技术领域
本发明涉及一种待附着在例如纸杯的口部上的盖,该盖具有由金属箔和塑料薄片组成的层状结构。具体来说,本发明涉及一种能够附接到纸杯上并密封纸杯以保持阻隔性能、并可以很容易地通过挤压和撕破来打开的盖。
背景技术
已经开发和可以买到很多通过撕裂来打开的盖,例如那些通过用吸管刺穿它们来打开的盖。此外,已经提出许多建议以尝试通过穿孔、断点线或刻痕线来帮助打开盖。通常,纸杯的盖设计成在最内层具有厚的密封层以覆盖台阶,从而当将盖附接到纸杯上时盖能够密封纸杯的凸缘或卷曲部上的台阶。对于纸杯,将矩形纸张卷成圆筒,或将扇形纸张卷成倒立的截头圆锥,并使相对的端部重叠,将重叠部分用作为接合部。如果开口具有凸缘或卷曲部,则在接合部上形成一台阶,这不利于保持气密性。因此,盖的最下层中的树脂层被加厚以保持气密性。

然而,上述常规的将通过吸管刺穿而被撕裂的盖的实施例不适于大开口,并且根据撕破盖的方式的不同,可能产生盖的碎片,引发不测事件如意外吸食。在其中最内层的树脂层较厚从而覆盖杯子的凸缘或卷曲部处的台阶的情况下,盖由于其厚度而很难撕破和打开。另外,如果使用热熔层,可能会有热熔清洁性问题(产生热熔残留物)。此外,还存在这样的问题,即,如果暴露在高温环境中,杯子可能因为热熔层的融化而意外打开,并且热熔层的异味可能降低产品的价值(品质)。
发明内容
为解决这些问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有阻隔性能的盖,其在杯子的阻隔性能、稳定的密封性能及易开性方面远远优于常规产品。
本发明涉及一种具有阻隔性能的盖,所述盖包括:
-作为最内层的树脂层,该树脂层包括聚乙烯密封剂层,
-通过粘合剂层附接到该最内层的外侧上的金属箔层,
所述最内层设置有多个从中心沿径向延伸的削弱部。

现在更具体地说明上述结构。最内层7包含最下层——该最下层为40μm厚的聚乙烯(线性低密度聚乙烯:LLDPE)密封剂层8——和层压在聚乙烯密封剂层8的上表面上的20μm厚的聚乙烯(低密度聚乙烯:LDPE)挤出树脂薄膜12。在金属箔层10中使用了9μm厚的铝箔13,15μm厚的聚乙烯(低密度聚乙烯:LDPE)挤出树脂薄膜14层压在铝箔13的底表面上。用于最下面的聚乙烯密封剂层8和金属箔层10中的铝箔13的被层压的树脂层12和14通过粘合剂层9彼此粘合,从而构成复合板片。除了上面提到的如层压、涂覆等常见方法外的其他已知工艺也可应用到该复合板片的加工中。
聚乙烯密封剂层8的厚度可在30-200μm的优选范围内适当选择,覆盖在上面的聚乙烯挤出树脂薄膜12的厚度可在5-20μm的范围内适当选择,金属箔层10内的铝箔的厚度可在6-50μm的范围内适当选择。
如图3、图4所示,上面所述的盖4的整体形状为一圆,该圆具有与容器体部2的开口部分2A相同的直径,例如约90mm,其周缘4A适当地附接在容器体部2的开口部分2A的上端部上,即卷曲部6的上端面上。通常采用热熔结合。尽管周缘4A可以附接在料斗3的竖立壁部3A的上端面上,但周缘4A仅与料斗3的漏斗3B的上端部、即开口3B1的上边缘接触。
如图1、图2所示,具有阻隔性能的盖4还设置有穿孔或者刻痕线(在所示例子中为穿孔)作为多个从中心沿径向延伸的削弱部11,以致所述穿孔或者刻痕线到达最内层7和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯粘合剂层9。穿孔、刻痕线(作为削弱部11)使得最内层7和金属箔层10容易被撕破,从而便于打开盖。如图2所示,穿孔或刻痕线为三条在中心交汇的直线,线长为9mm,连接部的长度为1mm。线数为3是达成本发明既定目标的最小数目。尽管线的最大数目取决于盖4的尺寸,但令人满意的最大数目为10。若数目为10或超过10,盖4的强度会减弱,这是不可取的。理想的数目为3到8(图10显示8条线的例子)。
保护帽5由与容器体部2相同的材料或任何厚度为约0.8mm的适当的树脂(如高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)或聚丙烯)制成。帽5从外部配合到容器体部2的开口部分2A上,以保护盖4并保持内部卫生。
通常,将粉末状的速溶咖啡P供应入再充装容器1内的操作通过料斗的开口3B1来实现。
现在说明如上所述构造的第一实施例的使用。
首先移除保护帽5,然后,如图5、图6所示,将容器体部2倒置并放在使料斗3在内部与罐子15(其为可再充装容器的示例)的圆柱形口15A相配合的位置。容器体部2中的速溶咖啡P向下流进料斗3中,但被盖4挡住。然后,如图7、图8所示,在容器体部2上作用一挤压力,以将漏斗3B推向罐子15的口15A。该挤压力作为使罐子15的口15A(其通常为从罐体筒状地向上延伸的管状部分)挤压和撕破盖4的力。即,该挤压力促使罐子15的口15A向上推动盖4并迫使盖4进入在料斗3的竖立壁部3A与漏斗3B之间限定的、具有三角形截面的空间S中。由于作为削弱部11的穿孔沿径向设置,因此挤压力作用于其上的盖4非常容易地被撕破并沿着穿孔被分成多个分裂碎片。同时,漏斗3B进入罐子15的口15A中。结果,料斗3的漏斗3B的开口3B1被打开,容器体部2中的速溶咖啡P在被料斗3的漏斗3B向中心引导时一口气地向下流入罐子15中。再充装容器1在再充填完罐子15后被抛弃。在附图中,2B表示容器体部2的底部。
