背景技术
众所周知,许多食品,如果汁、经过巴氏灭菌的牛奶或经过超高温处理(UHT)的牛奶、酒、蕃茄汁等,都是在由经过消毒的包装材料制成的包装中出售的。
典型的这种包装是用于液体食品或可灌注食品的平行六面体形包装,这种包装被称作无菌利乐砖(Tetra Brik Aseptic,注册商标),所述包装是通过对层压条带包装材料进行折叠和密封而制成的。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于将粘结剂施加到开口装置上以便胶粘到可被灌注入包装材料管内的食品的密封包装上的胶粘单元,且所述胶粘单元被设计以便实现上述目的。
根据本发明,提供了一种根据权利要求1所述的用于将粘结剂施加到一连串开口装置上的胶粘单元,所述一连串开口装置将要被装配到可被灌注入包装材料管内的食品的相应密封包装上。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图4,附图标记1表示根据本发明的整个胶粘单元,所述胶粘单元可被包括在引言中描述的那类已公知的食品包装机器(未示出)中,以便将粘结剂——在所示实例中为热熔胶——施加到一连串可再闭合的塑料开口装置3上,从而胶粘到在该机器上填充、密封和成形的包装上。
简而言之,在该包装机器上由以幅材形式供给的包装材料形成了连续管。更特别地,包装材料的幅材首先在包装机器上被消毒剂消毒,所述消毒剂随后被移除;且以这种方式消毒的包装材料的幅材被保持在封闭的消毒环境中,且沿纵向被折叠和密封以便形成包装材料的垂直管。
包装材料管被经过消毒的或消毒处理过的食品充注、且被密封且随后沿多个等距间隔的剖面被切割以便形成枕状包装,所述枕状包装随后被机械折叠以便形成相应的成品的包装。
所述机器优选生产可灌注食品,如巴氏灭菌或UHT牛奶、果汁、酒等的密封包装。
所述包装机器还可生产可在生产包装时被灌注入包装材料管内且在包装被密封之后产生固化的食品的密封包装。典型的这种食品是奶酪的一部分,这种奶酪在生产包装时熔化,且在包装被密封之后固化。
在上述类型的包装机器上生产出的包装的非限制性实例是公知商标名称为Tetra Brik Aseptic(注册商标)的平行六面体形包装或公知商标名称为Tetra Rex(注册商标)的“屋顶形”包装。
这种包装材料具有多层结构,大体上包括用于提供刚度和强度的基层,所述基层可包括纤维材料层,所述纤维材料例如为纸或填充矿物的聚丙烯材料;和多个热密封塑料材料层,例如聚乙烯膜,所述层覆盖了所述基层的两侧。
对于需要长期储存的产品如UHT牛奶的无菌包装而言,包装材料还包括气体屏障和光屏障材料层,例如铝箔或乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)膜,所述层被叠置在热密封塑料材料层上,且其上进一步覆盖有另一热密封塑料材料层,所述层形成了包装的与食品最终接触的内面。
开口装置3被施加到相应包装的可移除部分上(如图9中的虚线所示),即可从包装的剩余部分拆离的部分,以便倒出所述可灌注的产品。
该可移除部分可由密封板片限定,所述密封板片被胶粘或热密封到包装上以便封闭包装中的通孔。另一种可选方式是,该可移除部分可由所谓“预层压”孔限定,即在所述包装材料的基层中形成且由包装材料的其他层(至少由热塑性材料的层)进行密封封闭的孔。
图1、图8和图9示出了开口装置3的一个实例,下面仅通过非限制性实例的方式描述所述实例。
开口装置3大体上包括:
- 框架5,所述框架被施加在包装的可移除部分周围,且具有圆形开口6,食品通过所述圆形开口被灌注;
- 被装配到框架5上以便封闭开口6的可移除螺帽7;和
- 切割构件15(图8),所述切割构件在使用过程中与开口6接合且与包装的可移除部分相互作用以便将该可移除部分与包装材料的剩余部分部分地拆离且因此打开包装。
框架5跨置在介于包装的两个相邻壁部之间的边缘上,所述两个壁部例如为顶壁和与该顶壁相邻的侧壁的顶端部分(图9),且包括两个紧固部分12、13,所述紧固部分彼此成预定角度且被分别固定到包装的顶壁和侧壁上。
