在两种实施方案中-铝箔或可以压通的塑料膜-厚度为5-40μm，优选12-30μm的浇注的、单轴或双轴向取向的第一塑料膜可以作为覆盖层，层压在所述铝箔或层压在所述可以压通的塑料膜上，在铝箔作为支撑层的情况下，在紧贴所述覆盖层的表面上优选以0.2-5g/m2，特别是0.5-2g/m2的底层喷涂量喷涂。
例如，涂覆量为1-6g/m2，优选2-4g/m2的基于聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯或酪蛋白胶乳的粘合剂，适合作为层压粘合剂。对所述连接的粘合强度进行调节，以便相对所述铝箔或相对所述可以压通的塑料膜，相对选择性设置在所述铝箔上的喷涂底层，以及相对所述第一塑料膜产生非常小的附着力。不过，所述附着力必须大到足以不会出现分层。
基于以下材料的塑料膜优选适合作为所述覆盖层：聚酯，PET，PEN，聚丙烯，PVC，聚酰胺(PA)，聚酰亚胺，聚乙烯，聚碳酸酯和聚砜。如果没有纸或其他塑料膜层压在它们上面，对于热塑薄膜来说就必须涂覆热保护涂层。
所述覆盖层可以具有通过层压粘合剂层压在所述第一塑料膜上的第二塑料膜，或层压在所述第一塑料膜上的纸层，层压粘合剂相对所述第一和/或第二塑料膜或相对所述纸层的附着力大于所述第一塑料膜和所述支撑层之间的附着力。
例如，涂覆量为1-6g/m2，优选2-4g/m2的基于聚氨酯，丙烯酸酯或酪蛋白胶乳的粘合剂，适合作为层压粘合剂。对所述连接的粘合强度进行调节，以便所述第一和第二塑料膜之间或所述第一塑料膜和所述纸层之间产生的附着力大到在足以去掉两层(塑料膜/塑料膜或塑料膜/纸层)时不会出现分离。
基于以下材料的薄膜适合作为第二塑料膜：聚酯，PET，PEN，聚丙烯，PVC，聚酰胺，聚酰亚胺，聚乙烯，聚碳酸酯和聚砜。每平方米克重15-150g/m2，优选18-50g/m2的纸适合作为所述纸层。所述纸可以涂覆，压延或不处理。还可以使用牛皮纸或玻璃纸。
用于在内侧，即朝向基部件的一侧密封硬质泡沫塑料基部件的铝箔具有一个用于密封所述基材的层。所述密封层可以是：
-与常规可以压通的箔相同的密封喷涂层，
-例如，将塑料诸如聚乙烯，离聚物(例如

)，或聚丙烯塑料以6-40g/m2，优选10-30g/m2的厚度直接挤压涂覆在铝箔上，涂覆在底层上或作为共挤压物，

印刷一般是在纸或外层塑料膜上以正面印刷或反面印刷形式进行的。其内部，即热密封喷涂底层，例如对于压延包装来说同样可以印刷。
印刷还可以在纸和塑料膜位于外部的包装系统上进行。对于塑料膜来说，印刷底层可能是必须的。
为了开启硬质泡沫塑料包装，抓住非密封部分和可剥离部分，即所述第一塑料膜，将所述第一和第二塑料膜的层压物或所述塑料膜和纸的层压物撕开。然后，所述产品可以被挤压通过所述铝箔或通过所述可以压通的塑料膜。

图1所示用于硬质泡沫塑料衬垫包装的第一铺箔10具有以下层结构：
12热密封层，例如，由PE制成
14支撑层，由铝箔或推压通过的塑料膜制成，例如，由PP制成
15层压粘合剂，例如，基于PU
16覆盖层，例如，由PEN制成
覆盖层16构成了随后的外侧，密封层12，即铺箔10的内侧封在硬质泡沫塑料基部件上。例如，所述硬质泡沫塑料基部件由PP组成。覆盖层16是可以从支撑层14上剥离的膜P。

图3所示用于所述硬质泡沫塑料衬垫包装的第三铺箔30具有以下层结构：
32热密封层，例如，由PE制成
34支撑层，由铝箔或可以压通的塑料膜制成，例如，由PVC制成
35层压粘合剂，例如，基于PU
36塑料膜，例如，由PET制成
37层压粘合剂，例如，基于PU
38纸层
纸层38构成了随后的外侧，密封层32，即铺箔30的内侧封在硬质泡沫塑料基部件上。例如，所述硬质泡沫塑料基部件由PVC组成。塑料膜36、层压粘合剂37和纸层38构成了可以从支撑层34上剥离的部分层压物P。
图4所示通过热成型生产的硬质泡沫塑料基部件40具有杯状容器或杯42，例如，用于容纳平片体44。
如图5和6所示，在用平片体44填充杯42以便形成硬质泡沫塑料包装50之后，将铺箔10，20，30密封在硬质泡沫塑料基部件40上。

Claims (15)

