背景技术
为了固定存在于矿物基底如混凝土、天然石、灰泥等中的钻孔中的构件,如锚固螺纹杆、钢筋、螺纹套筒和螺栓,特别是当要实现高的固定载荷值时,使用开头所述类型的化学双组分砂浆组合物。当使用时,首先在矿物基底中打钻孔,以容纳具有相应尺寸的待固定的构件。接着,必须清除钻孔的钻孔粉尘,然后在使树脂组分与固化剂组分混合后,将所述化学双组分砂浆组合物放入钻孔中,随后将要固定的构件导入填充了砂浆组合物的钻孔中并调节。在通过树脂组分与固化剂组分进行反应而固化之后,就实现了构件的牢固保持。

德国公开文本DE 10 2006 054 471 A1公开了一种多组分合成树脂体系,其尤其用于将加固件,尤其是锚固件固定在空隙、优选钻孔中。这种多组分合成树脂体系在其至少一种组分中含有一种或多种细分散的气体,以改善耐用性和/或可压出性。

德国专利申请DE 198 53 489 A1的主题是基于保护胶体稳定化的乙烯基芳族化物-1,3-二烯-混合聚合产物的水性聚合物分散体或在水中可再分散的聚合物粉末在建筑粘合剂配方中的用途,其中,所述聚合物分散体和聚合物粉末通过含有至少一种乙烯基芳族化物和至少一种1,3-二烯的混合物在一种或多种保护胶体存在下的乳液聚合而制得。在此情况下可以向单体相中添加可共聚的单体。除了众多烯属不饱和化合物外,在此还可以使用硅官能的共聚单体,如丙烯酰氧基丙基三(烷氧基)-硅烷和甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三(烷氧基)-硅烷、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷和乙烯基甲基二烷氧基硅烷。
现已表明,现有技术中未讨论到的对于化学砂浆组合物的承载性能的另一重要影响因素在于钻孔清洁的品质和矿物基底的潮湿度。例如已经证实,在潮湿的钻孔中和在很差地清洁钻孔粉尘的钻孔中,出现明显的效率下降,这表现在变小的载荷值。
为了克服该缺点,现有技术一方面设计在清洁钻孔时投入提高的花费,另一方面注意钻孔不是潮湿的,因为否则将预计到载荷值的减小。
发明内容

已经令人惊讶地发现,该目的通过向所述树脂组分中加入至少一种甲基丙烯酰氧基烷基三烷氧基硅烷和/或聚(甲基)丙烯酰氧基烷基倍半硅氧烷作为另外的成分而实现。
在按规定应用这种双组分砂浆组合物时,无论在干燥的经清洁的钻孔还是在半清洁和/或潮湿的钻孔情况下,都得到明显升高的固定构件的载荷值。在半清洁和/或潮湿的钻孔情况下载荷值的这种改善极其令人惊讶,因为固化剂组分通常含有水作为用作固化剂的过氧化物用的减敏剂(Phlegematisierungsmittel)。在不考虑水的存在的情况下,通过使用甲基丙烯酰氧基烷基三烷氧基硅烷和/或聚(甲基)丙烯酰氧基烷基倍半硅氧烷,在半清洁和/或潮湿的钻孔中得到相比于良好清洁的干燥钻孔情况下的载荷值明显更小的载荷值劣化。
因此,本发明的主题是根据主权利要求的化学双组分-砂浆组合物。从属权利要求涉及该砂浆组合物的优选实施方式,以及其用于将锚固螺纹杆、钢筋、螺纹套筒和螺栓化学固定在矿物基底(优选混凝土)中的钻孔中的用途。

根据本发明一种优选的实施方式,树脂组分(A)含有至少一种选自以下的反应性稀释剂作为其他的成分(e):(甲基)丙烯酸羟丙基酯,丁二醇-1,2-二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯,(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己基酯,(甲基)丙烯酸苯基乙基酯,(甲基)丙烯酸四氢糠基酯,(甲基)丙烯酸乙基三甘醇酯,(甲基)丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨基乙基酯,(甲基)丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨基甲基酯,1,4-丁二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,(甲基)丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基乙基酯,1,2-乙二醇二(甲 