Abstract

一种电连接器组件,其设有并列排布的多个插口,以供多个对接连接器插入配合,该电连接器组件包括绝缘本体及装设于绝缘本体的端子模组,该端子模组包括一内置电路板、安装于内置电路板的多个端子组,该内置电路板一体设计并包括对应各插口的多个单元,前述多个端子组分别安装于各个单元并与插入插口的各对接连接器连接,所述端子模组还设有安装于内置电路板上的一组电子元件,所述内置电路板的各单元分别设有可连接于前述一组电子元件的导电线路。前述内置电路板相邻单元共用一电子元件的设置减少了电子元件的使用数量,降低了产品成本。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种具有多个插口的电连接器组件,尤其涉及该电连接器组件电子元件的连接结构。
【背景技术】
参阅美国专利公告第7367851号,该专利申请揭示一种电连接器组件,其包括设有多个插口的绝缘本体、装设于绝缘本体的若干端子模组,所述各端子模组设有内置电路板及安装于内置电路板上的电阻和电容。现有的该种设计中,各电路板上皆设有电容元件,成本较大。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种节约成本的电连接器组件。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通以下技术方案实现的:一种电连接器组件,其设有并列排布的多个插口,以供多个对接连接器插入配合,该电连接器组件包括绝缘本体及装设于绝缘本体的端子模组,所述端子模组包括一内置电路板、安装于内置电路板的多个端子组,该内置电路板一体设计并包括对应各插口的多个单元,前述多个端子组分别安装于各个单元并与插入插口的各对接连接器连接,所述端子模组还设有安装于内置电路板上的一组电子元件,所述内置电路板的各单元分别设有可连接于前述一组电子元件的导电线路。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型电连接器组件的内置电路板相邻两个单元共用一电容元件,且相邻两单元的导电线路皆可连接于所述电容元件,相对各单元单独设置电容元件减少了电容的使用数量,从而降低了产品成本。

【具体实施方式】
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型电连接器组件100为一种可用于安装于一母电路板200上的网络接口电连接器组件。该电连接器组件100包括绝缘本体2、收容于绝缘本体2的多个端子模组4、可指示电连接器组件100工作状态的指示装置3、承载指示装置3的承载体5及包覆于绝缘本体2与多个端子模组4的屏蔽壳体(未标号)。
如图2所示,所述绝缘本体2设有若干收容端子模组4的收容空间21,所述收容空间21包括并列上下排布的若干对插口23,各插口23用于供对接连接器(未图示)插入配合,各插口23的上端或下端设有收容所述指示装置3的收容孔25。前述承载体5收容于绝缘本体2的相邻的两对插口23之间,设置于所述承载体5上的指示装置3收容于绝缘本体2上端的收容孔25内,其余指示装置3收容于绝缘本体2下端的收容孔25内。
如图3和图4所示,所述各端子模组4收容于前述收容空间21内,各端子模组4包括平行于母电路板100设置的内置电路板41、安装于内置电路板41上下两侧的若干端子组43、安装于内置电路板41上的若干电阻413及一电容415,设置于内置电路板41下方的滤波线圈模组45及设置于滤波线圈模组45下方的底部电路板47。
所述各内置电路板41一体设计并包括对应上下两对插口23的两个单元411,各单元411分别设有接地片417、连接相邻两个单元411的接地片417的接地线路(未示出)及连接至该内置电路板41上各元件的导电线路(未示出)。前述若干电阻413分别安装于各单元411,电容415设置于其中任一单元411,且各单元411的导电线路可连接于电容415,所述相邻两个单元411的接地线路相连通设置。
所述若干端子组43分设于内置电路板41各单元411的上、下两侧,各端子组43设有若干导电端子431,该等导电端子431表面焊接于所述内置电路板41,用于与插入所述插口23的对接连接器(未图示)配合连接。
所述滤波线圈模组45包括一载体451、设置于载体451上侧和下侧的若干转接端子453及设置于所述载体451内的若干滤波线圈455,所述各滤波线圈455电性连接于所述转接端子453。所述底部电路板47一体设置。设置于载体451下侧的转接端子453焊接于底部电路板47,从而将滤波线圈455与底部电路板47电性连接。设置于载体451上侧的转接端子453焊接于内置电路板41,所述内置电路板41上的电阻413、电容415及接地片417与滤波线圈455之间通过转接端子453、及内置电路板41上的导电线路上相连接。
如图1和图2所示,所述屏蔽壳体(未标号)包括包覆于绝缘本体2与端子模组4的前壳体61及后壳体63,所述后壳体63对应各内置电路板41上的各接地片415设有夹持片631,所述各夹持片631可与接地片417焊接连接,所述各内置电路板41上相邻两个单元411的其中一个接地片417与夹持片631对应焊接,所述相邻两个单元411的接地线路(未示出)将相邻两个单元411的接地片415与夹持片631电性连接。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器组件,其设有并列排布的多个插口,以供多个对接连接器插入配合,该电连接器组件包括绝缘本体及装设于绝缘本体的端子模组,所述端子模组包括一内置电路板、安装于内置电路板的多个端子组,该内置电路板一体设计并包括对应各插口的多个单元,前述多个端子组分别安装于各个单元并与插入插口的各对接连接器连接,其特征在于:所述端子模组还设有安装于内置电路板上的一组电子元件,所述内置电路板的各单元分别设有可连接于前述一组电子元件的导电线路。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电子元件为电容。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还设有包覆于绝缘本体与端子模组的屏蔽壳体,所述内置电路板的各个单元还设有接地片,所述屏蔽壳体对应各接地片设有可夹持焊接于所述接地片的夹持片,所述接地片与其相对应的夹持片对应焊接。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件用于安装于一母电路板上,所述内置电路板平行于母电路板设置,所述多个插口呈上下两排设置,所述多个端子组对应所述插口分别设置于所述内置电路板的上下两侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述端子组设有绝缘体及固持于所述绝缘体的若干对接端子,该等对接端子表面焊接于所述内置电路板。
6.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述内置电路板的各个单元下方还设有一载体及一底部电路板,所述载体设有若干电性连接于所述底部电路板及内置电路板的滤波线圈。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述内置电路板下方各单元对应的底部电路板亦一体设置。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还设有若干可指示电连接器组件工作状态的指示装置,所述绝缘本体在所述各插口的上端或下端设有收容所述各指示装置的收容孔。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还设有承载所述指示装置的承载体,所述承载体收容于所述绝缘本体相邻插口之间,设置于所述承载体的指示装置收容于绝缘本体上端的收容孔内。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件为一种多插接口的网络接口电连接器组件。
