背景技术
在现有技术中,克令吊在船舶上被广泛应用。但是,现有克令吊的驱动机构结构复杂,易磨损,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种克令吊用驱动装置,该装置结构简单,不易磨损,使用效果好。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种克令吊用驱动装置,包括电机和齿轮减速箱,所述齿轮减速箱的输出轴驱动端从齿轮减速箱一侧壁伸出,其特征在于:所述输出轴驱动端上连接有传动轮,所述传动轮内侧设有锥形轴承座套,所述锥形轴承座套与所述输出轴驱动端之间设有轴承,所述锥形轴承座套大径端部经螺栓安装在所述齿轮减速箱侧壁上。
本发明的有益效果是通过锥形轴承座套、轴承的设置和配合工作,实现了齿轮减速箱输出的单侧驱动,整个驱动装置不易磨损,使用寿命长,具有广阔的应用前景。

具体实施方式
本实用新型克令吊用驱动装置,如图1所示,包括电机1和齿轮减速箱2,所述齿轮减速箱2的输出轴驱动端3从齿轮减速箱2一侧壁伸出,所述输出轴驱动端3上连接有传动轮4,所述传动轮4内侧设有锥形轴承座套5,所述锥形轴承座套5与所述输出轴驱动端3之间设有轴承6,所述锥形轴承座套5大径端部经螺栓7安装在所述齿轮减速箱2侧壁上,所述传动轮4经传动皮带驱动克令吊的传动绳机构11,从而带动克令吊的吊钩升降工作。
上述齿轮减速箱2的输出轴制动端8从齿轮减速箱2另一侧壁伸出,所述输出轴制动端8上连接有刹车盘9,所述刹车盘9周部设有刹车带10,所述刹车带10一端与克令吊机架固定连接,另一端由一往复液压油缸控制刹车。

1.一种克令吊用驱动装置,包括电机和齿轮减速箱,所述齿轮减速箱的输出轴驱动端从齿轮减速箱一侧壁伸出,其特征在于:所述输出轴驱动端上连接有传动轮,所述传动轮内侧设有锥形轴承座套,所述锥形轴承座套与所述输出轴驱动端之间设有轴承,所述锥形轴承座套大径端部经螺栓安装在所述齿轮减速箱侧壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的克令吊用驱动装置,其特征在于:所述齿轮减速箱的输出轴制动端从齿轮减速箱另一侧壁伸出,所述输出轴制动端上连接有刹车盘,所述刹车盘周部设有刹车带,所述刹车带一端与克令吊机架固定连接,另一端由一往复液压油缸控制刹车。