更具体而言,框架5包括限定出部分12、13的凸缘14,和限定出开口6且用于接收螺帽7的带螺纹的环圈16(图8)。
部分12大体上呈环状,且部分13在与环圈16相对的侧部上从部分12伸出。
在使用过程中位于与包装的顶壁和侧壁相对的侧部上的介于凸缘14的部分12、13之间的角度优选为90°或更大且小于180°。
环圈16从凸缘14伸出,且一旦开口装置3被施加到包装上,则所述环圈从凸缘14的相对侧延伸至面向包装的顶壁和侧壁的侧部。
参见图1至图4,单元1大体上包括:
- 用于沿直的路径A将装置3从已公知的供给站(未示出)供应至已公知的输出站(未示出)的传输装置(未示出);
- 床架20;和
- 粘结剂分配器组件21,所述粘结剂分配器组件伸出床架20之外且包括多个——在所示实例中为两个——分配器22,所述分配器沿路径A与每个开口装置相继地产生相互作用以便将粘结剂施加到框架5的部分12、13上。
更具体而言,分配器组件21包括支承本体23,分配器22从所述支承本体伸出;两个摇臂24,所述摇臂在与分配器22相对的侧部上被固定到支承本体23上且由床架20支承;和被插置在摇臂24之间且被连接至摇臂24的板19。
分配器22可沿平行于路径A的方向Y移动,且可沿方向X移动,所述方向X垂直于方向Y且与方向Y一起限定出平行于路径A的水平平面。
开口装置3在传输装置上被传输,且相应的部分12位于平面P中。
分配器22优选相对于平面P倾斜。
为了使分配器22沿方向X、Y移动,单元1还包括:
- 马达25,所述马达通过传动件26被功能性地连接至分配器组件21的板19以使分配器22沿方向X相对于床架20进行移动;和
- 马达30,所述马达通过传动件31被功能性地连接至分配器组件21的板19以使分配器22沿方向Y相对于床架20进行移动。
摇臂24大体上沿方向X延伸,且被定位以便沿方向Y面向隔开给定距离的方向。
对于每个分配器22而言,分配器组件21包括两条粘结剂供给线28。
传动件26大体上包括:
- 围绕由马达25驱动的滑轮36且围绕返回滑轮37成环的环形皮带35;
- 滑动件39,所述滑动件通过L形构件42被连接至皮带35的与方向X平行的分支38,且沿方向X在固定滑槽41内部沿方向X行进,所述固定滑槽沿方向X呈细长形;
- 构件44,所述构件沿方向Y呈细长形且具有被连接至滑动件39的端部部分43的外部轮廓,以便沿方向X在滑动件39的作用下移动;和
- 构件45,所述构件被紧固到板19的底侧表面上且在与板19相对的侧部上与构件44接合。
更具体而言,构件42具有两个壁部46,所述壁部被固定到皮带35的分支38的相对侧上;和壁部47,所述壁部被固定到滑动件39的底部上且被固定到壁部46上。
构件45限定出腔体,所述腔体与构件44接合,所述腔体具有与构件44的腔体互补的外部轮廓。
构件45、44被连接以使得构件44与方向X平行地进行的移动也使得构件45和分配器组件21与方向X平行地进行移动,而构件44则与方向Y平行地在由构件45限定出的腔体内部自由滑动。
在如图所示的实例中,由构件45和构件44的外部轮廓限定出的腔体是燕尾榫形的。
相似地,滑动件39具有与由滑槽41限定出的座接合且互补的外部轮廓。
在如图所示的实例中,滑动件39和由滑槽41限定出的座都具有燕尾榫形外部轮廓。
单元1还包括平衡锤49,所述平衡锤被连接至皮带35的与分支38相对的分支,且所述平衡锤平衡了移动的质量体并减轻了传动件26运行中的振动。
传动件31包括(如图3、图4和图7所示):
- 围绕由马达30驱动的滑轮35,且围绕返回滑轮(未示出),成环的环形皮带50;
- 滑动件51,所述滑动件通过位于分支52的相对侧上的两个构件53而与方向Y平行地被连接至皮带50的分支52,且具有四边形形状,两个侧部平行于方向X,且两个侧部平行于方向Y;
- 两个构件56,所述两个构件沿平行于方向X的方向呈细长形,且在与皮带50相对的侧部上被装配到滑动件51的底侧表面上,以便通过滑动件51与方向Y平行地进行移动;和
