Abstract

照明装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装在户外区域的照明装置。
背景技术
在户外区域使用的传统的照明装置(灯)中,通常不使用散热翅片,因为它们使排水性退化或成为污垢累积的根源(参见例如JP2007-242258A,权利要求1,图1、3和4,以及第0012、0013和0015段)。
然而,没有散热翅片的传统的照明装置在散热上是个问题,并且因此例如LED类的灯的寿命变得很短。如果使用散热翅片来解决这些问题,水或者其它物质就会聚集在散热翅片之间的沟槽中。这造成了所述照明装置会被腐蚀的问题。
发明内容
考虑到上述情况,本发明提供了一种散热性和排水性均得到改善的照明装置。
根据本发明的一方面,提供一种照明装置,包括:由支撑构件支撑的主体;用于覆盖主体上部的上盖部分;以及LED发光部件和电源单元,所述LED发光部件和电源单元二者均被固定至所述上盖部分的下侧,其中所述上盖部分包括多个位于其顶部的散热翅片和多个限定在相邻散热翅片之间的槽,所述槽朝着上盖部分的周缘向下倾斜。
所述主体优选地被设置为朝着支撑构件向下倾斜,并且散热翅片朝着支撑构件延伸。
所述LED发光部件可被设置成远离所述支撑构件。
利用本发明的照明装置,有可能改善排水性和散热性。

