背景技术
周期性地,上述类型的运输及储存容器用作相应地被重复填充的所谓的“循环容器”。为了提供填充到容器中的最高可能的销售流体量,提供容器的最完全的排放以使整个容器的容积可用于下一个填充操作的新填充是重要的。在一定程度上,获得容器的最完全的排放以便不必执行昂贵的冲洗和清洁操作或至少将这些操作限制到相应的最低程度也是重要的。以杀虫剂或类似的物质填充循环容器可以被引用为这方面的示例,其中,在这种情况下,不仅需要冲洗和清洁容器,而且也出现关于被杀虫剂等污染的冲洗液的处置的其它问题。
发明内容
本发明现在基于提供一种用于流体的运输及储存容器的目的,该运输及储存容器可以基本上完全被排空。
为了实现该目的,提出一种包括如下所述特征的止回阀。
根据本发明,止回阀包括阀外壳,该阀外壳设置有用于连接至排出阀的阀外壳和/或流体容器的排放颈的连接部并且包括阀颈,该阀颈至少从连接部穿过排放颈延伸到排放颈的流入区域中,其中,阀颈包括阀体,该阀体与流出方向相反地抵靠着阀面关闭,并且阀面设置在流入区域中或设置在如下区域中,该区域沿流出方向设置在流入区域的上游。
通常,在致动关闭装置之后可以返回到流体容器中的流体量由关闭装置与内容器的流出开口的距离确定。就设置有排放颈的内容器而言,内容器的流出开口基本上由排放颈的流入横截面限定。由于根据本发明的止回阀的阀面设置在排放颈的流入区域中或设置在如下区域中,因此使在关闭装置关闭之后所发生的返回量最小而与关闭装置相对于流出开口的距离无关是可能的,所述区域沿流出方向设置在流入区域的上游。
阀外壳可以一体地或整体地——优选为以使得止回阀的阀外壳的连接部实施为排出阀的阀外壳的一体部件的方式——分别连接于排出阀或排出阀的阀外壳。
然而,当止回阀的阀外壳实施为组装单元时也是特别有利的——该组装单元如此实施以便独立于排出阀并且是可控制的,因为由此而能够以简单的方式使常规的运输及储存容器装备止回阀,该常规的运输及储存容器的内容器设置有移除装配件。
如果阀外壳的连接部实施为外壳法兰,止回阀可以按限定的相对定位在组装排出阀之前以外壳颈简单地插到内容器的排放颈中,该外壳法兰可以设置在排出阀的联接法兰和排放颈的联接法兰之间。
如果阀外壳的连接部进一步实施为用于附接在排放颈的止动表面上的止动套环——该止动表面实施为排放颈的联接法兰中的孔凸缘而使得阀外壳的止动套环可以设置在排放颈的联接法兰中,则可以同时执行将止回阀的外壳紧固至排放颈和将排出阀紧固在排放颈处。
由于阀外壳的止动套环在排放颈的联接法兰中的设置,从而尤其与相邻的区域齐平,因此原则上一方面可以在阀外壳的止动套环和排放颈之间进行焊接连接,另一方面可以在阀外壳的止动套环和排出阀的联接法兰之间进行焊接连接,同时焊接排放颈和排出阀。结果,内容器的排放颈、排出阀的联接法兰以及阀外壳的止动套环因此在单个焊接操作中借助于材料连接而彼此连接。
当阀体实施为阀瓣时,并且当阀瓣的外边缘被支撑成相对于阀面能够枢转于摆动轴承时,止回阀的特别故障安全的实施方式成为可能,该阀瓣设置在背向容器内部的、阀面的一侧上。毫无疑问,以不同的方式实施为例如球形模制件或圆锥形模制件或其它实施方式的模制件的阀体也是可能的。
优选地,阀面限定阀平面,该阀平面相对于竖直方向成角度倾斜,并且摆动轴承设置在所述阀面上方。特别地,分别和与流出方向相反地关闭的阀瓣配合的阀平面或阀面的竖直倾斜的定向确保了在先前从内容器排出的流体返回的情况下,由于倾斜的阀平面,因此与重力相关的关闭力添加至由流体返回而引起的动态关闭力,使得阀关闭力的重力分量仍提供阀的限定的关闭位置,例如,即使当排出阀中存在流体时也是如此。
为了防止阀瓣在阀颈中偏斜或塞住,进而防止阀瓣响应于来自内容器的高流出和响应于打开到极宽程度的阀瓣而阻塞在打开位置,当阀瓣设置有限定打开角度的止动装置时是有利的。
当阀瓣为此目的为在其外边缘处并且以与摆动轴承相对的方式包括止动装置时是特别有利的,该止动装置实施为止动杆,并且该止动装置由于其定位而必须只包括作为其效率的条件的相对较小的长度。
为了进一步增加已经在上面说明的阀关闭力的重力分量,当阀瓣设置有用于连接至配重的连接装置时是有利的。
为了防止可能由金属构成的配重与容纳在容器内部中的流体持续接触,将连接装置设置在背向容器内部的、阀瓣的一侧上是有利的。
因为对于完全排空容器而言来自容器内部的阀瓣的压力的最全面的应用因此成为可能,所以当止回阀包括流入弯头时,即使仍存在于容器内部的流体残留量最小时,止回阀的可靠的功能仍成为可能,其中在面对容器内部的、阀平面的一侧,与流出方向相比,该流入弯头以其流入开口倾斜至内容器的底槽。

所述阀体实施为阀瓣(33),并且设置在所述阀面(32)的背向容器内部(35)的一侧上,其中,所述阀瓣在其外边缘处被支撑成相对于所述阀面能够枢转于摆动轴承(34)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的止回阀,其特征在于,
所述阀面(32)限定阀平面(31),所述阀平面(31)相对于竖直方向成角度倾斜,并且,所述摆动轴承(34)设置在所述阀面上方。
8.根据权利要求7所述的止回阀,其特征在于,
所述阀瓣(33)设置有限定打开角度的止动装置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的止回阀,其特征在于,
所述阀瓣(33)在其外边缘处包括与所述摆动轴承(34)相对的、实施为止动杆(44)的止动装置。
10.根据权利要求9所述的止回阀,其特征在于,
所述阀瓣(33)设置有用于连接至配重(37)的连接装置(36)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的止回阀,其特征在于,
所述连接装置(36)设置在所述阀瓣(33)的背向容器内部(35)的一侧上。
12.根据权利要求11所述的止回阀,其特征在于,
所述阀颈(28)包括阀弯头(38),在所述阀平面(31)的面对容器内部(35)的一侧,相对于流出方向,所述阀弯头(38)以其流入开口(39)倾斜至所述内容器(2)的底槽(42)。
