技术领域
本发明公开一种山苍子复方精油的提取技术方法及配方。
背景技术
山苍子，为我国特有的香料植物资源之一。现在市场上所用的山苍子精油主要是从山苍子的果皮中提取出来的挥发油，所得的山苍子精油的主要成分是柠檬醛。但在山苍子精油被提取后，大量的山苍子核仁被扔掉，对资源造成很大浪费。而山苍子精油对人体皮肤会造成灼伤，如需接触皮肤时，必须进行稀释调配再使用。
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的不足，从而提供一种充分利用山苍子的果皮和核仁来制作一种山苍子复方精油的技术方法及配方。本发明的提取技术成本低，大大减少类原料的浪费，所得的山苍子复方精油在使用上范围更加广泛，尤其在人体的使用方面，可直接使用，而且有提神醒脑、防止皮肤瘙痒，驱除蚊虫、祛除异味、改善和提高环境空气质量的功能。
山苍子复方精油是从天然香料植物山苍子果实提炼配制而成，其主要成分是月桂酸约占55％，葵酸约占22％，柠檬醛约占10％。
本发明公开一种山苍子复方精油的提取技术方法及配方，其制备主要有一次连续蒸馏、冷凝和油水分离，一次压榨，一次酯化，一次分子蒸馏，一次调配五个工艺步骤。其具体工艺流程：
1、先将山苍子新鲜果实投入蒸馏釜中，加入清水，在常压下将热蒸气送入蒸馏釜加热，使山苍子果皮中挥发油分子在蒸气带动下蒸发，再将油水混合蒸气冷凝成液状，经油水分离器将油水分离，即完成一次连续蒸馏、冷凝和油水分离，得到山苍子精油。
2、将蒸馏后的山苍子核仁干燥后，放入压榨机中压榨，经过滤、沉降2个小时后取上层清液，完成一次压榨，得到山苍子核仁初油。
3、将所得的核仁初油倒入酯化罐中加热60℃，加入乙醇和催化剂，保温1小时，加清水静置1小时后放出废液，然后用2％的盐水，清洗3遍，去掉水份，使山苍子核仁乙脂中水份含量＜0.1％，即完成酯化。
4、将山苍子核仁乙脂(月桂酸乙脂和葵酸乙脂的混合物)经分子蒸馏处理，得到山苍子核仁油。
5、将山苍子精油和山苍子核仁油按一定比例调配得到山苍子复方精油。与现有技术相比较，本发明所得的产品：
1、能祛除异味，改善、净化空气质量。只需少许喷洒即可散发出天然芳香，并抑制病毒、病菌，减少疾病的传播。
2、提神醒脑，预防晕车晕船，缓解精神紧张和疲劳。
3、对蚊虫叮咬、皮肤瘙痒，有一定防治作用。特别是由较好的抗菌效果。
4、能驱除蚊虫，绿色环保。
本发明的优势来源于在技术上的两个创新：
(1)解决了只从山苍子的果皮中提取精油的缺陷，降低成本。
(2)解决了单一使用山苍子精油不能直接接触皮肤的缺陷，同时确保了山苍子复方精油的成分来源于同一种植物的提取物，使配方达到最佳亲和度和有效性。
下面结合具体的实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
1、首先将100KG山苍子果实投入蒸馏釜中，往蒸馏釜中加入清水200KG，(即：水∶山苍子果实的质量比为2∶1)；打开盘管接入蒸汽，加热蒸馏釜，并通过调节接入盘管的蒸汽压力来控制蒸馏釜内蒸发的速率；加热时间为6小时；从初始加热到沸腾前，蒸汽压力为0.3Mpa；在沸腾后5小时内压力控制位0.1Mpa至0.2Mpa为宜；结束蒸馏前0.2小时将蒸汽压力控制在0.3Mpa，直至蒸馏完成。
2、当上述1中蒸馏釜内温度为80℃时，打开冷凝器，接通冷却水；用冷却水将经过冷凝器冷却后的流出液的温度控制在38℃以下，直至蒸馏完成。
3、将经过冷凝器冷却的油水混合物导入油水分离器中，把油水进行分离，即得到山苍子挥发油。
4、将蒸馏后的山苍子核仁经干燥、压榨、过滤、沉降2小时后取上层清液，即山苍子核仁初油。
5、将山苍子核仁初油100KG倒入脂化罐中加热至60℃，然后加入50KG无水乙醇并同时加入2KG催化剂，保温1小时，再加清水50KG，静止1小时后放出废液，再加入100KG2％的盐水，清洗3遍，去掉水份，使山苍子核仁乙脂中水份含量＜0.1％；将山苍子核仁乙脂(月桂酸乙脂和葵酸乙脂的混合物)经分子蒸馏处理，去色，去杂质，得到淡黄色透明液体(山苍子核仁精油)。
6、将山苍子核仁精油与山苍子精油按9∶1质量比例调配成山苍子复方精油即完成整个生产过程。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导，本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此，本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式，对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权力要求的保护范围内。此外，尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语，但这些术语只是为了方便说明，并不对发明构成任何限制。

Claims (3)

1.一种山苍子复方精油的提取技术方法，其制备主要有一次连续蒸馏、冷凝和油水分离，一次压榨，一次酯化，一次分子蒸馏，一次调配五个工艺步骤，其具体工艺流程：
一、先将山苍子新鲜果实投入蒸馏釜中，加入清水，在常压下将热蒸气送入蒸馏釜加热，使山苍子果皮中挥发油分子在蒸气带动下蒸发，再将油水混合蒸气冷凝成液状，经油水分离器将油水分离，即完成一次连续蒸馏、冷凝和油水分离，得到山苍子精油；
二、将蒸馏后的山苍子核仁干燥后，放入压榨机中压榨，经过滤、沉降2小时后取上层清液，完成一次压榨，得到山苍子核仁初油；
三、将所得的核仁初油倒入酯化罐中加热60℃，加入乙醇和催化剂，保温1小时，加清水静置1小时后放出废液，然后用2％的盐水，清洗3遍，去掉水份，使山苍子核仁乙酯中水份含量＜0.1％，即完成酯化；
四、将山苍子核仁乙酯经分子蒸馏处理，得到山苍子核仁油；
五、将山苍子精油和山苍子核仁油按一定比例调配得到山苍子复方精油。
2.根据权利要求1一种山苍子复方精油的提取技术方法，所述的山苍子复方精油是从天然香料植物山苍子果实提炼配制而成，其主要成份是月桂酸占55％，葵酸占22％，柠檬醛占10％。
3.根据权利要求1一种山苍子复方精油的提取技术方法，所述的一次调配是将山苍子核仁精油与山苍子精油按9∶1质量比例调配成山苍子复方精油。
