然而,在专利文件2中描述的现有的制造过程存在着如下缺点。就是说,根据专利文件2的制造过程,在熔融粘合剂涂敷到管子的外表面上的情况下,接着将管子引入到软管单元中,并且在管子的引入完成之后,通过抵靠软管单元的内壁按压管子,将管子粘合(或连结)到软管单元上。作为结果,在粘合剂涂敷时与管子对于软管单元的粘合时之间,不可避免地有巨大时间滞后,特别是在管子的前端区域中。因而在管子的前端区域中,粘合剂的温度趋于降低,使粘合性能退化。另一方面,在管子的后端区域中,有如下可能性:粘合剂的过高温度对于软管具有温度不利影响。因而难以在软管单元和管子的整个长度上的均匀条件下,将管子粘合到软管单元上,并且存在着引起软管的质量缺陷的可能性。
此外,在专利文件2或专利文件3中描述的现有的制造过程或方法中,在熔融状态下要涂敷到管子上的粘合剂的温度控制(或调节)是非常重要的。粘合剂的低温有时引起不足的粘合,粘合剂的高温可能使得难以适当控制粘合剂的宽度或厚度,而不利地影响软管的弹性或可弯曲性。然而,在现有的制造过程或方法中,由于粘合剂的温度由用来排出粘合剂的设备(挤出机)控制,所以控制水平有时不足。因而,这些过程或方法会引起软管质量变差,如不完全粘合、或可弯曲性变差、或在软管的纵向方向上缺少这些性能的均匀性。
因此本发明的一个目的是,改进在柔性软管中在软管单元与内装管子之间的均匀粘合-该柔性软管包括管子,并且改进柔性软管的质量。此外,本发明的另一个目的是,提供一种用来高效地制造这样一种柔性软管的过程。
解决问题的手段
本发明的发明人为了实现以上目的进行了深入细致的研究,并且最终发现,当用生热粘合剂部件(可加热粘合剂部件)将管子粘合(或粘性地连结)到软管单元上时-该生热粘合剂部件由电磁装置产生热量以呈现粘性,可以均匀地和精确地(或准确地)控制粘合剂的粘合条件,并且可以解决上述问题。基于以上发现完成本发明。
本发明包括一种柔性软管,该柔性软管包括软管单元(或软管本体)和管子,该管子布置(或插入)在软管单元内,并且粘合到(或粘性地连结到)软管单元上(或者管子粘合到软管单元的内壁上),其中,用(或通过)生热粘合剂部件(或生热粘合剂层)将管子(管子的外壁)粘合到软管单元(软管单元的内壁),并且生热粘合剂部件通过电磁装置产生热量,并且沿管子的纵向方向布置。具体地说,本发明的柔性软管包括软管单元(软管本体)、管子、及生热粘合剂部件,该管子引入(或插入)在软管单元内(或其空心中)(或者管子沿软管单元的内壁在其纵向方向上布置在软管单元中),该生热粘合剂部件介于软管单元与管子之间,并且沿管子(和/或软管单元的内壁)的纵向方向(或长度方向)布置(或在其中延伸);并且管子(管子的外壁)和软管单元(软管单元的内壁)由电磁装置(例如,借助于电流的通过和/或电磁波辐射),通过从生热粘合剂部件产生热量(具体地说,从生热粘合剂部件产生热量,通过该热量,粘合剂部件的至少一部分软化或熔融、反应(交联)、或硬化,以呈现粘性),粘合或焊接在一起。
而且,在本发明中,优选的生热粘合剂部件是借助于电流的通过(或通过施加电流)产生热量的直线部件,以呈现(或表现)粘性。这样一种生热粘合剂部件可以包含加热导线(或加热元件)(例如,金属导线),该加热导线借助于电流的通过而产生热量。例如,优选的是,生热粘合剂部件具有主体和加热导线(例如,金属导线),该主体包括非生热树脂或粘合剂(例如,热塑性粘合剂或热塑性树脂),该加热导线沿粘合剂部件的纵向方向嵌在主体中(或者放置在其下面)[例如,生热粘合剂部件包括直线主体和加热导线,该直线主体包括非生热树脂或粘合剂,该加热导线沿主体的纵向方向嵌在主体中]。此外,生热粘合剂部件的主体[具体地说,主体的、与软管单元(软管单元的内壁)相接触的区域(或区)],可以具有与软管单元(或软管单元的内壁)相对应的形式(或形状)(例如,在软管单元的圆周方向上沿软管单元的内表面的带条(或平的、凹下)形式),嵌入加热导线可以在软管单元的圆周方向(或主体的厚度方向)上位于主体内(例如,中央或接近中央区域)。生热粘合剂部件的主体可以沿管子(和/或软管单元)的纵向方向,按与软管单元的内壁相对应(或顺应该内壁)的形式,布置在管子上。
可选择地,生热粘合剂部件(例如,借助于电流的通过而产生热量以呈现粘性的直线生热粘合剂部件)可以包括导电树脂材料。例如,优选的是,生热粘合剂部件的主体包括树脂材料(具体地说,热塑性粘合剂或热塑性树脂),并且至少具有纵向延伸(或直线)区域,该纵向延伸区域包括导电树脂材料(或导电粘合剂,如导电热塑性粘合剂)。导电树脂材料可以例如是一种树脂材料,该种树脂材料包含导电材料(导电添加剂)[就是说,包含导电材料和树脂(具体地说,热塑性树脂)的树脂成分、或导电粘合剂(具体地说,导电热塑性粘合剂)]。生热粘合剂部件不具体地限于特定一种,只要包含导电材料的树脂材料可按至少直线(或纵向延伸)形式而制成即可。例如,导电材料可以包含(或分散)在全部树脂材料(或非导电树脂材料,例如,热塑性树脂材料)上作为主体,或者处于直线形式的导电材料可以包含在主体的局部区域中(例如,主体内,如主体的中央或接近中央区域)。