- 两个构件57(图7未示出),所述两个构件在与构件45相对的侧部上被固定到板19的顶侧表面上,且所述两个构件沿平行于方向X的方向呈细长形,且与相应的构件56接合。
更具体而言,在与构件56相对的侧部上,滑动件51包括两个平行构件58,所述两个平行构件沿平行于方向Y的方向呈细长形,且在两个固定滑槽59上与方向Y平行地行进,所述固定滑槽同样沿平行于方向Y的方向呈细长形。
构件58限定出相应的燕尾榫形腔体,所述腔体沿平行于方向Y的方向呈细长形且与由滑槽59限定出的相应的燕尾榫行外部轮廓的底部部分接合。
构件56和57被连接以使得构件56与方向Y平行地进行的移动也使得相应的构件57和分配器组件21与方向Y平行地进行移动,而构件57在相应的构件56内部与方向X平行地自由滑动。
更具体而言,构件56限定出相应的腔体,所述腔体沿与方向X平行的方向呈细长形且与相应构件57的外部轮廓接合。
构件57的外部轮廓的形状与相应构件56限定出的腔体是互补的。
在如图所示的实例中,构件56的腔体和构件57的外部轮廓是燕尾榫形的。
传动件31还包括平衡锤34,所述平衡锤被连接至皮带50的与分支52相对的分支,且所述平衡锤平衡了移动的质量体并减轻了传动件31运行中的振动。
分配器22有利地可与平面P交叉地移动。
分配器22因此沿施加路径行进,所述施加路径包括位于平面P中的用以将粘结剂施加到凸缘14的部分12上的第一部分;和与平面P交叉的用以将粘结剂施加到凸缘14的部分13上的第二部分。
更具体而言,分配器组件21的摇臂24围绕轴线B被铰接到板19上,所述轴线平行于路径A且与所述路径相隔一定距离,以便允许分配器22相对于平面P产生倾斜。
为了使分配器组件21与平面P交叉地移动,单元1包括马达60,所述马达具有围绕平行于方向Y的轴线C旋转的输出构件(未示出);沿平行于轴线B的轴线D呈细长形的销61,且摇臂24围绕轴线D被铰接到所述销上;和传动件62,所述传动件被插置在马达60与销61之间以便将马达60的输出构件围绕轴线C的旋转转化成摇臂24围绕轴线B的旋转且因此转化成支承本体23和分配器22围绕轴线B的旋转。
更特别地,马达60与马达25、30独立地运行。
轴B、C、D是平行的、存在间隔、垂直于方向X、且平行于路径A和方向Y且与所述路径存在间隔。
更特别地,轴线D被插置在轴B与C之间。
传动件62大体上包括:
- 在马达输出轴的作用下沿轴线C进行旋转的凸轮63;
- 构件64,所述构件一体地限定出具有圆柱形座的部分65,所述部分具有轴线D,与销61接合;和远离分配器组件21且与方向X平行地从部分65伸出的臂部66;和
- 凸轮从动件67,所述凸轮从动件被功能性地连接至构件64的臂部66且被连接至凸轮63以便将凸轮63围绕轴线C的旋转转化成构件64和销61沿垂直于平面P的轴线E进行的平移,从而使摇臂24围绕轴线D进行旋转。
更具体而言,构件64的销61和部分65在沿轴线E平移方面彼此成一整体,而销61则在由部分65限定出的座内部与轴线D平行地自由滑动。
在如图所示的实例中,销61和由部分65限定出的座具有与轴线D平行的相应的配合花键轮廓。
凸轮从动件67(图5、图6)大体上包括沿轴线E呈细长状的构件68;和由构件68的相应的轴向端部限定出的且与凸轮63协同作用的两个辊69。
凸轮63与辊69之间的相互作用也使凸轮从动件67平行于轴线E进行移动。
传动件62还包括:
- 由被固定到构件68上的板75且由臂部77限定出的杆70,所述臂部从板75朝向分配器组件21且与方向X平行地伸出,且在与凸轮63相对的侧部上被固定到构件68的表面上;
- 滑动件73,所述滑动件大体上沿方向X呈细长形,且被固定到臂部77的面向构件64的臂部66的底侧表面上;和
- 与滑动件73接合且被固定到臂部66的面向杆70的顶侧表面上的滑槽71。
更具体而言,滑动件73与滑槽71接合以便与方向X平行地滑动;而滑动件73平行于轴线E进行的移动使滑槽71且因此使构件64和销61平行于轴线E进行移动。
