Abstract

一种高频缝纫机,在沿水平方向和上下方向进行合成循环运动的送布牙与压脚的协同作用下,对装载于被加工材料装载板上的被加工材料进行间歇移送,并在该送布牙停止移送时,对配置于被加工材料(H)上下的一对面状电极(12、16)之间通入高频电,以高频介质加热方式使夹在被加工材料中的纤维布料重叠部之间的热塑性树脂带条熔化,从而能连续地粘接纤维布料的重叠部。因此,不仅能使用高频电来获得可靠且均匀的粘接强度,还能防止因热集中所引起的烧坏等不合格制品的产生,并能完全应对曲线状部位、伸缩性纤维布料的粘接。

Description

高频缝纫机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高频缝纫机,该高频缝纫机适用于以下情形:将以棉花、羊毛、丝绸等为代表的天然纤维或以聚酯、尼龙、丙烯等为代表的合成纤维的布料(以下,在本发明中称为“纤维布料”)作为对象材料,通过采用高频加热方式熔化的热可塑性树脂带条对该纤维布料的重叠端部等重叠部进行粘接(熔合),从而制造加工例如女式服装、儿童服装、男式服装等服装产品(衣料品)。
作为这种高频缝纫机,被加工材料本身例如是聚氯乙烯树脂等热塑性合成树脂片或合成树脂薄膜,使这种被加工材料的重叠部熔合的技术已经广泛的开发并实用化。这种高频缝纫机只须具备以下两个构件即可,即沿着重叠部的长度方向对被加工材料即树脂片或树脂薄膜进行移送的移送装置和对由该装置移送的树脂片或树脂薄膜的重叠部通入高频电的一对电极。由此,与通过将针线(面线)、弯针线、底线等缝线交叉缝或环形缝而形成线迹对纤维布料进行缝合的普通缝制式缝纫机相比,可以省略该缝制式缝纫机所必需的结构,例如朝缝制行进方向对纤维布料进行移送的送布牙,除此之外,也不再需要将缝线穿过纤维布料的机针及机针的上下往复运动机构、为了进行交叉缝或环形缝的底线供给用的梭子及梭子的动作机构或弯针线供给用的弯针及弯针的动作机构等用于构成缝制的多个复杂的机构及构件,能实现缝纫机整体结构的简化。
背景技术
然而,与普通缝制式缝纫机相比,作为实现结构简化的现有的高频缝纫机,如以往在日本特许公开公报的特开平6-218819号、特开平6-155576号中公开的那样,采用了如下方法:将被加工材料(热塑性的树脂片或树脂薄膜)夹在上下一对电极辊子之间,连续地沿一定方向移送,并向该一对电极辊子之间通入高频电,通过高频介质加热使被加工材料本身熔化,从而粘接被加工材料的重叠部。
此外,如日本特许公报的特许第4022539号中公开的那样,还提出有采用如下结构的高频缝纫机,通过安装有单向传动离合器的运动变换机构,将夹住被加工材料沿一定方向移送的上下一对电极辊子与驱动电动机连动式连结,从而使一对电极辊子进行间歇旋转。
上述特开平6-218819号公报、特开平6-155576号公报、特许第4022539号公报中公开的以往的高频缝纫机都是在一对电极辊子的接触部分形成仅为辊子宽度的线接触(从被加工材料的移送方向看时为点接触)。为了在这种线接触或点接触条件下,也能获得可靠的粘接强度,必须采取如下任一种方法:将通入的高频电设定成较高值,或减慢被加工材料的移送速度。