1.用于对儿童安全的硬质泡沫塑料衬垫包装的热成型的和冷成型的硬质泡沫塑料基部件的铺箔，由多层层压物组成，包括用于密封硬质泡沫塑料基部件的热密封层(12，22，32)、靠近所述热密封层(12，22，32)的支撑层(14，24，34)和靠近所述支撑层的覆盖层(16)，其特征在于，所述支撑层(14，24，34)包括铝箔或可以压通的塑料膜，所述覆盖层(16)是借助于层压粘合剂(15)层压在所述支撑层(14，24，34)上的，所述层压粘合剂(15)相对所述支撑层(14，24，34)和/或相对所述覆盖层(16)的附着力小于所述热密封层(12，22，32)和所述支撑层(14，24，34)之间的附着力，并且，所述覆盖层(16)可以从所述支撑层(14，24，34)上剥离。
2.如权利要求1的铺箔，其特征在于所述支撑层(14，24，34)是铝箔，其厚度为5-40μm，优选7-30μm。
3.如权利要求1的铺箔，其特征在于所述支撑层(14，24，34)具有可以压通的由聚氯乙烯(PVC)制成的膜，其厚度为10-40μm，优选15-30μm，或者是具有由聚丙烯(PP)制成的膜，其厚度为10-50μm，优选15-35μm。
4.如权利要求2或3的铺箔，其特征在于所述支撑层(14，24，34)被喷涂在直接贴着覆盖层(16)的表面上，底层喷涂量为0.2-5g/m2，优选0.5-2g/m2。
5.如权利要求1-4中任意一项的铺箔，其特征在于所述覆盖层(16)包括浇注的、单轴或双轴向取向的第一塑料膜(16A)，其厚度为5-40μm，优选12-30μm。
6.如权利要求5的铺箔，其特征在于所述覆盖层(16)具有借助于层压粘合剂(25，27，35)层压在第一塑料膜(26A)上的第二塑料膜(26B)，或层压在第一塑料膜(36)上的纸层(38)，其中，层压粘合剂(25，27，37)相对所述第一和/或第二塑料膜(26A，26B)或相对所述纸层(38)的附着力大于所述第一塑料膜(26A，36)和所述支撑层(24，34)之间的附着力。
7.如权利要求3的铺箔，其特征在于所述支撑层(14，24，3，4)涂有能阻止气体、水分和香味通过的阻隔材料。
8.硬质泡沫塑料衬垫包装，包括硬质泡沫塑料基部件(40)和密封所述硬质泡沫塑料基部件(40)的铺箔(10，20，30)，该铺箔由多层层压物组成，包括用于密封硬质泡沫塑料基部件(40)的热密封层(12，22，32)、靠近所述热密封层(12，22，32)的支撑层(14，24，34)和靠近所述支撑层的覆盖层(16)，其特征在于，所述支撑层(14，24，34)包括铝箔或可以压通的塑料膜，所述覆盖层(16)是借助于层压粘合剂(15)层压在所述支撑层(14，24，34)上，其中，层压粘合剂(15)相对所述支撑层(14)和/或相对所述覆盖层(16)的附着力小于所述热密封层(12，22，32)和所述支撑层(14，24，34)之间的附着力，所述覆盖层(16)可以从所述支撑层(14，24，34)上剥离。
9.如权利要求8的硬质泡沫塑料衬垫包装，其特征在于所述支撑层(14，24，34)是铝箔，其厚度为5-40μm，优选7-30μm。
10.如权利要求8的硬质泡沫塑料衬垫包装，其特征在于所述支撑层(14，24，34)是可以压通的由聚氯乙烯(PVC)制成的膜，其厚度为10-40μm，优选15-30μm，或者是由聚丙烯(PP)制成的膜，其厚度为10-50μm，优选15-35μm。
11.如权利要求9或10的硬质泡沫塑料衬垫包装，其特征在于所述支撑层(14，24，34)被以0.2-5glm2优选0.5-2g/m2的底层喷涂量喷涂在朝向所述覆盖层(16)的表面上。
12.如权利要求8-11中任意一项的硬质泡沫塑料衬垫包装，其特征在于所述覆盖层(16)包括浇注的、单轴或双轴向取向的第一塑料膜(16A)，其厚度为5-40μm，优选12-30μm。
13.如权利要求12的硬质泡沫塑料衬垫包装，其特征在于所述覆盖层(16)具有借助于层压粘合剂(25，27，37)层压在第一塑料膜(26A)上的第二塑料膜(26B)，或层压在所述第一塑料膜(36A)上的纸层(37)，其中，层压粘合剂(25，27，37)相对所述第一和/或第二塑料膜(26A，26B)或相对所述纸层(37)的附着力大于所述第一塑料膜(26A，36)和所述支撑层(24，34)之间的附着力。
14.如权利要求10的硬质泡沫塑料衬垫包装，其特征在于所述支撑层(14，24，34)涂有能阻止气体、水分和香味通过的阻隔材料。
15.将如上述任意一项的权利要求的硬质泡沫塑料衬垫包装(50)用作对儿童安全的包装的用途，用于包装化妆品，药物或医学制品，诊断剂，食品添加剂，食品和糖果。
