本发明公开了一种制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂。它由下述重量的14味中药经水煎后发酵制成，灵芝200克、肉桂300克、黄芪500克、丹参300克、女贞子400克、八角茴香250克、小茴香250克、豆蔻150克、砂仁100克、山萘50克、丁香100克、花椒300克、香叶100克、甘草200克。肉鸭出栏40天前饮用此中草药添加剂，40天后进行屠宰，将鸭肉切成肉块放入浮腾的火锅15-20分钟后即可食用。本发明采用液体发酵中草药制剂喂鸭，中药成分的芳香味道融入鸭肉中和增加提高氨基酸含量，从而改善鸭肉的味道，鸭肉香味浓厚，改变传统式的烤鸭、盐水鸭、卤制等方法，创造出了新的一种吃鸭法。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂，属于家禽加工技术领域。
背景技术
目前，国内外对鸭肉的吃法有南方的盐水鸭、北方的烤鸭、酱鸭、卤鸭、鸭肝酱等，但上述的各种吃法都是将鸭肉在加工过程中加入一定量的调料用不同的方法加工。这种加工方法受人为因素的影响比较大，不同的人制作的鸭肉口味不同，且这种制作方法不易入味。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的缺点，提供了一种制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂，鸭活体饲喂该中草药添加剂，通过肠道吸收中药可以改变鸭肉中的氨基酸、部分微量元素成分，从而增加鸭肉的味道。
本发明的技术方案是：一种制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂，其特征是，由下述重量的中草药制成，灵芝200克、肉桂300克、黄芪500克、丹参300克、女贞子400克、八角茴香250克、小茴香250克、豆蔻150克、砂仁100克、山萘50克、丁香100克、花椒300克、香叶100克、甘草200克；将上述中草药先加水浸泡60分钟，再用不锈钢锅微火水煎3次，每次水沸腾后再继续煎煮30-40分钟，将3次水煎液混合，三次水煎液共计25-30公斤；待药液冷凉后接种活菌制剂(亿安奇乐，优选由山东亿安生物工程有限公司生产的)500ml，在温度20℃～30℃下发酵，检测活菌数量达到每毫升20亿时停止发酵(发酵时间10-15天)，此发酵液即为制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂。
使用方法：肉鸭出栏40天前饮用此制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂，每只鸭每天饮用10-20ml，40天后进行屠宰(测定鸭肉中的氨基酸和部分微量元素可以发现，其含量大幅度提高)，将鸭肉切成肉块放入浮腾的火锅15-20分钟后即可食用。
各中药的药理作用如下：
香叶：香叶是樟科植物肉桂及同属其它植物的干燥叶子，具有温中行气、止痛散寒、除冷健胃的作用，主要出产在福建、百色等地。化学成分：本品可产挥发油0.22％。油含甲酸酯13.9～21.4％，牻牛儿醇45.08～63.13％和香茅醇45.48～57.33％。尚含薄荷酮、有机酸、甲硫醇、环氧芳樟醇、甲基庚烯酮、月桂烯、柠檬烯、对-聚伞花素、柠檬醛、2，2，6-三甲基-6-乙烯基-四氢吡喃。性味：味辛，气香，性温散。
灵芝：药理研究结果表明，灵芝具有多方面的免疫功能，对机体免疫功能具有调节作用，其热水提取物能显著增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能，并可增强网状内皮系统廓清炭粒的能力。
