一种有机无机内隔墙板,以水泥、粉煤灰、珍珠岩与植物纤维混合,添加粘接剂、固化剂、阻燃剂,由挤压机挤压制成,其中,有机纤维加入的量为14-20%,其特征是所述固化剂为18.5%的炼钢炉渣、1.5%的生石灰、6%的浓硫酸加水74%,加温至150℃-200℃,40分钟分成块状,冷却再经粉碎至100目而成。本发明作为内隔墙板重量轻、抗拆弯强度高、墙体裂纹少。每平方米墙体重量可减轻20%,裂纹减少90%。生产成本降低10%。

技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑材料,更具体地说是一种楼房用内隔墙板。
背景技术:
现有的楼房内隔墙板是以水泥、珍珠岩、粘接剂等无机原料制成。这种内隔墙板重量大、强度差、墙体裂纹多,直接影响楼房质量和寿命。
发明内容:
本发明为是避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种以有机、无机材料混合制成、重量轻、抗弯强度高,墙体裂纹少,楼房寿命长的有机无机内隔墙板。
本发明解决问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明的技术特征在于其原料组成为:
水泥36-40%、  粉煤灰15-25%、   炉渣15-18%、  膨胀珍珠岩10-11%、
经干燥粉碎的植物纤维14%-20%、  粘接剂5-8%、  阻燃剂0.07-0.1%、
固化剂0.15-0.2%;
将水泥、粉煤灰、炉渣、膨胀珍珠岩和经干燥粉碎的植物纤维送入搅拌机内混合,加水、再加入粘接剂、阻燃剂和固化剂,搅拌3分钟左右,再由料斗送入挤压机,挤压成形后,由切割机切割,推扦起板,运送至推放地点即可。
本发明中的植物纤维可以是植物茎杆、花生壳等。粘接剂可以是硅酸钠。固化剂为矿渣固化剂,是以18.5%的炼钢炉渣、1.5%的生石灰、6%的浓硫酸,加水74%,加温至150℃-200℃,40分钟分成块状,冷却再经粉碎至100目而成。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
本发明作为内隔墙板重量轻、抗拆弯强度高、墙体裂纹少。每平方米墙体重量可减轻20%,裂纹减少90%。生产成本降低10%。

具体实施方式:
36%的425#水泥,加粉煤灰15%,炉渣15.7%,膨胀珍珠岩10%,植物纤维16%加入搅拌机内,加适量的水,再加硅酸钠粘接剂7%,固化剂0.2%,阻燃剂0.1%,搅拌3分钟,由料斗送入挤压机挤压成形,后由切割机切割,推扦起板,运送至堆放地点。

1、一种有机无机内隔墙板,其特征是原料组成为:
水泥36-40%、粉煤灰15-25%、炉渣15-18%、膨胀珍珠岩10-11%、
经干燥粉碎的植物纤维14%一20%、粘接剂5-8%、阻燃剂0.07-0.1%、
固化剂0.15-0.2%;
2、根据权利要求1所述的有机无机内隔墙板,其特征是所述粘接剂为硅酸钠。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的有机无机内隔墙板,其特征是所述固化剂是以18.5%的炼钢炉渣、1.5%的生石灰、6%的浓硫酸,加水74%,加温至150℃-200℃,40分钟分成块状,冷却再经粉碎至100目而成。