而且,优选的生热粘合剂部件是通过电磁波辐射产生热量以呈现粘性的部件。
本发明的柔性软管可以是用于真空吸尘器的软管。
此外,本发明包括一种用来制造柔性软管的过程,该柔性软管包括柔性软管单元(或软管单元)和管子,该管子粘合到软管单元的内壁上。过程包括:第一步骤,用来将生热粘合剂部件布置在管子的外表面上(或使它们成整体),生热粘合剂部件通过电磁装置产生热量;跟随第一步骤的第二步骤,用来由杆形夹具保持管子,使生热粘合剂部件从夹具暴露;跟随第二步骤的第三步骤,用来将夹具和管子引入到软管单元中,以使生热粘合剂部件面向(或面对)软管单元的内表面(或内圆周表面);及跟随第三步骤的第四步骤,用来通过电磁装置(例如,电流的通过和/或电磁波辐射)从生热粘合剂部件产生热量,并且使软管单元和生热粘合剂部件彼此相接触(或紧密接触)(或者使软管单元与生热粘合剂部件按压接触),以将管子粘合到软管单元上。在这个过程中,可以使加热粘合剂部件与软管单元相接触(或紧密接触),或者可以在生热粘合剂部件与软管单元相接触(或紧密接触)的同时允许生热粘合剂部件产生热量。
本发明还包括一种真空吸尘器,该真空吸尘器设有上述柔性软管。
本发明的效果
根据涉及柔性软管的本发明和涉及柔性软管的制造过程的本发明,由于粘合(或连结或粘结)处理或按压利用通过电磁装置从生热粘合剂部件产生的热量而进行,所以由粘合剂部件产生的热量被适当地控制,并且在相同条件下在软管单元的整个长度上产生热量。因而,可实现均匀粘合,并且得到高质量的柔性软管,该高质量的柔性软管在管子与软管单元之间具有改进的粘合均匀性。
此外,如以上表明的那样,借助于电流的通过而产生热量的直线生热粘合剂部件带来如下优点:在软管单元的整个长度上在其纵向方向上进一步增进粘合(粘合条件)的均匀性。而且,如以上论述的那样,当生热粘合剂部件的主体包括非生热树脂(具体地说,热塑性树脂),并且加热导线沿生热粘合剂部件的纵向方向嵌在主体中时,防止或阻止由与加热导线的直接接触造成的管子或软管单元的热变形。因而,可进一步改进柔性软管的质量。此外,如以上描述的那样,当生热粘合剂部件的主体具有与软管单元(或软管单元的内壁)相对应的形式(例如,沿软管单元的内表面在其圆周方向上的带条(或平的、凹下)形式),并且加热导线在软管单元的圆周方向(或主体的厚度方向)上嵌在主体(例如,主体的中央或近似中央区域)内时,在具有对应形式(例如,带条形式)的生热粘合剂部件(例如,中央区域)内与其端部之间,可以区分温度或软化或熔融状态,以在粘合处理之后,适当地控制在柔性软管中生热粘合剂部件的横截面形状,并因而可得到较高质量的柔性软管。
此外,根据上文,借助于电流的通过而产生热量而有效地得到生热粘合剂部件。而且,如以上描述的那样,生热粘合剂部件通过电磁波辐射而产生热量和呈现粘性,在粘合步骤中不要求用于电流通过的布线。因而,可以高效地制造柔性软管。

具体实施方式
下文,将参照附图解释本发明的实施例。本发明不限于下面描述的各个实施例,并且包括各个实施例的修改和变化。
就本发明的第一实施例而论,表示本发明的柔性软管对用于真空吸尘器的软管的使用。图1代表真空吸尘器的整个外观。
在图1中,用于真空吸尘器的软管A,代表由合成树脂材料制成的柔性软管,并且真空吸尘器包括吸尘器本体10、联接管11、软管A、把手(或手柄)和操作单元12、延伸管13、及抽吸喷嘴14,该吸尘器本体10具有抽吸端口,该联接管11可拆除地连接到抽吸端口,该软管A具有连接到联接管11上的第一端部,该把手和操作单元12连接到软管A的第二端部,该延伸管13可拆除地连接到把手和操作单元12,该抽吸喷嘴14可拆除地连接到延伸管13上。软管A具有布置在其内的管子(内装管子),如图2所示。在这个实施例中,吸尘器本体10通过在管子内的电线(未示出)与把手和操作单元12电气连接。
图2是本发明第一实施例的柔性软管A的部分剖视图,并且图3是在图2的线X-X上得到的剖视图。柔性软管A包括软管单元1、和引入到其中(或插入到其中)的管子2,并且管子2采用或通过生热粘合剂部件(heat-generating adhesive member)3,直线地[或沿软管单元1(软管单元1的内表面)的长度方向]粘性连结(或集成)到柔性软管单元1的内表面(或内壁),该生热粘合剂部件3将在下文中详细地解释。
为了将柔性赋予软管,柔性软管单元1被模制成具有波纹壁表面(具体地说,软管单元的壁可具有皱纹(或波纹)形状,该皱纹形状具有突出(较大直径)部分和凹槽(较小直径)部分,并且这些部分可沿软管单元按螺旋形式或按一系列环的形式而形成)。作为柔性软管单元1,可以使用柔性软管,该柔性软管由一种方法模制,如已知的连续吹制模制或螺旋模制,在这种方法中,按预定形式挤压的条带绕前者螺旋地缠绕,并且粘合到软管上。柔性软管单元1可以包括壁,该壁包括柔性软树脂和选择性的加强部件,该加强部件包括硬树脂、钢丝、等。