肉桂：肉桂其味辛甘，性大热，归肾、心、脾、肝经。具有温肾助阳，引火归原，散寒止痛，温通经脉之功效。现代营养学认为：桂皮含苯丙烯酸类化合物。它也当作一种调料、大料。炒菜时稍加少许，能够使菜味更加香味四溢，提高人的食欲，因此肉桂又是一种食疗佳品。同时也可以辅助治疗多种疾病，肉桂中还含有众多挥发油，如乙酸桂皮酯、香豆精等。
黄芪：近年来的研究发现黄芪中含多糖、皂甙、黄酮、氨基酸等多种有效成分，这些活性成分均有促进抗体生成和免疫反应的作用。
丹参：性微寒，味苦，具有活血祛瘀、养血安神、调经止痛、凉血消痈的功效，对冠心病、心血管病常服疗效很好。现代医学认为其主要用于治疗心血管疾病、肝脏及神经系统疾病。它具有扩张血管，增加血流量，保肝护肝及抑制神经系统和消炎杀菌之功效。化学成分为脂溶性和水溶性两部分，主要是丹参酮类化合物。另外尚含原儿茶醛、β-谷甾醇和D(+)β-(3，4一二羟基苯基)乳酸(即丹参素，丹参酸甲)，以及缩羧酸化合物A，E等。
小茴香：性味：性温，味辛。化学成分：含挥发油，油中主成分为反式茴香脑(trans-anethole)、小茴香酮(fenchone)、甲基胡椒酚(methylchavicol)、茴香醛(anisaldehvde)，另含岩芹酸(petroselinic acid)、7-羟基香豆素等。药理作用，所含挥发油能促进胃肠蠕动和分泌，能排除肠内气体，有健胃作用；有祛痰镇痛作用；能抑制黄曲霉素的产生。
豆蔻：性味：性温，味辛。化学成分：含挥发油，油中主成分为D-龙脑(D-bornol)、D-樟脑(D-camphor)、桉油精(cineole)，并含蒎烯、莰烯、伞花烃等。种子应在临用前磨碎，有良好的芳香健胃作用；所含的挥发油对豚鼠实验性结核，能增强小剂量链霉素的作用。此外还有镇静的功效。功能主治：化湿消痞，行气温中，开胃消食。
女贞子：女贞子含有齐墩果酸、对羟基苯乙醇苷类、裂环环烯醚萜苷类，以及磷脂、多糖、挥发油、微量元素等多种化学成分，具有保肝、抗炎、提高机体免疫功能、抗衰老、对缺氧/缺糖损伤神经细胞的保护等多种药理作用。
丁香：具有很高的药用价值，味辛，性温，归脾、胃、肺、肾经，系常用温里药。它具有温中降逆、补肾助阳的功效，用于治疗脾胃虚寒、呃逆吐泻、心腹冷痛，在临床上应用十分广泛。
花椒：花椒油的主要化学成分为不饱和脂肪酸和单萜类。具有温中止痛、杀虫止痒的功效，用于治疗脘腹冷痛、呕吐泄泻、虫积腹痛、蛔虫症、湿疹瘙痒等症。花椒对神经系统、消化系统等均具有作用，并具有抑菌效果。
砂仁：砂仁主要化学成分是挥发油，主要含乙酸龙脑酯，樟脑，龙脑，柠檬烯，樟烯。砂仁对消化系统、免疫系统和神经系统有确切的药理活性，还具有抗炎、利胆和镇痛等作用。
山萘：味辛甘，性温，无毒。入足阳明、大阴、厥阴经。主要含挥发油(龙脑、桉油精、莰烯、对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯、桂皮酸乙酯、3-蒈烯、对甲氧基苏合香烯等)、山柰酚、山柰素及蛋白质、淀粉、黏液质等化学成分。
甘草：甘草是我国著名的传统中药，通经脉，利血气，清热解毒，具有降血脂、抗癌、抗干扰素诱生剂及增强细胞免疫调节等多种药理活性。现代药理学研究表明，甘草酸是甘草中的主要活性成分，具有显著的肾上腺皮质激素样作用，可用于人体抗衰老、抗炎、降压、增强肌体免疫力、提高生理机能、抑制癌细胞生长等，临床上的应用表明了确实的疗效。
八角茴香：味辛甘，性温。现代研究表明，八角及枝叶含挥发油，其主要成分为大茴香醚、甲基胡椒酚、茴香醛、茴香酮、黄樟油素、α-蒎烯、1-水芹烯等，此外尚含脂肪油、蛋白质、糖等成分。其醇提取物对革兰氏阳性细菌，阴性细菌及常见致病性皮肤真菌有抑制作用，还能防止禽流感。
