Abstract
本发明涉及一种车床,包括一个床身(1)、一个刀架(2)和两个工件主轴(3,3′),其中,所述工件主轴(3,3′)能够共同在床身(1)上沿水平方向移动地设置于一滑板(4)上,并且在加工位置(5)和上料位置(6,6′)之间能往复运动;其中,所述刀架(2)在床身(1)上能沿水平方向移动,以执行进刀运动;其中,所述工件主轴(3,3′)在滑板(4)上能沿垂直方向移动,以执行进给运动,并且,所述滑板(4)和所述刀架(2)的水平运动方向均平行于机床坐标系的X轴定向。
Description
本发明涉及一种车床,例如EP 1 171 309 B1就公开了这样一种机床。为了缩短工件的加工循环时间,共配置了四个数控轴。
本发明的目的在于,对这种车床进行简化,并减小在构造上的费用。
上述目的通过如下的车床得以实现,该车床包括一个床身、一个刀架和两个工件主轴,即第一工件主轴和第二工件主轴,其中,所述两个工件主轴能够共同在床身上沿水平方向移动地设置于一滑板上,并且在加工位置和两个上料位置中的相应一个上料位置之间能往复运动,所述两个上料位置即第一上料位置和第二上料位置;其中,所述刀架在床身上能沿水平方向移动,以执行进刀运动;其特征在于,所述两个工件主轴在滑板上能沿垂直方向移动,以执行进给运动,并且,所述滑板和所述刀架的水平运动方向均平行于机床坐标系的X轴定向,其中,在加工位置的对置的侧面,对称地设置所述第一和第二上料位置,并且所述两个上料位置各自与所述加工位置之间的距离等于两个工件主轴之间的距离。
以下将根据一个实施例对本发明进行详细解释。附图1所示为车床的示意图。工件主轴3、3′设置于滑板4上,并且可以与之一起共同沿着导向装置9在床身1上依水平方向平行于X轴移动。工件主轴3′在底侧带有一个用于夹持刀具7的夹具8。附图1示出的是工件主轴3′处在加工位置5。紧接在其旁边,设计成刀具转塔形式的刀架2在床身1上的导轨11上同样沿X轴方向可运动地被导引。由于滑板4以及刀架2均在X方向上运动,因此可以实现一种不仅节约空间、而且易于接近的机床结构。刀具13是一种车刀。除了固定式刀具之外,也可以使用有动力传动的刀具进行铣削、钻孔或磨削。工件主轴3、3′分别可以在滑板4上沿着垂直导向装置10、10′在Z轴方向上移动。两个上料位置6、6′分别与加工位置5相距距离A地对称设置。由于工件主轴3、3′之间的距离B与距离A大小相等,因此工件主轴交替地处在加工位置或上料位置。也就是说,在其中一个工件主轴中对一工件进行加工时,可以给另一个工件主轴上料或卸料。这样便缩短了加工循环时间。在一种有利的实施形式中,滑板4的移动行程在终点位置通过止挡12、12′加以限定。因此,只要一个简单的推移传动机构(例如液压缸),就足以定位滑板4。数控轴是不需要的。对工件7进行加工时,使刀架2沿着导轨11在X方向上移动而实现进刀运动(Zustellbewegung),使工件主轴3、3′沿着导向装置10、10′在Z方向上垂直移动而实现进给运动(Vorschubbewegung)。两个工件主轴3、3′均按照拾取原理(Pick-up-Prinzip)进行工作,即,在上料位置6、6′中直接利用夹具8抓取工件,将其送给加工单元,然后重新放到输送装置上。

Claims (3)
1.车床,包括一个床身(1)、一个刀架(2)和两个工件主轴(3,3′),即第一工件主轴(3)和第二工件主轴(3′),其中,所述两个工件主轴(3,3′)能够共同在床身(1)上沿水平方向移动地设置于一滑板(4)上,并且在加工位置(5)和两个上料位置(6,6′)中的相应一个上料位置之间能往复运动,所述两个上料位置为第一上料位置(6)和第二上料位置(6′);其中,所述刀架(2)在床身(1)上能沿水平方向移动,以执行进刀运动;其特征在于,所述两个工件主轴(3,3′)在滑板(4)上能沿垂直方向移动,以执行进给运动,并且,所述滑板(4)和所述刀架(2)的水平运动方向均平行于机床坐标系的X轴定向,其中,在加工位置(5)的对置的侧面,对称地设置所述第一和第二上料位置(6,6′),并且所述两个上料位置(6,6′)各自与所述加工位置(5)之间的距离(A)等于两个工件主轴(3,3′)之间的距离(B)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车床,其特征在于,通过所述两个工件主轴(3,3′)在垂直方向上的运动,能够按照拾取方法在所述两个上料位置(6,6′)中拿起和放下工件(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车床,其特征在于,所述滑板(4)为使第一工件主轴(3)运动到第一上料位置(6)中而朝固定的第一止挡(12)移动、为使第二工件主轴(3′)运动到第二上料位置(6′)中而朝第二止挡(12′)移动。
