本发明涉及一种带有电磁回路的电磁阀,该电磁回路由卷绕在线圈支架上的线圈、电枢、可调节的铁芯、接地叠片(Rückschlussblech)和磁轭组成,其中,可运动的电枢通过装置支承在线圈支架上并且至少间接地作用在阀封闭元件上。
背景技术
已知有电磁阀在内燃机中的多种不同的应用领域。因此,电磁阀在汽车中既用在气动回路也在液压回路中,如应用在制动设备、驱动系统或喷射装置中。此外,电磁阀可以用于调节气动调节器中的压力或者例如作为涡轮增压机的推力旁通阀(Schubumlaufventil)。根据应用领域,这些电磁阀设计为入口阀/出口阀,要么设计为调节阀。尤其在用作调节阀或控制阀时重要的是,防止电枢在磁回路中同轴地错移,因为由此会产生径向力,该径向力不利地影响希望的轴向力。
这种电磁阀例如在DE 4110003C1和DE 4205565C2中公开。所述的电气动的压力转换器具有拧入螺纹套中的芯部,其中,螺纹套在此也可以与接地叠片一体地构造。通过铁芯规定的调节可能性能够排除所有的机械或电磁公差作用。在此,能够由此实现额外的精确协调,即,在所述铁芯中能够设置伸入电枢的凹槽中的另一铁芯。该电枢支承在一个或多个轴承上,这些轴承又设置在钢套上,其中,钢套设置在线圈支架上。在此,导引电枢或固定芯部的部件的对准误差导致电枢相对铁芯不可忽略的同轴度误差。此外,线圈支架由于缠绕线圈的变形使得电磁回路的组装或壳体的注塑使得同轴误差进一步增加。
由DE 10146497A1公开了电磁控制阀的另一种实施形式。在此,中空圆柱形的电枢直接支承在相应地设计的线圈支架上,因此,该线圈支架用作电枢的滑动轴承并且由注塑的塑料制成。在此,铁芯借助于连接头固定在壳体中并且伸入线圈支架的区域内,以便同时用作与电枢连接的阀封闭元件的阀座。在这种布置中也不能避免同轴误差,因为线圈支架在注塑之后被卷绕。
避免同轴度误差的另一可能性在DE 202007002100U1中说明。电磁调节装置设置有一个定心套筒,该定心套筒既承接电枢系统的轴承导引元件,也用作铁芯。
所有前述的、用于尤其是在带有可调节的铁芯的电磁阀中避免同轴误差的方案都由于较高的构件或制造开销而成本昂贵。
发明内容
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电磁阀,通过该电磁阀以尽可能少的部件和小的制造成本使得所出现的同轴误差最小化。
该技术问题通过一种电磁阀解决,其中,线圈支架由形状和温度稳定的材料制成,其中,铁芯通过直接的形状配合的连接设置在线圈支架中。通过这种类型和方式保证,即,尤其易于制造的电磁阀在铁芯和电枢之间没有轴向偏差。在此,线圈支架可以具有内螺纹,铁芯借助于外螺纹可调地设置在该线圈支架内。然而,在这种情况下,铁芯还应通过额外的固定机构夹持。也可能的是,铁芯具有自攻丝的外螺纹,铁芯能通过该外螺纹可调地布置在线圈支架中。为支承电枢,可以在线圈支架中设置滑动轴承套。也可以在电枢和线圈支架的内侧之间设置一滑动层。例如无定形尼龙HT2V-3H LF或无定形尼龙XE3881被证明尤其适于作为形状和温度稳定的材料。
在图1中示出了本发明的一种实施例,以下详细说明该实施例。
在图1中示出的、在此设计为电气动变换器的电磁阀1的电磁回路2由线圈支架3以及设置在该线圈支架3内部的铁芯5组成,线圈4缠绕在线圈支架上,并且铁芯与同样设置在线圈支架3内部的、可运动的电枢7磁连接。电磁回路2通过线圈支架3的第一轴向端部上的接地叠片7以及通过磁轭8闭合。在当前情况下,线圈支架由材料无定形尼龙HT2V-3H LF制成。
磁轭8包围带有缠绕在其上的线圈4的线圈支架3。在当前的例子中,电枢6具有滑动层9,使得其能可移动设置地支承在线圈支架3中。
铁芯5设计为两部分,并且由内芯块10以及径向包围内芯块10且与内芯块同轴的外芯块11组成,外芯块具有自攻丝的螺纹12。外芯块11还具有内螺纹,该内螺纹与内芯块10的外螺纹共同作用,其中,内芯块10伸入电枢6的相应圆形的凹槽14中。外芯块11在朝向电枢6的端部具有圆形的凹槽13,其直径略大于电枢6的外径,使得电枢在操纵电磁体时能够略微插入凹槽13中。该凹槽用于电磁力线的聚集。
铁芯5通过外芯块11自攻丝的螺纹12与线圈支架3固定连接,并且抵靠在接地叠片7上。接地叠片7又具有到磁轭8的连接。通过线圈4通电产生的电磁力线相应沿着接地叠片7和磁轭8延伸经过电枢6和铁芯5。
在没有通电的状态下,在电枢6和铁芯5之间存在间隙15,在线圈4通电时在该间隙中产生磁场,该磁场导致电枢6的轴向运动。相应地,带有阀面16的电枢6的与铁芯5相对的轴向端部在线圈4通电时从阀座17抬起。电气动变换器的其它功能对于本发明是不重要的。相应可以参考所引用的现有技术。在此重要的是能够通过电枢6的运动使与该电枢耦合的封闭元件运动,由此能够建立未示出的流入通道和流出通道之间的液力连接。
铁芯5的两部分设计用于精细调节电枢6和铁芯5之间的气隙并因此用于调整磁特性参数,从而可以在电枢6上形成力作用。粗调节通过外芯块11的自攻丝的螺纹实现。
另一种实施形式是,外芯块11的外螺纹与设置在线圈支架3中的内螺纹共同作用并且通过固定器件保持在设定状态。固定器件可以是敲入的销钉、钎焊或焊接点等。也可以为电枢设置其它支承可能性,例如设置在线圈支架中的滑动轴承套。

Claims (3)

1.一种带有电磁回路的电磁阀,该电磁回路由卷绕在线圈支架上的线圈、电枢、可调节的铁芯、接地叠片和磁轭组成,其中,可运动的电枢通过装置支承在线圈支架上并且至少间接地作用在阀封闭元件上,其中,所述线圈支架(3)由形状和温度稳定的材料制成,其中,所述铁芯(5)直接地形状配合连接在线圈支架上,所述线圈支架(3)具有内螺纹,铁芯(5)借助于外螺纹可调地设置在该线圈支架内,其特征在于,为支承所述电枢(6)在所述电枢(6)和所述线圈支架(3)的内侧之间设置一滑动层(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述铁芯(5)通过固定机构保持。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述形状和温度稳定的材料是无定形尼龙HT2V-3H LF或无定形尼龙XE3881。
