内白酒6流完后,推动支架7,将此设备整体翻,180度,使原在下部的储酒罐1转到上面,上面的储酒罐1转到下面,白酒6再次通过管道4流入储药罐2,冲泡药材后再通过管道3、阀门4再流入下面的储酒罐1中,此时阀门4仍有调节流量作用,上储酒罐1内白酒6流完后再推动支架翻转180度,如此循环,夏秋15天,取出冲泡液,1000目不锈钢丝网过滤即可。
实施例2:一种鹿茸鹿血酒,主要配方为:1%鹿茸,1%鹿鞭,1%鹿血,1%人参,3%枸杞,60度食用白酒93%。取新鲜梅花鹿鹿茸、鹿鞭,清洗去杂,冰冻后切片;人参、枸杞分别去杂、洗净切片或粉碎;将上述四种材料包进不锈钢丝网内制作药包5,将药包5放入储药罐2中,在上面的储酒罐1中加入鹿血和白酒6并搅匀,分别封闭上、下储酒罐1、储药罐2,打开连接罐体的管道3上的阀门4,设定阀门4流量为5L/H,上面储酒罐1内白酒6通过管道3和阀门4流入储药罐2,冲泡药材后再通过管道3流入下面的储酒罐1内,上面罐内白酒6流完后,推动支架将此设备整体翻转180度,使原在下部的储酒罐1转到上面,上面的储酒罐1转到下面,白酒6再次通过管道4流入储药罐2,冲泡药材后再通过管道3、阀门4再流入下面的储酒罐1中,此时阀门4仍有调节流量作用,上面储酒罐1内白酒6流完后再翻转设备180度,如此循环,冬春40天,取出冲泡液,1000目不锈钢丝网过滤。
实施例3:一种鹿茸鹿血酒,主要配方为:1%鹿茸,0.5%鹿鞭,2%鹿血,2%人参,4.5%枸杞,70度原浆白酒90%。各药材处理和生产工艺同上例,此例阀门4流量设为在制程中逐步减小,即:前10天10L/H,以后为5L/H10天,再为2L/H10天,均为上储酒罐1内白酒6流完后推动支架翻转设备180度,继续以流动方式冲泡药包5。取出冲泡液,1000目不锈钢丝网过滤。
上述3例中得到的药酒可加入适量纯净水用来调和酒精含量,加入1-5%蜂蜜,以适应不同人群口感及体质需求。蜂密性温和,具有补中益气、解毒止痛、润燥止咳之功效,可增加酒的浓度和口感,并减少药酒对肠胃的影响,有利于保持和提高药效;另外还可以用纱布将原药包内各药材分别取1-2g包好,放入酒瓶内,这样以利后续浸泡。
本发明的鹿茸鹿血酒配方和制程简单易控,容易批量生产,药材始终是以高度白酒(50度及以上)流动冲泡,其药物析出快残留少,生产周期短,质量优于普通浸渍法和渗漉法生产的药酒。本药酒中富含鹿脂蛋白、维生素A、D、E、17种氨基酸及硒、锌等成份,能促进核酸和蛋白质合成及增强肾上腺皮质等功能,具有壮肾阳、益精血、强筋骨、补虚赢、养肝明目、消除疲劳等功效,是十分优良的具有保健和治疗功能的酒品。

Claims (1)

1.一种鹿茸鹿血酒的生产方法,包括步骤:将鹿茸、鹿鞭、人参、枸杞分别洗净切片或粉碎,将所有材料包进500目以上的丝网内,放入储药罐中,在上面的储酒罐中加入鹿血和白酒,分别封闭储酒罐和储药罐,打开连接罐体的管道阀门,设定阀门流量,白酒通过管道进入储药罐并对里面的药物进行冲泡,上储酒罐流完后翻转设备,如此循环,夏秋15-30天,冬春30-60天,取出冲泡液过滤即可;所述的鹿茸鹿血酒由0.5-1%鹿茸,0.5-1%鹿鞭,0.5-2%鹿血,0.5-2%人参,1-5%枸杞,白酒90-97%制成,各原料之和为100%。
