Abstract

一种钴钼系耐硫一氧化碳变换催化剂的制备方法,它是将活性载体如γ-Al2O3,用钼酸铵,一种可溶性钴盐(如Co(NO3)2、CoCl2、Co(AC)2、Co(HCOO)2、CoSO4、等)和一种碱金属(K、Na、Cs)的可溶性盐类(如碳酸钾、硝酸钾、醋酸钾),加上适量的氧化剂溶解后进行共浸,浸渍后的物料在50-150℃下干燥后就可制得产品,比传统方法浸渍次数减少,省时省力,并且仍有相当高的活性,也没有污染,降低成本。

Description

本发明涉及一氧化碳变换催化剂的制备方法,特别是与钴钼系耐硫一氧化碳变化催化剂有关,它是对CN87107892和CN89108457、6所述催化剂制备方法的改进。
目前中小合成氨厂变换工段的原料气采用油或煤制造,H2S含量通常为1.5克/标准米3左右,有的多达5克/标准米3。通常的铜锌系低温变换催化剂不耐硫,铁铬系中温变换催化剂活性温度高,蒸汽消耗量大,易粉化、装卸劳动条件差,设备材质要求高,为节能增产,需要研制活性温度低,而且抗粉化的耐硫一氧化碳变换催化剂。
近年来U.S.P3,850,840,3,957,962,4,153,580,4,166,101和CN87107892,报导了以Al2O3为载体的钴钼系耐硫一氧化碳变换催化剂都有较低的活性温度。
上述专利研制的钴钼一氧化碳变换催化剂的制法,大体上是在氨水溶液中将可溶性的钴盐(如Co(NO32CoCl2Co(AC)2、Co(HCOO)2CoSO4等),钼酸铵和碱金属(一般用1)的可溶性盐)如碳酸盐、硝酸盐、醋酸盐)多次(一般2次)共浸或分浸在活性Al2O3载体上,然后烘干、焙烧而成。
共浸时一般都用氨水作为溶剂,生成二价钴氨络离子,钼酸铵和可溶性碱金属盐的共浸液,由于受到二价钴氨络离子平衡常数的制约,其溶液中的钴、钼含量较低(Co<3%,Mo<12%),需要浸渍二次以上,制得的催化剂才能满足活性要求。
本发明的目的是提供一种负载型钴钼系耐硫一氧化碳变换催化剂的制备方法,该方法制得的变换催化剂组成近同于CN87107892的催化剂,但其浸渍液的钴钼浓度可提高一倍以上,因而浸渍次数减少,同时溶液中的氨浓度下降。因此制备工序短,效率高、污染少,而且仍具有好的活性。
本发明的目的是采用下述方法实现的,钭钼酸铵溶于水中,加入可溶性钴盐(如Co(No32、CoCl2、Co(AC)2、Co(HCOO)2、CoSO2中任一种),及碱金属(K、Na、Cs)中一种选自碳酸盐、硝酸盐、醋酸盐的可溶性盐,由于溶液中氨浓度较低,所加入钴盐不能生成氨络合物而无法溶解,此时加入了0.1-10%(以摩尔百分数计)一种选自H2O2、K2Cr2O7、KMnO4、NH4S2O8等的氧化剂组成共浸液,更佳加入量为0.5-1%,使二价钴转化成三价钴,由于三价钴的钴氨络离子的稳定常数为二价钴氨络离子稳定常数的1030(二价钴氨络合物稳定常数为104.75,而三价钴氨络合物稳定常数为1035.2),溶液中立即生成含钴量较高较稳定的钴钼浸渍液,从而减少浸渍次数,缩短工序,单位时间产率提高1-2倍。浸渍后制得的物料在50-150℃更好为80-110℃下进行干燥即制得产品。
产品催化剂中钴钼钾含量与CN87107892基本相同,即CoO3-7%,MnO315-22%,K2O5-20%,硫化方法是以H2S或CS2为硫化剂,浓度为1-4%,硫化温度250-450℃,更好硫化温度为400-450℃,生产中硫化时间20-24小时,实验中硫化时间为3.5-4.5小时。
催化剂活性测试是在原粒度(Φ3-5毫米)的测试装置中进行的,条件是:反应管内径为32毫米,催化剂体积为30毫升,空速500-1时,汽气比0.5,原料气为半水煤气,温度190℃,活性以一氧化碳转化率表示。
实施例1:取钼酸铵5克,水10毫升,硝酸钴3克(或CoCl222克,Co(AC)23克,Co(HCOO)225克,CoSO427克),碳酸钾6克(或硝酸钾8.8克、醋酸钾3.4克,过氧化氢1毫升(或按上述摩尔百分数计加入K2CrO7,KMnO4NH4S2O8),适量稳定剂(乙二胺),溶解后用活性Al2O3进行浸渍,在50-150℃更好在80-110℃下干燥制得样品A。
再按CN87107892的方法制样品B对照,即取钼酸铵2.5克,1∶1氨水10毫升,硝酸钴1.5克,(或CoCl21.1克,Co(AC)21.5克,Co(HCOO)21.3克,CoSO41.4克),碳酸钾3克(或KNO34.4克,K(AC)4.2克,适量稳定剂(乙二胺或柠檬酸),溶解后用活性Al2O3进行浸渍,于120℃下干燥2小时,400℃焙烧2小时,冷却后再浸渍、干燥、焙烧制得样品B。
A、B样品测得的活性及强度数值见表1
实施例2:取5米3Co-Mo系耐硫一氧化碳变换催化剂装于氮肥厂的低变炉内升温硫化、硫化温度250-450℃,更佳硫化温度400-450℃,硫化剂为H2S或C2S,浓度为1-4%,其结果见表2。
注:甲乙两厂系一总厂的二个分厂,工艺条件相同,系统压力为8.5公斤/厘米2,空速1800时-1,进入系统的反应汽气比为0.5。

Claims (3)

1、一种Co-Mo系耐硫一氧化碳变换催化剂的制备方法,它是用钼酸铵,和Co(No3)2、CoCl2、Co(AC)2、Co(HCOO)2、CoSO4中任一种可溶性钴盐及碱金属(K、Na、Cs)中一种选自碳酸盐、硝酸盐、醋酸盐的可溶性盐配制成浸渍液、以活性γ-Al2O3为载体,进行共浸后干燥制得产品,其特征是浸渍液中加入了0.1-10%(摩尔计量)的一种选自H2O2、K2Cr2O7,KMnO4、NH4S2O8的氧化剂,浸渍产物在50-150℃下干燥。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是氧化剂加入量为0.5-1%。
3、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是浸渍产物干燥温度为80-110℃。
