Abstract

建筑自保温外墙板,其发明属一种建筑楼房用强度高、质量好、成本低、节约资源、节约能源、减少污染排放。特别是自保温材料——自然植物纤维20%-40%加入水泥、炉渣、粉煤灰、膨胀珍珠岩、水、粘结剂、固化剂、阻燃剂、防水剂等搅拌均匀,送入挤压机内挤压制成。

建筑自保温外墙板
本发明属于一种新型建筑材料,具体说是一种楼房用自保温外墙板(内墙更可以用)
现有的楼房内外墙体材料有:空心粘土烧结砖、水泥砌块、轻集料免烧砌块、轻集料墙体板材等、没有保温性能。建设部建筑节能设计标准GB50189-2005、JGJ144-2004,所有材料为GPS板或GPS颗粒胶料或玻纤网等。存在质量问题:1、各种物理强度中,严重的是强度低—墙体起鼓、开裂;2、所用材料是石油产品,在制成品中又有能源消耗和污染排放。
本发明目的是把自然保温材料和工业废料等材料加在一起做成产品,节约资源—石油产品、减少污染排放、墙体成本低,强度高,解决质量问题,完全满足国家节能50%~65%。
本发明要求如下:以普通硅酸盐水泥20%~40%,工业炉渣20%~45%,粉煤灰15%~20%,植物纤维20%~40%,膨胀珍珠岩5%~10%,粘结剂硅酸纳8%~10%,阻燃剂0.07~0.2%,固化剂0.15%~0.5%,防水剂5%~10%加适量水搅拌3—5分钟,输送到挤压机内挤压成形后,切割、起板、运输到堆放地即可。
本发明使用固化剂,由炼钢渣15%~25%,浓硫酸15%~25%,生石灰3%~5%,水50%~65%,加温至150~200℃,45分钟成块,冷却粉碎至100目即成。
本发明的效果是显著的:1、各项物理性能规范是我设计,完全满足和超过现有各墙体材料Mpa6以上。2、1万m2墙体节约石油(1m2墙体节约100g石油产品计)1吨,经济效益和社会效益相当可观。产品每平方比市场其他产品成本低20%以上。3、比其他墙体材料使用面积增加了3%~5%。4、导热系数0.087以下。

本发明实施如下:普通硅酸盐水泥35%,炉渣25%,粉煤灰15%,植物纤维25%,膨胀珍珠岩5%,粘结剂5%,阻燃剂0.07%,固化剂0.2%,防水剂5%,加适量水进搅拌机搅拌3~5分钟,送入挤压机成形,后切割、起板、运送至堆放地。

Claims (3)

1.建筑自保温外墙板,其特征在于以水泥20-40%、炉渣20-45%、粉煤灰15-20%、植物纤维20-40%、膨胀珍珠岩5-10%、粘结剂8-10%、固化剂0.15-0.5%、阻燃剂0.07-0.2%、防水剂5-10%、防腐剂,加适量的水,按比例经挤压机压制而成。 
2.根据权利要求1或2所述的建筑自保温外墙板,其粘结剂为硅酸纳8%-10%。 
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的建筑自保温外墙板,其固化剂为:15-25%炼钢渣,15-25%浓硫酸,3-5%生石灰,50-65%的水,加热至150-200℃45分钟成块,冷却经粉碎到100目而成。