管子2具有的柔性只要不会大大地损坏柔性软管单元1的弯曲柔性就是可以的。管子可以是具有光滑壁表面的管子,如图2所示,或者如有必要,可以使用波纹管。这样一种管子可通过比较软树脂材料的挤压模制或连续吹制模制而得到。在这个实施例中,管子2是具有光滑壁表面的圆筒形管子,并且管子的壁具有要粘合(或连结)到生热粘合剂部件3上的厚区域或面积。
在这个实施例中,柔性软管单元1和管子2可以由例如聚乙烯树脂、乙烯乙酸酯树脂(EVA树脂)、其混合物、或其它树脂材料制造。作为用于管子2或柔性软管单元1的壁的材料,可以使用软的(或增塑的)树脂材料。例如,软树脂材料可以包括增塑聚氯乙烯树脂、烯烃树脂(例如,聚丙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂、及EVA树脂)、含橡胶苯乙烯系列树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚酯系列树脂、聚酰胺系列树脂、氨基甲酸乙酯系列树脂、热塑性弹性体(例如,烯烃热塑性弹性体、苯乙烯系列热塑性弹性体、改性苯乙烯系列热塑性弹性体、聚酯系列弹性体、聚酰胺系列弹性体、及聚氨酯系列弹性体)、及其混合成分。优选树脂材料的例子可以包括聚乙烯树脂[例如,低密度聚乙烯(例如,分支长链低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线(或直)链低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、及茂金属LLDPE)、及高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)]、EVA树脂、及其混合物。用于软管单元的树脂材料和用于管子的树脂材料可以是同种材料,或者可以选择性地是彼此不同的材料,只要管子可粘性地连结到软管单元上即可。
以下将解释生热粘合剂部件3,该生热粘合剂部件3用来将管子2粘合(或粘性地连结)到软管单元1的内表面上。在本发明中的生热粘合剂部件是一种粘合剂部件,该粘合剂部件通过由电磁装置(例如,电流的通过或电磁波辐射)产生热量而具有粘合功能(或性质)。在这个实施例中,生热粘合剂部件3是直线粘合剂部件(或电可加热直线粘合剂部件),该粘合剂部件借助于电流的通过而产生热量,并且布置在管子2与软管单元的内表面之间,以将管子2粘合到软管单元1上。更具体地说,生热粘合剂部件3包括主体31和金属加热导线32,该主体31包括沿管子的纵向方向直线形成的热塑性粘合剂,该金属加热导线32是由不锈钢元件(或线股)制成的绞合线,该金属加热导线32沿生热粘合剂部件3的纵向方向嵌在主体31中。
生热粘合剂部件3的主体31具有条或带状(或平的)横截面,该横截面在软管单元的圆周方向上的长度大于在其径向方向上的长度,并且金属加热导线32嵌在(或埋在)主体31的中央或接近中央区域中(例如,在软管单元的径向和圆周方向这两个方向上)。就是说,为了避免金属加热导线32与柔性软管单元1的内表面或管子2的表面的直接接触,金属加热导线32用热塑性粘合剂覆盖,该热塑性粘合剂形成生热粘合剂部件3的主体31。在这个实施例中,生热粘合剂部件3的主体31包括非生热树脂材料,该非生热树脂材料即使由通过磁装置也不产生热量。
在这个实施例中,作为用于生热粘合剂部件3的主体31的热塑性粘合剂,可以使用有与以上对于软管单元和/或管子而言提到的树脂材料相同的树脂,例如,聚乙烯树脂、乙烯乙酸酯树脂(EVA树脂)、及其混合物。用于生热粘合剂部件3的主体的粘合剂不具体地限于特定一种,只要粘合剂具有适当柔性、和用来粘合软管单元1和管子2两者的粘性,并且通过加热可呈现粘性,即可。粘合剂可以是反应粘合剂(例如,在这种粘合剂中,通过加热加速硬化或固化)或热固性粘合剂(例如,橡胶材料)。特别优选的粘合剂包括热塑性粘合剂,因为这样一种粘合剂通过加热软化或熔融以呈现粘性,并且通过冷却立即硬化以完成粘合处理。
作为热塑性粘合剂,可以使用作为热熔粘合剂制备和可买到的粘合剂,或者可以使用与管子2的材料或软管单元1的材料相容的热塑性粘合剂。如在这个实施例中表示的那样,对于软管单元1与对于管子2的相同(或相同系列)材料的使用,允许放宽粘合剂的选择范围。而且,当用于粘合剂的材料与用于软管单元1或管子2的那些材料相同时,管子可用粘合剂更确实地或紧密地粘合到软管单元上。
此外,为了防止软管单元或管子的变形或缺陷外观,用于生热粘合剂部件3的粘合剂更优选地是这样一种粘合剂,它所需的粘合温度(例如,对于热塑性粘合剂、其熔点)低于用于软管单元1或管子2的材料的熔点。
以下将解释在本发明的第一实施例中用来制造柔性软管的过程。本发明的柔性软管由用来制造软管单元的步骤、用来制造管子和生热粘合剂部件的步骤、及用来将管子粘合(粘性地连结)到软管单元上的步骤而制造。