采用提高高频电的值的方法时,由于该高值的高频电所产生的热量集中作用于线接触或点接触部,因此,容易破坏被加工材料的绝缘,出现烧坏或破洞(穿孔)等不良现象。尤其在被加工材料是作为本发明对象的薄料纤维布料的情形下,因烧坏范围容易瞬间扩大,故存在制造出许多不合格制品的问题。另外,在采用将高频电的值设定的较低并减慢一对电极辊子的移送速度的方法时,存在加工效率急剧降低的问题。这种因线接触或点接触所引起的问题如特许笫4022539号中公开的那样,即使在采用使一对电极辊子间歇旋转的结构情形下,也同样会发生,不可避免地会出现不合格制品的产生和加工效率降低的情形。
此外,在将纤维布料作为对象材料来制造加工服装产品时,例如女性用内衣等加工中所见的那样,需要接合曲线状部位的情形很多。此外,还有许多使用具有伸缩性的纤维布料的情况。对于用于制造加工服装产品的缝纫机,也希望能应对这种曲线状部位的接合和伸缩性纤维布料的接合。然而,在使用将被加工材料夹在一对电极辊子之间沿一定方向进行直线移送的以往的高频缝纫机时,则不能完全应对曲线状部位的接合和伸缩性布料的接合。即,使用一对电极辊子的以往的高频缝纫机能适合于将树脂片这样的非伸缩性被加工材料直线式移送并对重叠部进行粘接加工的情形,但对于将纤维布料作为对象材料、曲线状部位的接合多、多使用伸缩性材料的服装产品的制造加工则不适用,要想将以往的高频缝纫机直接转用于纤维布料的接合,可以说实际上是不可能的。
发明内容
本发明鉴于上述实际情况而作,其目的在于提供如下一种高频缝纫机,不仅能使用高频电来获得可靠且均匀的粘接强度,还能防止产生烧坏或破洞等不合格制品的制造加工,并且能完全应对曲线状部位和伸缩性纤维布料的粘接。
为实现上述目的,本发明所涉及的高频缝纫机的特征是,包括:安装于缝纫机底座部的上壁部,将在纤维布料的重叠部之间夹有热塑性树脂带条的被加工材料装载成可滑动接触地移动的布料装载板;配置于该布料装载板下部的缝纫机底座部内且交替反复下述两种状态即、与装载于布料装载板上的被加工材料的下表面抵接、沿水平面朝特定的加工进行方向移送该被加工材料的状态和从该被加工材料的下表面离开而停止该被加工材料的移送的状态的间歇移送装置;与该间歇移送装置协同配合,朝所述加工进行方向移送被加工材料,并在停止移送时弹性按压被加工材料且可上下往复移动的压脚;以及配置于所述布料装载板的上部、采用可上下往复移动结构的上部面状电极和设置固定于所述布料装载板下部的缝纫机底座部内、具有与所述布料装载板的上表面齐平的电极面的下部面状电极,在所述间歇移送装置停止移送时,使所述上部面状电极移动到下方,将被加工材料夹在该上部面状电极与下部面状电极之间,在该状态下,通过向上部和下部一对面状电极之间通入高频电,以高频介质加热方式使所述热塑性树脂带条熔化,可连续地粘接纤维布料的重叠部。
采用上述结构的本发明的高频缝纫机中,在间歇移送装置与压脚的协同作用下,沿水平面对包含纤维布料的被加工材料进行间歇移送,并在停止该移送时,将通入上下一对的面状电极之间的高频电所产生的热量传递到夹在纤维布料的重叠部之间的热塑性树脂带条,能使树脂带条以面状即以一定面积单位熔化,从而可依次粘接纤维布料的重叠部。此外,还可对同一部位进行反复粘接。由此,通过通入较低的高频电进行反复粘接,不仅能得到可靠且均匀的粘接强度,而且能使高频电所产生的热量分散于一对电极的面接触部,而不会集中于线接触部或点接触部。因此,能避免因高频电产生的热量集中于极小面积部所造成的纤维布料烧坏或破洞(穿孔)等不良部位的产生,不仅能获得如前所述那样的可靠且均匀的粘接强度,且即使对象材料是抗热性差的纤维布料,也能可靠地制造加工出品质优良的服装制品。
