Abstract

本发明公开了一种液氯加热保温管,保温管最里层设置有普通玻璃层,液氯管套在普通玻璃层围成的内腔里,从而对液氯管进行热传导,普通玻璃层外设置有气凝胶玻璃层,气凝胶玻璃层外设置有隔热膜,本发明通过将原有的加热水管的外层的普通玻璃层换为气凝胶玻璃,利用气凝胶玻璃的柔韧、环保、可抑制辐射、可灵活施工的气凝胶毡,其导热系数极低,降低了加热水管的热辐射,并保证了在加热过程中随时可以观察液氯管内的汽化状况,进而提高了液氯的汽化效率,降低了生产成本。

一种液氯加热保温管
技术领域
本发明涉及液氯汽化技术领域,特别是涉及一种液氯加热保温管。 
背景技术
 现有的液氯在汽化过程中,采用热水加热管套在液氯管外面,的热传导方式加热,由于观察需要,传统的加热水管材料为普通玻璃管,但是普通玻璃的导热系数在室温下约为0.75W/(m·k),玻璃的导热系数约为铜的1/400 玻璃的导热系数为0.77W/m2.k的1/27,导热率较高,为从导热管向液氯导热提供了较好的导热环境,但是普通玻璃管向外辐射的热量也比较多,从而较低了液氯的汽化率,使得废弃的液氯增多,浪费了能源,提高了液氯汽化的成本。 
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种液氯加热保温管,其目的在于提高加热管的保温性能,从而提高液氯的汽化效率,并降低液氯的汽化成本。 
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种液氯加热保温管,保温管最里层设置有普通玻璃层,液氯管套在普通玻璃层围成的内腔里,从而对液氯管进行热传导,普通玻璃层外设置有气凝胶玻璃层,气凝胶玻璃层外设置有隔热膜,本发明通过将原有的加热水管的外层的普通玻璃层换为气凝胶玻璃,利用气凝胶玻璃的柔韧、环保、可抑制辐射、可灵活施工的气凝胶毡,其导热系数极低,可应用于-200℃到1000℃温度范围的保温隔热,是工业管道、管中管,储罐、设备等领域最为理想的保温隔热材料,也是世界上最为先进的新型节能保温材料之一并在气凝胶玻璃外贴上隔热膜,降低了加热水管的热辐射,并保证了在加热过程中随时可以观察液氯管内的汽化状况,进而提高了液氯的汽化效率,降低了生产成本。 
进一步地,本发明的隔热膜为PET材料,耐磨、耐高温,还具有隔热的功能。 
进一步地,气凝胶玻璃层的厚度为1mm至6mm,具有较好的隔热性能。 
进一步地,普通玻璃层与气凝玻璃层之间为加热水腔,以便加热液氯。 
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将原有的加热水管的外层的普通玻璃层换为气凝胶玻璃,利用气凝胶玻璃的柔韧、环保、可抑制辐射、可灵活施工的气凝胶毡,其导热系数极低,可应用于-℃到℃温度范围的保温隔热,是工业管道、管中管,储罐、设备等领域最为理想的保温隔热材料,也是世界上最为先进的新型节能保温材料之一并在气凝胶玻璃外贴上隔热膜,降低了加热水管的热辐射,并保证了在加热过程中随时可以观察液氯管内的汽化状况,进而提高了液氯的汽化效率,降低了生产成本。 
本发明的保温管保证了液氯能较好地得到热量,并有效地降低了不必要的热力损失,提高了液氯汽化的效率,并降低了液氯汽化的成本,提高了企业的市场竞争能力。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。 
如图1所示,一种液氯加热保温管,保温管最里层设置有普通玻璃层3,液氯管套在普通玻璃层3围成的内腔5里,从而对液氯管进行热传导,普通玻璃层3外设置有气凝胶玻璃层1,气凝胶玻璃层1外设置有隔热膜2,本发明通过将原有的加热水管的外层的普通玻璃层换为气凝胶玻璃,利用气凝胶玻璃的柔韧、环保、可抑制辐射、可灵活施工的气凝胶毡,其导热系数极低,可应用于-200℃到1000℃温度范围的保温隔热,是工业管道、管中管,储罐、设备等领域最为理想的保温隔热材料,也是世界上最为先进的新型节能保温材料之一并在气凝胶玻璃外贴上隔热膜,降低了加热水管的热辐射,并保证了在加热过程中随时可以观察液氯管内的汽化状况,进而提高了液氯的汽化效率,降低了生产成本。 
本发明的隔热膜2为PET材料,耐磨、耐高温,还具有隔热的功能,气凝胶玻璃层1的厚度为1mm至6mm,具有较好的隔热性能,普通玻璃层3与气凝玻璃层1之间为加热水腔4,以便加热液氯。 
本发明的保温管保证了液氯能较好地得到热量,并有效地降低了不必要的热力损失,提高了液氯汽化的效率,并降低了液氯汽化的成本,提高了企业的市场竞争能力。 
本发明的实施例公布的是较佳的实施例,但并不局限于此,本领域的普通技术人员,极易根据上述实施例,领会本发明的精神,并做出不同的引申和变化,但只要不脱离本发明的精神,都在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种液氯加热保温管,所述保温管最里层设置有普通玻璃层(3),所述液氯管套在普通玻璃层(3)围成的内腔(5)里,从而对液氯管进行热传导,其特征在于:所述普通玻璃层(3)外设置有气凝胶玻璃层(1),所述气凝胶玻璃层(1)外设置有隔热膜(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液氯加热保温管,其特征在于:所述隔热膜(2)为PET材料。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种液氯加热保温管,其特征在于:所述气凝胶玻璃层(1)的厚度为1mm至6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种液氯加热保温管,其特征在于:所述普通玻璃层(3)与气凝玻璃层(1)之间为加热水腔(4)。
