本发明属于建材技术领域,特别是涉及一种玻镁外墙板或地板。
背景技术
目前,建设工程用外墙板和地板一般为水泥板、石棉板。该板存在的缺点:抗寒抗热差,抗压强度低,不耐久等。尤其是水泥石棉板对人体有严重危害。因此,现在市场需要一种新型的绿色环保建材外墙板和地板。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题,提供了一种玻镁外墙板或地板。
本发明的目的是提供一种抗压、拉强度高,防水、耐热,抗冻融,隔热防火不燃,绿色环保的玻镁外墙板或地板。
本发明采取如下技术方案:
玻镁外墙板或地板,有建筑材料构成,其特征是:板的组成包含有轻烧镁粉,氯镁改性消水,白云石或粉煤灰细集料,玻璃布。
本发明还可以采用如下技术措施:
所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特点是:板的重量组成为,轻烧镁粉100,镁改性消水90-130,白云石或粉煤灰细集料40-50,玻璃布15-20。
所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特点是:白云石或粉煤灰细集料含木纤维5-15。
所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特点是:轻烧镁粉纯度为85-90%,粒径为180-200目。
所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特点是:镁改性消水的重量组成为,水50,氯化镁50-65,磷酸1-3或柠檬酸2-5,消泡剂1-2,硫酸镁3-5。
所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特点是:玻璃布为中碱或无碱玻璃纤维布。
所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特点是:玻璃布为2-30层。
所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特点是:板表面一面为光面,另一面为麻面。
所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特点是:板的尺寸为,长1000-3000mm,宽600-1220mm,厚3-60mm。
玻镁外墙板或地板的生产工艺:
1.氯化镁水溶液90至130Kg(氯化镁与水勾兑,加入MgCl后充分搅拌至婆镁比重26-29度),加入轻烧镁100Kg,搅拌3至5分钟,加入白云石粉40至50Kg,加入木纤维5至15Kg,搅拌3至5分钟,加入磷酸1-3Kg,加入消泡剂TS-103,搅拌2分钟,混和浆体物料。
2.成型生产:调整所需要生产板材的厚度,模具加入混和浆体物料加入玻璃纤维布,滚压,经初步段切置于和模板相配套的木架或钢架上。
3.板材成形后在养护室养护24小时脱模,养护温度在15-30度之间,空气湿度30-65。
4.脱模后在自然状态下养护28天后,进行切边和精磨。
5.质量监控,板材成形后3、7、15天做抗压和抗折检测,28天做抗折和48小时遇水软化检测。
可根据需要,调整厚度、宽度、长度和抗折强度。最高抗折强度可达到21-63MPA。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果:
本发明由于采用本配方制造玻镁外墙板或地板,因而,这种板材具有抗压、拉强度,防水、耐热、不腐蚀镀锌件,抗冻融,表面不易起皮、掉粉、裂纹冻坏现象,隔热防火不燃,属绿色建材(不含石棉)。特别是通过对板材表面加工处理,成为一面光、一面麻,故能与各种表面装饰材料牢固粘接。由于配方科学,故强度高,密实性好,改善板材的防水、耐水性能,使氯离子能稳定结合。此板材内部无任何对人体有害物质,使用非常安全,属环保建材。此板加工性能好,能锯、订、钻孔,故可用它来做成各种墙板,组成地板等,能很方便地在建筑工程中推广应用。
本品还可做成“预制装配式节能建筑”内外墙板和地板。如用于住宅,厂房改造,或新建项目,做为水泥、木板、石膏板的最佳替换产品,使用范围很广。此板表面粘接性能好,可与瓷砖、刮大白、刷涂料等装饰材料粘牢,能取得很好的装饰效果。另外,还能很方便地在墙面上装电器、水暖件等。特别是环保、防火性能优异。
具体实施方式
为了能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效,兹例举以下实施例详细说明如下:
实施例1
玻镁外墙板或地板,有建筑材料构成,其组成为轻烧镁粉100Kg,镁改性消水100Kg,白云石细集料45Kg,玻璃布18Kg。其中,轻烧镁粉纯度为90%,粒径为180-200目;镁改性消水的重量组成为,水50Kg,氯化镁60Kg,磷酸2Kg,消泡剂2Kg,硫酸镁4Kg;玻璃布为2层中碱玻璃纤维布。生产的产品为白色。
实施例2
白云石细集料改为粉煤灰细集料,粉煤灰细集料含木纤维10Kg。其余组份同实施例1。生产的产品为灰色。
实施例3
实施例1和2的玻镁外墙板或地板,其尺寸为,长2400mm,宽1200mm,厚5mm。板表面一面为光面,另一面为麻面。

1.一种玻镁外墙板或地板,由建筑材料构成,其特征是:板的重量组成为,轻烧镁粉100,镁改性消水90-130,白云石或粉煤灰细集料40-50,玻璃布15-20;镁改性消水的重量组成为,水50,氯化镁50-65,磷酸1-3或柠檬酸2-5,消泡剂1-2,硫酸镁3-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特征是:白云石或粉煤灰细集料含木纤维5-15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特征是:轻烧镁粉纯度为85-90%,粒径为180-200目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特征是:玻璃布为中碱或无碱玻璃纤维布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特征是:玻璃布为2-30层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的玻镁外墙板或地板,其特征是:板表面一面为光面,另一面为麻面。