(软管单元的制造步骤)
软管单元1可由已知方法制造,并且可切成预定长度和经受用来将管子粘合到软管单元上的步骤。
(管子和生热粘合剂部件的制造步骤)
在这个步骤中,将生热粘合剂部件3粘合(或粘结或联接)到管子2,以便制造具有图9(a)所示横截面的复合部件。管子2本身可以在这个制造步骤之前独立地模制。下面将描述在连续过程中在模制管子2和生热粘合剂部件3的同时用来将生热粘合剂部件3粘合到管子2上的步骤。图4是示意图,表示管子和生热粘合剂部件的制造步骤。用于管子2的熔融树脂材料按管子的形式通过第一挤出机E1的模具T1挤压-该管子具有预定横截面,并且通过定尺寸设备T2,以给出具有预定横截面的管子2。另一方面,在将不锈钢绞合线32从供给器T3供给到模具T4的同时,用于生热粘合剂部件的主体31的熔融树脂材料从第二挤出机E2供给到模具T4。在模具T4内部,不锈钢绞合线(金属加热导线)32布置在生热粘合剂部件的主体31的中央或接近中央区域中,以通过模具T4挤压生热粘合剂部件3。生热粘合剂部件3在预定位置处与得到的管子2重叠,并且由按压装置T5(例如,压辊)按压,或者经受另一个粘合过程,以将生热粘合剂部件3粘合到管子2上。粘合步骤可在生热粘合剂部件3的半熔融状态下容易地进行。此后,复合部件由冷却和拉制机器T6拉制,该复合部件包括管子2和粘合到其上的生热粘合剂部件3。将复合部件切成预定长度,以经受用来将管子粘合到软管单元上的步骤。
(软管单元和管子的粘合步骤)
首先,为了电气连接,将金属加热导线32从复合部件的两个端部都暴露(或取出),该复合部件具有在以上步骤中得到的预定长度。然后,管子2由夹具G1支撑。夹具G1在其上表面上具有凹槽(或凹陷),以便将管子2保持在凹槽中,如图5的剖视图所示。夹具G1是杆形夹具,该杆形夹具能被插入到软管单元1中,并且比软管单元1的整个长度长。在粘合步骤中,夹具用来控制和固定管子的位置。夹具G1的凹槽具有与容纳的管子2一样大的尺寸。凹槽在其上侧具有狭窄孔径(开口),并且狭窄孔径的宽度与生热粘合剂部件3的宽度相对应。生热粘合剂部件3定位在狭窄孔径处,以从夹具G1暴露。作为在这个实施例中的夹具G1,优选的是,夹具G1形成为,由凹槽的上部内表面保持生热粘合剂部件3,以在凹槽中稳定地保持管子的姿态(或者夹具的凹槽形成为,稳定地保持管子的姿态)。
接下来,在夹具G1保持管子2和生热粘合剂部件3的情况下,将管子2和生热粘合剂部件3引入到软管单元1中,并且将软管单元1和管子2在软管单元的纵向方向上按预定位置关系布置。就是说,如图6所示,在软管单元1放置在软管导向件G2上的情况下,将夹具G1与管子2一起引入到软管单元1中。在这种布置中,如图7所示,软管单元1由软管导向部件G2保持,该软管导向部件G2在其上表面上具有凹槽。夹具G1被固定在一个位置处,在该处,生热粘合剂部件3可面向或面对软管单元的内表面。
然后,加热导线32连接到电流电路W,并且通过施加电流而允许热量的产生。与电流的引入同时地,由加压单元G3将软管单元压向生热粘合剂部件3,以将软管单元的内表面带到与生热粘合剂部件3相接触(或紧密接触)。根据这个实施例,如图8所示,软管单元1被压向其在板形加压单元G3与软管导向部件G2之间的径向方向,并且按稍微凹下(平的)形式弹性变形。
通过施加电流从加热导线32产生的热量使生热粘合剂部件3的主体31的热塑性粘合剂熔融,并且将熔融的热塑性粘合剂带到与软管单元的内表面相紧密接触。此后,停止电流,并且生热粘合剂部件3通过冷却而固化,以通过粘合剂部件3将管子2粘合到软管单元1上。冷却可以着意地[例如,通过供给冷却空气(借助于鼓风机的空气冷却)或使用冷却剂]或自然地(或通过没有鼓风机的空气冷却)进行。通常,进行自然冷却(或没有鼓风机的空气冷却)实际上就足够了。
在加热和粘合(连结)步骤中,加热导线32允许热量的产生,以使得生热粘合剂部件3的主体31的与软管单元1的内表面相接触的接触区域或面积的至少一部分被熔融或软化到粘性状态。另一方面,在加热和粘合步骤中,用于软管单元内表面的树脂材料不是必须被熔融或软化。然而,从软管单元对于生热粘合剂部件的粘合强度(或粘结强度)的观点出发,有利的是,熔融或软化软管单元1的内表面。
电流对于加热导线32的施加时间和软管单元的按压时间不具体地限于特定方式。在按压软管单元之后,在保持按压状态的同时,可以进行电流的通过;或者在通过将电流施加到加热导线32上将粘合剂部件3熔融或软化到某种程度之后,可以按压软管单元。由于在前一种模式中,在粘合剂部件3产生热量和被熔融的同时,软管单元1的内表面也被加热和容易地软化或熔融,所以它有利于充分地改进(或提高)软管单元1对于粘合剂部件3的粘合强度。另一方面,由于在后一种模式中,被加热和熔融的粘合剂部件3被按压并且粘合(或粘结)到未被加热的软管单元的内表面,所以防止了软管单元1的壁的变形。具体地说,在其中软管单元1的壁较薄的情况下,后一种模式是有利的。
