Abstract
一種健身裝置之限位結構,健身裝置係車架以樞接座可側向擺動地樞設在基座,且有彈性件在基座上支撐樞接座以維持車架為直立,各彈性件可在車架側向擺動時受壓變形以維持側傾姿態。限位結構有底座、定位軸和控制件,底座用以固定在基座而鄰近樞接座,底座上設有滑動軸套,滑動軸套具有面向底座之一側的軸孔,樞接座有對準軸孔之定位部;定位軸穿設於軸孔,在車架為直立時,定位軸可滑動至和定位部接合,以限制樞接座不側向擺動;控制件設於車架且結合定位軸,以控制定位軸可滑動至和定位部接合,或滑動至和定位部脫離。
Description
本發明係有關一種健身裝置,尤指一種健身裝置之限位結構
習用之健身裝置,有一種可側向擺動的飛輪車,主要係一基座上設有一車架,車架係以樞接座樞設在基座上,且有彈性件在基座上支撐著樞接座,以讓車架在不騎乘或騎乘而不側向擺動時維持直立,當騎乘者對車架進行側向擺動的動作時,則可藉由彈性件支撐車架而維持側向擺動在一定的角度。
前述車架所設之樞接座,其和基座間因有彈性件之設置,故可提供車架於騎乘時可側向擺動而模擬路感的功能,然而卻因無限位結構之設置,無法將車架於直立狀態時固定不動,而難以維持在一般不可側向擺動之直立姿態下進行騎乘,故有無法提供直立姿態和側向擺動之兩種情況下皆能使用的功能,此即本發明所欲解決之主要問題所在。
本發明之主要目的,在於解決上述的問題而提供一種健身裝置之限位結構,藉由車架之基座設置有包括底座、定位軸和控制件的限位結構,而由控制件在底座上帶動定位軸於滑動軸套內滑動,而可和樞接座之定位部接合或脫離,以控制樞接座可於基座上側向擺動或固定而不能側向擺動,藉以達到控制車架定位為直立或可側向擺動,以達到車架在直立姿態和側向擺動之兩種情況下皆能使用之便利性。
所述健身裝置,係一車架以一樞接座可側向擺動地樞設在一基座,且有複數彈性件在該基座上支撐該樞接座以維持該車架為直立,各該彈性件可在該車架側向擺動時受壓變形以維持側傾姿態。為達前述之目的,本發明所述限位結構,包括:
一底座,用以固定在該基座而鄰近該樞接座,該底座上設有一滑動軸套,該滑動軸套具有一面向該底座之一側的軸孔,所述樞接座有一對準該軸孔之定位部;
一定位軸,穿設於該軸孔,在該車架為直立時,該定位軸可滑動至和該定位部接合,以限制該樞接座不側向擺動;
一控制件,設於該車架且結合該定位軸,以控制該定位軸可滑動至和該定位部接合,或滑動至和該定位部脫離。
其中,該底座設有二前述滑動軸套,有二前述之定位軸可滑動地設於該二滑動軸套之軸孔,該二定位軸於一端連結該控制件,以該控制件同步帶動該二定位軸於所在之滑動軸套之軸孔中的滑動。
其中,該二定位軸於該控制件連結的一端以一連接件連結,該控制件係一鋼索和一指撥開關,該鋼索係一端接合該連接件,且沿該車架伸設至一適當位置而以另一端和該指撥開關連接,該連接件並和該底座間設有一復位彈簧,以該復位彈簧經該連接件而帶動該二定位軸常態接合該定位部,或以該指撥開關拉動該鋼索以控制該二定位軸同步滑動至和該定位部脫離。
其中,該二定位軸於該控制件連結的一端以一連接件連結,該控制件係一拉扣而有一座體、一連接該座體之扳部以及一連接該扳部之接桿,以該接桿的一端接合該連接件,該連接件並和該底座間設有一復位彈簧,以該復位彈簧經該連接件而帶動該二定位軸常態接合該定位部,或扳動該扳部而經該接桿控制該二定位軸同步滑動至和該定位部脫離。
其中,所述定位部為設於該樞接座而可供對應之定位軸穿過之穿孔。
其中,所述彈性件為優力膠。
本發明之上述及其他目的與優點,不難從下述所選用實施例之詳細說明與附圖中,獲得深入了解。
當然,本發明在某些另件上,或另件之安排上容許有所不同,但所選用之實施例,則於本說明書中,予以詳細說明,並於附圖中展示其構造。
請參閱第1圖至第9圖,圖中所示者為本發明所選用之實施方式和較佳實施例,此僅供說明之用,在專利申請上並不受此述實施方式之限制。
本發明提供一種健身裝置之限位結構,其係如第1至2圖所示,包括一底座1,一定位軸2以及一控制件3,所述健身裝置係一車架4以一樞接座41可側向擺動地樞設在一基座5,且有複數彈性件6在基座5上支撐樞接座41以維持車架4為直立,各彈性件6可在車架4側向擺動時受壓變形以維持側傾姿態。所述健身裝置,於本實施例中為飛輪車,惟並非限制僅能應用在飛輪車。
如第3至4圖所示,底座1用以固定在基座5而鄰近樞接座41,底座1上設有一滑動軸套11,滑動軸套11具有一面向底座1之一側的軸孔111,樞接座41有一對準軸孔111之定位部411。定位軸2穿設於軸孔111,在車架4為直立時,定位軸2可滑動至和定位部411接合,以限制樞接座41不側向擺動。控制件3設於車架4且結合定位軸2,以控制定位軸2可滑動至和定位部411接合,或滑動至和定位部411脫離。
