Abstract
一种灰钙板,它的产品形状是板材,它包括下述重量份的原料:硫酸钙60-90份、灰钙粉5-30份、硅质原料1-15份、淀粉0.5-2份、PVA质原料0.2-2份、纤维质原料0.3-5份、助剂0.2-5份;还可以有硅灰3-15份、膨胀珍珠岩填充料2-4份、糯米粉0.5-2份。本发明具有如下优点:轻质、强度高、防火、防潮、防霉、在水中浸泡30天不变形、不霉变、内在结构强度不改变、能在室内长期吸收二氧化碳、清洁室内空气、在二氧化碳的作用下,灰钙粉将转化为碳酸钙物质使产品强度上升延长使用寿命,安装施工如纸面石膏板一样方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于建筑行业中室内外装饰板材,特别是一种灰钙板。
背景技术
目前,已经应用在建筑领域的装饰板材主要有:硅酸钙板、氧化镁板、石膏板。其中,硅酸钙板的特点是防水、防火、强度高等,它的不足在于密度大、不够轻质、硬度大不易碎、装修施工不方便、破损率高;氧化镁板的特点是防水、防火、强度高等,它的不足在于密度大不够轻质,硬度大装修施工不方便、易返卤,严重影响使用效果;石膏板的特点是轻质、安装施工方便,它的不足在于不能防水、防潮,遇潮遇湿易霉变腐烂,使用寿命短。这样就迫切的需要有一种新的装饰板材来解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种比重轻、强度高、防水效果好的灰钙板。
本发明所述的一种灰钙板,它的产品形状是板材,它包括下述重量份的原料:硫酸钙60-90份、灰钙粉5-30份、硅质原料1-15份、淀粉0.5-2份、PVA质原料0.2-2份、纤维质原料0.3-5份、助剂0.2-5份。所述的灰钙板,它的重量份的原料可以有硅灰3-15份。所述的灰钙板,它的重量份的原料还可以有膨胀珍珠岩填充料2-4份。所述的灰钙板,它的重量份的原料还可以有糯米粉0.5-2份。所述的灰钙板的原料硫酸钙可以是65-85份。所述的灰钙板的原料硅质原料可以是2-11份。所述的助剂包括保水剂、激发剂、减水剂。
一种灰钙板,它也可以包括下述重量份的原料:硫酸钙65-85份、灰钙粉5-30份、硅质原料2-11份、淀粉0.5-2份、PVA质原料0.2-2份、纤维质原料0.3-5份、助剂0.2-5份、硅灰3-15份、膨胀珍珠岩填充料2-4份、糯米粉0.5-2份。
按照上述原料制作的灰钙板产品,两面采用无碱玻璃丝布复合护面,采用滚压成型工艺在40℃以下的风干室内风干6小时然后自然风干7天左右以后再切边制成玻璃丝布灰钙板。
按照上述原料制作的灰钙板产品,两面采用石膏板用的牛皮纸复合护面,采用石膏板生产工艺成型后进入风干室,在100℃-270℃风干室内风干1小时取出切边制成纸面灰钙板。
本发明所述产品原料中的硫酸钙,主要有天然半水硫酸钙、电厂脱硫半水硫酸钙、菱石膏等含有石膏质材料。本发明所述的膨胀珍珠岩填充料也可以采用其他轻质填充料替代。本发明所述的硅灰也可以采用其他粉煤灰、偏高岭土等原料替代。本发明所述产品原料中的硅质原料主要有硅藻土、硅石、硅粉等硅质材料。本发明所述产品原料中的纤维质原料包括聚丙烯纤维、木质纤维、玻璃纤维等。本发明所述的助剂包括保水剂、激发剂、减水剂等。本发明玻璃丝布灰钙板的制作方法与氧化镁板的制作方法相同;纸面灰钙板的制作方法与纸面石膏板的制作方法相同。
本发明具有如下优点:轻质、强度高、防火、防潮、防霉、在水中浸泡30天不变形、不霉变、内在结构强度不改变、能在室内长期吸收二氧化碳、清洁室内空气、在二氧化碳的作用下,灰钙粉将转化为碳酸钙物质使产品强度上升延长使用寿命,安装施工如纸面石膏板一样方便。
具体实施方式
本发明可以采用下述重量份的原料经过加工制作成板材。
1、硫酸钙60份、灰钙粉5份、硅藻土1份、淀粉0.5份、PVA质原料0.2份、聚丙烯纤维0.3份、保水剂和激发剂以及减水剂共0.2份。
2、硫酸钙75份、灰钙粉20份、硅藻土10份、淀粉1份、PVA质原料1份、聚丙烯纤维3份、保水剂和激发剂以及减水剂共2份。
3、硫酸钙65份、灰钙粉5份、硅藻土2份、淀粉1份、PVA质原料0.5份、聚丙烯纤维2份、保水剂和激发剂以及减水剂共2份、粉煤灰3份、膨胀珍珠岩填充料2份、糯米粉1份。
4、硫酸钙85份、灰钙粉30份、硅藻土11份、淀粉2份、PVA质原料2份、聚丙烯纤维5份、保水剂和激发剂以及减水剂共4份、硅灰15份、膨胀珍珠岩填充料4份、糯米粉2份。
将上述原料的组份采用公知的氧化镁板的制作方法和纸面石膏板的制作方法制作成玻璃丝布灰钙板和纸面灰钙板。

1.一种灰钙板,它的产品形状是板材,其特征在于:它包括下述重量份的原料:硫酸钙85-90份、灰钙粉5-30份、硅质原料1-15份、淀粉0.5-2份、PVA质原料0.2-2份、纤维质原料0.3-5份、助剂0.2-5份、膨胀珍珠岩填充料2-4份、糯米粉0.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灰钙板,其特征在于:所述的助剂包括保水剂、激发剂和减水剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种灰钙板,其特征在于:其两面采用无碱玻璃丝布复合护面,采用滚压成型工艺在40℃以下的风干室内风干6小时然后自然风干7天左右以后再切边制成玻璃丝布灰钙板。
