背景技术
直接喷射的燃料高压泵通常设有一个低压区域及一个高压区域。一个电动输送泵将燃料由一个油箱输送到低压区域中,燃料由低压区域通过燃料高压泵输送到一个与高压区域连接的燃料汇流导管(称为“共轨”)中。燃料汇流导管中的压力通常通过压力调节阀和/或量控制阀来调节,其中该阀主要通过对压力传感器信号的求值由控制装置和或调节装置来控制。在此情况下该压力调节阀也可机械地工作。

由DE10327411A1公知了用于具有一个限压阀的燃料高压泵的限压阀。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,给出或进一步开发一种开始部分所述类型的燃料高压泵,它能可靠地工作及紧凑地构成。此外该燃料高压泵在成本上应为有利的。
该任务将通过具有权利要求1的特征的用于内燃机的燃料高压泵来解决。对于本发明重要的特征还可在以下说明及附图中得到,其中这些特征既可单独地也可不同组合地作为本发明的重要部分,而无需对其明确地指出。在从属权利要求中可得到其有利的进一步构型。
通过燃料高压泵的构型一方面节省了机动车的发动机区域中的结构空间,另一方面通过将压力调节装置巧妙地组合在燃料高压泵中仍保持了燃料高压泵的原有外部尺寸。并且不需要附加的液压导管。这就有利地导致了燃料高压泵的非常紧凑的结构方式。此外由于取消了燃料的量控制燃料高压泵将不需要带有所属未级及电控制导线的量控制阀。并还可取消用于电控制所需的压力传感器。这使得本发明在成本上特别有利并还节省了发动机功率。因为低压区域中不需要的燃料量被控制流出,也保证了限压功能。
本发明基于这样的构思,即在内燃机上使用少数压力传感的燃料系统、如恒压系统的情况下,可取消对燃料的昂贵的电的量控制。在该前提下高压区域中的压力调节则可通过一个组合在高压泵中的机械的压力调节装置来实现。该压力调节装置在液压上被设置在低压区域与高压区域之间。随着该压力调节装置事先调节好的打开压力的达到所不需要的燃料量由高压区域导回到低压区域中由此在内燃机工作中可在高压侧上调节到一个至少基本上为恒定的压力。
在一个进一步构型中提出:该机械的压力调节装置包括一个机械的压力调节阀,尤其一个机械的、例如由弹簧加载的单向阀。机械的压力调节阀的结构相对简单,可靠及由此成本上有利。这尤其适用于单向阀。此外这种阀的结构特别小及因此可毫无问题地组合在高压燃料泵中。
特别有利的是,在压力调节装置的阀元件的上游设有一个机械的节流器,以致减小了、尤其在使用单缸燃料泵的情况下由于不希望的高压泵的压力波动对燃料汇流导管中的调节性能的副作用。由此减小了压力调节阀的磨损。该节流器可被构成单独的节流元件或在高压侧输入通道、阀座体或泵壳体内的接收孔中横截面的缩小部分。
此外还提出,压力调节装置被偏心地设置在燃料高压泵的泵壳体内的一个孔中;及也可能偏心地设置一个从压力调节阀延伸到高压区域的连接孔。泵壳体内中间的中心区域将众所周知地保留燃料高压泵的原有泵功能。但在偏心的区域中可得到足够的空间来组合压力调节功能。这使得燃料高压泵成为一个可非常有效地使用及紧凑地构成的装置。此外这使得泵壳体的切削加工更简单。
此外还提出,通过一个阀弹簧和/或压力调节装置的阀件与阀座之间的一个密封直径来确定高压区域中的边界压力。这意味着,在压力调节装置设计时及可能在燃料高压泵组装时可精确调整该边界压力。对制造好的或已安装在机动车中的燃料高压泵则不需要任何调整。
对此补充地提出,压力调节装置具有一个筒形的阀壳体。由此压力调节装置可作为单独的组件来制造与调整及接着置入到泵壳体中并例如通过压配合被保持在推筒与泵壳体之间。该压力调节阀的调整很简单,因为在打开压力的液压调节时用于其它安装步骤的泵壳体无需被净化。此外当错误的调节时泵壳体也不会成为一个废品部件。
有利的还在于,进入阀相对燃料高压泵的泵活塞同轴线地布置。这就允许达来自低压区域的燃料的高供给率,当燃料高压泵的压力阻尼器与进入阀之间的相应连接孔的直径比进入阀的开度大时,该供给率还将由此升高。