基)丙烯酸酯,(甲基)丙烯酸异冰片基酯,二乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,甲氧基聚乙二醇单(甲基)丙烯酸酯,(甲基)丙烯酸三甲基环己基酯,(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基乙基酯,(甲基)丙烯酸二环戊烯基氧乙基酯,二(甲基)丙烯酸三环戊二烯基酯,双酚-A-(甲基)丙烯酸酯,线性酚醛环氧(Novolakepoxy)二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,二-[(甲基)丙烯酰基-马来酰基]三环-5.2.1.0.2.6-癸烷,二环戊烯基氧乙基巴豆酸酯,3-(甲基)丙烯酰氧基甲基-三环-5.2.1.0.2.6-癸烷,3-(甲基)-环戊二烯基(甲基)丙烯酸酯,(甲基)丙烯酸异冰片基酯和/或月桂基-2-(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
反应稀释剂(c)用作共聚单体,并导致进一步改善经固化的砂浆组合物在矿物基底或待固定的构件表面上的粘附。
本文使用的术语“(甲基)丙烯酰...”和“...(甲基)丙烯酸...”表示,用该名称既应包括“甲基丙烯酰...”,“丙烯酰...”,“...甲基丙烯酸...”,也应包括“...丙烯酸...”-化合物。
根据本发明另一优选的实施方式,树脂组分(A)含有用于固化剂的促进剂(d),优选芳族胺和/或钴、锰、锡、钒或铈的盐。作为促进剂(d),特别优选的是N,N-二甲基苯胺,N,N-二乙基苯胺,N,N-二异丙醇-p-甲苯胺,N,N-二异亚丙基-p-甲苯胺,N,N-二甲基-p-甲苯胺,N,N-二羟乙基-p-甲苯胺,N,N-二异羟丙基-m-甲苯胺,N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)-甲苯胺,N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)-二甲苯胺,N-甲基-N-羟基乙基-p-甲苯胺,辛酸钴,环烷酸钴,乙酰丙酮钒(IV)和/或乙酰丙酮钒(V)。
树脂组分(A)还可以含有常见的聚合抑制剂,如甲基氢醌,氢醌,焦儿茶酚,氢醌单甲基醚,单叔丁基氢醌,2,5-二叔丁基氢醌,对苯醌,2,5-二苯基对苯醌,苦味酸,吩噻嗪,叔丁基焦儿茶酚,2-丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚和2,6-二-叔丁基对甲酚。
最后,本发明的化学双组分砂浆组合物,如在这类产品中常见的那样,在树脂组分(A)和/或固化剂组分(B)中含有以砂、粉或成型体形式,优选以纤维或球形式的至少一种无机填料,如石英、玻璃、刚玉、瓷、陶土(Steingut)、重土、轻土(Leichtspat)、石膏、滑石和/ 或白垩。
在本发明的化学双组分砂浆组合物的固化剂组分(B)中含有的用于树脂组分的树脂的固化试剂优选包含至少一种有机过氧化物,优选过氧化二苯甲酰、过氧化甲乙酮、过苯甲酸叔丁基酯、过氧化环己酮、月桂基过氧化物,氢过氧化枯烯和/或过氧-2-乙基己酸叔丁基酯。这些过氧化物优选被减敏,即,通过添加作为减敏剂的水来减敏,并且这类产品是本领域技术人员熟知的并能市场上购得。
根据本发明另一优选的实施方式,树脂组分(A)除了所述树脂外还额外含有一种水硬性的或可缩聚的无机化合物,如水泥,优选不含氧化铁或乏氧化铁的水泥,如铝酸盐水泥,和/或石膏,并且在此情况下固化剂组分(B)除了所述固化试剂和减敏所需的水外,还含有额外的水用以固化所述水硬性的或可缩聚的无机化合物。
本发明的双组分砂浆组合物优选存在于料筒、料盒或薄膜袋中,其特征在于,它们包含两个或更多个彼此分开的腔室,以上所定义类型的树脂组分(A)或固化剂组分(B)与任选存在的额外的成分一起抑制反应地彼此分开设置在其中。
已经令人惊讶地表明,在本发明的化学双组分砂浆组合物的按规定应用中,可以获得体系效率的普遍提高,特别是体系坚固性的改善,亦即,即使在潮湿钻孔的情况下和/或在引入矿物基底的钻孔较差清洁的情况下也保持所获得的高载荷值。这种载荷值的提高对于仅适度清洁的钻孔和/或潮湿的钻孔表面而言是不可预料到的,并且由于以下事实而是特别令人惊讶的:将在本发明砂浆组合物的固化剂组分中存在的固化试剂,即上面讨论的过氧化物,优选用水减敏,从而使得不可预料在进一步导入水时,可以获得在钻孔表面上的粘附性改善。
