Abstract

本容器包括一个用于实现流体密封的内壳体(3)和一个用于保证机械强度的外壳体(4),在两个壳体之间嵌入一个位于容器底面的罩(5)和一个位于容器开口端的罩(10),它与连接细颈(7)制成一个整体,其特征在于,在两构件(3、6)之间的所有接触面上(16)上,位于容器(2)开口端的部分内壳体(3)固定在形成细颈(7)及罩(10)的金属件(6)上,而罩(10)的外表面(13)和细颈(7)的部分外表面则被外壳体(4)所覆盖。
本发明容器适用于压缩气体或易燃和挥发性液体或液压流体的储存,本发明制造方法适用于制造上述各种类型的容器。

Description

本发明内容涉及一种用于任意流体,如10至500巴(10至500×105帕)压力下的气体,或易燃的挥发性液体或者液压流体的容器。
这种容器具有两个同心壳体,也就是说,这种容器具有一个内壳体和一个外壳体,所述的内壳体用于实现流体密封,所述的外壳体用于保证机械强度。
通过在两个壳体之间配置一个罩来加强容器封闭端的机械强度。在容器开口端,一般考虑在两个壳体之间配置一个罩,与形成细颈的构件组合成一体,细颈上有与管接头、膨胀阀、流体开关等相连接的连接件。
在法国专利FR2301746中特别描述了这样的容器。在这种容器中,罩和细颈具有朝外的辅助喇叭口,可以夹紧容器的开口边。
由于这样的解决方法仍然令人不满意,因此,为确保在内壳体开口端安装罩,首先要使该壳体开口端变形,将罩嵌入后,再使该开口端成形,以便它刚好贴着罩的喇叭口部分。
而且,这种喇叭口不利于实现良好的密封。
其它具有两个同心壳体的容器,其中,内壳体由金属材料制成。这些容器的缺点,一是比较重,二是在爆炸情况下很危险,因为爆炸时它们就象一个喷发金属碎片的真炸弹那样。
申请人的法国专利申请8609126号中描述了这样一种改进的容器,其中,细颈和罩组合在一起,它们位于容器的开口端,内壳体由热塑材料制成。该容器的密封是借助环形接头来保证的。但是, 这些环形接头在安装时有可能出现故障或受到损伤,因为安装比较复杂,因而在长时期中将会存在密封问题。
GB1023011中公开了一种容器,它具有一内壳体和一外壳体,在内壳体和外壳体的颈部之间装入一罩体。
但,从中可看出:首先需通过对合成材料的吹塑加工制出内壳体,然后再在制成的内壳体上安装罩体。这种安装是在对构成内壳体的材料进行加热、使其变形并进行机械固定之后完成的。
这样得出的罩体和内壳体之间的联结质量很差,内壳体的夹持部位受有应力,强度减弱,密封性随之变差。
采用这种技术,几乎每两个容器中就有一个达不到所要求的密封性。此外,为便于夹持罩体,内壳体超出了容器,这意味着在发生火灾的情况下,由于内壳体一般是用不能承受高于350℃的温度的材料制成的,内壳体就会损坏,由于内壳体损坏和压力的增高,罩体受到破坏而穿过容器底部射出。
最后,如以上文件所述,金属罩体在旋紧力的作用下会相对于内壳体转动,使原来在罩体和内壳体之间很不可靠的密封性进一步变差。同时,由于密封性系取决于构成外壳体的纤维的张力,这也使密封性很不可靠。目前,这种张力是不很可靠的。
本发明目的旨在提供这种类型的容器,其制造简易,保证容器内部的良好密封,无需使用密封元件,如接头。
为此,本发明涉及的普通圆柱形流体容器包括,一个由热塑材料 制成的用于实现密封的内壳体,一个由纤维缠绕制造的并用于保证机械强度的外壳体。在两壳体之间,于容器底部嵌入一第一罩,并于容器开口端嵌入一第二罩,它由一带连接细颈的单体金属件构成,本发明流体容器的特征在于,至少位于容器开口端的这部分内壳体沿内壳体和金属件之间的接触表面固定在形成细颈和罩的金属件上,这种组合是通过将内壳体模压在金属件上来完成的,组合以前在金属件表面上至少涂覆一层构成内壳体的热塑材料并将金属件装在用以制得内壳体的模具内,而罩的外表面以及细颈的部分外表面则被外壳体所覆盖。
