Abstract

一种士林染料悬浮体轧染工艺,本工艺特点是节省打底烘干过程,在中车化料、士林染料和还原液分开化料,然后用比例泵按1∶1的比例施加于均匀轧车料槽中,染色时布浸轧染料和还原液组成的混合液后,直接进入还原汽蒸箱、汽蒸发色,而后再进行水洗,氧化皂洗水洗烘干等传统工序。在这里还原蒸箱采用汽封口,浸轧过染料和还原液组成的混合液后,无需再在封口处浸还原液。该工艺省去了打底烘干过程,染料在短时间内仍保持悬浮体状态,因此得色稳定操作方便,可节约大量的能源。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及士林染料的悬浮体轧染工艺,尤其能实现节能降耗,稳定性好和操作简单。
背影技术
目前,印染行业是一个高能耗、高污染的行业,传统的士林染料色牢度好,稳定性高一直是高档面料首先的染料,但是也存在一些问题,尤其是打底烘干过程,浪费大量的能源,如今低碳经济时代更需要改变传统的染色工艺。
发明内容
为了克服现在士林染料染色高能耗状况,本发明提供一种新的士林染料染色工艺。该工艺能够广泛使用在所有士林染料,可节约大量能源。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的方案是:省去打底烘干过程,直接在中车化料。化料操作和传统相同,不同点在于(1)染料和还原液施加方式不同,本工艺中染料和还原液分开化料,然后用比例泵按1∶1的比例施加于同一料槽中,用于浸轧。(2)浸轧方式和传流方式不同,本工艺中织物浸轧过染料和还原液混合料后直接进入汽封口的汽蒸箱,无需再经过液封口浸还原液。
本发明的有益效果是:节省了士林染料悬浮体轧染过程中的打底烘干过程,可节约大量的能源。在短时间和室温下染料仍保持悬浮体状态,因此在浸轧过程中得色稳定,操作方便。

具体实施方式
在图1中布(1)在均轧车轧槽(2)中浸轧经比例泵(7)混合均匀的士林染料和还原液混合液,之后,直接进入汽蒸箱(5)中进行还原汽蒸,汽蒸温102℃,然后进入后水洗槽(6)中,后面和传统工艺相同进行氧化皂洗、水洗、烘干、完成染色过程。

1.一种士林染料悬浮体轧染工艺,工艺过程包括浸轧染液、还原汽蒸和水洗、氧化、皂洗、水洗、烘干过程,其特征是:士林染料和还原液分开化料,采用比例泵按工艺要求的比例混合施加于料槽内,布在料槽内浸轧混合料后直接进入还原汽蒸箱中进行汽蒸发色。