具体实施方式
现在借助图1来对根据本发明的燃料高压泵的结构及一般功能作原理性的描述。图1表示具有一个燃料高压泵10的用于内燃机(未示出)的燃料系统8的概图。该燃料系统如还将描述的、被分为图1中左面所示的一个低压区域12及右面所示的一个高压区域14。一个设置在低压区域12中的输送泵16用输送压力将燃料由燃料储存容器18通过一个低压导管20泵入到燃料高压泵10的一个进入接管22中。在燃料高压泵10中在低压区域12中设有一个过滤器24及一个压力阻尼器26。压力阻尼器26阻尼燃料高压泵10中低压侧存在的压力波动及在高转速及凸轮转数时也能照顾到高输送率。
燃料通过进入阀28被抽吸到燃料高压泵10的一个工作室30中。工作室30的容积取决于泵活塞32在泵缸34中的位置。当泵活塞32向下运动期间工作室30增大,由此抽吸燃料。当泵活塞32向上运动期间燃料被压缩升压及通过排出阀36与属于高压区域14的排出接管38并通过一个高压导管40继续输送到一个轨42中。在轨42上连接着喷射阀44,这些喷射阀直接地将燃料喷射到内燃机的燃烧室46中。
泵活塞32通过一个凸轮48来驱动,该凸轮由内燃机驱动-例如通过凸轮轴或曲轴(未示出)来驱动。凸轮48也可为凸轮轴或曲轴的一部分。泵活塞32相对凸轮48通过一个密封件50进行密封。在泵活塞32与泵缸34之间的间隙中形成的活塞泄漏通过一个回流导管52导回低压区域12中。
因为在常规工作中泵活塞32的输送量大于喷射的燃料量,故在高压侧13上不需要的燃料量通过一个纯机械地工作的压力调节阀54再回送到低压区域12中。因此燃料汇流导管42中的压力基本上相应于压力调节阀的打开压力。
并且尤其当使用单缸泵时在高压区域14中也形成压力波动,该波动对轨42中的压力调节功能产生副面影响。为了去耦合可在压力调节阀54的前面对液流设置一个节流器56,由此来减小压力调节阀54前面的压力波动并减小其磨损。
以下的附图以透视图或截面图更为详细地表示燃料高压阀10的结构。这里应指出,出于简化及清楚的原因不是在所有附图中对所有部件设置标号。
图2以一个透视图表示燃料高压泵10。在一个泵壳体58上设有进入接管22(低压区域12)及排出接管38(高压区域14)。在进入接管22中组合了一个过滤器64。燃料高压泵10还包括一个向内凹陷的盖66及一个用于将燃料高压泵10例如固定在内燃机的汽缸头上的法兰板68。这两个部件66及68均与泵壳体58固定地连接。泵活塞32由泵壳体58向下伸出。一个活塞弹簧70的一侧支撑在一个弹簧盘72上及另一侧(不可看到)支撑在泵壳体58上,弹簧盘与泵壳体58固定地连接。活塞弹簧70的力通过弹簧盘72导入泵活塞32中。因此在工作中可保证泵活塞32持续地跟随凸轮的轮廓。

燃料高压泵10如下地工作:当泵活塞32向上运动时(“抽吸冲程”)燃料通过进入阀被吸入工作室30。当其向下运动时(“输送冲程”)工作室30中的燃料被压缩并通过排出阀36输送到高压导管40中。如果高压区域14中的压力超过压力调节阀54的边界压力,该压力调节阀则打开,其方式是阀体98从阀座上抬起,以致燃料可流出到压力阻尼器26的接收室并由此流出到低压区域12。如果高压区域14中的压力低于压力调节阀54的边界压力,该压力调节阀则又关闭,以此方式使高压区域14中的压力基本上保持恒定,即保持在压力调节阀54的边界压力或打开压力上。
图7表示燃料高压泵10的一个变型。这里也适用的是,与已描述的部件及区域设有等同功能的部件及区域带有相同的标号及不再加以说明。
在所示的变型方案中压力调节阀54作为筒型方案来实现。这里压力调节阀的组装及打开压力的调节可在泵壳体58的外面进行。阀座体94被插入到套筒104中并例如通过压配合来保持。在阀座体96组装后,将弹簧导向件98及阀弹簧100以及弹簧支架102插入到套筒104中。并且这里也通过弹簧支架102的位置来调节弹簧压力及由此调节打开压力。弹簧支架102如图7中所示被旋拧在套筒104中。也可对螺旋方案变换地使用压配合。在压力调节阀54被安装及调节后,它作为组件被插入到泵壳体58中及例如通过套筒104与泵壳体58之间的压配合来保持。
在图7中所示的燃料高压泵10的方案中还在孔92中放置了一个节流器56。也可考虑,节流器56被布置在孔90中,也可对节流器56变换地在阀座体94中使输入孔95具有一个缩小的横截面,由此也可实现节流功能。