并且,由于作为被加工材料的移送装置采用的是利用间歇移送装置与压脚协同配合的移送装置,其中,所述间歇移送装置在与被加工材料的下表面抵接、沿水平面朝特定的加工进行方向移送该被加工材料的状态和从该被加工材料的下表面离开而停止该被加工材料移送的状态间交替反复,所述压脚在该间隙性移送装置进行移送时,为使被加工材料不上浮而将该被加工材料按压于被加工材料装载板侧,因此,在停止送料时,可克服压脚的按压力任意进行被加工材料的方向转换,并不限定于直线,还可容易地进行自由的曲线移送。即使在将具有伸缩性的纤维布料作为对象的情形下,也能在保持自然的状态下进行移送,而不会对纤维布料作用过度的夹压力。即,也能完全应对曲线状部位和伸缩性纤维布料的粘接。因此,能提供一种对于曲线状部位多或多使用具有伸缩性的纤维布料的服装产品制造加工来说非常适合且实用的高频缝纫机。
本发明所涉及的高频缝纫机中,作为间歇移送装置,最好是采用如下结构的间隙性移送装置,即由配置于所述装载板上形成的切槽状长孔内的送布牙和使该送布牙在所述切槽状长孔内沿上下方向及水平方向进行合成循环运动的送布牙驱动机构所构成。
该情形下,作为以往公知的普通缝制式缝纫机所具备的由送布牙和送布牙驱动机构构成的众所周知的间歇移送装置,可将原已确立的制造技术及组装技术原封不动地加以有效利用。因此,可大幅度降低开发、制造高频缝纫机专用且特铢的间隙性移送装置且为了组装该装置而将缝纫机底座部改变成与缝制式缝纫机的结构大不同的结构时的设计方面、生产方面的负担。其结果是,能获得一种能实现高频缝纫机整体的生产性的提高和生产成本的降低、且性能和品质优良的高频缝纫机。
此外,本发明所涉及的高频缝纫机中,最好采用将所述压脚兼用于所述上部和下部一对面状电极中的上部面状电极的结构。
该情形下,由于与间歇移送装置协同间歇移送被加工材料的压脚本身兼用于上部面状电极,故不需要在压脚之外另设上部电极。因此,能减少构成构件,也不需要在压脚的存在部位再另配置固定上部电极或为使压脚绝缘化而花费特殊的工夫,能容易地实现整体结构的进一步简化和成本的进一步降低。
此外,本发明所涉及的高频缝纫机中,最好将所述被加工材料装载板及间歇移送装置中的与被加工材料下表面抵接的抵接部及送布牙由包含工程塑料的电绝缘性及耐热性材料构成。
该情形下,不仅能充分地确保被加工材料装载板及与间歇移送装置中的与被加工材料下表面抵接的抵接部及送布牙的结构强度,而且耐磨损性、耐腐蚀性、电绝缘性和耐热性也优良,能提高通入高频电条件下使用的各构件的耐久性。
此外,本发明所涉及的高频缝纫机中,最好是在所述上部和下部一对面状电极中分别附设有预热用加热器。
该情形下,由于在间歇移送装置停止送料时,可通过预热将上下电极保持在规定的温度,因此,不仅能将通入电极的高频电尽量设定成低值,从而能更可靠地防止电火花的发生,而且能可靠地将树脂带条熔化,从而稳定地得到规定的粘接强度。
此外,本发明所涉及的高频缝纫机中,由压脚构成上部面状电极,最好在构成所述上部面状电极的压脚与以固定状态安装于缝纫机主体来对预热该压脚的预热用加热器进行保持的加热器保持台之间,嵌装有将两者连接成可上下相对滑动的热传导性构件。
该情形下,能尽量抑制压脚(上部电极)的重量增加,使移送被加工材料的作用更加顺畅,且能容易地进行用于曲线移送的操作,还能通过热传导性构件将预热用加热器的热量高效地传递到压脚,能防止因电极的预热效果所引起的电火花发生,并能确保稳定性良好的粘接强度。
此外,本发明所涉及的高频缝纫机中,在从与加工进行方向的正交方向观察时,所述缝纫机底座部的外廓可形成为大致筒状。此外,包含所述被加工材料装载板在内,底座面整体也可形成大致呈长方形的平面的形状。