在如图所示的实例中,滑槽71限定出燕尾榫形腔体,所述燕尾榫形腔体沿与方向X平行的方向呈细长形且与滑动件73接合;且滑动件73具有燕尾榫形外部轮廓,所述外部轮廓的形状与滑槽71的腔体互补。
传动件62包括板80,所述板被马达60的输出构件装配穿过且在与马达60相对的侧部上支承两个具有L形剖面的伸出部81,所述伸出部位于构件68的相对侧上。
伸出部81包括相应的滑槽82,所述滑槽沿与轴线E平行的方向呈细长形且与相应的滑动件83装配在一起,所述滑动件被装配到与马达60相对的板75的表面上。
更具体而言,滑动件83沿与轴线E平行的滑槽82滑动。
在如图所示的实例中,滑动件83限定出与轴线E平行且与相应的滑槽82接合的相应的燕尾榫形腔体,所述腔体进一步具有燕尾榫形外部轮廓,所述燕尾榫形外部轮廓的形状与相应滑动件83的腔体互补。
在实际使用过程中,开口装置3沿路径A被供给,且部分12与平面P大体上共面,且部分13从部分12朝向分配器组件21延伸。
当开口装置3被定位在分配器组件21下方时,每个分配器22从起始位置与路径A平行地以与相应开口装置3相同的速度进行移动。
当其与路径A平行地进行移动时,每个分配器22实施工作周期,所述工作周期包括将粘结剂分配到相应开口装置3的部分12和13上的步骤,和不分配粘结剂的步骤。
更具体而言,在分配粘结剂的步骤过程中,且当粘结剂与路径A平行地进行移动时,每个分配器22相对于相应的开口装置3沿施加路径进行移动。
当开口装置在平面P中沿施加路径的第一部分行进时,每个分配器22将粘结剂施加到相应开口装置3的部分12上,且当其在平面P外沿施加路径的第二部分行进时,每个分配器22将粘结剂施加到相应开口装置3的部分13上。更特别地,马达25和传动件26使分配器组件21沿方向X移动,马达30和传动件31使分配器组件21沿方向Y移动,且马达60和传动件62使分配器组件21相对于轴线B和平面P倾斜以便允许分配器22沿施加路径的第二部分行进。
更具体而言,马达25和传送件26使分配器组件21沿方向X移动,马达30和传送件31使分配器组件21沿方向Y移动,且马达60和传送件62使分配器组件21相对于轴线B和平面P产生倾斜以便允许分配器22沿施加路径的第二部分行进。
更具体而言,马达25使滑轮36旋转以使皮带35的分支38平行于方向X进行移动。
皮带35的分支38平行于方向X进行的移动使构件42、滑动件39、构件44、45和板19平行于方向X进行移动。
板19的上述移动使分配器22与方向X平行地移动。
马达25和传动件31的操作诱发的振动由平衡锤49进行平衡。
马达30使滑轮55旋转以使得皮带50的分支52与方向Y平行地进行移动。
皮带50的分支52与方向Y平行地进行的移动借助于构件53使滑动件51移动。
构件56与滑动件51成一整体,且被固定到板19上的构件57沿平行于方向Y的方向被滑动件51抽吸。
板19的移动使分配器22与方向Y平行地进行移动。
马达30和传动件31的操作诱发的振动由平衡锤34进行平衡。
马达60使凸轮63围绕轴线C旋转;且凸轮63与辊69协同作用以使构件68、杆70和滑动件73沿轴线E移动。
滑动件73沿轴线E的移动使滑槽71、构件64和销61移动。
销61的移动使摇臂24、板19和分配器22围绕轴线B倾斜。
例如,当辊69相对于轴线C升高时,摇臂24和分配器22相对于图4所示轴线B逆时针旋转。
相反,当辊69相对于轴线C降低时,摇臂24和分配器22相对于图4所示轴线顺时针旋转。
分配器组件21围绕轴线B的旋转允许分配器22沿施加路径的第二部分行进以便将粘结剂施加到相应开口装置3的凸缘14的部分13上。
当分配器组件21与方向Y平行地进行移动时,销61与轴线D平行地相对于构件64的部分65进行滑动。
通过前面的描述将易于理解根据本发明的单元1的优点。
特别是,单元1使分配器22与由方向X和Y限定的平面P交叉地移动。
结果是,分配器22的轨迹和被施加到开口装置3上的粘结剂的量是可控且可重复的,与引言中描述的已公知解决方案相比要准确得多。
此外,分配器22可与平面P交叉地移动,单元1使得可通过沿路径A简单地供给开口装置的方式将粘结剂迅速且可控地施加到开口装置3的部分12和部分13上,而无需附加的移动。
