背景技术

发明内容
本发明的目的为一种液体制剂形式的组合物,其含有壳聚糖、壳聚糖衍生物或其生理可接受的盐,可用于将活性物传递至头皮和/或头发。在壳聚糖衍生物中,优选如羟基丙基壳聚糖的羟基烷基壳聚糖,或其他水溶性壳聚糖。
将壳聚糖的膜形成溶液局部施用至受体,优选人类的头皮和/或头发;所述壳聚糖的膜形成溶液可通过在头皮上轻柔按摩施用,或可通过形成弹性膜而容易地喷雾。壳聚糖的膜形成溶液提供了活性物的快速渗透,在施用之后与头皮的持久紧密接触以及药物的连续释放达很多小时。

实施例9
制备具有如下重量/重量%组成的液体制剂:
1)枇杷叶1,3-丁二醇提取物溶液1                    10.00%
2)乙醇96°                                        36.50%
3)二乙二醇单乙醚2                                 0.50%
4)壳聚糖                                          1.00%
5)纯化水                                          52.00%

制备
在pH 3.0下用乙酸酸化之后将壳聚糖溶解于水中。然后加入乙醇,搅拌该混合物直至获得透明粘性溶液。在此时,pH升高直至5.5。
加入二乙二醇单乙醚,最后加入草药提取物。
所得制剂为透明无色溶液,外观均匀且略粘性。
实施例10
进行开放对比试验以评估根据实施例9的溶液对年龄为20-45岁的4个健康女性志愿者(所述志愿者知情同意)的头发的作用。所有的女性具有光滑头发,受试者1为天然头发,受试者2和3为染色头发,受试者4的头发具有条痕。在用标准洗发精洗涤头发之后,从每个女性自相同头皮区域取样两束(wisp),并进行如下程序:
对每个女性的一束施用根据实施例9的溶液,然后吹干。
另一束吹干,用作未处理的对照。
测量如下参数:
1、体积:0=稀少;1=差;2=中等,3=高体积
2、抗牵引性(根据UNI EN ISO2062:1997)
3、分光光度法(光亮度根据CIE,Commission Internationale del’Eclairage测得)
4、通过3D Hirox KH-770在2100x和350x下进行的数码3D视频显微镜检查
结果如下:所得的经处理的束具有比对照束高12%的更高的平均体积、高6%的通过分光光度法测得的更高光亮度以及高11%的抗牵引性。根据数码视频显微镜检查,经处理的头发显得更光滑,并具有更规则外貌的角质层。
总之,根据实施例9的制剂能够增加人类头发体积、增强人类头发并改进人类头发的光亮度和光滑性。

Claims (16)

1.一种组合物,其含有:
(a)壳聚糖、壳聚糖衍生物或其生理可接受的盐,
(b)选自5-α还原酶抑制剂、抗雄性素荷尔蒙、钾通道激动剂、氨基酸、植物提取物或抗氧化剂的至少一种药物或化妆品活性成分,以及
(c)至少一种挥发性溶剂,
所述组合物用于治疗和/或预防头皮和/或头发症状和/或疾病。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述组分a)以相对于组合物总重量计0.1至10%,优选0.2至5%,更优选0.25至2.0%的含量存在。
3.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物,其中所述组分a)为水溶性壳聚糖衍生物或其盐。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合物,其中所述水溶性壳聚糖衍生物为羟基烷基-壳聚糖。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其中所述羟基烷基-壳聚糖为羟基丙基-壳聚糖。
6.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物,其中所述组分b)以相对于组合物总重量计0.001至25%,优选0.2至10%,更优选0.4至5.0%的含量存在。
7.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物,其中所述5-α还原酶抑制剂选自非那雄胺、度他雄胺、壬二酸、β-谷甾醇、锌、维生素B6;所述抗雄性素荷尔蒙选自螺内酯、醋酸环丙孕酮、氟他胺、酮康唑、雌激素或它们的盐;所述钾通道激动剂为米诺地尔;所述氨基酸选自L-半胱氨酸、N-乙酰半胱氨酸、L-胱氨酸、L-蛋氨酸、二甲基亚砜、L-牛磺酸和/或所述植物提取物选自锯叶棕、芦荟、问荆草、稷、非洲臀果木、大荨麻、薏苡、枇杷的提取物。
8.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物,其中所述组分c)以相对于组合物总重量计25%至90%,优选30%至85%,更优选35%至80%的含量存在。
9.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物,其中所述组分c)为较低烷醇,优选选自乙醇或异丙醇。
10.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于包含水。
11.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于包含常规赋形剂和/或佐剂。
12.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述组合物为液体,优选为溶液、乳液、悬浮体或胶体。
13.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于通过喷雾施用所述组合物。
14.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物,其中所述头皮和/或头发症状和/或疾病选自脱发、秃发、秃头症、雄性秃和/或头发脆弱。
15.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物,其进一步含有优选选自二乙二醇单乙醚或微囊的至少一种渗透改进体系。
16.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物,其中所述治疗和/或预防头皮和/或头发症状和/或疾病通过将所述组合物施用至人类头皮和/或头发而实现。