此外,用来将软管单元的内表面带到与生热粘合剂部件3相接触(或紧密接触)的步骤的具体方式,可以是另一种方式,并且例如,夹具G1可以向加压单元G3提升。
在采用生热粘合剂部件3完成在管子2与软管单元1之间的粘合之后,释放由加压单元G3施加的压力,并且借助于管子2沿夹具G1的凹槽的滑动,将软管单元从夹具G1中拉出。软管单元的形状由于软管单元的壁的弹性而返回其原始圆筒形状,并且如图2和3所示,得到按照本发明第一实施例的用于真空吸尘器的柔性软管。
以下将解释上述实施例的功能(或机理)和优点(或效果)。由上述过程可高效地按高质量制造这个实施例的柔性软管A。就是说,根据以上制造过程,事先将生热粘合剂部件3粘合到管子2,并且允许粘合剂部件的热塑性粘合剂,在要被连结的姿态下产生热量和呈现粘性。紧在之后(或同时地),将热塑性粘合剂按压到软管单元的内表面上以进行粘合。根据这样的制造步骤,由于热塑性粘合剂(生热粘合剂部件3)在软管单元的整个长度上的相同条件下被同时地加热,所以可使粘合条件在整个软管单元上均匀化,并且可以实现均匀而又紧密的粘合。此外,由于施加电能的控制保证从粘合剂部件产生的热量的可靠控制,所以生热粘合剂部件的温度可容易和精确地控制。因而,杜绝了在软管单元1与管子2之间的弱粘合或由软管壁的过热造成的软管壁的热变形,并且得到了均匀而又高质量的柔性软管。
而且,如在实施例中表明的那样,当生热粘合剂部件3直线地布置,并且通过施加电流而产生热量时,通过控制所施加的电能、能量供给时间以及其它因素,可以调节产生的热量或加热速度和时间。因而,生热粘合剂部件3的温度被容易地调节和控制,并且可以改进温度控制的精度。温度控制的改进精度可在作为最终产品的柔性软管A中准确地控制生热粘合剂部件3的宽度(在软管圆周方向上的长度)和其厚度(在软管径向方向上的长度),以容易地得到所需的软管可弯曲性或粘合强度。具体地说,由于软管的可弯曲性容易随生热粘合剂部件3的增大宽度而变差,所以优选的是,控制或抑制生热粘合剂部件3的温度,以便不会达到过高温度。
此外,如在这个实施例中描述那样,在生热粘合剂部件3是电可加热的直线粘合剂部件的情况下,在软管的使用时,可利用直线粘合剂部件3,利用其导电性来消除静电。而且,具有导电性的直线生热粘合剂部件3(具体地说,加热导线32),也可用作信号线等,用来将握柄连接(或联接)到吸尘器本体上。因而这样一种粘合剂部件可减少分别地提供的信号线的数量。
而且,如在这个实施例中描述的那样,当生热粘合剂部件3的主体31包括非放热热塑性粘合剂,并且加热导线32沿粘合剂部件3的纵向方向嵌在主体中时,特别有效地产生如下优点:可得到均匀和高质量的软管。此外,加热导线32在非生热(non-heat-generating)主体31中的嵌入,防止管子2或软管单元1与加热导线32直接相接触、和由热导线32引起的损坏。鉴于管子2的热损坏或变形的防止,如在这个实施例中表示的那样,特别优选的是,使在布置(或排列)生热粘合剂部件3的区域或面积中的管子的壁厚比在另一个区域或面积中的壁厚大。
此外,当金属加热导线用作电可加热部件时,与由导电树脂等制成的以后提到的加热元件相比,可以容易而又准确地控制加热元件的电阻,并且在柔性软管的制造过程中,可以适当地控制从生热粘合剂部件3产生的热量或粘合剂部件3的温度。因而可进一步稳定粘合条件,并且有利地得到高质量的柔性软管。
而且,如在这个实施例中表示的那样,当生热粘合剂部件3的主体31包括热塑性粘合剂,且在软管单元的圆周方向上沿软管单元的内表面具有带条形式,并且加热导线32在软管单元的圆周方向上嵌在主体31的中央或接近中央区域中时,可以更准确地控制粘合状态。就是说,当加热导线32在带条形生热粘合剂部件的主体31的中央区域中产生热量时,主体31的中央区域比其两个端部被更迅速地加热。通过适当地控制生热条件,在主体31的中央区域中,热塑性粘合剂可在熔融状态下,而在其两个端部中,热塑性粘合剂可在未熔融或未软化状态下,或者与其中央区域相比在稍低的软化状态下。在这样一种状态下,当将生热粘合剂部件3按压到软管单元的内表面上时,主体31的两个端部-它们在未熔融或未软化状态下或在稍微软化状态下,可用作用来适当地保持在软管单元的内表面与管子2之间的距离的垫片,并且可通过按压适当地控制生热粘合剂部件的变形程度。而且,有利的是,适当地保持生热粘合剂部件3的厚度(在软管单元的径向方向上的长度)和生热粘合剂部件3的宽度(在软管单元的圆周方向上的长度),并且改进生成软管的质量。
本发明不限于上述实施例,并且可以进行实施例的各种修改和变更。下文中将解释本发明的另一个实施例。在如下解释中,主要描述与上述实施例的不同点,并且省略关于相同或相似点的解释。
(软管和管子)