装配之后,细颈和罩两构件与内壳体彼此完全连接成一体,因此而形成的容积就不会因有接头而发生漏泄的危险,在容积受到高压作用时,例如储存压缩气体的情况下,也不会在内壳体和加强件之间产生脱离现象。这些连接件给容器提供了良好的密封性能和机械强度。
比较好的做法是,使细颈的内表面在其被内壳体所覆盖的区域有一个厚度与壳体厚度相一致的凹口。
采用这种方法,在上述构件安装部位上,把内壳体嵌入细颈。所述的这种方法还改进了两个构件之间密封连接条件。
根据用所有热塑材料可以构成内壳体的最佳实施例,在两构件连接之前,至少给用于同壳体相接触的金属件表面涂覆热塑材料层,该热塑材料构成内壳体,能使上述构件之间进行连接。
最好的做法是,把由弹性材料制成的环形带嵌入外壳体和位于其倾斜表面上的至少一个罩之间,所述的环形带以便加固两构件之间的 机械连接,并使外壳体相对于罩作径向移动具有一定的可能性。
根据另一个实施例,容器在金属件和内壳体之间的所有接触表面上,有一种由酚醛环氧树脂和构成所述内壳体的热塑材料的混合物所形成的双组分粘着材料。
在内壳体用聚酰胺热塑材料制成的情况下,容器在金属件和内壳体之间的所有接触表面上,有一种由酚醛环氧树脂和聚酰胺的混合物所形成的双组分粘着材料。
这样,两构件之间的连接的抗拉强度可以大于150kgf/cm2
爆炸时,为了达到所要求的安全状态,容器应制成整件,为了提高机械强度,构成外壳体的纤维卷绕是交叉卷绕,该交叉卷绕是沿圆柱形容器两对角线平面卷绕的纤维以及沿其圆周卷绕的纤维的交叉卷绕,使圆柱形容器端面的纤维密度大于其壁的纤维密度。
容器最好由耐火和耐热保护层覆盖,该耐火和耐热保护层至少由不同的内层和外层构成。该内层由陶瓷纤维薄片构成,它用于其一面固定在容器的外壳体上,并形成一种热障;该外层形成一种可以与火接触的耐火保护层,它由一种玻璃布/不透明玻璃的复合物构成,其中,玻璃布机械连接在不透明玻璃上,而其本身固定在内层上。上述复合物被涂覆或浸润一种起化学催化作用的加强剂。
这种涂覆层耐火期限可以大于30分钟。
本发明也涉及容器的制造方法。
单张附图是容器的纵向剖面图,参照附图,本发明将会得到较好了解,本发明其它特征也可从下面的描述中得出。
如附图所示,用2标示容器,该容器呈圆柱形,它包括一个用例如聚酰胺、聚丙烯或聚乙烯制成的内壳体3,一个用例如玻璃纤维加 强的环氧树脂制成的并由纤维缠绕所获得的外壳体4。
采用公识方法,这种容器在封闭端配置底罩5,该底罩5布置在内壳体3和外壳体4之间,它由刚性材料制成,如青铜、铝合金和不锈钢。
在容器的开口端配置最好是金属的构件6,它同时起细颈和罩的作用。为此,这种金属件6包括形成细颈的管部7,具有中央通道8。位于外部的中央通道8的端部由与管部或膨胀阀或流体开关相连的螺丝9的表面加以限定。管部7位于容器内的端部由罩10加以延伸,它由一个以外向内和从容器开口端向其封闭端的倾斜表面12沿内壳体3,以及由一个从内向外和从容器开口端向其封闭端的倾斜表面13沿外壳体4加以限定。
罩10的形状只在实施例中提及,实际上,表面12也可以差不多与容器2的轴线相垂直,这就取决于金属件6的材料性质和容器中可以装有的流体所施加的压力。
在这种实施例中,如图所示,底罩5的形状同金属件6的形状相同。这样就可以实现金属件6和底罩5的标准化,只要对底罩5进行镗和攻丝,就可以获得具有中央通道8的金属件6,该中央通道8由螺丝9加以限定。
使内壳体3成形,该内壳体3具有在细颈的部分长度上伸展的圆柱形颈4,并将其嵌入凹口15,以便在安装后,内壳体3的内表面和细颈8的内表面具有良好的连贯性。
凹口15的表面和表面12构成金属件6与内壳体3之间的接触表面16,金属件6和内壳体3在所有的这种接触表面16上彼此连成一体。
根据最佳实施例,将金属件6安装到内壳体3上之前,它被涂上一层构成内壳体3的热塑材料,该热塑材料能使上述两个构件之间实现连接。