因此,本发明的主题还在于本发明的化学双组分砂浆组合物用于将构件,尤其是锚固螺纹杆、钢筋、螺纹套筒和螺栓化学固定在矿物基底,优选混凝土中的钻孔中的用途。
以下实施例用来进一步阐述本发明,但不以任何方式对其加以限制。
实施例1
基于氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯低聚物的双组分砂浆组合物
首先这样准备双组分砂浆组合物的树脂组分(A):将39.3g在下表1中列出的树脂(也就是对比树脂UMA-REF和本发明树脂UMA-4)与37.2g石英砂(例如S32)、20.5g铝酸盐水泥和3g疏水性热解二氧化硅在溶解器中于真空下匀化成没有气泡的糊状物料。
对比树脂UMA-REF不含有硅氧烷,而树脂UMA-4每种情况下含有4.0重量%本发明的成分(b),即每种情况下含有以下的甲基丙烯酰氧基烷基硅氧烷之一:
硅氧烷_1:3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基五甲基二硅氧烷
硅氧烷_2:1,3-双(3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基)-四(三甲基硅氧基)-二硅氧烷
硅氧烷_3:聚(丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基)-硅氧烷(摩尔质量3000至6000;粘度50至125cSt)
硅氧烷_4:单甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(摩尔质量800至1200;粘度10cSt)
硅氧烷_5:1,3-双(3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基)-四甲基二硅氧烷
每种情况下将以此方式获得的树脂组分(A)装入料盒中。
作为双组分砂浆组合物的固化剂组分(B),使用过氧化苯甲酰水性悬浮液,其含有64重量%的以由石英粉和热解二氧化硅形成的混合物形式的填料,12.4重量%过氧化苯甲酰和作为其余量的水,并将其装入第二个料盒中。

在按规定应用中,将树脂组分(A)和固化剂组分(B)由料盒中挤出,并引导着通过静态混合器,由此使这些组分进行反应,同时发生反应树脂和水泥固化。将反应着的物料注入钻孔中,之后将要固定的构件放入,并调整。
实施例2
为了确定采用该双组分砂浆组合物获得的载荷值,使用高强度的锚固螺纹杆M12,用本发明的双组分砂浆组合物将其钉入直径14mm和钻孔深度72mm的钻孔中。在室温下固化时间1小时后,通过中心拉出该具有紧密支撑的锚固螺纹杆而计算平均失效载荷,并确定五个锚件的平均失效载荷。
如下制备研究的钻孔。
1.干燥的混凝土(对比):干燥的、经清洁的钻孔(粉尘抽吸-三次刷洗-粉尘抽吸),放置并在室温下使锚固螺纹杆固定
2.潮湿的混凝土(本发明):半清洁和潮湿的钻孔(Putzi*-一次刷洗-Putzi*),放置锚固螺纹杆并在室温下固化。
*)Putzi=类似自行车气筒的设备,用其将钻孔粉尘吹出
在下表2中汇总了使用实施例1中描述的砂浆配方所得到的对于干燥钻孔(完全清洁)和减少清洁的潮湿钻孔的连接应力:
如上表2所看出的,本发明的双组分砂浆组合物不仅能产生在干燥和良好清洁的混凝土上的改善的锚固杆粘附性,而且在用于只是很少清洁和潮湿的钻孔中情况下产生明显更弱的载荷值减小。
Claims (15)
1.化学双组分砂浆组合物,其具有树脂组分(A)和与之抑制反应地分开设置的固化剂组分(B),所述树脂组分(A)含有至少一种可自由基固化的、烯属不饱和化合物(a)作为可固化的成分,而所述固化剂组分(B)含有用于树脂组分(A)的树脂的固化试剂,该双组分砂浆组合物在矿物基底中的半清洁和/或潮湿的钻孔表面上具有改善的粘附性,其特征在于含有0.2至10重量%的至少一种(甲基)丙烯酰氧基烷基硅氧烷和/或聚((甲基)丙烯酰氧基烷基倍半硅氧烷)作为树脂组分(A)的另外的成分(b)。
