本发明属于一种建筑楼房用有机无机内隔墙板。其重量轻强度高,墙体裂纹少,能够延长楼房寿命。本发明以14-20%的植物纤维加水泥、煤灰,膨胀珍珠岩,水,粘接剂,固化剂,阻燃剂等搅拌均匀,送入挤压机内挤压制成。

Description

有机无机内隔墙板
本发明属于一种新型建筑材料,具体的说是一种楼房用内隔墙板。
现有的楼房内隔墙板以水泥、珍珠岩、粘接剂等无机原料制成。这种内隔墙板重量大,强度差,墙体裂纹多,直接的影响了楼房的质量和寿命。
本发明的目的在于提供一种以有机、无机材料混合制成的重量轻,抗拆弯强度高,墙体裂纹少,楼房寿命长的新型内隔墙板。
本发明要点如下,以36-40%的水泥,15-25%的粉煤灰,15-18%的炉渣,10-11%的膨胀珍珠岩,14-20%的经干燥粉碎的植物茎杆、花生壳等植物纤维,送入搅拌机内混合,加水,再加入粘接剂硅酸钠5-8%,阻燃剂0.07-0.1%,矿渣固化剂0.15-0.2%,搅拌3分钟左右,再由料斗送入挤压机,挤压成形后,由切割机切割,推扦起板,运送至堆放地点即可。本发明使用的固化剂由18.5%的炼钢矿渣,6%的浓硫酸,1.5%的生石灰,加74%的水,加温至150-200℃,4分钟后成块状,冷却再经粉碎至100目而成。
本发明的效果是显著的,按照本发明生产的有机无机内隔墙板重量轻,抗拆弯强度高。墙体裂纹少。每m2墙体重量可减轻20%,裂纹减少90%。生产成本降低10%。

本发明实施例如下:36%的425#水泥,加粉煤灰15%,炉渣15.7%,膨胀珍珠岩10%,植物纤维16%加入搅拌机内,加适量的水,再加硅酸钠粘接剂7%,固化剂0.2%,阻燃剂0.1%,搅拌3分钟,由料斗送入挤压机挤压成形,后由切割机切割,推扦起板,运送至堆放地点。

Claims (4)

1、一种有机无机内隔墙板,其特征在于以水泥,煤灰、珍珠岩等无机材料与植物纤维混合,添加粘接剂,固化剂、阻燃剂等,由挤压机挤压制成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的有机无机内隔墙板,其有机纤维的比例为14-20%。
3、根据权利要求1和2所述的有机无机内隔墙板,其粘接剂为硅酸钠。
4、根据权利要求1、2和3所述的有机无机内隔墙板,其固化剂为18.5%的炼钢矿渣,1.5%的生石灰,6%的浓硫酸加74%的水,加温至150℃-200℃,40分钟后成块状,冷却再经粉碎至100目而成。
