技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于放出和收回电缆的设备,该设备包括电机和两个受驱动的电缆卷绕器构件,第一构件为电缆卷绕筒,第二构件为用于在与卷筒相距某一距离处接合电缆的驱动元件,其中电机可以在两个方向上驱动两个电缆卷绕器构件之一。 
背景技术
在US-A-4736826中公开了这样的设备。这一出版物描述了一种从固定控制台通过电缆远程供电的移动机器人。机器人带有如下电缆管理装置,该装置存放电缆并且按照需要放出或者收回电缆。该装置在机器人外出时在零张力之下放出电缆并且在机器人返回时收卷它。由此,机器人可以沿曲折路径行进而不在障碍物之下或者周围缠绕电缆。电缆存放于电缆卷绕筒上并且由驱动元件接合,该驱动元件为具有槽的转动滑轮。电缆由转动构件按入槽中,从而产生在电缆与滑轮之间的摩擦。第一电机驱动滑轮以便放出电缆,由此从卷筒解开电缆。因而卷筒以配合的方式由第二电机驱动以便有助于向转动滑轮适当供应电缆。当收回电缆时,第二电机驱动卷筒使得电缆存放于卷筒上,而所述第一电机以配合的方式驱动转动滑轮使得电缆在卷筒上聚集成紧绷的一捆。 
这样的电缆放出和收回设备可以用于诸多用途、例如用于在真空清洁器在它的清洁动作期间行进时放出和收回机器人真空清洁器的电缆。所需要的是电缆以受控方式随着真空清洁器的行进速度被放出和收回。可以测量或者计算真空清洁器的行进速度,并且控制装置可以使电缆的放出或者收回速度适应这一速度。 
发明内容
根据US-A-4736826的用于放出和收回电缆的设备具体由于存在分别用于驱动电缆卷绕筒和用于驱动电缆驱动元件的两个电机并且由于存在用于相互独立控制两个电机的速度的控制装置而比较复杂。 
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于放出和收回电缆的设备,该设备包括电缆卷绕筒和用于在与卷筒相距某一距离处接合电缆的驱动元件,其中一个电机以便利方式驱动电缆卷绕筒以及驱动元件。 
为了实现这一目的,电机不仅用驱动力连接到电缆卷绕器构件之一,而且通过滑块离合器和单向离合器连接到另一电缆卷绕器构件,从而所述另一电缆卷绕器构件可以通过滑块离合器在一个方向上由电机驱动,而所述另一电缆卷绕器构件以比电机引起的驱动速度较低的速度在相反方向上移动。 
滑块离合器为熟悉的设备。当滑块离合器以比滑块离合器的输出的转动速度较高的转动速度受驱动时提供预定转矩的传输。这样的滑块离合器例如在商标“Ogura”名下称为PHT永磁磁滞离合器。单向离合器也是熟悉的设备。当在一个转动方向上驱动它时它可以传输转矩(转动输出速度等于转动输入速度),但是当在另一转动方向上驱动单向离合器时不传输转动运动。 
