Abstract

一种新型滚筒式翻抛机，其特点是：电机布置在滚筒内，减速机动力输出轴上直接安装滚筒，结构紧凑，机械效率高，运行平稳，无噪声；采用阶梯形蹼板，刃口锋利，摩擦损失小，翻松及粉碎物料的作业质量好；翻抛机上布置料仓及升降式工作台，可同时完成摊铺物料及检测等多种工作。该设备可用于垃圾、粪便、污泥等固体废物的处理。

一种滚筒式翻抛机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种翻松物料的设备，用于垃圾、粪便、污泥等固体废物的处理，属环保设备。
背景技术
现有的翻抛机多为滚筒式翻抛机，其中从原动机(电机或内燃机)到滚筒的动力传动方式有链条传动，液力传动，圆锥齿轮传动等。液力传动的效率低、成本高、寿命短，而链条传动及圆锥齿轮传动的机械故障多，机械效率低。现有的翻抛机的滚筒上安装的蹼板都很厚重，与物料的摩擦大，消耗的功率大，对物料的挤压大，影响翻松效果。现有的翻抛机的滚筒的密封一般都采用密封胶条，摩擦损失大且寿命短，更换不方便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种新型滚筒式翻抛机，其电机布置在滚筒内，滚筒直接安装在减速电机的动力输出轴上，省去了中间环节，因此大大提高了动力传动效率及工作的可靠性。本发明还提供一种阶梯形蹼板，比现有蹼板的功率损耗小，翻松及混合物料的效果好。本发明还提供一种毛刷密封机构，解决了滚筒密封的难题。
本发明的技术方案是：回转臂的一端有销孔，用销轴固定在翻抛机的车体上；回转臂的另一端焊接一套筒，套筒内安装减速电机；回转臂中部焊接一吊耳，用销轴与升降机的伸缩杆连接；减速电机的输出轴上安装滚筒，滚筒上焊接阶梯式蹼板；滚筒与套筒之间安装毛刷式密封机构。
本发明的有益效果是：1、减速电机的动力直接传给滚筒，省去了中间环节，机械传动效率高达95％，节约能源；2、装置的可靠性高，经久耐用，维护简单。运行费用省低；3、阶梯式蹼板强度大，刃口锋利，粉碎物料的效果好，翻抛作业的质量高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，翻抛机由减速电机(1)、车身(6)、行走装置、回转臂(7)、滚筒(3)、升降机(5)等组成。回转臂的一端有销孔，用销轴固定在车身上；回转臂的中部有耳铁与升降机连接，可通过升降机的升降调节滚筒的高度；回转臂的；另一端焊接套筒；减速电机放置在套筒内，用卡环固定；减速电机的输出轴上安装滚筒，滚筒外周焊接阶梯状蹼板；滚筒与套筒之间安装毛刷式密封机构。
翻抛机的机身上可以安装料仓及出料机，使翻抛机具有摊铺物料的功能；也可安装升降式工作台，使翻抛机具有检测功能。

Claims (4)

1.一种滚筒式翻抛机，其特征是：减速电机布置在滚筒内，滚筒直接安装在减速电机的动力输出轴上。
2.如权利要求1所述的抛翻机，其滚筒上的蹼板为阶梯状。
3.如权利要求1所述的抛翻机，其上面装有回转臂，减速电机固定在一回转臂端部的套筒内，套筒与滚筒间采用毛刷式密封。
4.如权利要求1所述的抛翻机，其上面装有料仓，升降式操作台，具有摊铺物料，检测作业等多种功能。