于是,在内部与罐子15的口15A相配合的漏斗3B引导速溶咖啡P向下进入罐子15内,而不会将其洒在罐子15外部。漏斗3B使得速溶咖啡P不必暴露在空气中,从而尽可能地防止香味和味道变坏。
在对生产出的盖进行的性能测试中,盖的中心部分被成功撕破。挤压力不超过100N。在对纸杯开口部分2A的台阶6A进行的渗透行为测试中,没有观测到泄漏。此外,在高温驻留期间,没有观测到盖脱离纸杯的开口部分2A。整个盖的阻隔性能与铝盖相当,并获得了更优的结果。相比于热熔盖,没有任何异味生成。
因此,由于盖4的最内层具有聚乙烯(线性低密度聚乙烯:LLDPE)密封剂层8,盖4能够适当地密封纸杯的开口部分以充分确保气密性,即使开口部分直接被盖4密封也是如此,而不管纸杯特有的口上是否存在台阶6A。此外,由于没有采用热熔(技术),可以获得稳定的密封和避免异味。
下面参照图9说明根据本发明的具有阻隔性能的盖的一种可选结构。该可选结构与第一实施例的结构具有相同的效果,且该结构使得开盖更容易、削弱部更容易制造。与第一实施例相同的结构将采用相同的附图标记,这些结构的详细说明将省略。
第二实施例的特征在于,盖4还包括位于最内层7与金属箔层10之间的纸层16作为中间层。
纸层16附接在被层压于铝箔13下表面上的聚乙烯(低密度聚乙烯:LDPE)挤出树脂薄膜14上。对于纸层16,使用基重为40g/m2的优质纸。纸层16的优质纸的底面和最内层7中的聚乙烯(低密度聚乙烯:LDPE)挤出树脂薄膜12通过粘合剂17粘合在一起,以形成复合板片。粘合剂17可以采用用于干式复合的两液固化型的酯(溶)型聚氨酯(ester-urethane)粘合剂。用于纸层16的优质纸从基重的优选范围为15-150g/m2的纸中适当地选取。作为削弱部11的穿孔或刻痕线被加工成完全抵达纸层16的上表面。层8和9具有如上所述的相同的组成结构.
由于插入了纸层16,纸层16充当支持物(mount),当在最内层7中形成穿孔或者刻痕线(作为削弱部11)时,穿透过程更稳定,而且与只有树脂层和金属箔层的结构相比,可以更精确地形成削弱部11。此外,在挤压盖4以通过削弱部11撕破盖时,纸层16产生破裂声,从而产生很好的对开盖的感知。
在直立壁部3A的上端部上可设置有密闭/密封地贴靠在容器体部2的开口边缘上的向外的凸缘。这样可以获得同样的效果,而不会减弱第一和第二实施例中的盖4的优点,如易开性、高温储藏性、阻隔性、无异味、削弱部11的稳定的可加工性。
在上述实施例中,内容物为速溶咖啡粉末。然而可选地,本发明可以应用于其他食物或非食物粉末材料,如水溶性牛奶(奶粉)、可可粉、茶粉或这些粉末的组合。其他示例有干土豆泥或其他干制食品、调味酱或肉汁粉、汤粉,以及复印机墨粉。
代替罐子15,本发明可应用于咖啡机的咖啡粉罐或者复印机墨粉的再充装容器。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有阻隔性能的盖,包括:
-作为最内层(7)的树脂层,该树脂层包括聚乙烯密封剂层(8),
-通过粘合剂层(9)附接在所述最内层(7)的外侧上的金属箔层(10),
所述最内层(7)设置有多个从中心沿径向延伸的削弱部(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有阻隔性能的盖,其特征在于,所述削弱部(11)容许所述最内层(7)和所述金属箔层(10)被撕裂,从而便于打开所述盖。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有阻隔性能的盖,其特征在于,所述削弱部(11)为穿孔或刻痕线。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的具有阻隔性能的盖,其特征在于,所述削弱部(11)的数目至少为3,且所述削弱部沿圆周设置为围绕中心点形成相同的圆心角。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的具有阻隔性能的盖,其特征在于,所述最内层(7)包括两个内层(8,12):
-其中一个是作为最下面的内层的聚乙烯密封剂层(8),以及
-其中一个是设置在所述最下面的内层(8)上的挤出聚乙烯树脂层(12)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的具有阻隔性能的盖,其特征在于,所述金属箔层(10)包括两个内层(13,14):
-其中一个是作为最下面的内层的树脂层(14),以及
-其中一个是设置在所述最下面的内层(14)上的金属箔(13)。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的具有阻隔性能的盖,其特征在于,所述盖包括在所述最内层(7)和所述金属箔层(10)之间的中间纸层(16)。