软管(软管单元)的尺寸或结构可以依据用途而加以选择。对于真空吸尘器软管,软管单元的内径是例如约10至100mm,优选地约15至50mm,更优选地约20至40mm。顺便说明,构成波纹结构的每个突出部分(或升起部分、较大直径部分)的高度是例如约1至10mm,优选地约1.5至8mm,更优选地约2至5mm。在突出部分之间的节距(在两个相邻突出部分之间的距离)是例如约1至10mm,优选地约2至8mm,更优选地约3至7mm。软管单元的厚度是例如约0.1至5mm,优选地约0.2至3mm,更优选地约0.3至2mm。顺便说明,软管单元的内壁可以是光滑的。
管子的内径(平均内径)小于软管单元的内径,并且是例如约3至20mm,优选地约5至15mm,更优选地约6至10mm。
此外,管子的厚度是例如约0.1至2mm,优选地约0.2至1.5mm,更优选地约0.3至1mm。顺便说明,在管子的壁中,布置或排列生热粘合剂部件的区域或面积(或要粘合或连结到软管单元上的区域),与另一个区域或面积相比可以加厚。这样的厚壁区域阻止管子的变形,并且依据管子本身的厚度,允许生热粘合剂部件的高效安装或管子对于软管单元的高效粘合。厚壁区域(或厚区域)的厚度可以是管子的另一个区域的厚度的约1.05倍或更大(例如,约1.1至10倍),优选地约1.1至8倍,更优选地约1.2至5倍。
顺便说明,导线(例如,不锈钢丝、钢丝、铜丝、镍丝及涂覆的(或绝缘的)导线)等可以安装(或容纳)在管子的内部空间中。
软管单元的材料或管子的材料可以是热固性树脂(例如,聚氨酯)或橡胶,并且优选地包括热塑性树脂(例如,以上所描述的热塑性树脂)。
此外,软管单元和/或管子可以包含常规添加剂,例如着色剂(或染色剂)、加强填充物(例如,无机纤维,如碳纤维;和填充物颗粒(或粒状填充物),如云母或滑石粉)、稳定剂[例如,苯酚系列、硫醚系列、磷系列抗氧化剂;光稳定剂(例如,紫外线吸收剂);热稳定剂;及耐天候稳定剂]、阻燃剂、润滑剂、分散剂、发泡剂、交联剂、颜料或染料、及矿物油系列软化剂。
(生热粘合剂部件)
在生热粘合剂部件中的加热导线的平均直径,依据软管单元的尺寸或材料,可以从约0.01至5mm(特别是约0.05至3mm)的范围中选择。例如,加热导线的平均直径是例如约0.01至3mm,优选地约0.05至2mm,更优选地约0.1至1.5mm(特别是约0.5至1.0mm)。
加热导线可以是单纱或线(股)或单根导线。为了提供某种弹性(或柔性)以便容易顺应软管的拉长和收缩,加热导线优选地是复合纱(复合导线),该复合纱包括组合的多根或单根纱(例如,绞合(或成股)导线、编织导线、及绞合纱)。构成复合纱或导线的单根纱或导线的数量不小于2,例如约2至100,优选地约3至50。对于复合纱或导线,单根纱或导线的平均直径不具体地限于特定一种,只要复合纱或导线的直径在上述范围内。顺便说明,单根纱或导线的横截面的形状不具体地限于特定一种,并且通常是几乎圆形形状。为了改进加热导线对于树脂成分的粘性,加热导线可以用底层涂料(例如,硅烷偶联剂)加以表面处理。
加热导线的长度大于主体的长度,并且通常可以与软管单元的长度以及管子的长度几乎相同。
加热导线能够通过电磁装置产生热量。加热导线可以是不锈钢丝、金属丝(例如,钢丝、铜丝、镍丝、及铬丝)、和导电非金属丝(例如,碳纤维)。
加热导线可以布置(排列或安装)在主体的表面上,只要可以使得加热导线与主体相接触。优选的是,加热导线嵌在(或埋在)主体中。加热导线的嵌入位置取决于生热粘合剂部件的尺寸或其它因素,并且通常在生热粘合剂部件(或主体)的厚度方向上是中央或接近中央区域(或中间区域)。
生热粘合剂部件的形状不具体地限于特定一种,只要管子能够被粘合(或粘结)到软管单元上即可。生热粘合剂部件可以是圆柱形状(或具有圆形横截面的形状)、棱形形状(或具有多边形横截面的形状,例如方杆形状)以及其它形状。为了通过使粘合剂层与软管单元的内壁高效地接触而改进粘性,生热粘合剂部件优选地具有沿软管单元的内壁(或与其相对应)的形式或形状[例如,带条形式(或层形式)]。具体地说,生热粘合剂部件(或其主体)可以沿管子的纵向方向(或长度方向)按如下形式布置在管子(管子的外壁)上:生热粘合剂部件(或其主体)顺应软管单元的内壁(或紧密地与其相接触)。
生热粘合剂部件,如带条形生热粘合剂部件,的厚度(平均厚度,或从与软管单元的第一接触表面到与管子的第二接触表面的距离)取决于软管单元的直径或管子的直径,并且是例如约0.1至10mm(例如,约0.1至5mm),优选地约0.3至3mm,更优选地约0.5至2mm。此外,生热粘合剂部件的宽度(平均宽度)可以根据软管单元的直径或管子的直径,从约1至30mm的范围中选择,并且是例如约1至20mm,优选地约2至15mm,更优选地约3至10mm。
此外,对于生热粘合剂部件-它具有嵌在其主体中的加热导线,生热粘合剂部件(主体)的厚度可以是加热导线的直径的约1.2倍或更大(例如,约1.5倍至100倍),优选地约2至50倍,更优选地约3至30倍(例如,约5至20倍)。
