背景技术
现今,有许多用于室内环境体育运动的自行车。本发明的产生是基于“室内团体自行车训练课程”、“室内自行车”和“动感单车(RPM)”等理念。这种用于锻炼的自行车有一个叫做方向盘的惯性轮特有形状,这样可以根据使用者训练水平来调整踏板的负载。使用者通过这种方式来增加卡路里热量燃烧,这样更快获得身体健康。
根据美国专利US5050865(发明人Augspurger,1991年授权)所述,自行车运动是一种很好的有氧运动形式,可以调节身体承受心跳速率的增加而不会受到其他运动形式如跑步的物理冲击。骑车锻炼适合任何年龄段的人群,所以非常流行。然而,由于时间或者天气限制不允许骑车人在户外环境或马路上骑车运动。这种情况下,该发明人提出一种可以支撑普通自行车的固定装置,该装置与自行车结合现成一个固定的运动锻炼机器。
根据美国专利US 5035418(发明人Harabayashi,1991年授权)所述,在蹬踏板时,普通自行车运动设备在固定位置而不是在车体两侧承受使用者腿部力量。然而,实际骑车时,遇到的并不只是直路,也会遇到上坡路和下坡路。因此,该发明人提供了一种可以在蹬踏板时将骑车者座椅倾斜至任意角度的自行车,这样可以加强腿部力量。
根据美国专利US 6126577(发明人Chang,2000年授权)所述,现今有很多运动设备可以让人们在室内运动,而固定的自行车是其中一项最好的。然而,普通的自行车模型都是严格地在固定位置成型的,这样就不能实现角位移,短期内对使用者造成麻烦。基于此,该专利发明人提供了一种改进的可以双边平衡的固定自行车运动装备。
根据近期美国专利US 6322480(发明人Lim,2001年授权)所述,室内自行车是一项无需花费大量时间且非常流行的运动工具。该自行车包含一个基座,自行车车身底架与该基座固定连接,这样使用者在蹬踏板运动时该车身不会移动或者摇动。因此,使用者骑车时不会有在户外骑自行车时容易让人厌烦的摇动。针对普通可以像悬空一样地摇摆且不稳定的自行车,该专利的发明人提供了一种改进的室内自行车,优点是不会让使用者肌肉酸痛。
根据PCT国际申请WO 2005/046806(发明人Ziad,2005年国际公开)所述,针对不稳定的自行车,该专利申请提供了一种新的的室内运动自行车,该车有一个不稳定性控制系统,可模拟在移动自行车上蹬踏板的感觉。
据美国专利US 6322480(发明人Peterson,2008年授权)所述,现今市场上大部分固定于普通自行车的训练装备只提供踏板和曲柄的运动,而不能模拟在实际户外运动时边平衡的爬山训练,该专利进而提供一种可固定于自行车且可以模拟实际使用状态的装备。
前述现有技术在实际应用时都存在一定缺陷。美国专利US 6126577(发明人Chang,2000年授权)专利文件的第1栏第29行到第30行揭露该专利采用液压缸产生角位移,这会导致自行车不能快速回到垂直位置而在实际使用时不稳定。而美国专利US5050865和美国专利US 5035418也同样采用这种结构,故而也不能很好地应用。因此,Chang(US 6126577)通过在系统中加入弹簧来解决这个不稳定的问题,这种原理稍后也被Peterson(US 7326151)所使用,事实上,这两个发明人都没有去掉液压缸而仅仅加入弹簧以试图稳定系统,这会让系统不敏感和让使用者不舒服。
Ziad的发明(WO 2005/046806)考虑到稳定性的问题,他通过一个液压泵或电动机甚至气体来协助控制稳定性,借助横向连接的系统,通过可移动手把实现弯道的模拟。通过对本发明的分析发现,该系统并非不能工作,但本领域技术人员会认为该发明难于实施,通常比较难于合理地调整系统。另一个问题是旋转轴的定位,用于获得合适性能模拟街道自行车的理想位置而实现角位移。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术的技术缺陷,本发明提供一种高性能且适于运动锻炼的固定铰接式自行车。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种固定铰接式自行车,其包括一在轴承套下端提供支撑的链接件。
所述固定铰接式自行车,其包括两个基座,前基座和后基座。
所述固定铰接式自行车,其中,该轴承套在该链接件上与基座连接,可使该自行车自由运动。
所述固定铰接式自行车,其中,支撑座设置于基座上,可使地面给自行车提供支撑。
所述固定铰接式自行车,其中,轴均固定于前后基座上。
所述固定铰接式自行车,其中,链接件内设有核子并通过弹性栓固定,以防止该弹性栓置于真空。
所述固定铰接式自行车,其包括一扭杆,用于给自行车角位移提供支撑和平衡。
所述固定铰接式自行车,其包括螺栓,用于夹持轴承套以防基座失去位置。
所述固定铰接式自行车,其包括弹性环,用于限定轴承套的位置。
本发明在车架两个元件之间采用一个铰链的自行车新设计,允许他们有一定角位移,这样可以更好抵消使用者对该自行车的冲击,提供更好的平衡性和自由度。

