Abstract
一种电连接器,安装于水平电路板上,其包括可供对接连接器自前端插入配合的绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体的端子模组、设置于端子模组下侧的底部电路板、设置于端子模组后端的显示模组、及屏蔽壳体。所述端子模组包括垂直于前述水平电路板的内置电路板及连接内置电路板与底部电路板的接地转接端子,所述内置电路板上载有电子组件,其中电子组件通过内置电路板的导电路径、接地转接端子、及底部电路板的导电路径与屏蔽壳体电性连接。

【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种电连接器的接地结构。
【背景技术】
为防止触电或保护设备的安全,把电连接器内部的电子模块通常需要与外壳及电路板接上地线。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供具有简单接地结构的电连接器。
为解决上述上述技术问题,本发明提供一种电连接器,安装于水平电路板上,其包括可供对接连接器自前端插入配合的绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体的端子模组、设置于端子模组下侧的底部电路板、设置于端子模组后端的显示模组、及屏蔽壳体。所述端子模组包括垂直于前述水平电路板的内置电路板及连接内置电路板与底部电路板的接地转接端子,所述内置电路板上载有电子组件,其中电子组件通过内置电路板的导电路径、接地转接端子、及底部电路板的导电路径与屏蔽壳体电性连接。
电连接器内部的端子模组,通过底部电路板接地,结构简单适用。

【具体实施方式】
参考图1,其揭示一种符合本发明的2X6网络接口电连接器100。该电连接器100可安装于水平电路板(未图示)上,并具有前端面12及设置于前端面12且上下对齐的两排对接插120。
请参阅图2至4,所述电连接器100包括可供对接连接器(未图示)自前端插入配合的绝缘本体200、收容于绝缘本体200的六个端子模组400、水平设置于相邻每两个端子模组400下侧的底部电路板500、设置于各端子模组400后端的显示模组600、及包覆于绝缘本体200与显示模組600外侧的屏蔽壳体700。所述各端子模组400包括垂直于前述水平电路板与前端面12的两内置电路板420及连接内置电路板420与底部电路板500的接地转接端子425,所述内置电路板420上载有若干磁性线圈46与电容44,其中电容44通过内置电路板420的导电路径421、接地转接端子425、及底部电路板500的导电路径56与屏蔽壳体700电性连接。所述端子模组400还包括连接内置电路板420与底部电路板500的信号转接端子427,所述接地转接端子425设置于信号转接端子427后侧。
所述相邻两端子模组400及显示模组600安装于底部电路板500,并与底部电路板500组成整体插件插置于绝缘本体200内。所述电连接器100还包括导光管620,所述导光管620在前述整体插件插置于绝缘本体200后插入绝缘本体200中整体插件上侧,最后安装屏蔽壳体700。
另外,底部电路板500设有连接其导电路径56的导电通孔50,屏蔽壳体700设有向下延伸的导电针脚722,该导电针脚722插入导电通孔50中焊接连接。所述屏蔽壳体700设有处于显示模组600后侧的后壁720,导电针脚722自后壁720向下延伸,所述底部电路板500设有向后延伸至屏蔽壳体后壁720下侧的凸出部58,前述导电通孔50设置于凸出部58。
请参阅图5,所揭示为所述电连接器100一个网络对接插口120的电路图。所述网络插口具有连接物理侧与线缆侧的若干差分信号通道48,各信号通道48均连接有并联变压器482及串联变压器484。串联变压器484起共模抑制作用。串联变压器484分别设有中间线端,其各信号通导的中间线端481各连接一电阻483后并联在一起,再连接所述电容44后连接至屏蔽壳体700接地。
Claims (9)
1.一种电连接器,安装于水平电路板上,其包括可供对接连接器自前端插入配合的绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体的端子模组、设置于端子模组下侧的底部电路板、设置于端子模组后端的显示模组、及屏蔽壳体,所述屏蔽壳体包覆于绝缘本体与显示模组外侧,其特征在于:所述端子模组包括垂直于前述水平电路板的内置电路板及连接内置电路板与底部电路板的接地转接端子,所述内置电路板上载有电子组件,其中电子组件通过内置电路板的导电路径、接地转接端子、及底部电路板的导电路径与屏蔽壳体电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:底部电路板设有连接其导电路径的导电通孔,屏蔽壳体设有向下延伸的导电针脚,该导电针脚插入导电通孔中焊接连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽壳体设有处于显示模组后侧的后壁,导电针脚自后壁向下延伸,所述底部电路板设有向后延伸至屏蔽壳体后壁下侧的凸出部,前述导电通孔设置于凸出部。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器具有前端面及设置于前端面且上下对齐的两排对接插口,且所述电连接器包括若干所述端子模组,各端子模组具有分别对应上下两对接插口的两块前述内置电路板,此两内置电路板垂直于前端面。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述若干端子模组及显示模组安装于底部电路板,并与底部电路板组成整体插件插置于绝缘本体内。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器具有若干对接插口,各对接插口具有若干差分信号信道,各信号信道连接有并联变压器及起共模抑制作用的串联变压器。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述串联变压器与并联变压器设置于线缆侧与物理侧之间,同一对接插口之各信号通道的串联变压器线缆侧设有中间线端,各中间线端各连接一电阻后并联在一起,再连接所述电子组件后连接至屏蔽壳体。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电子组件为电容。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子模组还包括连接内置电路板与底部电路板的信号转接端子,所述接地转接端子设置于信号转接端子后侧。