Claims (11)

1.用于直接喷射的内燃机的燃料高压泵(10),具有泵壳体(58)、进入阀(28)、排出阀(36)、压力阻尼器(26)、进入侧的低压区域(12)及排出侧的高压区域(14),其特征在于:该燃料高压泵(10)具有用于调节该高压区域(14)中的恒定压力的纯机械的压力调节装置(54),所述压力调节装置(54)的进口与所述燃料高压泵(10)的所述高压区域(14)相连接,且所述压力调节装置(54)的出口与压力阻尼器(26)的接收室相连接,所述压力阻尼器(26)设置在压力阻尼器(26)的接收室中,其中,所述泵壳体(58)与燃料高压泵(10)的盖(66)固定地连接,且压力阻尼室(26)的接收室位于所述盖(66)下面,进入接管(22)通过一个相对泵壳体(58)的纵轴线(73)平行的并且偏心的孔(74)与一个位于盖(66)下面的用于压力阻尼器(26)的接收室相连接,该接收室通过进入阀(28)与泵工作室(30)相连接,泵壳体(58)中的压力调节装置(54)偏心地设置在一个与泵壳体(58)的纵轴线(73)平行的孔(90)中,所述压力调节装置(54)是压力调节阀,如果高压区域(14)中的压力超过压力调节阀的边界压力,该压力调节阀则打开,如果高压区域(14)中的压力低于压力调节阀的边界压力,该压力调节阀则又关闭,使得高压区域(14)中的压力恒定地保持在压力调节阀的边界压力上。
2.根据权利要求1的燃料高压泵(10),其特征在于:该机械的压力调节装置包括机械的压力调节阀。
3.根据权利要求1或2的燃料高压泵(10),其特征在于:在所述压力调节装置(54)的阀元件(54)的上游设有节流器(56)。
4.根据权利要求3的燃料高压泵(10),其特征在于:所述节流器(56)被构成在所述压力调节阀(54)的阀座壳体中和/或所述泵壳体(58)中的用于所述压力调节装置(54)的连接孔(92)中和/或用于所述压力调节装置(54)的输入通道中。
5.根据权利要求1-2、4中任一项的燃料高压泵(10),其特征在于:所述压力调节装置(54)在圆柱形的泵壳体(58)中被设置在一个相对所述泵壳体(58)的纵轴线(73)错开布置的接收孔(90)中。
6.根据权利要求1-2、4中任一项的燃料高压泵(10),其特征在于:相对所述泵壳体(58)的纵轴线(73)横向地从所述压力调节装置(54)延伸到所述高压区域(14)的连接孔(92)与所述纵轴线(73)隔有距离。
7.根据权利要求1-2、4中任一项的燃料高压泵(10),其特征在于:所述压力调节装置(54)具有阀弹簧(100)和/或在阀件(96)与阀座(94)之间的密封直径,通过该阀弹簧和/或该密封直径确定所述高压区域(14)中的边界压力。
8.根据权利要求1-2、4中任一项的燃料高压泵(10),其特征在于:所述压力调节装置(54)具有筒形的阀壳体(104),该阀壳体被置入到所述泵壳体(58)的接收孔(90)中。
9.根据权利要求1-2、4中任一项的燃料高压泵(10),其特征在于:相对所述燃料高压泵(10)的泵活塞(32)同轴线地设置所述进入阀(28)。
10.根据权利要求2的燃料高压泵(10),其特征在于:所述机械的压力调节阀是机械的单向阀(54)。
11.根据权利要求8的燃料高压泵(10),其特征在于:该阀壳体压配合到该接收孔中。