而且,对于具有嵌入的加热导线的生热粘合剂部件,从加热导线(或加热导线的端部)到生热粘合剂部件的端部(或软管单元的内壁或管子的外壁)的距离(最短距离)可以是例如不小于0.05mm(例如,约0.1至5mm),并且优选地是约0.1至3mm(例如,约0.2至2mm)。
生热粘合剂部件通常可以包括树脂,该树脂包含生热元件,该生热元件能够通过电磁装置(例如,加热导线和导电材料)产生热量。用于生热粘合剂部件(或主体)的树脂可以是热固性树脂或非交联橡胶,只要树脂能够通过来自生热元件的热量产生(热传导),将管子粘性地连结(或粘结)到软管单元上即可。树脂优选地包括热塑性树脂,该热塑性树脂能够通过产生的热量或加热而被软化或熔融。顺便说明,热固性树脂或非交联橡胶由生热装置加热,并且硬化或交联以将管子粘合到软管单元上。
热塑性树脂可以包括以上举例的树脂。用于生热粘合剂部件的树脂可以是与用于软管单元和/或管子的树脂相同的或相同系列的树脂,这些树脂如以上描述的那样,或者可以是与用于软管单元和/或管子的树脂相比更容易软化或熔融的树脂。在后一种情况下,用于生热粘合剂部件的树脂的熔点(或软化点)可以低于用于软管单元和/或管子的树脂的熔点,并且在两个熔点(或软化点)之间的差可以不小于1℃(例如,约2至80℃),优选地不小于3℃(例如,约4至50℃),更优选地不小于5℃(例如,约7至30℃)。
顺便说明,生热粘合剂部件也可以包含如以上描述的那样的添加剂。
(生热粘合剂部件的变化)
以下将详细地解释生热粘合剂部件的变化。图9是一些实施例或模式的示意剖视图,在这些实施例或模式的每一个中,电可加热的直线生热粘合剂部件安装在管子上(或与其集成)。图9(a)是与第一实施例相对应的图,并且示出一个实施例,在该实施例中,金属加热导线32嵌在带条形非生热主体31的中央区域中。在这个实施例中,用于加热导线32的材料不具体地限于不锈钢绞合导线。其它金属导线可以按单根导线、束、绞合导线、或编织导线的形式用作加热导线32。另外,包含导电纤维(例如,碳纤维)的单-纱形(或直线)纤维组件可以用作加热导线32。为了将一定弹性(或柔性)赋予加热导线32并且改进作为最终产品的柔性软管的可弯性,加热导线32优选地呈现为绞合或编织导线的形式。
加热导线32被嵌在生热粘合剂部件的主体中的实施例,可以是加热导线32被包裹在非生热主体31中(或用其覆盖)的实施例,该非生热主体31具有圆形横截面,如图9(b)所示。
此外,代替加热导线32,也可以使用直线生热粘合剂部件,该直线生热粘合剂部件包括热塑性导电树脂材料,并且通过电流产生热量。在图9(c)中示出的实施例中,粘合剂部件4沿管子的纵向方向直线地布置,并且粘合剂部件4的整体包括热塑性导电树脂材料。
此外,在图9(d)中示出的实施例中,直线生热粘合剂部件5沿管子布置,并且包括直线生热部分51、和非生热部分52,该直线生热部分51包括热塑性导电树脂材料,该非生热部分52包括不导电树脂材料,并且包围生热部分51。
例如,通过将适当制备的导电树脂材料供给到挤出机,并且共同挤出树脂材料和用于管子2的材料,可以制造这些实施例的这些生热粘合剂部件4和5。根据这些实施例,按与第一实施例相同的方式,热塑性树脂材料通过施加电流而熔融,以将软管单元的壁粘合到生热粘合剂部件4上。
在这些实施例中要使用的导电树脂材料可以包括这样一种材料,该材料包含树脂材料和导电添加剂(或导电剂)。导电添加剂的例子可以包括导电颗粒(例如,诸如炭黑之类的导电非金属颗粒)、导电纤维(例如,碳纤维和金属纤维)、及金属粉末(或金属颗粒)。为了得到在直线生热部分的整个长度上的均匀温度,如有可能,则优选的是,将具有负温度系数的电阻的导电材料用作导电树脂材料。顺便说明,依据导电剂的种类,在导电树脂材料中导电剂的比例可以是例如按体积不小于0.5%(例如,按体积约1至90%),并且优选地是按体积约2至70%。
作为用来加热生热粘合剂部件的电磁装置,也可以利用电磁波辐射。对于电磁波辐射,树脂成分-该树脂成分通过电磁波辐射产生热量(电磁生热树脂材料),可用于生热粘合剂部件的加热区域(或部分)。这样的树脂成分可以包括这样一种树脂成分(例如,热塑性树脂成分),该树脂成分包含树脂和电磁生热组分(例如,金属粉末)。例如,磁铁矿粉末等可以用作金属粉末,并且微波可以用作电磁波。顺便说明,在树脂成分中电磁生热组分的比例可以是例如按体积不小于1%(例如,按体积约2至90%),并且优选地是按体积约3至70%。作为用于电磁生热粘合剂部件的树脂,可以使用以上所描述的树脂。
即使对于电磁生热粘合剂部件,柔性软管也可按与在第一实施例中基本相同的方式制造,不同之处在于,在用来将管子粘合到软管单元上的步骤中,使用电磁波。这样一种制造过程具有一些优点,这些优点包括由产生热量的准确控制造成的均匀粘合状态或适当(或合理)粘合条件。电磁生热粘合剂部件的第一优点是:没有必要连线电流供给设备(或电流电路),并且进一步增进柔性软管的制造效率。