在相对于平面P倾斜的情况下,分配器22可沿施加路径行进,同时与将要被施加粘结剂的开口装置的部分12、13保持大体上相同的距离。
本申请人已经观察到:这使得被施加到部分12、13上的粘结剂具有极其均匀的厚度,且大大降低了被施加到部分12、13上的粘结剂层中出现断裂的风险。
在马达60独立于马达25和30进行操作的情况下,施加路径易于可调,因此大大改善了单元1的通用性。
显然,在不偏离所附权利要求书中限定的范围的前提下,可对单元作出改变。
特别是,分配组件21可仅包括一个分配器22。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于将粘结剂施加到一连串开口装置(3)上的胶粘单元(1),所述一连串开口装置将要被装配到可被灌注入包装材料管内的食品的相应密封包装上,所述单元包括:
- 用于沿供给路径(A)供给所述开口装置(3)的传输器件;
- 粘结剂分配器件(21、22),所述粘结剂分配器件沿所述供给路径(A)被定位、与每个所述开口装置(3)相互作用以便将所述粘结剂施加到所述开口装置(3)的一部分(12、13)上,且可在平行于所述供给路径(A)的平面(P)中移动;和
- 床架(20),所述床架支承所述分配器件(21、22);
其特征在于,
所述分配器件(21、22)经由至少一个摇臂(24)围绕与所述平面(P)平行的第一轴线(B)被铰接到所述床架(20)上,以便可相对于所述平面产生倾斜且可与所述平面交叉地移动;
所述单元还包括驱动构件(60)和运动传动器件(61、62),所述运动传动器件被插置在所述驱动构件(60)与所述摇臂(24)之间,且在使用过程中使所述摇臂(24)和所述分配器件(21、22)围绕所述第一轴线(B)进行旋转;且
所述传动器件(61、62)包括凸轮(63)和凸轮从动件(67、68、69),所述凸轮被连接至所述驱动构件(60)且围绕第二轴线(C)进行旋转,所述凸轮从动件与所述凸轮(63)协同作用,所述凸轮从动件在所述凸轮(63)的作用下沿与所述第一和第二轴线(B、C)交叉的第三轴线(E)进行移动,且在不同于所述第一轴线(B)的位置处被连接至所述摇臂(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单元,其特征在于,所述传动器件(61、62)还包括:
- 销(61),所述销沿第四轴线(D)进行延伸,所述第四轴线平行于所述第一轴线(B)且不同于所述第一轴线,所述销可移动来将摇臂(24)、板(19)和分配器件(22)围绕轴线(B)倾斜;和
- 杆(70),所述杆与所述销(61)和所述凸轮从动件(67、68、69)成一整体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的单元,其特征在于,所述传动器件(61、62)包括与所述销(61)成一整体的滑槽(71),和被固定到所述杆(70)上的滑动件(73);所述滑动件(73)在所述滑槽(71)内部与和所述供给路径(A)交叉的方向(X)平行地进行滑动,且相对于所述滑槽(71)沿所述第三轴线(E)被固定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的单元,其特征在于,所述传动器件(61、62)包括构件(64),所述构件与所述滑槽(71)成一整体,所述构件(64)沿平行于所述供给路径(A)的方向以滑动方式被连接至所述销(61),且相对于所述第三轴线(E)以固定方式被连接至所述销。
5.根据权利要求4所述的单元,其特征在于,所述销(61)和所述构件(64)的被连接至所述销(61)的部分(65)具有相应的花键轮廓,所述花键轮廓彼此配合且沿所述第四轴线(D)呈细长形。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的单元,其特征在于,所述分配器件(21、22)包括相对于所述平面(P)倾斜的至少一个分配器(22)。
