背景技术
已知例如汽车,飞机或宇航飞船等交通工具内的装载于套筒内的电线和线套可在使用时被引导穿过经受相对高热量的区域。因此,通常利用耐高温的箔带螺旋形卷包电线和线束以降低热损伤电线的能量。不幸的是,使用带需要大量的劳动力,因此非常昂贵。另外,带的外观可能非常难看,特别是带磨损一段时间后,从而导致电线部分露出。另外,在进行检修时,该带给接近受损电线带来诸多不便。

发明内容

正如图2所示,为了进一步提高由套筒10提供的热保护,可粘附一补充的封闭元件或装置,例如箔带的反射层28,以横越在壁12的相对边20,22之间沿着并平行于轴18延伸的缝29。该箔带28确保下面的壁12及其电线19被由反射层14和反射带28提供的反射表面完全包裹并周向密封。此外,箔带28的作用是维持套筒10在使用时的周向封闭结构,通过壁12的临近相对边20,22被粘合在一起,从而阻止相对边20,22的不自觉的彼此远离周向打开。因此,即使热量足以引起纤维21在壁12内松开其自身卷曲偏折,该箔带28维持壁12的管状封闭结构。
在图3中,根据本发明的另一个方面构造的套筒示出为110,其中相差100的相同附图标记具有上述相似的特征。套筒110包括带有相对边120,122的壁112,该相对边被配置为在围绕细长元件卷包时基本彼此临近以形成抵接型的缝或接缝,而不是像套筒10那样彼此重叠。另一个反射层114具有与壁112相同的宽度,对准并与壁112的边120,122齐平,以完全覆盖或基本覆盖壁112在边120,122之间延伸的整个宽度。由此,正如上述讨论的套筒10,壁112的整个外表面115被反射层114覆盖或基本覆盖。
套筒110还具有一被粘合在横向延伸的在抵接型接缝处形成的缝129上的反射箔带128。该带128确保下面的壁112和细长元件或电线在腔116内被反射表面完全周向包裹,该反射表面由反射层114和反射带128提供。因此,腔116避免了潜在污染物的进入,同时完全避免了外部热辐射。另外,正如套筒10,反射带128在使用时可维持套筒10的封闭结构,即使壁112松开其最初的热定型偏折。
在图4中,根据本发明的另一个方面构造的套筒示出为210,其中相差200的相同附图标记具有上述相似的特征。套筒210包括带有相对边220,222的壁212,该相对边与上述壁112类似被配置为在围绕细长元件或电线卷包时基本彼此临近。反射层214的宽度大于壁212在边220,222之间延伸的宽度。反射层214的边30大致对准壁212的边220连接,使得它基本齐平,同时反射层214的相对边32周向延伸到壁212的另一边222之外。因此,周向延伸到边222之外的反射层214的部分可连接或粘合于反射层的外表面34以完全覆盖壁212在边220和222之间延伸的的整个宽度,并封堵壁212的横向延伸缝229。如果需要的话,可提供一条剥离纸以覆盖延伸到边222之外的反射层214的压敏胶部分,直到在组装时需要露出用于结合的粘合表面。当然,任何合适的粘合或连接机制都被认为在本发明的范围之内,例如魔术贴。
在图5中,根据本发明的另一个方面构造的套筒示出为310,其中相差300的相同附图标记具有上述相似的特征。套筒310具有带有相对边320,322的壁312,该相对边与上述壁112类似被配置为在围绕细长元件或电线卷包时基本彼此临近。反射层314具有与壁312大致相同的宽度,但与图3中的套筒110不相同,反射层314的宽度相对于壁312的宽度不对齐(错开)连接。因此,反射层314的边330与壁的边320不对齐(错开),使得反射层的边330粘结于壁312的边320的周向内侧,从而留下壁312的露出的外表面。同时,反射层314的另一边332以错开的方式延伸到壁312的另一边322之外。因此,延伸到边322之外的反射层314的部分可以在组装时粘合于壁312的该露出的外表面,使得反射层314的相对边330,332彼此相互临近或基本临近以完全或基本完全覆盖壁312的整个宽度。另外,整体组装完成后,反射层314维持壁312的周向封闭结构。应当理解,如果需要的话,反射层314的宽度可以略大于壁312,从而在组装时反射层314部分重叠。
在图6中,根据本发明的另一个方面构造的套筒示出为410,其中相差400的相同附图标记具有上述相似的特征。套筒410具有带有相对边420,422的壁412,该相对边被配置为在围绕细长元件或电线卷包时轴向彼此重叠成“卷包”型。外反射层414的宽度大于壁412在边420,422之间延伸的宽度。反射层414的一边430对准或大致对准于壁412的边420连接,使得它基本齐平,同时反射层414的相对边432周向延伸到壁412的另一边422之外形成拖拽部分(flap portion)。因此,延伸到边422之外的反射层414的拖拽部分可连接,例如粘合至反射层414的外表面434以完全覆盖壁412在边420和422之间延伸的的整个周向宽度。如果需要的话,可使用一条剥离纸以覆盖反射层414延伸到边422之外的粘合部分,直到在组装时需要露出用于结合的粘合表面。
应当理解,在本发明最后授权的权利要求的范围内,能够实现相同功能的本发明的其他实施例引入此处。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于引导和保护细长元件的自身卷包非编织套筒,包括:
具有外表面和内表面的非编织的细长的热定型的基层,形成所述基层的非编织材料具有与标准热塑纤维混合的低熔点或双组分纤维,该基层具有沿着所述套筒的纵轴延伸的相对边,所述边围绕所述纵轴通过热定型自身卷包以在不存在外应力的时候提供由所述内表面界定的管状腔,在外应力的作用下所述边可彼此分开以插入细长元件,当移除外应力时所述边恢复自身卷包结构;及
连接于所述基层的所述外表面的外反射层;
所述非编织基层具有在所述相对边之间延伸的非卷包宽度,所述外反射层的宽度大于所述非编织基层的非卷包宽度;
所述反射层具有沿着所述套筒的纵轴延伸的相对边,所述反射层的所述相对边中的一个对准所述基层的所述相对边中的一边基本齐平地连接,所述反射层的所述相对边中的另一个延伸到所述基层的所述相对边中的另一边之外;
所述反射层的所述相对边彼此重叠;
延伸到所述基层的所述相对边中的另一边之外的所述反射层的部分连接于所述反射层的外表面;
延伸到所述基层的所述相对边中的另一边之外的所述反射层的所述部分通过压敏胶连接于所述反射层的外表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的自身卷包非编织套筒,其特征在于,所述外反射层完全围绕所述基层的外周延伸。
3.如权利要求1所述的自身卷包非编织套筒,其特征在于,所述基层的所述相对边基本彼此临近以在不存在外应力的时候提供在所述相对边之间延伸的缝。
4.如权利要求1所述的自身卷包非编织套筒,其特征在于,所述非编织细长基层由第一聚合材料和第二聚合材料构成,所述第一聚合材料的熔点温度与所述第二聚合材料不同。