根据本发明,两个电缆卷绕器构件之一(卷筒或者驱动元件)以与电机的速度成比例的速度由电机驱动,并且该一个构件的速度决定电缆的移位速度(即电缆放出速度或者电缆收回速度)。另一电缆卷绕器构件通过滑块离合器和单向离合器由电机驱动。事实上,所述另一电缆卷绕器构件的速度取决于电缆的速度为此两个电缆卷绕器构件之间的电缆必须保持在某一张力之下。因此当电缆移向所述另一电缆卷绕器构件时,以使得滑块离合器滑动这样的高速度驱动另一构件,并且用某一力将电缆拉向构件。当电缆从所述另一电缆卷绕器构件移开时,该构件在另一方向上以这样的高速被驱动,使单向离合器能输出对应于电缆的移位速度的较低速度。 
当电缆卷绕筒(所述第一电缆卷绕器构件)通过滑块离合器和单向离合器由电机驱动时,驱动构件(所述第二电缆卷绕器构件)以与电机的转动速度成比例的速度由电机驱动。驱动构件的速度因此决定电缆的移位速度。当电缆收回时,驱动构件在卷筒的方向上移动电缆,并且卷筒以相对高速通过滑块离合器由电机驱动,从而滑块离合器在电缆卷绕到卷筒上之时滑动。当电机在另一方向上驱动该驱动构件时,驱动构件从卷筒拉出电缆,在这期间单向离合器使卷筒能够进行所需转动。电机因而以相对高速驱动单向离合器的输入,并且单向离合器允许卷筒以较低速度自由转动。 
在一个优选实施例中,电机经由滑块离合器连接到驱动元件(所述第二电缆卷绕器构件)并施以驱动力以用于在电缆放出方向上驱动该驱动元件,卷筒的转动速度与驱动滑块离合器的转动速度(即滑块离合器的输入速度)之比使得滑块离合器在电缆从卷筒解开期间总是滑动。单向离合器存在于电机与驱动元件之间的连接中,从而驱动元件(并且因此电缆)比电机引起的驱动速度较慢地在收回方向上自由移动。 
当收回时电缆可能受到阻碍,或者由于一些原因而可能有必要临时用相对大的力收回电缆。这样的临时的较大拉力可以由电缆卷绕筒提供。如果电缆驱动元件为决定电缆更换速度的构件,则所述较大的力可能引起问题。因此优选的是电缆驱动元件为通过滑块离合器和单向离合器驱动的电缆卷绕器构件。 
优选地,驱动元件包括用于接合电缆的驱动轮和用于与驱动轮相抵推动电缆的自由转动支撑轮。驱动轮可以具有圆周槽,从而支撑轮将电缆推入槽中以便稳固地接合电缆而无滑动。 
可以要求驱动元件在电缆由卷筒收回时对电缆施加某一力。因此,在一个优选实施例中,存在可调装置用于与驱动轮相抵按压支撑轮,从而驱动元件的阻力可以变化。 
在一个优选实施例中,电机通过包括至少三个相继齿轮的齿轮系驱动电缆卷绕筒,而电机连接到转动最快的齿轮,电缆卷绕筒连 接到转动最慢的齿轮,而驱动元件连接到其间的齿轮。因此如将在对本发明实施例的描述中阐明的那样可以获得一种用于由电机驱动两个电缆卷绕器构件的紧凑结构。 
当设备并入于移动装置如机器人真空清洁器中时,必须以受控方式放出和收回电缆。可以测量和/或计算移动装置的行进路径,因为可以由相机等感测该装置的轮的移动和/或观测该装置的环境。因此可以控制电缆的放出或者收回速度,因为控制了电机的转动速度。在本发明的一个优选实施例中,存在传感器用于测量电缆的放出速度和收回速度,从而所需电缆移位速度可以与瞬时移位速度比较,并且可以基于这两个速度之差控制电机。 
传感器可以检测电缆上的标记以便确定它的移位速度,但是在一个优选实施例中,传感器包括与电缆相抵按压的速度检测轮。于是无需电缆本身上的特殊标记,这些标记实际上可以在装置的频繁使用之后消失。