3.根据权利要求1或2的化学双组分砂浆组合物,其特征在于,作为另外的成分(b),树脂组分(A)包含至少一种以下组的代表物:3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基五甲基-二硅氧烷,1,3-双(3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基)-四-(三甲基硅氧基)-二硅氧烷,1,3-双(3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基)-四甲基-二硅氧烷,聚(丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基)-硅氧烷,单甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷,带有丙烯酰氧基丙基侧基的二甲基硅氧烷共聚物,甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基七异丁基-T8-倍半硅氧烷,15至20%(丙烯酰氧基丙基)-甲基硅氧烷/80至85%二甲基硅氧烷共聚物,带有甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基侧基的二甲基硅氧烷共聚物和甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷。
4.根据权利要求1至3至少一项的化学双组分砂浆组合物,其特征在于,树脂组分(A)含有以下至少一种代表物作为可自由基固化的、烯属不饱和化合物(a):羟基丁基乙烯基醚,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚,三乙二醇二乙烯基醚,3-氨基丙基乙烯基醚,叔戊基乙烯基醚,丁基乙烯基醚,环己烷二甲醇单乙烯基醚,环己基乙烯基醚,3-二乙基氨基丙基乙烯基醚,二乙二醇单乙烯基醚,月桂基乙烯基醚,乙二醇丁基乙烯基醚,乙二醇单乙烯基醚,2-乙基己基乙烯基醚,乙基乙烯基醚,己二醇单乙烯基醚,羟丁基乙烯基醚,甲基乙烯基醚,十八烷基乙烯基醚,聚乙二醇-520-甲基乙烯基醚,三乙二醇甲基乙烯基醚,丁二醇二乙烯基醚,环己烷二甲醇二乙烯基醚,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚,二丙二醇二乙烯基醚,乙二醇二乙烯基醚,己二醇二乙烯基醚,新戊二醇二乙烯基醚,四乙二醇二乙烯基醚,三乙二醇二乙烯基醚,三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚,三丙二醇二乙烯基醚,季戊四醇四乙烯基醚,烯丙基醚,二(丙二醇)烯丙基醚(甲基)丙烯酸酯(异构体混合物),二乙二醇单烯丙基醚,季戊四醇烯丙基醚,三羟甲基丙烷烯丙基醚,三羟甲基丙烷二烯丙基醚,烯丙基苄基醚,双酚-A-二烯丙基醚,烯丙基丁基醚,烯丙基乙基醚,烯丙基缩水甘油基醚,烯丙基苯基醚,烯丙基丙基醚,聚(表氯醇-co-环氧乙烷-co-烯丙基缩水甘油基醚),乙二醇单烯丙基醚,四乙二醇二烯丙基醚,乙氧基化度为2至10、优选2至4的乙氧基化的双酚-A-二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,二官能、三官能或更高官能的氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯低聚物和这些可固化的成分的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4的化学双组分砂浆组合物,其特征在于,树脂组分(A)含有具有2至30个氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯单元的二官能的氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯低聚物作为可自由基固化的烯属不饱和化合物(a)。
