发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服了上述背景技术中的不足之处，提供一种原料易得、价格适宜、营养价值高且保健美容效果明显的营养西点。
采用的技术方案是：
一种具有美容效果的营养西点，包括米粉40～60克、猪肤去脂10～30克、核桃粉5～15克、芝麻粉5～15克、麦牙糖5～15克和纯净水10～20克。将10～30克猪肤去脂煮熟后，用绞肉机绞成果冻状，加入40～60克米粉、5～15克核桃粉、5～15克芝麻粉、5～15克麦牙糖和10～20克水，制作成蛋糕、面包、饼干等。
