Abstract

本发明提供一种无需降低帘线轴向的强度并且无需增加其径向的厚度,就能够提高对切割性的耐久性的橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线及适用该橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线作为加强材料的建筑车辆用轮胎。该橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线在1股芯股线(1)的周围加捻多股外鞘股线(2)而成,该芯股线(1)加捻多根线材而成,该外鞘股线(2)加捻多根线材而成,芯股线(1)由4层加捻构造构成,并且钢丝帘线直径为5mm以上。此外,本发明充气轮胎具有由6层带束层构成的带束部,该6层带束层在层叠体之间交叉配置帘线而成,该帘线并列配置在帘布层的胎冠部的轮胎径向外侧,在第3带束层和第4带束层中适用有上述橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线。

Description

橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线及充气轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线及充气轮胎(以下,也简称为“轮胎”),具体地说,涉及一种较好地使用于安装到运输车辆或建筑设备那种重型车辆上的重载用轮胎的橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线及该重载用轮胎。
背景技术
建筑车辆用轮胎安装于在大规模土木工程现场、矿石开采场中使用的大型倾卸车等,被施加粗糙的地面并较重的负载这种严峻的工作条件。即,由于用于行驶粗糙地面的建筑车辆用轮胎除了承受来自路面的较大的力之外还负载原有的重载,因此被要求在其胎体、带束部等各加强层中使用的钢丝帘线具有较高的拉伸强度(断裂负载)。
因此,在这些加强层中广泛使用在由加捻多根线材而成的1股芯股线的周围加捻多股由加捻多根线材而成的外鞘股线而成的、例如7×(3+9)构造、7×(3+9+15)构造等所谓复捻构造的钢丝帘线(例如专利文献1、2)、3+8+13+18的4层加捻构造的钢丝帘线(例如专利文献3、4)。
此外,建筑车辆用轮胎被粗糙的地面施加较重的负载的结果是受到外伤的可能性变大,对此,采取提高帘线轴向的拉伸断裂强度的如下应对措施:在作为加强材料的帘线中使用直径较大的帘线、适用提高每单位面积的帘线拉伸断裂强度的所谓高抗拉强度钢(High Tensile Strength Steel)等。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
但是,作为迄今为止的重载用轮胎的加强材料的钢丝帘线在如下的状况下不一定能得到满意效果。即,关于不得不在荒地上行驶的重载用轮胎,当踩踏较钝的突起物时,经常会出现如下情况:该重载用轮胎的带束层特别是离内侧最近的带束层大幅度弯曲,加强用钢丝帘线在帘线轴向拉伸力下先发生帘线断裂。另一方面,经常会出现如下情况:当踩踏较锐的突起物时,该重载用轮胎的带束层产生局部弯曲,来自突起物的剪切力导致特别是从离胎面侧最近的带束加强层开始发生帘线断裂。
因此,对在建筑车辆用轮胎中作为加强材料所适用的钢丝帘线要求具有帘线的轴向拉伸强度和剪切方向强度这两者。此外,在带束层较厚的情况下,当踩踏突起物而带束层弯曲时,由于内侧的带束帘线位于弯曲部位的外侧,因此容易受到影响断裂伸长率的拉伸力,因而要求带束层尽可能的薄。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供如下一种橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线及适用该橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线作为加强材料的建筑车辆用轮胎:其无需降低帘线轴向的强度且无需增加其径向的厚度、即无需增加轮胎重量,就能够提高当踩踏较钝及较锐的突起物时对切口及穿孔等所谓切割性的耐久性。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人为了解决上述问题,对以往的存在导致制造设备大型化这一缺点的4层加捻构造的钢丝帘线进行了深入研究,结果发现能够解决上述问题,完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供一种橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线,其在1股芯股线的周围加捻多股外鞘股线而成,该芯股线加捻多根线材而成,该外鞘股线加捻多根线材而成,其特征在于,
上述芯股线由4层加捻构造构成,并且钢丝帘线直径为5mm以上。
在本发明中,优选的是,上述外鞘股线由加捻芯线材和外鞘线材的至少2层加捻构造构成。此外,优选的是,上述外鞘股线的数量为6股~10股。
此外,本发明提供一种充气轮胎,其具有带束部,该带束部以由帘布层构成的胎体层为骨架配置在该胎体层的胎冠区域的轮胎径向外侧,该帘布层由横跨左右一对的胎圈部之间而呈环状延伸的径向配列帘线构成,该带束部由6层带束层构成,该6层带束层在层叠体之间交叉配置被并列配置的帘线而成,其特征在于,
用于构成上述带束部的第3带束层和第4带束层的帘线是本发明的橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供一种无需降低帘线轴向的强度且无需增加其径向的厚度,就能够提高对切割性的耐久性的橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线及适用该橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线作为加强材料的建筑车辆用轮胎。