具体实施方式
下面将参考构成本发明实施例一部分的附图来描述根据本发明实施例的照明装置。
(第一实施例)
图1是显示根据本发明第一实施例的照明装置1的分解图。图2是其组装视图。
该照明装置1包括与作为支撑构件的臂11相连并由该臂11支撑的主体12、用于覆盖主体12上部的上盖部分13、LED发光部件14和作为电源单元的电源块15,LED发光部件和电源块均设在所述上盖部分13的下侧,发光板16设在所述主体12的下侧以传输来自LED发光部件14的光,电源块容纳单元17从主体12向下突出以容纳电源块15于其中。
正如下文将被描述的,照明装置1的LED发光部件14所在处的截面厚度T1设置成比照明装置1的电源块15所在处的截面的厚度T2小(参见图4)。具有控制来自发光板16的光的功能的光控制功能单元21设在电源块容纳单元17的外表面上。电源块15靠近臂11布置。电线连接空间18靠近臂11设在主体12内,在电线连接空间18中,从外面引进的电线被连接至电源块15。电线连接空间18通过覆盖构件19被打开和关闭。
多个散热翅片23(参见图6)设在上盖部分13的顶部。散热翅片23在上盖部分13的纵向上向臂11延伸。在相邻散热翅片23之间限定的槽23a朝着上盖部分13的周缘向下倾斜。进一步地,主体12能被安置成朝着臂11向下倾斜。LED发光部件14远离臂11布置。
接下来,将对照明装置1的各个元件进行描述。电线连接空间18和覆盖构件19设在主体12内与发光板16相反的一侧。用于插入臂11的臂插入部分20设在电线连接空间18的下侧。
电源块容纳单元17和容纳在其中的电源块15设在臂插入部分20附近。因此,电源块15靠近臂11布置。可替换地,电源块15也可被布置在与臂11相反的一侧。如图3所示,光控制功能单元21用来控制来自发光板16的光。光控制功能的例子包括光的反射、吸收和斜切。
在本实施例中,光控制功能单元21设在电源块容纳单元17的靠近发光板16的端部的外表面上。光控制功能单元21包括在远离发光板16的方向上向下倾斜的倾斜表面21a。来自发光板16的光能通过改变例如倾斜表面21a的形状或倾斜表面21a上的涂层来被控制。
在本实施例中,如图3中所示,倾斜表面21a被构造为不反射来自发光板16的光,这样,来自发光板16的光不与从倾斜表面21a反射的光相干涉。在这方面,有可能通过改变倾斜表面21a的倾斜角度或涂层来以需要的方式控制光并实现所需的光分布。
此外,如以上参照图4所述,照明装置1被构造成使得LED发光部件14所在处的照明装置1的截面厚度T1变得比电源块15所在处的照明装置1的截面厚度T2小。这使得移除位于发光板16下面的由图5中虚线包围的一部分27成为可能,这减小了照明装置1的尺寸和重量。
转到图6,用于锁紧和释放覆盖构件19的闩锁机构22设在覆盖构件19和主体22处。电线连接空间18能通过用该闩锁机构22释放盖构件19而被打开。
散热翅片23设在上盖部分13的整个顶表面上。在相邻散热翅片23之间限定的槽被形成为朝着上盖部分13的周缘向下倾斜。在本实施例中,散热翅片23沿着上盖部分13的纵向延伸并被布置成呈互相平行的关系。
当臂11被插入至臂插入部分20中时,如图7所示,照明装置1以相对于水平面24成特定角度而被倾斜地连接至臂11,从而装置1的靠近臂11的部分能被定位在下侧,而装置1的承载LED发光部件14的部分位于上侧。
结果,限定在相邻散热翅片23之间的槽23a从LED发光部件14一侧朝着臂11一侧向下倾斜。因此,如图8A至8C所示,落到上盖部分13上的例如雨水等等的水沿着相邻散热翅片23之间的槽23a在图8B中实线箭头所示的排水方向25上被排走。照明装置1中产生的热量通过散热翅片23在图8B中单点划线箭头所示的散热方向26上被散出。因此,能以一种有效的方式进行排水和散热。
参照图9,散热翅片23的高度被设置为满足不等式H1<H2,其中H1表示在臂11侧的散热翅片23的高度,H2表示在LED发光部件14侧的散热翅片23的高度。这使得有可能进一步增加散热效率。因为LED发光部件14被设置为远离臂11,散热进一步得到改善。
采用根据本发明第一实施例中的照明装置1,排水性和散热性都能得到增强,因为相邻散热翅片23之间的槽23a朝着上盖部分13的周缘向下倾斜。
因为主体12被设置成朝着臂11向下倾斜并且散热翅片23朝着臂11延伸(即,在上盖部分13的纵向上),排水性和散热性进一步得到改善。
因为LED发光部件14被布置为远离臂11,散热性进一步得到改善。
(第二实施例)
图10显示了根据本发明第二实施例的照明装置中的光控制功能单元30。在下面的说明中,与第一实施例中同样的元件将用同样的附图标记表示并且不再具体地说明。
光控制功能单元30包括大体垂直于发光板16的反射表面30a。具有高反射率的涂层被施加至该反射表面30a上。所述反射表面30a在向前方向上(即,在与臂11相反的方向上)反射来自发光板16的光。这使得指引光向前成为可能。
(第三实施例)
图11显示了根据本发明第三实施例的照明装置中的光控制功能单元40。光控制功能单元40包括大体垂直于发光板16的非反射表面40a。具有低反射率的涂层被施加至该非反射表面40a上。因此,该非反射表面40a被限制成不能在向前方向上反射来自发光板16的光。这使得实现回切(back-cut)光分布成为可能。
虽然本发明已就上述实施例进行了图示和说明,但是本领域技术人员可以理解,可在不脱离后附权利要求所限定的本发明范围下进行多种改变和修改。

Claims (4)

1.一种照明装置,包括:
由支撑构件支撑的主体;
用于覆盖主体上部的上盖部分;以及
LED发光部件和电源单元,所述LED发光部件和电源单元均被固定至所述上盖部分的下侧,
其中上盖部分包括多个设在其顶部的散热翅片和多个限定在相邻散热翅片之间的槽,所述槽朝着上盖部分的周缘向下倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述主体被布置成朝着所述支撑构件向下倾斜并且所述散热翅片朝着所述支撑构件延伸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述LED发光部件被布置成远离所述支撑构件。
4.根据权利要求2所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述LED发光部件被布置成远离所述支撑构件。
