技术领域
本发明涉及一种能与洗衣机缸体共模制的软管。
背景技术
通常,可与洗衣机缸体共模制的软管其自身能够成为缸体的一体部分,以有利于洗衣机装配操作,并且包括:
-两个滚动轴承,设置为沿着洗衣机滚筒的旋转轴的方向;
-衬垫,插设在两个轴承之间;以及
-圆柱外壳护套,优选由塑料材料制造,并且共模制在两个轴承和衬垫周围。
当软管与缸体共模制时,滚筒的轴自身通过软管插入,从而连接两个轴承且从缸体轴向突出,以便与洗衣机的电动机动力连接。在与电动机连接的一端的相对端,即称为“湿”侧,并且对应于缸体内部的一端,滚筒轴在与轴自身的转动轴同轴的位置上也通过密封,该密封防止液体进入软管,并且配合在形成于缸体中的底座内。
因为很短的生产时间和很高的注塑压力与温度,通过注塑共模制的现有条件的极端严肃性使得前述底座的形成非常重要,以便防止长期使用中不可恢复的变形,可能包括密封件自身的密封能力。
发明内容
本发明的范围是制作能够与洗衣机缸体共模制且免除上述缺陷的软管。
根据本发明,软管制作为与洗衣机缸体共模制,该软管包括:
两个滚动轴承,设置为沿着洗衣机滚筒的旋转轴;
衬垫,插设在该两个轴承之间;以及
外壳护套,优选由塑料材料制造,并且共模制在该两个轴承和该衬垫周围;
该软管的特征在于,该外壳护套包括环形轮缘,该环形轮缘与所述两个轴承的旋转轴同轴,并且从所述两个轴承中的第一轴承轴向突出,以限定适合于容纳密封元件的底座(seat)。

参考附图,附图标记10表示软管与洗衣机缸体完全共模制的软管。
软管10能够与洗衣机的如图所示且由11表示的缸体共模制,以便与缸体11自身构成一个部件,从而减小洗衣机的生产时间,并且包括:
两个滚动轴承20和30,设置为沿着洗衣机滚筒(已知但未示出)的旋转轴A;
衬垫40,其优选由金属材料制造,并且插设在两个轴承20和30之间;以及
外壳护套50,通过共模制形成在两个轴承20和30以及垫40周围,此外,考虑到优化生产时间和成本,优选由塑料制造。
在已经与缸体11共模制后,软管10限定了一种管路12,该管路12连通在缸体内部的湿侧13和缸体11自身外侧的干侧14之间,并且能够通过支承轴(已知但未示出)在内部配合,该支承轴支撑上述滚筒,并且设置在管路12内部,从而至少部分地从干侧14突出。
为了进一步减少洗衣机的生产成本和时间,并且也为了提高缸体11的水密封的可靠性,外壳护套50包括环形轮缘51,该轮缘51面对湿侧13,并且与轴承30面对面轴向突出。轮缘51从轴承30开始与旋转轴A同轴延伸,并且限定了在图2中由数字53示意性表示的密封元件的底座52。在共模制护套50与轴承20和30期间,而不是在缸体11与软管10的共模制期间,底座52的直接生产不仅使其能够致使缸体自身的生产简化,而且使其能够高度精确地控制底座52自身的几何形状,并且提高密封元件53的可靠性。
然而,考虑到注塑压力,与共模制缸体11和软管10所发生的温度一样,可以达到特别高的值,且达到相关材料的临界,并且考虑保持底座53的几何形状与共模制软管10期间获得的几何形状相同的重要性,后者包括从湿侧13轴向打开的环形前沿凹槽54,并且能够以在缸体11共模制期间互补于凹槽54自身的形式由圆柱形坚硬体配合。
特别是,环形凹槽54轴向延伸在轮缘51内,其轴向深度小于边缘51自身和圆柱支架55的轴向尺寸,圆柱支架55的径向厚度小于轮缘51的总径向厚度,并且朝着底座52的外部径向限定。在缸体11与软管10的共模制期间,上述圆柱形坚硬体插入凹槽54,以便防止支架55的任何变形,同时保护底座52没有任何可能变形。
圆柱形的底座52由进口斜面56轴向地限定在湿侧13,该进口斜面56能够便利密封元件53插入座52自身内,并且座52由肩57轴向限定在轴承30侧,肩57插设在轴承30和座52之间,并且还限定配合密封元件53的轴向肩元件。
由于软管10的总体硬度也有助于保持底座52的形状特性,衬垫40具有箱式结构,其由内部圆柱体41和与内部圆柱体41共轴的外部成型体42限定,并且外部成型体42由中间的径向隔离壁43连接到内部圆柱体41自身。体部41和42与隔离墙43限定两个环形衬垫44,从而衬垫40的总重量小于具有相同硬度特性的实体衬垫的重量。
内部圆柱体41与轴承20和30的内环21和31二者轴向隔开,而体部42的总轴向尺寸大于体部41的轴向尺寸,并且设置为与轴承20和30的外环22和32二者轴向和径向接触。
由于轴承30的径向尺寸大于轴承20的径向尺寸,因为当它靠近上述滚筒定位时它必须承受较大的负荷,所以与在轴承20侧的体部41保持平行的体部42在轴承20侧具有锥形部分45,以增加其自身的外径:这样,体部42的每个相对端设置为自身径向围绕且接触外环23和33的一部分,同样,以轴承20和30之间的轴向距离的单一精确度(univocal definition)限定环23和33的轴向基准,同时允许轴承20和30在它们被设置在用于共模制护套50的模具中时被阻挡到位。
此外,为了增加护套50与轴承20和30之间的轴向密封,外环22和32二者都提供有各自的成对外凹槽23和33,它们在共模制护套50的共模制期间填充有与护套50相同的材料。
最后,护套50包括一个或多个径向的抗旋转齿61,其每一个都延伸在护套50自身的外表面62之外,以防止软管10和缸体11之间的任何旋转。这些径向齿61也可以仅设一个,但是,为了使整个软管10为对称形式,优选设定两个齿61,设置在面对轴A的对称位置。

Claims (5)

1.一种能与洗衣机缸体(11)共模制的软管(10),该软管(10)提供有:

-衬垫(40),其插设在所述轴承(20、30)之间;以及 
-外壳(50),其由塑料制造,并且通过模制包含该轴承(20、30)和该衬垫(40); 
该软管(10)的特征在于,该外壳(50)由环形轮缘(51)组成,该环形轮缘(51)在与该旋转轴(A)同轴位置上从该两个轴承(20、30)的第一轴承(30)轴向突出,并且限定密封元件(53)的底座(52),
