Abstract

一种运动滑板及其制作方法,其中运动滑板包括有发泡材料制成的芯板(2)、表面层(1)及透明的淋膜层(3),所述表面层(1)是由布层缝制而成的套袋(11)结构,所述芯板(2)被包裹于套袋(11)中,而制作方法包括表面层(1)的套袋(11)制作及成品的制作,从袋口(12)处填充入直径为0.1~3mm的颗料状聚苯乙烯或聚丙烯发泡材料,然后通过缝线缝接而将袋口(12)封闭,接着将封闭袋口(12)后的套袋放置于170~180摄氏度的蒸气发泡模具中发泡2~5分钟,然后经冷却打开模具即为运动滑板的成品。本发明的优点在于不仅滑板结构简单,而且制作方便,生产后的滑板既结构牢固,生产效率又高;且本发明还提供一种运动滑板的制作方法,其工艺更简单,操作更稳定。

Description

一种运动滑板及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滑雪、滑水及冲浪等运动的运动滑板及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有的一种申请号为200710076170.8名称为中国发明专利提出了一种结构,其结构:包括至少由一层发泡板材制成的芯板、分别设于该芯板上、下两侧面的表面层,该表面层由与所述芯板贴合的衬层和设于该衬层外表面的透明的淋膜层构成,其特征在于:所述上、下两表面层的至少一表面层中,所述的衬层和淋膜层之间依次设有热熔性接着剂层和图案层,该图案层由一无纺布和融合于该无纺布中的油墨图案层构成,所述淋膜层淋膜贴合于图案层的外表面。该发明采用强度高、韧性好的无纺布罩覆在滑板的外面,可以有效地提高滑板的整体刚度和强度,而获得综合性能好的滑板。但这种设计缺点是,结构复杂,制作麻烦,生产工艺不稳定,所以其结构还有待于改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种结构简单、制作方便、产品重量轻且结构牢固的一种运动滑板。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种工艺简单、操作稳定方便且产品结构牢固的一种运动滑板的制作方法。
本发明解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:本运动滑板,包括有发泡材料制成的芯板、表面层及透明的淋膜层,在表面层的外表面设置有图案层,其特征在于:所述表面层是由布层缝制而成的套袋结构,所述芯板被包裹于套袋中,所述淋膜层贴合于底面图案层的外表面上。
作为改进,所述布层可优选为无纺布层。
再改进,所述淋膜层可为聚乙烯层或聚丙烯层。
本发明解决上述第二个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:上述运动滑板的制作方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
一、表面层的套袋制作:该套袋由上半套袋和下半套袋纵向通过缝线缝接成整体套袋,缝制套袋时,首先,将上半套袋和下半套袋的预制布层的上表面分别涂印上所设计的图案,然后将下半套袋的图案层外表面在淋膜机上淋膜上透明的聚乙烯或聚丙烯材料的淋膜层,接着,将上半套袋与下半套袋的反面边缘通过缝线缝接成留有袋口的套袋,然后将套袋翻成正面而将套袋缝线接头边缘位于套袋的袋内;
二、成品的制作:将翻成正面的套袋,从袋口处填充入直径为0.1~3mm的颗料状聚苯乙烯或聚丙烯发泡材料,然后通过缝线缝接而将袋口封闭,接着将封闭袋口后的套袋放置于170~180度的蒸气发泡模具中发泡2~5分钟,然后通过冷却水在发泡模具中冷却2~5钟,打开蒸气发泡模具,取出发泡后产品即为运动滑板的成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用表面层是由布层缝制而成的套袋结构,所述芯板被包裹于套袋中,所述淋膜层贴合于底面图案层的外表面上。这种设计的优点在于不仅滑板结构简单,重量轻,而且制作方便,生产成品率高,结构牢固,因为发泡材料是在套袋中进行,并通过模具发泡,所以生产后的滑板既结构牢固,重量又轻,生产效率高;本发明还提供了一种运动滑板的制作方法,其工艺更简单,操作更稳定。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1至图8所示,本实施例的运动滑板,包括有发泡材料制成的芯板2、表面层1及透明的淋膜层3,在表面层1的外表面设置有图案层4,所述表面层1是由布层缝制而成的套袋11结构,所述布层可优选为无纺布层。芯板2被包裹于套袋11中,淋膜层3贴合于底面图案层4的外表面上。该淋膜层3为聚乙烯层或聚丙烯层,当然也可以是别的材料。
运动滑板的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
一、表面层1的套袋11制作:该套袋11由上半套袋13和下半套袋14纵向通过缝线5缝接成整体套袋11,缝制套袋11时,首先,将上半套袋13和下半套袋14的预制布层的上表面分别涂印上所设计的图案,然后将下半套袋14的图案层4外表面在淋膜机上淋膜上透明的聚乙烯或聚丙烯材料的淋膜层3,接着,将上半套袋13与下半套袋14的反面边缘通过缝线5缝接成留有袋口12的套袋11,然后将套袋11翻成正面而将套袋11缝线接头边缘位于套袋11的袋内;
二、成品的制作,将翻成正面的套袋11,从袋口12处填充入直径为0.1~3mm的颗料状聚苯乙烯或聚丙烯发泡材料,然后通过缝线缝接而将袋口12封闭,接着将封闭袋口12后的套袋放置于170~180度的蒸气发泡模具中发泡2~5分钟,然后通过冷却水在发泡模具中冷却2~5钟,打开蒸气发泡模具,取出发泡后产品即为运动滑板的成品。

Claims (4)

1.一种运动滑板,包括有发泡材料制成的芯板(2)、表面层(1)及透明的淋膜层(3),在表面层(1)的外表面设置有图案层(4),其特征在于:所述表面层(1)是由布层缝制而成的套袋(11)结构,所述芯板(2)被包裹于套袋(11)中,所述淋膜层(3)贴合于底面图案层(4)的外表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的运动滑板,其特征在于:所述布层为无纺布层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的运动滑板,其特征在于:所述淋膜层(3)为聚乙烯层或聚丙烯层。
4.一种权利要求1所述运动滑板的制作方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
一、表面层(1)的套袋(11)制作:该套袋(11)由上半套袋(13)和下半套袋(14)纵向通过缝线(5)缝接成整体套袋(11),缝制套袋(11)时,首先,将上半套袋(13)和下半套袋(14)的预制布层的上表面分别涂印上所设计的图案,然后将下半套袋(14)的图案层(4)外表面在淋膜机上淋膜上透明的聚乙烯或聚丙烯材料的淋膜层(3),接着,将上半套袋(13)与下半套袋(14)的反面边缘通过缝线(5)缝接成留有袋口(12)的套袋(11),然后将套袋(11)翻成正面而将套袋(11)缝线接头边缘位于套袋(11)的袋内;
二、成品的制作:将翻成正面的套袋(11),从袋口(12)处填充入直径为0.1~3mm的颗料状聚苯乙烯或聚丙烯发泡材料,然后通过缝线缝接而将袋口(12)封闭,接着将封闭袋口(12)后的套袋放置于170~180度的蒸气发泡模具中发泡2~5分钟,然后通过冷却水在发泡模具中冷却2~5钟,打开蒸气发泡模具,取出发泡后产品即为运动滑板的成品。
