Abstract

本发明涉及一种塑料型条加工系统，该系统由挤出成型装置、冷却定型装置、牵引装置及段切装置组成，该挤出成型装置、冷却定型装置、牵引装置及段切装置依次连接，从而对塑料型条进行加工。与现有技术相比，本发明使塑料型条利用冷却装置、牵引装置、段切装置与挤出成型装置配合，取代了传统手工完成挤出成型塑料型条的后序工作，大大提高了生产效率，并提高了产品质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料型条加工系统，尤其是涉及一种对挤出成型后的塑料型条进行冷却、段切的加工装置。
背景技术
塑料型条被广泛应用于日常生活的各个领域，其挤出成型以后的后续工序如冷却、段切以手工加工操作为主，这样严重制约了生产效率，无法满足生产数量的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种塑料型条加工系统，替代手工加工塑料型条。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种塑料型条加工系统，其特征在于：该系统由挤出成型装置、冷却定型装置、牵引装置及段切装置组成，所述的挤出成型装置、冷却定型装置、牵引装置及段切装置依次连接。
所述的挤出成型装置包括挤出机及口模，所述的挤出机为螺杆式挤出机，所述口模设在挤出机末端。
所述的冷却装置包括定型模、供水机构、水槽架及冷却水槽，所述的定型模设在水槽架的前端，所述的冷却水槽设在水槽架的后端，所述的供水机构设置在定型模上部。
所述的牵引装置为设有辊轮的牵引机。
所述的段切装置包括定位架、架体、送料器及段切机，所述的定位架设在架体的前部，所述的送料器设在架体的上部，所述的段切机与送料器连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明塑料型条利用冷却装置、牵引装置、段切装置与挤出成型装置配合，取代了传统手工完成挤出成型塑料型条的后序工作，从而做到连续加工，大大提高了生产效率，并提高了产品质量，降低了劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
一种塑料型条加工系统，如图1所示，该系统包括挤出成型装置、冷却定型装置、牵引装置、段切装置。挤出成型装置包括螺杆式挤出机1及口模2，口模2设在螺杆式挤出机1的末端，冷却装置包括定型模4、供水机构5、水槽架6及冷却水槽7，定型模4设在水槽架6的前端，冷却水槽7设在水槽架6的后端，供水机构5设置在定型模4上部。牵引装置可以是设有辊轮9的牵引机8。段切装置包括定位架10、架体11、送料器12及段切机13，定位架10设在架体11的前部，送料器12设在架体11的上部，段切机13与送料器12连接。
塑料型条3经挤出机受热熔化后被螺杆从口模2挤出后，进入定型模4和冷却水槽7冷却定型，然后在牵引机8的牵引下向由辊轮9压紧完成定型，再将塑料型条3按照预设的长度向段切机13供给，段切机13实施自动切断工作。

1.一种塑料型条加工系统，其特征在于：该系统由挤出成型装置、冷却定型装置、牵引装置及段切装置组成，所述的挤出成型装置、冷却定型装置、牵引装置及段切装置依次连接。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种塑料型条加工系统，其特征在于：所述的挤出成型装置包括挤出机(1)及口模(2)，所述的挤出机为螺杆式挤出机，所述口模(2)设在挤出机末端。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种塑料型条加工系统，其特征在于：所述的冷却装置包括定型模(4)、供水机构(5)、水槽架(6)及冷却水槽(7)，所述的定型模(4)设在水槽架(6)的前端，所述的冷却水槽(7)设在水槽架(6)的后端，所述的供水机构(5)设置在定型模(4)上部。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种塑料型条加工系统，其特征在于：所述的牵引装置为设有辊轮(9)的牵引机(8)。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种塑料型条加工系统，其特征在于：所述的段切装置包括定位架(10)、架体(11)、送料器(12)及段切机(13)，所述的定位架(10)设在架体(11)的前部，所述的送料器(12)设在架体(11)的上部，所述的段切机(13)与送料器(12)连接。