根据其它实施例,如果内壳体用聚酰胺制成的话,上述这种连接可以通过用一种由酚醛环氧树脂和聚酰胺的混合物组成的双组分粘着材料涂覆所有接触表面16来实现。这种粘着材料可能涉及到例如已知商品“RILPRIM204”和“RILSAN    NATUREL    ES4”的混合物。
根据这个实施例,首先,把“RILPRIM204”涂在金属件6上,然后,在喷涂“RILSAN    NATUREL    ES4”及连接合成材料制成的壳体之前,要将整件保温,例如在模具里进行。
这样实现的金属-合成材料的连接具有较大的机械强度,确保良好的密封性。
显然,根据具有前面所述及的特征的连接,底罩5可以采用与金属件6同样的方式固定在内壳体3上。
外壳体4覆盖罩10的倾斜外表面13和细颈7的部分外表面。实际上,构成外壳体14的纤维缠绕是按照圆柱形容器2的两对角线平面和其圆周方向进行的交叉卷绕,使圆柱形容器2端部的纤维密度大于其圆柱形壁的纤维密度。
这种布置可以改善容器的机械强度,当由于内部超压而爆炸时,这种布置可以避免容器碎裂成多块金属片。事实上,在附图中示出的情况里,仅仅在强度较小的圆柱形壁上沿着所限定的表面范围产生破裂。
为了保证罩10和5以及外壳体4之间良好的机械连接,同时, 在容器进行充填和排空时容器内部超压和低压的情况下,使外壳体4相对于罩10和5具有作径向移动的可能性,就把用弹性材料制成的环形带22嵌入外壳体4和罩10及5之间的倾斜表面13上。
这种配置可以大大减小容器2两端的应力。
本发明流体容器2还包括图中局部示出的耐火耐热保护层17,该保护层17包括两层,也就是一个内层18和一个外层19。内层18是由陶瓷纤维制成的一层薄片。这种内层18具有0.5~5毫米的可选厚度,它的导热率很小,它的耐热度达1400℃。所述的内层18的一面固定在外壳体4上,而其另一面同保护层17的外层19连在一起。后者根据已知方法,特别是采用接点法机械连接的玻璃布20/不透明玻璃21的耐火复合层19所构成的。复合层19的不透明玻璃21在制造过程中被粘接在内层18上,而玻璃布20则形成可以暴露在火中的保护层19的表面。
复合层19具有0.9~2毫米的厚度。该复合层也可预先涂一层尿素树脂/酯化甲醛,这种涂覆操作可采用装有硫氰酸盐作催化剂的丙烯腈/丁二烯丙烯酸酯的反应装置来进行。
涂覆的这种树脂是一种能提高复合层19不燃性的起化学催化作用的加强剂。
用于连接外层19和内层18以及用于把保护层17固定在外壳体4上的胶,是一种不易燃烧的合成胶,例如是一种无溶剂的、热固性的和耐800℃以上高温的单组分环氧树脂。
保护层17的厚度为5~6毫米,由于它具有柔韧性能,因此能同所有形状相贴合。
下面述及的实施例中容器的制造方法在于,首先,把金属件6清 理干净,并用有机溶剂如丙酮去除油污,然后,在大约300℃下,将其置于加热炉中脱气,以除去全部油污和溶剂。这样,至少还要在与内壳体3相接触的金属件6的表面16上涂上一层构成该内壳体3的热塑材料。通过喷涂热塑材料或将金属件6浸入所述热塑材料变成流体的热浴中来实现这种涂覆。
然后,把位于容器2底面的金属件6和罩5布置在本身属于公知的轮转模压装置的内壳体3的模具的顶端,其中,模具一方面绕其轴转动,而另一方面则绕与模具的该轴相垂直的另一个轴转动。
将模具加热,使预先引入该模具的热塑材料在其内熔化,以便通过模压制成内壳体3。
应当注意,模具的加热方法是集中在其每一端部,使该端部的加热温度高于连接该端部的中央部分的温度。
这样,就能补偿金属件6和罩5的热惯性,因而在模具内部各处获得差不多均匀的温度。
在进行一定的必要的冷却之后,将圆柱形内壳体3脱模,然后,沿其两对角线平面和其圆周方向进行纤维缠绕以获得外壳体4。
当然,本发明不限于实施例中所述及的容器的实施方案及其制造方法,相反,本发明还包括其它实施例及其制造方法。

