Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车燃油箱的截止阀装置,其可以提高截止阀与注油管之间的气密性。其燃油管安装在燃油箱上,截止阀安装在燃油管内底部,可以上下移动,且被压缩弹簧所支撑。截止阀的头部为球形,而燃油管内部下方的阀门台阶为水平面;在截止阀头部下方的外圈有密封槽,其密封槽内安装密封环。通过本发明的汽车燃油箱截止阀,扩大了燃油管排出空间的有效打开面积,使得向燃油箱的注油过程更加流畅。此外,即使因截止阀复位过程或者汽车行驶过程中燃油箱受到冲击,截止阀发生不同程度的偏移,也可以通过该截止阀来稳定地封堵注油通道。

Description

汽车燃油箱的截止阀装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车燃油箱的注油口使用的截止阀。
背景技术
一般情况下,在汽车燃油箱上都安装有截止阀,截止阀可以防止燃油逆流,并可以上下移动。
上述截止阀由压缩弹簧所支撑。注油时,受到燃油的注油压力,截止阀向下移动,并打开油路;等注油完成,受到压缩弹簧的弹力,截止阀向上移动,并封堵注路。
图1为现有技术中使用的汽车燃油箱截止阀的剖视图。
如图1所示,一般情况下,燃油管(21)安装在燃油箱上,而截止阀(23)安装在燃油管(21)内底部,可以上下移动,而且由压缩弹簧(22)支撑。
现有技术中使用的燃油箱截止阀(23)头部(23a)为三角锥形状,在燃油管(21)下部内侧设有倾斜的阀门台阶(24),而截止阀(23)的头部(23a)也是一个倾斜面。当注油完成,截止阀(23)回到原始位置的过程中或者汽车行驶过程中燃油箱受到冲击时,截止阀(23)可能会倾斜,由此,截止阀(23)无法紧密封堵油路。这样,从燃油箱逆流的燃油经过油路,可能会泄漏到外部。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种汽车燃油箱的截止阀装置,在注油时,截止阀能够稳定地打开注油通道,在注油完成时,截止阀能够稳定地封堵住注油通道。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种汽车燃油箱截止阀装置,包括可上下移动地安装在燃油管的内底部的截止阀,燃油管安装在燃油箱上,截止阀被压缩弹簧支撑,截止阀的头部为球形,燃油管的内壁上具有平面形的用于限位截止阀的阀门台阶,在头部下方的截止阀的外圆周表面上设有密封槽,密封槽内安装有密封环,该密封环处于截止阀与阀门台阶之间。
进一步地,在本发明的汽车燃油箱截止阀中使用的阀门台阶相接触的密封环其外部是两道翼状接触面;此外,在密封环底面设有接触脚,接触脚与截止阀密封槽的底面相抵。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:通过使用本发明的汽车燃油箱截止阀,注油时,可以扩大燃油管口的有效打开面积,使得向燃油箱的注油过程更加流畅;注油完成时,即使因截止阀复位过程或者汽车行驶过程中燃油箱受到冲击,截止阀发生不同程度的偏移,也可以通过该截止阀稳定地封堵注油通道。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围作出更为清除明确的界定。
图2为本发明实施例的剖视图;图3、图4为同一个实施例中油路关闭状态下的截止阀剖视图;图5是同一个实施例中油路打开状态下的截止阀剖视图;图6是同一个实施例中截止阀的结构示意图。
如图2-图5所示,燃油管11安装在燃油箱上,而截止阀13安装在燃油管内底部,截止阀13可以上下移动,而且由压缩弹簧12所支撑。截止阀13的头部13a为球形,在截止阀13头部13a下方的外圈设有密封槽15,密封槽15内安装有密封环16,燃油管11内部下方的阀门台阶14为水平面。
从图中可以看出,密封环16的外部是两道翼状接触面,它与阀门台阶14进行接触,使得它们之间的贴合更加牢固。此外,在密封环16底面设有接触脚17,这样,可以进一步提高其与截止阀13密封槽15底面之间的接触稳定性。
在图中,数字符号18和28表示固定板,它们安装在燃油管11底部,可以防止截止阀13向外脱离。
如图3、图4所示,本发明的汽车燃油箱截止阀,通过压缩弹簧12的弹力,安装在截止阀13头部13a下方的密封环16外侧接触面与水平状阀门台阶14进行接触,从而封堵注油通道。
如图5所示,本发明的汽车燃油箱截止阀,在注油过程中,截止阀13头部13a受到注油压力时,密封环16与截止阀13一同向下移动,从而打开注油通道,这样,燃油可以流入燃油箱内。此外,由于本发明的汽车燃油箱截止阀13的头部13a为球形,与以前三角锥头部形状的汽车燃油箱截止阀相比,进一步扩大了燃油管11下方排出空间11a的有效打开面积,使得向燃油箱的注油过程更加流畅。
注油完成后,截止阀13的头部13a不再受到注油压力,此时,通过压缩弹簧12的弹力,截止阀会向上移动,并回到原始位置,此时,安装在截止阀13头部13a下方的密封环16外侧接触面与水平状阀门台阶14进行接触,从而封堵注油通道。
在本发明中,汽车燃油箱截止阀的密封环16外侧接触面与水平状阀门台阶14进行接触,所以,即使因截止阀复位过程或者汽车行驶过程中燃油箱受到冲击,截止阀发生不同程度的偏移,也可以通过截止阀稳定地封堵油路。从图中可以看出,密封环16的外部是两道翼状接触面,它与阀门台阶14进行接触,使得它们之间的贴合更加牢固。
从图中可以看出,在密封环16底面设有接触脚17,这样,可以进一步提高其与截止阀13密封槽15底面之间的接触稳定性,从而防止从燃油箱逆流的燃油通过密封槽15向外泄漏。

Claims (3)

1.一种汽车燃油箱的截止阀装置,其特征在于:截止阀(13)可上下移动地安装在燃油管(11)的内底部,燃油管(11)安装在燃油箱上,所述截止阀(13)被压缩弹簧(12)支撑,所述截止阀(13)的头部(13a)为球形,所述燃油管(11)的内壁上具有平面形的用于限位截止阀(13)的阀门台阶(14),在头部(13a)下方的截止阀(13)的外圆周表面上设有密封槽(15),所述密封槽(15)内安装有密封环(16),该密封环(16)处于截止阀(13)与阀门台阶(14)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车燃油箱的截止阀装置,其特征在于:所述密封环(16)的与阀门台阶(14)相接触的部分的外部形状为两道翼状接触面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车燃油箱的截止阀装置,其特征在于:所述密封环(16)的底面设有接触脚(17),所述接触脚(17)与所述截止阀(13)的密封槽(15)的底面相抵。