以上14味中药，多大部分为芳香性或挥发性和部分调节增加免疫功能的药物，并促进营养代谢和吸收。并且，该14味中药经水煎提取有效成分后再经过发酵过程，不仅大大提高增强有效成分的活性及功能，在生物发酵后，又产生其他活性物质的药物发挥更大作用。所以饮用此制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂后鸭肉中的氨基酸总和含量由5.22％提高到13.80％，其谷氨酸含量由0.46％提高到2.36％。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用液体发酵中草药制剂喂鸭，中药成分的芳香味道融入鸭肉中和增加提高氨基酸含量，从而改善鸭肉的味道，鸭肉香味浓厚，改变传统式的烤鸭、盐水鸭、卤制等方法，创造出了新的一种吃鸭法。
具体实施方式
实施例1
配方：灵芝200克、肉桂300克、黄芪500克、丹参300克、女贞子400克、八角茴香250克、小茴香250克、豆蔻150克、砂仁100克、山萘50克、丁香100克、花椒300克、香叶100克、甘草200克。
制备方法：将上述中草药先加水浸泡60分钟，再用不锈钢锅微火水煎3次，每次水沸腾后再继续煎煮30-40分钟，将3次水煎液混合，三次水煎液共计30公斤；待药液冷凉后接种活菌制剂(亿安奇乐，由山东亿安生物工程有限公司生产)500ml，在温度20℃～30℃下发酵，检测活菌数量达到每毫升20亿时停止发酵。
对比试验：
试验用樱桃谷商品肉鸭300只，随机分成A、B两组，每组150只，A组为实验组、B组为对照组，试验组在肉鸭1-15天每只每天饮用实施例1制备的中药液体10ml，16-40天每只每天饮用实施例1制备的中药液体20ml，在饲料、鸡舍、环境等相同的条件下试验40天，平均体重A组为2840克，料重比1.76∶1，存栏率100％，B组平均体重为2790克，料重比1.81∶1，存栏率98％，经生物统计分析，未达到生物统计意义。鸭腿的氨基酸、脂肪和胆固醇指标经山东省分析测试中心检验，指标如下表1所示。

从表1可以看出：经本发明方法喂养后，试验组鸡腿肉中的氨基酸总和含量由5.22％提高到13.80％，其谷氨酸含量由0.46％提高到2.36％，而谷氨酸为味精的主要成分，因此其味道更加鲜美。
Claims (4)
1.一种制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂，其特征是，由下述重量的中草药制成，灵芝200克、肉桂300克、黄芪500克、丹参300克、女贞子400克、八角茴香250克、小茴香250克、豆蔻150克、砂仁100克、山萘50克、丁香100克、花椒300克、香叶100克、甘草200克；将上述中草药先加水浸泡60分钟，再微火水煎3次，每次水沸腾后再继续煎煮30-40分钟，将3次水煎液混合，三次水煎液共计25-30公斤；待药液冷凉后接种活菌制剂亿安奇乐500ml，在温度20℃～30℃下发酵，检测活菌数量达到每毫升20亿时停止发酵，此发酵液即为制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂，其特征是，所述活菌制剂亿安奇乐由山东亿安生物工程有限公司生产。
3.权利要求1或2所述的制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂的使用方法，其特征是，肉鸭出栏40天前饮用此制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂，每只鸭每天饮用10-20ml，40天后进行屠宰，将鸭肉切成肉块放入沸腾的火锅15-20分钟后即可食用。
4.如权利要求3所述的制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂的使用方法，其特征是，肉鸭出栏40天前饮用此制备香鸭的饲喂中草药添加剂，在肉鸭1-15天每只鸭每天饮用10ml，16-40天每只鸭每天饮用20ml，40天后进行屠宰，将鸭肉切成肉块放入沸腾的火锅15-20分钟后即可食用。