具体实施方式
以下,具体说明本发明的实施方式。
在图1表示的本发明的优选例的钢丝帘线中,在1股芯股线1的周围加捻有6股外鞘股线2。此外,在该帘线的外周,包装线材3沿帘线外周卷绕成螺旋状。
在本发明中,重要的是芯股线1由4层加捻构造构成。当在轮胎中适用本发明的帘线作为加强材料时,通过将芯股线1设置为4层加捻构造,当踩踏较锐的突起物时能够确保针对剪切力的耐剪切性和耐切割性,并且能够抑制轮胎重量增加。当芯股线1不满4层时,由于每单位截面面积的钢丝量减少,因此难以得到足够的拉伸强度,对于踩踏较钝的突起物时的弯曲拉伸力不能发挥足够的强度,而耐切割性降低,并且也导致耐剪切性降低。另一方面,若芯股线1超过4层,则轮胎重量增加。在图示例中,是3+9+15+21的加捻构造。此外,在本发明中,优选的是,外鞘股线2由加捻芯线材和外鞘线材而成的至少2层加捻构造构成。在图示例中,是3+9+15的3层加捻构造。
此外,在本发明中,还重要的是,将芯股线1设置为4层加捻构造,增大芯股线直径,从而使钢丝帘线直径为5mm以上。若钢丝帘线直径不满5mm,则当使用本发明的钢丝帘线作为轮胎的加强材料时,不能确保强度,也不能期望提高耐切割性。此外,也不能得到足够的耐剪切性。从良好地确保上述效果并且不增加带束层的厚度这一观点出发,优选的是钢丝帘线直径为5mm~8mm。
在本发明中,优选的是外鞘股线的数量为6股~10股。当芯股线周围的卷绕外鞘股线的数量不满6股时,对于帘线截面面积难以得到良好的拉伸强度。另一方面,当外鞘股线的卷绕数量为11面以上时外鞘股线变细,结果,由于构成外鞘股线的线材直径也变得极细,因此踩踏较钝的突起物时的弯曲拉伸力导致构成外鞘股线的线材先断裂,因此难以得到足够的耐切割性。
在图2中表示本发明的其他优选例的钢丝帘线。在该钢丝帘线中,芯股线1具有3+9+15+21的4层加捻构造。此外,加捻在芯股线1周围的6股外鞘股线2具有3+9+15的3层加捻构造。在图示例中,用于构成芯股线的线材的线材直径小于用于构成外鞘股线的线材的线材直径。
在图3中再表示本发明的其他优选例的钢丝帘线。在该钢丝帘线中,芯股线1具有3+9+15+21的4层加捻构造。此外,加捻在芯股线1周围的10股外鞘股线2具有3+9+15的3层加捻构造。
此外,在本发明中,为了避免在各股线内线接触且应力集中所导致的断裂,优选的是芯股线和外鞘股线为同向加捻构造。
而且,在本发明中,为了确保橡胶制品的强度,优选的是在所使用的线材中采用碳含量为0.80质量%~1.00质量%的高抗强度钢。此外,为了防止帘线扭曲且确保工厂可作业性等,优选的是在帘线的外周卷绕包装线材3。
而且,优选的是,用于构成各股线的线材的线材直径在0.20mm~0.60mm的范围内。当各线材的直径不满0.20mm时,作为钢丝帘线不能得到足够的拉伸强度,另一方面,若超过0.60mm,则当在轮胎中适用该帘线时,由于在轮胎接地面内的钢丝帘线的线材表面的应变增加而耐疲劳性降低,故不优选。另外,为了提高可生产性,优选的是在芯股线、外鞘股线中使用的线材分别为相同直径。
作为适用本发明的钢丝帘线作为带束部的加强材料的本发明的轮胎,例如可适宜地列举图7表示的建筑车辆用轮胎。该建筑车辆用轮胎包括:胎体层21,其在1对胎圈芯20之间由沿径向延伸的钢丝帘线的帘布层构成;带束部22,其由在层叠体之间交叉配置帘线而成的6层带束层构成,该帘线并列配置在该胎体层21的胎冠部的轮胎径向外侧;以及胎面部23,其配置于该带束部22的轮胎径向外侧。
在这里,依次层叠设置由6层构成的带束部的以防止向轮胎径向扩张为目的的第1带束层、第2带束层,以防止较大的切割引起轮胎断裂为目的的第3带束层、第4带束层、以防止较小的切割引起腐蚀为目的的第5带束层、第6带束层。
在本发明的轮胎中,在构成该带束部22的带束层中,用于构成第3带束层22A和第4带束层22B的帘线是本发明的橡胶制品加强用钢丝帘线。由此,无需降低该轮胎帘线在轴向的强度且无需增加轮胎重量,就能够提高当踩踏较钝及较锐的突起物时的耐切割性。
实施例
以下,基于实施例说明本发明。
(实施例1~4,以往例1、2及比较例)
制作下表1中示出的各种钢丝帘线。图2~图6分别表示这些钢丝帘线的与帘线轴正交的截面构造。图2对应实施例1,图3对应实施例2,图4对应以往例2,图5对应实施例3,图6对应实施例4。另外,在钢丝帘线中使用的线材是碳含量为0.82质量%的高抗拉强度钢。对这些钢丝帘线进行以下的评价试验。
(耐剪切性)
对试验用钢丝帘线,使用夏比冲击试验机而评价耐剪切断裂性。以以往例1的钢丝帘线作为100进行指数表示。数值越大,结果越好。
(轮胎重量)
在规格相同的条件下,适用试验用钢丝帘线作为53R63的建筑车辆用轮胎的第3带束层和第4带束层的加强材料,进行重量测量。以以往例1的轮胎作为100进行指数表示。数值越小,结果越好。
(切割划痕个数)
适用实验用钢丝帘线作为规格53R63的建筑车辆用轮胎的第3带束层和第4带束层的加强材料。另外,设定各轮胎的钢丝帘线的重量相同。将各轮胎组装到JATMA规格的标准轮辋上并安装到建筑车辆上,在以平均车辆速度40km/h行驶1000小时之后,在各轮胎的周向的相当于1/5的部分上数出达到适用了钢丝帘线的各层的切割个数。将得到的结果一并计入下表1中。

根据上表1的评价结果可知,在实施例1~4中,均能够不增加轮胎重量地提高耐剪切性,并且减少切割划痕个数。
