本发明涉及液氢存储设备技术领域,具体是一种新型液氢储罐。
背景技术
液氢是由氢气经过降温而得到的液体,是一种无色、无味的高能低温液体燃料,液氢通常都放置在储罐内进行存储存放,现有的储罐不具备良好的防腐蚀耐磨性以及隔热保温性能,储罐在储备液氢之后,重量较大不便于移动,搬运劳动强度大,因此一种新型液氢储罐需要被提出。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型液氢储罐,以解决现有技术中储罐不具备良好的防腐蚀耐磨性以及隔热保温性能,储罐在储备液氢之后,重量较大不便于移动,搬运劳动强度大等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型液氢储罐,包括真空罐体,所述真空罐体内壁上设有聚丙烯耐腐蚀层,所述真空罐体外壁上设有陶瓷纤维隔热层,所述陶瓷纤维隔热层外设有耐磨层,所述真空罐体顶端设有储罐口,所述储罐口处设有充装液管,所述储罐口外通过合页铰接有防护盖,所述真空罐体内壁两侧分别设有第一挡板和第二挡板,所述真空罐体内底端设有导流块,所述真空罐体外两侧均设有把手,所述把手通过铰链架与真空罐体之间转动连接,所述把手上套设有防滑套,所述真空罐体底面一端设有防滑底座,所述真空罐体底面远离防滑底座一端设有移动轮。
优选的,所述真空罐体背面安装有真空泵,所述真空泵与真空罐体之间设有真空管。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过在真空罐体内外表面设置的聚丙烯耐腐蚀层、陶瓷纤维隔热层以及耐磨层能够有效提高真空罐体的耐磨防腐蚀以及隔热性能,不仅提高了真空罐体的使用寿命同时更有利于液氢的存放,性能优良,在储罐口外设置的防护盖能够对充装液管提供防尘保护避免灰尘杂质粘附,不小心进入真空罐体内,在真空罐体内壁两端设置的第一挡板和第二挡板能够对真空罐体内部储放的液氢起到阻挡作用,避免真空罐体在移动时,内部液氢晃动渗漏外溢、影响搬运,在真空罐体内底端设置的导流块能够方便液氢的导流,避免底部残留的液氢不易流出的问题,在真空罐体外设置的温度计能够实时检测到外部温度情况,便于在温度发生较大变化时能够及时将真空罐体移动到合适地方存放,在真空罐体外套设的防撞垫能够对整个真空罐体提供防撞保护,避免真空罐体在搬运移动过程中发现磕碰损坏,在真空罐体底端设置的移动轮可以便于整个真空罐体的移动,灵活性强,降低人工搬运劳动力。

本发明的工作原理是:液氢储备时,用真空泵23将真空罐体3内空气抽出,使得真空罐体3内处于真空,打开防护盖1,利用充装液管6将液氢储备在真空罐体3内,在真空罐体3内外表面设置的聚丙烯耐腐蚀层17、陶瓷纤维隔热层16以及耐磨层15能够有效提高真空罐体3的耐磨防腐蚀以及隔热性能,不仅提高了真空罐体3的使用寿命同时更有利于液氢的存放,性能优良,当需要移动真空罐体3时,工人可以手握把手5,将真空罐体3倾斜,使得防滑底座8离开底面,拉动把手5通过移动轮10将整个真空罐体3移动搬动,搬运轻松,有效降低了人工搬运劳动力,搬运时,真空罐体3内部液氢也会在第一挡板4和第二挡板7的作用下降低晃动程度,方便搬运。