JP 07 171079公开了一种真空清洁器的电缆卷绕装置。JP 07171079描述了当电缆被拉出时,由于过度的张力损坏电缆的导体。该装置具有电缆卷筒、驱动电机和齿轮系,电机可以控制齿轮系的转动数目。收回机制包括驱动滚筒和从动滚筒并且滚筒齿轮固定到驱动滚筒的滚筒轴。

当齿轮14在另一方向(电缆放出方向)上转动(齿轮14的转动速度高于驱动轮7的转动速度)时,滑块离合器13将向驱动轮7传输预定转矩从而引起对电缆的拉力。电缆的移位速度则取决于电缆卷绕筒1的转动速度。

电缆卷绕筒1的转动速度与电机20的转动速度成比例。因而控制电机20的转动速度服务于调节电缆4的移位速度。根据传感器25测量的电缆4的瞬时移位速度与所需移位速度之差来控制电机20的速度。传感器包括与电缆4相抵按压的速度检测轮25,从而它的转动速度与电缆4的移位速度成比例。电缆的所需移位速度例如等于所述设备并入于其中的机器人装置的行进速度。 
电缆驱动轮7与支撑轮8配合,由螺旋弹簧26将该支撑轮8推向驱动轮7。电缆4因此将由驱动轮7稳固接合,另外该压力将在电缆4通过电缆驱动元件7、8时引起一些阻力,而单向离合器允许驱动轮7的自由转动。这一阻力保证电缆4在两个电缆卷绕器构件7、8;1之间总有一些张力。弹簧26施加的压力水平是可调节的。 
齿轮21、22、14、23、24形成所谓的齿轮系,其中齿轮21具有最高转动速度而齿轮24具有最低转动速度。使用这样的齿轮系使得有可能获得一种用于借助电机驱动两个电缆卷绕器构件的紧凑结构。 
概括而言,公开了一种包括两个受驱动的电缆卷绕器构件的用于放出和收回电缆4的设备,第一构件为电缆卷绕筒1而第二构件 为用于在与卷筒1相距某一距离处接合电缆4的驱动元件7、8。电机20可以在两个方向上驱动两个电缆卷绕器构件之一并且用驱动力经由滑块离合器13和单向离合器12连接到另一电缆卷绕器构件7、8。 
本发明的所述实施例仅为示例;许多其它实施例在本发明的范围内是可能的。本领域技术人员可以根据对附图、公开内容和所附权利要求书的研读来理解和实现公开的实施例。在权利要求中,字眼“包括”并不排除其它单元或者步骤,而不定冠词“一个/一种”并不排除多个/多种。在权利要求书中的任何参考标号不应理解为限制范围。 

Claims (8)

1.一种用于放出和收回电缆(4)的设备,包括电机(20)和两个受驱动的电缆卷绕器构件,第一构件为电缆卷绕筒(1)而第二构件为用于在与所述电缆卷绕筒(1)相距某一距离处接合所述电缆(4)的驱动元件(7,8),其中所述电机(20)可以在两个方向上驱动所述两个电缆卷绕器构件之一,其特征在于,所述电机(20)用驱动力借助滑块离合器(13)和单向离合器(12)连接到另一电缆卷绕器构件(7,8),使得所述另一电缆卷绕器构件(7,8)可以通过所述滑块离合器(13)在所述电缆(4)移向所述另一电缆卷绕器构件(7,8)的方向上由所述电机驱动使得所述滑块离合器滑动,当所述另一电缆卷绕器构件(7,8)在相反方向上被驱动时,所述另一电缆卷绕器构件(7,8)以比所述电机(20)引起的驱动速度较低的速度在相反方向上自由运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述电机(20)用驱动力经由所述滑块离合器(13)连接到所述驱动元件(7,8)用于在电缆放出方向上驱动所述驱动元件(7,8),所述电缆卷绕筒(1)的转动速度与驱动所述滑块离合器(13)的转动速度之比使得当从所述电缆卷绕筒(1)解开所述电缆(4)时所述滑块离合器(13)总是滑动,并且所述单向离合器(12)存在于所述电机(20)与所述驱动元件(7,8)之间的连接中,使得所述电缆(4)以比所述电机(20)引起的驱动速度较低的速度在收回方向上自由移动。
3.根据任一前述权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,所述驱动元件(7,8)包括用于接合所述电缆(4)的驱动轮(7)和用于与所述驱动轮(7)相抵推动所述电缆(4)的自由转动的支撑轮(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于,用于与所述驱动轮(7)相抵推动所述支撑轮(8)的可调装置。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于所述电机(20)借助包括至少三个相继齿轮的齿轮系(21,22,14,23,24)驱动所述电缆卷绕筒(1),使得所述电机(20)连接到转动最快的齿轮(21),所述电缆卷绕筒(1)连接到转动最慢的齿轮(24),而所述驱动元件(7,8)连接到中间齿轮(14)。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,提供传感器(25)用于测量所述电缆(4)的放出速度和收回速度。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述传感器包括与所述电缆(4)相抵按压的速度检测轮(25)。
8.一种放出和收回电缆(4)的方法,其中所述电缆(4)由包括电机(20)和两个受驱动的电缆卷绕器构件的设备放出和收回,第一构件为电缆卷绕筒(1)而第二构件为用于在与所述电缆卷绕筒(1)相距某一距离处接合所述电缆(4)的驱动元件(7,8),其中所述电机(20)驱动两个电缆卷绕器构件之一,其特征在于,所述电机(20)经由滑块离合器(13)和单向离合器(12)驱动另一电缆卷绕器构件(7,8),使得所述另一电缆卷绕器构件(7,8)可以经由所述滑块离合器(13)在所述电缆(4)移向所述另一电缆卷绕器构件(7,8)的方向上由所述电机(20)驱动使得所述滑块离合器滑动,而所述另一电缆卷绕器构件(7,8)以比所述电机(20)引起的驱动速度较低的速度在相反方向上自由移动。