如第3至4圖所示,本實施例之底座1,其設有二滑動軸套11,有二定位軸2可滑動地設於二滑動軸套11之軸孔111,二定位軸2於一端連結控制件3,以控制件3同步帶動二定位軸2於所在之滑動軸套11之軸孔111中的滑動。
承上,二定位軸2於控制件3連結的一端以一連接件21連結,控制件3於本實施例中係一鋼索31和一指撥開關32,鋼索31係一端接合連接件21,且沿車架4伸設至一適當位置而以另一端和指撥開關32連接,連接件21並和底座1間設有一復位彈簧22,以復位彈簧22經連接件21而帶動二定位軸2常態接合定位部411,或以指撥開關32拉動鋼索31以控制二定位軸2同步滑動至和定位部411脫離。
於本實施例中,定位部411為設於樞接座41而可供對應之定位軸2穿過之穿孔。所述定位部411亦可非直接為樞接座41所設,例如第5圖所示,以一獨立之板件42具有定位部421可供對應之定位軸2穿過,再以該板件42固定於樞接座41有前述軸孔111對準的一側,令樞接座41具有定位部421,同樣具有可供定位軸2接合之功能。此外,所述彈性件6於本實施例中為優力膠。
如第4圖所示,當騎乘者欲進行上述實施例之飛輪車之騎乘時,若騎乘者欲固定車架4於直立姿態,可不先操作控制件3,意即不操作指撥開關32而不拉動鋼索31,令二定位軸2仍維持接合定位部411,此時樞接座41因有定位軸2之阻擋而不得側向擺動,騎乘者即可在車架4為直立姿態下進行騎乘。又如第6圖所示,若騎乘者欲使車架4得以側向擺動而模擬路感,此時即可操作控制件3,意即操作指撥開關32而拉動鋼索31,令二定位軸2脫離和定位部411之接合,令樞接座41無定位軸2之阻擋而可側向擺動,騎乘者即可如第7圖所示,模擬在路上騎乘時側向擺動車架4之動作。
由上述之說明不難發現本發明之優點在於,藉由基座5設置有包括底座1、定位軸2和控制件3的限位結構,由控制件3在底座1上帶動定位軸2於滑動軸套11內滑動,而可和樞接座41之定位部411接合或脫離,以控制車架4之樞接座41可於基座5上側向擺動或固定而不能側向擺動,藉以達到控制車架4定位為直立或可側向擺動,以達到車架4在直立姿態和側向擺動之兩種情況下皆能使用之便利性。
當然,本發明仍存在許多例子,其間僅細節上之變化。請參閱第8至9圖,其係本發明之第二實施例,和第一實施例之主要差異在於,所述控制件7係一拉扣而有一座體71、一扳部72以及一接桿73,扳部72係連接於座體71,而而接桿73係連接於扳部72,以接桿73的一端接合連接件21,以復位彈簧22經連接件21而帶動二定位軸2常態接合定位部411,或扳動扳部72而經接桿73控制二定位軸2同步滑動至和定位部411脫離,亦可達到和第一實施例相同之功效。
以上所述實施例之揭示係用以說明本發明,並非用以限制本發明,故舉凡數值之變更或等效元件之置換仍應隸屬本發明之範疇。
由以上詳細說明,可使熟知本項技藝者明瞭本發明的確可達成前述目的,實已符合專利法之規定,爰提出專利申請。

Claims (6)
- 一種健身裝置之限位結構,所述健身裝置係一車架以一樞接座可側向擺動地樞設在一基座,且有複數彈性件在該基座上支撐該樞接座以維持該車架為直立,各該彈性件可在該車架側向擺動時受壓變形以維持側傾姿態,所述限位結構,包括: 一底座,用以固定在該基座而鄰近該樞接座,該底座上設有一滑動軸套,該滑動軸套具有一面向該底座之一側的軸孔,所述樞接座有一對準該軸孔之定位部; 一定位軸,穿設於該軸孔,在該車架為直立時,該定位軸可滑動至和該定位部接合,以限制該樞接座不側向擺動; 一控制件,設於該車架且結合該定位軸,以控制該定位軸可滑動至和該定位部接合,或滑動至和該定位部脫離。
- 依請求項1所述之健身裝置之限位結構,其中,該底座設有二前述滑動軸套,有二前述之定位軸可滑動地設於該二滑動軸套之軸孔,該二定位軸於一端連結該控制件,以該控制件同步帶動該二定位軸於所在之滑動軸套之軸孔中的滑動。
- 依請求項2所述之健身裝置之限位結構,其中,該二定位軸於該控制件連結的一端以一連接件連結,該控制件係一鋼索和一指撥開關,該鋼索係一端接合該連接件,且沿該車架伸設至一適當位置而以另一端和該指撥開關連接,該連接件並和該底座間設有一復位彈簧,以該復位彈簧經該連接件而帶動該二定位軸常態接合該定位部,或以該指撥開關拉動該鋼索以控制該二定位軸同步滑動至和該定位部脫離。
- 依請求項2所述之健身裝置之限位結構,其中,該二定位軸於該控制件連結的一端以一連接件連結,該控制件係一拉扣而有一座體、一連接該座體之扳部以及一連接該扳部之接桿,以該接桿的一端接合該連接件,該連接件並和該底座間設有一復位彈簧,以該復位彈簧經該連接件而帶動該二定位軸常態接合該定位部,或扳動該扳部而經該接桿控制該二定位軸同步滑動至和該定位部脫離。
- 依請求項1所述之健身裝置之限位結構,其中,所述定位部為設於該樞接座而可供對應之定位軸穿過之穿孔。
- 依請求項1所述之健身裝置之限位結構,其中,所述彈性件為優力膠。
