Abstract

自行车的前叉竖管上套装有万向齿圈,万向齿圈能以前叉竖管为轴进行转动,车架上装有固定齿轮,固定齿轮与万向齿圈啮合并与脚蹬连接,前叉上装有转向齿轮,转向齿轮与万向齿圈啮合并通过链条与前轮轴的飞轮连接。自行车行驶时,脚蹬通过固定齿轮驱动万向齿圈转动,万向齿圈再驱动转向齿轮转动并通过链条带动前轮转动。转向过程中,转向齿轮在随前叉一起转向的同时,也围绕着万向齿圈转动并始终保持与万向齿圈的接触,从而,实现既转向又驱动的目的。本发明解决了双脚向前屈伸骑车所面临的难题,可以实现降低自行车高度的重大变革,使上、下车更方便和骑车更安全。

技术领域
本发明属于自行车及机动助力自行车领域。
背景技术
现有自行车的驱动方式都是双脚向下用力蹬车,为了便于双脚伸直,车座的位置一般都比较高,因此,存在骑车人上、下车不方便、骑车时因身体重心较高导致行车不稳和容易摔倒等不足。如果采用双脚向前屈伸的蹬车方式,便可以降低车座的高度,解决上述不足,而这个问题一直没有得到有效地解决。目前,自行车前驱动方式主要有以下几种:一种是脚蹬盘靠近前轮,利用链条驱动后轮的结构,存在链条过长,传动效率低的不足;第二种是直接驱动前轮,采用后轮转向的结构,存在不符合人们骑车习惯的不足;第三种是双脚直接驱动前轮轴的结构,存在双脚妨碍前轮转向的不足;第四种是脚蹬盘利用万向节驱动前轮的结构,存在因万向节转速不均匀,致使前轮行驶不稳和转向不灵活的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述不足,提供一种前轮既能顺畅驱动又能灵活转向的自行车,满足双脚向前屈伸蹬车的要求,以降低自行车的高度,提高人们用车的方便性和安全性。
本发明的基本实施方案为:脚蹬驱动机构位于座位前方和前轮上方,车座为具有靠背的座椅结构;自行车的前叉竖管上套装有万向齿圈,万向齿圈能以前叉竖管为轴进行转动,车架上装有固定齿轮,固定齿轮与万向齿圈啮合并与脚蹬连接,前叉上装有转向齿轮,转向齿轮与万向齿圈啮合并通过链条与前轮轴的飞轮连接。自行车行驶时,脚蹬通过固定齿轮驱动万向齿圈转动,万向齿圈再驱动转向齿轮转动并通过链条带动前轮转动。转向过程中,转向齿轮在随前叉一起转向的同时,也围绕着万向齿圈转动并始终保持与万向齿圈的接触,从而,实现既转向又驱动的目的。
万向齿圈与脚蹬之间和前轮之间的传动,可以是齿轮、链条或轴,可以设有链条张紧器或花键伸缩轴套。
本发明的第二个方案以第一个方案为基础,为了便于向前用力蹬车,车座采用对后背有支撑作用的靠背形座椅。车身高度降低后,为避免车尾灯过低,在座椅靠背的背面设有高位尾灯及刹车灯。
本发明的第三个方案以第一或第二个方案为基础,为了避免在上、下车时须跨越车梁而引起的不便,连接前轮和后轮的车梁为顶置式车梁,车梁的前端与前叉套管的两侧连接,中段位于骑车人的头顶上方,后端在座椅的后部与后车架连接。
本发明的第四个方案以第三个方案为基础,顶置式车梁上设有挡风罩。
本发明的优点为:本发明使自行车的前轮具有了驱动转向的功能并具有驱动顺畅和转向灵活的特点,解决了双脚向前屈伸骑车所面临的难题,可以实现降低自行车高度的重大变革,使上、下车更方便和骑车更安全。此外,本发明采用座椅式骑车方式,还可以克服现有自行车的下列不足:一是由于车座较小,造成骑车人的臀部受力过于集中,使这部分肌肉的血液循环不畅,容易引起臀部不适或引发某些疾病;二是骑车时需要身体前倾,使手腕受力过大,容易引起手腕疼痛或损伤;三是,由于骑车时主要是向下用力蹬车,蹬车的驱动力受体重的制约,腿部的蹬力不能充分发挥,使自行车的行车速度、加速性能和爬坡能力均受到影响;四是,骑车时人的腰背部没有承力点,只能依靠手部对车把的握紧力来平衡或支撑蹬车力对身体的反作用力,使得从脚、腿、腰、腹到胸、臂和手等全身肌肉紧张,导致骑车容易疲劳。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,前叉(1)和前叉竖管(2)为一体,转向齿轮(3)通过其轴安装在前叉竖管上并随前叉一起转动。万向齿圈(4)套装在前叉竖管上,其下端的锥齿轮与转向齿轮啮合。链轮(11)与转向齿轮同轴,其上装有链条(13),链条通过前轮轴的飞轮(14)、前轮轴(15)与前轮(16)传动连接。前叉套管(8)与车架(10)连接,其内装有驱动齿轮(7)和过渡齿轮(5),万向齿圈(4)的上端锥齿轮位于前叉套管内并通过过渡齿轮与驱动齿轮啮合,驱动齿轮与脚蹬(6)连接。驱动时,脚蹬通过固定齿轮和过渡齿轮驱动万向齿圈转动,万向齿圈再驱动转向齿轮转动并通过链条等中间传动件驱动前轮转动。转向过程中,转向齿轮围绕万向齿圈下端的锥齿轮转动并保持正常的驱动连接。
前叉的上端装有车把(9),前叉上还可以装有防尘罩(12)。
尾灯(17)位于座椅(18)靠背的背面,见图2。
顶置式车梁(19)的结构与连接见图4和图5,其上安装有透明挡风罩(20)。

Claims (4)

1.一种前轮驱动转向自行车,脚蹬驱动机构位于座位前方和前轮上方,车座为具有靠背的座椅结构,其特征在于前叉竖管上套装有万向齿圈,万向齿圈能以前叉竖管为轴进行转动,车架上装有固定齿轮,固定齿轮与万向齿圈啮合并与脚蹬连接,前叉上装有转向齿轮,转向齿轮与万向齿圈啮合并通过链条与前轮轴的飞轮连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的前轮驱动转向自行车,其特征在于座椅靠背的背面设有尾灯。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的前轮驱动转向自行车,其特征在子连接前轮和后轮的车梁为顶置式车梁,车梁的前端与前叉套管的两侧连接,中段位于骑车人的头顶上方,后端在座椅的后部与后车架连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的前轮驱动转向自行车,其特征在于顶置式车梁上设有挡风罩。