6.根据权利要求1至5至少一项的化学双组分砂浆组合物,其特征在于,作为其他的成分(c),树脂组分(A)含有至少一种选自以下的反应性稀释剂:(甲基)丙烯酸羟丙基酯,丁二醇-1,2-二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯,(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己基酯,(甲基)丙烯酸苯基乙基酯,(甲基)丙烯酸四氢糠基酯,乙基三甘醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯,(甲基)丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨基乙基酯,(甲基)丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨基甲基酯,1,4-丁二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,(甲基)丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基乙基酯,1,2-乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,(甲基)丙烯酸异冰片基酯,二乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,甲氧基聚乙二醇单(甲基)丙烯酸酯,(甲基)丙烯酸三甲基环己基酯,(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基乙基酯,(甲基)丙烯酸二环戊烯基氧乙基酯,和/或二(甲基)丙烯酸三环戊二烯基酯,双酚-A-(甲基)丙烯酸酯,线性酚醛环氧二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,二-[(甲基)丙烯酰基-马来酰基]三环-5.2.1.0.2.6-癸烷,二环戊烯基氧乙基巴豆酸酯,3-(甲基)丙烯酰氧基甲基-三环-5.2.1.0.2.6-癸烷,3-(甲基)-环戊二烯基(甲基)丙烯酸酯和/或月桂基-2-(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1至6至少一项的化学双组分砂浆组合物,其特征在于,树脂组分(A)含有用于固化试剂的促进剂(d)。
8.根据权利要求7的化学双组分砂浆组合物,其特征在于,树脂组分(A)含有芳族胺和/或钴、锰、锡、钒或铈的盐作为促进剂(d)。
9.根据权利要求8的化学双组分砂浆组合物,其特征在于,树脂组分(A)含有作为促进剂(d)的N,N-二甲基苯胺,N,N-二乙基苯胺,N,N-二异丙醇-对甲苯胺,N,N-二异亚丙基-p-甲苯胺,N,N-二甲基-p-甲苯胺,N,N-二羟乙基-p-甲苯胺,N,N-二异羟丙基-m-甲苯胺,N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)-甲苯胺,N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)-二甲苯胺,N-甲基-N-羟乙基-p-甲苯胺,辛酸钴,环烷酸钴,乙酰丙酮钒(IV)和/或乙酰丙酮钒(V)。
10.根据前述权利要求至少一项的化学双组分砂浆组合物,其特征在于,其在树脂组分(A)和/或固化剂组分(B)中含有至少一种无机填料。
11.根据权利要求10的化学双组分砂浆组合物,其特征在于,作为无机填料,含有以砂、粉或成型体形式,优选以纤维或球形式的石英,玻璃,刚玉,瓷,陶土,重土,轻土,石膏,滑石和/或白垩。
12.根据权利要求1至11至少一项的化学双组分砂浆组合物,其特征在于,固化剂组分(B)含有作为用于树脂组分(A)的树脂的固化试剂的至少一种有机过氧化物,优选过氧化二苯甲酰,过氧化甲乙酮,过苯甲酸叔丁基酯,环己酮过氧化物,月桂基过氧化物,氢过氧化枯烯和/或过氧-2-乙基己酸叔丁基酯。
13.根据前述权利要求至少一项的化学双组分砂浆组合物,其特征在于,树脂组分(A)除了所述树脂外还额外含有水硬性的或可缩聚的无机化合物,并且固化剂组分(B)除了所述固化试剂外还额外含有水。
14.包含根据前述权利要求至少一项的化学双组分砂浆组合物的料筒、料盒或薄膜袋,其特征在于,它们包含两个或更多个彼此分开的腔室,将树脂组分(A)或固化剂组分(B)抑制反应地彼此分开设置于其中。
15.根据权利要求1至13的化学双组分砂浆组合物用于将锚固螺纹杆、钢筋、螺纹套筒和螺栓化学固定在矿物基底中的钻孔中的用途。