具体实施方式
从前述附图可以推知,本发明提供的固定铰接式自行车包括一自行车1,该自行车1包括一前基座3和一后基座4,和一被前基座3和后基座4支撑的链接件2。该链接件2可以通过扭杆8来控制角位移。
该扭杆8一端在核子6里通过弹性栓7与链接件2连接,另一端通过轴10与前基座3连接。
前基座3和后基座4均通过轴承套9嵌入在链接件2构架内,该轴承套9通过弹性环11定位。前后基座的差别在于轴10和轴12的样式以及轮子14,轮子14仅设置于前基座3这样如有需要可以用于移动自行车。前基座3和后基座4均固定在支撑座13上,通过地面支撑整个自行车系统。该前后基座轴向平行。
基于该自行车系统的功能,该基座可脱离链接件2,这样该轴承套9通过螺栓5与该链接件2固定。
本发明提供的固定铰接式自行车的操作非常简单,这里加以说明。前基座3和后基座4支撑于地面,通过轴承套9让自行车1实现角位移。扭杆8提供一个用于限制该位移的平衡位置。通过蹬踏板,使用者轮流用脚释放力量。这个力量让轴承转动,并且被扭杆所吸收。整个自行车和使用者的重心并未改变,只是在两者之间替换分配。即,当不坐在座椅上骑车时,使用者在向一边扭动臀部时手臂会让自行车向另外一边运动,这样补偿运动者和自行车的大量动作变化,能在室内环境给人一种传统街道自行车所给人的自由和舒适感。

Claims (9)

1.一种固定铰接式自行车,其特征在于,其包括一在轴承套下端提供支撑的链接件。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定铰接式自行车,其特征在于,其包括两个基座,前基座和后基座。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的固定铰接式自行车,其特征在于,该轴承套在该链接件上与基座连接,可使该自行车自由运动。
4.如权利要求2所述的固定铰接式自行车,其特征在于,一支撑座设置于基座上,可使地面给自行车提供支撑。
5.如权利要求2所述的固定铰接式自行车,其特征在于,轴均固定于前后基座上。
6.如权利要求1所述的固定铰接式自行车,其特征在于,链接件内设有核子并通过弹性栓固定,以防止该弹性栓置于真空。
7.如权利要求1、2、5和6所述的固定铰接式自行车,其特征在于,其包括一扭杆,用于给自行车角位移提供支撑和平衡。
8.如权利要求1、2和3所述的固定铰接式自行车,其特征在于,其包括螺栓,用于夹持轴承套以防基座失去位置。
9.如权利要求1、2和3所述的固定铰接式自行车,其特征在于,其包括弹性环,用于限定轴承套的位置。