此外,电磁生热粘合剂部件的第二优点是:生热粘合剂部件的热量产生和粘合剂连结可以不同时地在软管单元的整体长度上进行,而是在软管单元的纵向方向上依次或断续地进行。在这种情况下,布置电磁波辐射器,以便沿软管单元的纵向方向施加电磁波。不用说,通过将电磁波同时施加到软管单元的整个长度上,也可以在软管单元的整个长度上同时将管子粘合到软管单元上。沿软管单元的纵向方向依次施加电磁波辐射和按压的粘合步骤对于制造一种软管而言是特别有效的:在这种软管中,在软管单元内螺旋地粘合(或连结或粘结)管子。
而且,对于电磁生热粘合剂部件,没有必要按连续直线形式布置生热粘合剂部件。因而,如图10所示,生热粘合剂部件6、6可以沿管子2的纵向方向断续地布置(图10(a)),或者虚线状的生热粘合剂部件7、7可以沿管子的纵向方向在带状区域或带条状区域中布置(图10(b))。生热粘合剂部件的这样一种布置增进了软管的弹性或可弯性,因为管子2断续地(或不连续地)粘合到软管单元1上。
此外,尽管在以上解释中主要表明将热塑性粘合剂用作生热粘合剂部件的粘合剂的实施例,但粘合剂不限于热塑性粘合剂,只要粘合处理可通过热量产生而完成即可。热固性粘合剂(例如,非交联硅酮橡胶膏)也可以用作粘合剂。对于热固性粘合剂的使用,管子可以按如下步骤粘性地连结到软管单元上:为了覆盖(或包裹)加热导线32,挤压作为主要部分(或主体)31的非交联硅酮橡胶,以形成生热粘合剂部件3;将生热粘合剂部件3连结到管子2上,并且然后引入到软管单元1中;及在将生热粘合剂部件3按压到软管单元上的同时,通过将电流施加到加热导线32上,使非交联硅酮橡胶热交联,以将管子2粘合到软管单元1上。
此外,尽管上述实施例解释了用于真空吸尘器的柔性软管,但本发明的柔性软管的使用不限于真空吸尘器。就是说,本发明的柔性软管(包括管子的柔性软管)可广泛地用作通风软管和各种输送软管,用于输送气体、粉末或液体、及其它目的,只要柔性软管具有沿软管单元的纵向方向连结到软管单元上的管子。
工业实用性
本发明的柔性软管作为例如用于真空吸尘器的软管是有用的,并且连结到软管单元内部的管子可以用来容纳要连线的信号线或电缆,或者可以用来将空气或清洗液体发送到真空吸尘器的抽吸端口。根据本发明,管子和软管单元被均匀地粘合,增进了柔性软管的质量,因而,本发明具有很高的工业利用价值。

Claims (9)

1.一种柔性软管,包括软管单元和管子,该管子粘合到所述软管单元的内壁,其中,用生热粘合剂部件将所述管子粘合到所述软管单元,并且所述生热粘合剂部件通过电磁装置产生热量,并且沿所述管子的纵向方向布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性软管,其中,所述生热粘合剂部件是直线部件,该直线部件借助于电流的通过而产生热量,以呈现粘性。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柔性软管,其中,所述生热粘合剂部件具有主体和加热导线,该主体包括非生热热塑性粘合剂,该加热导线沿所述生热粘合剂部件的纵向方向嵌在所述主体中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的柔性软管,其中,所述主体在所述软管单元的圆周方向上沿所述软管单元的内表面具有带条形式,并且嵌入的所述加热导线在所述软管单元的圆周方向上位于所述主体的中央区域中或接近中央区域。
5.根据权利要求2所述的柔性软管,其中,所述生热粘合剂部件包括主体,该主体包括热塑性粘合剂,并且所述主体至少具有纵向延伸区域,该纵向延伸区域包括导电热塑性粘合剂,该导电热塑性粘合剂包含导电材料和热塑性树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柔性软管,其中,所述生热粘合剂部件通过电磁波辐射产生热量,以呈现粘性。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的柔性软管,它是用于真空吸尘器的软管。
8.一种用来制造柔性软管的过程,该柔性软管包括软管单元和管子,该管子粘合到所述软管单元的内壁,所述过程包括:
第一步骤,该第一步骤用来将生热粘合剂部件布置在管子的外表面上,所述生热粘合剂部件通过电磁装置产生热量;
跟随所述第一步骤的第二步骤,该第二步骤用来由杆形夹具保持所述管子,使所述生热粘合剂部件从所述夹具暴露;
跟随所述第二步骤的第三步骤,该第三步骤用来将所述夹具和所述管子引入到所述软管单元中,以使所述生热粘合剂部件面向所述软管单元的内表面;及
跟随所述第三步骤的第四步骤,该第四步骤用来通过电磁装置从所述生热粘合剂部件产生热量,并且使所述软管单元和所述生热粘合剂部件彼此相接触,以将所述管子粘合到所述软管单元。
9.一种真空吸尘器,该真空吸尘器设有根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的柔性软管。