Claims (10)

1、一种普通圆柱形流体容器包括一个由热塑材料制成的用于实现密封的内壳体(3)和一个由纤维缠绕用于保证机械强度的外壳体(4),在两个壳体之间嵌入一第一罩(5)和一第二罩(10),所述第一罩(5)位于容器底部,所述第二罩(10)位于容器开口端而由一带连接细颈(7)的单体金属件(6)构成,其特征在于,至少位于容器(2)开口端的这部分内壳体(3)沿内壳体和金属件(3,6)之间的整个接触表面(16)固定在形成细颈(7)和罩(10)的金属件(6)上,这种组合是通过将内壳体(3)模压在金属件(6)上来完成的,组合之前,在金属件的表面(16)上至少涂覆一层构成内壳体(3)的热塑材料,并将金属件(6)装在用以制得内壳体(3)的模具内,而罩(10)的外表面(13)以及细颈(7)的部分外表面则显然被外壳体(4)所覆盖。
2、根据权利要求1中所述的容器,其特征在于,在由内壳体(3)所覆盖的区域中,细颈(7)的内表面有一个厚度差不多同内壳体(3)厚度相一致的凹口(15)。
3、根据权利要求1或2中之一所述的容器,其特征在于,在金属件(6)和内壳体(3)之间的所有接触表面(16)上,有一种由酚醛环氧树脂和聚酰胺的混合物所形成的双组分粘着材料。
4、根据权利要求3中所述的容器,其特征在于,内壳体(3)由聚酰胺热塑材料构成,在金属件(6)和内壳体(3)之间的所有接触表面(16)上,有一种由酚醛环氧树脂和聚酰胺的混合物所形成的双组分粘着材料。
5、根据权利要求4中所述的容器,其特征在于,双组分粘着材料是由一种公知的名为“RILPRIM204”和“RILSANNA-TUREL  ES4”的酚醛环氧树脂和热塑材料的混合物构成的。
6、根据权利要求1或2中之一所述容器,其特征在于,把由弹性材料制成的环形带嵌入外壳体(4)和位于其倾斜面(13)上的至少一个罩(10,5)之间,以便加固两个构件之间的机械连接,并使外壳体相对于罩(10,5)作径向移动具有一定的可能性。
7、根据权利要求1或2中之一的权利要求中所述的容器,其特征在于,纤维缠绕是一种具有沿圆柱形容器(2)两对角线平面卷绕的纤维和沿其圆周卷绕的纤维的交叉卷绕。
8、根据权利要求1或2的权利要求中所述的容器,其特征在于,给它涂覆一层由至少内层(18)和外层(19)两层所构成的耐火和耐热保护层(17),内层(18)由一种其一面固定在容器(2)的外壳体(4)上并形成热障的陶瓷纤维薄片构成,外层(19)是由一种玻璃布(20)/不透明玻璃(21)复合层构成的可以与火接触的耐火保护层,其中,玻璃布(20)机械地连接到不透明玻璃(21)上,而它本身固定在内层(18)上,给这种复合层(19)涂上或浸润上一种起化学催化作用的加强剂。
9、一种容器的制造方法,该容器包括:
一个由热塑材料制成的用于实现密封的内壳体(3)和一个由纤维缠绕用于保证机械强度的外壳体(4),在两个壳体之间嵌入一第一罩(5)和一第二罩(10),所述第一罩(5)位于容器底部,所述第二罩(10)位于容器开口端而由一带连接细颈(7)的单体金属件(6)构成,其特征在于,该方法的步骤是:
把金属件(6)清理干净并去除油污,
至少在与内壳体(3)相接触的金属件(6)的表面(16)上涂覆构成上述内壳体(3)的热塑材料,
把金属件(6)和位于容器(2)底面的罩(5)布置在属于转轮模压装置的内壳体(3)的模具的两端,
把所述的热塑材料引入模具并对其进行加热,使热塑材料熔化,以便通过模压制成内壳体(3),
把这样制成的圆柱形内壳体(3)冷却并脱模,然后,沿其两对角线平面和其圆周方向绕内壳体进行纤维缠绕,以制成容器(2)的外壳体(4)。
10、根据权利要求9中所述的方法,其特征在于,模具的加热方法是这样的,靠近罩(5,10)的端部的加热温度高于连接上述端部的中央部分的加热温度。