如前者,在使用外廓形成为大致筒状、即具有筒形底座的缝纫机的情形下,例如在对袖口或领口等较小的筒状部位进行粘接时,被加工材料的操作非常方便。此外,如后者,在使用底座面整体形成大致呈长方形的平面的形状、即平直底座型缝纫机的情形下,在对尺寸大且不易操作的被加工材料进行粘接时,能稳定性良好地将被加工材料支承在大面积平直的底座面上,能可靠地进行规定的粘接。
其它本发明的特征结构及由其产生的效果可在以下说明的实施方式中得以明确。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1是表示本发明的高频缝纫机的一实施方式的整体外观立体图,图2是上述缝纫机主要部分的放大立体图,图3是上述缝纫机主要部分的放大纵剖面侧视图。在这些图1~图3中,符号1是缝纫机主体,该缝纫机主体1由缝纫机机臂部2和缝纫机底座部3构成。
从与加工进行方向X正交的方向看时,所述缝纫机底座部3的外廓形成为大致方筒状。在该大致方筒状的缝纫机底座部3的上壁部安装有将包含缝制布料W的被加工材料H装载成可滑动接触地移动的被加工材料装载板(该构件相当于通常一般性缝制式缝纫机中的针板)4和滑板5。被加工材料装载板4和滑板5的上表面与缝纫机底座部3的上壁部的上表面大致齐平。所述被加工材料装载板4采用例如聚酰胺、聚缩醛、ABS、聚碳酸酯等结构材料,并由具有耐磨损性、耐腐蚀性、电绝缘性和耐热性的材料即工程塑料构成。
如图2和图6所示,在所述被加工材料装载板4中贯穿形成有相互平行的四列切槽状长孔6。在该四列切槽状长孔6中,位于被加工材料装载板4的宽度方向中央部的二列切槽状长孔6a在其长度方向的中间位置上,隔有后述的下部面状正电极16的设置用孔7,在加工进行方向X上被分割成前后二段。在所述四列长孔6内设置有送布牙8,该送布牙8通过水平方向运动与上下方向运动的组合(合成循环运动),将装载于被加工材料装载板4上的被加工材料H沿着水平面朝特定方向、即加工进行方向X间歇地移送。如图4所示,所述送布牙8由具有在分割为前后二段的切槽状长孔6a的前部长孔部分内运动的短送布牙8a的前送布牙8A和具有在切槽状长孔6a的后部长孔部分内运动的短送布牙8b的后送布牙8B构成。这些前送布牙8A和后送布牙8B采用例如聚酰胺、聚缩醛、ABS、聚碳酸酯等结构材料,并由具有耐磨损性、耐腐蚀性、电绝缘性和耐热性的材料即工程塑料构成。此外,这些前送布牙8A和后送布牙8B被止动螺钉10A、10B固定在设置于被加工材料装载板4下部的缝纫机底座部3内的前送布牙安装台9A和后送布牙安装台9B上。
所述前送布牙安装台9A和后送布牙安装台9B与组装于缝纫机底座部3内的驱动机构连动式连结,以使前送布牙8A和后送布牙8B反复进行上述合成循环运动。该送布牙驱动机构具有与普通缝制式缝纫机中采用的结构完全相同的结构,为大家所知,故省略其驱动机构的具体结构的说明。
通过上述送布牙8(前送布牙8A和后送布牙8B)和送布牙驱动机构,构成使被加工材料H交替反复朝加工进行方向X移送的状态和停止移送状态的间歇移送装置。
另外,作为被加工材料装载板4的构成材料,最好是使用由聚酯、醚、酮类树脂组成的超级工程塑料。此时,能进一步提高被加工材料装载板4的耐热性和耐磨损性。
此外,作为前送布牙8A和后送布牙8B的构成材料,也最好使用由聚酯、醚、酮类树脂组成的超级工程塑料。此时,能进一步提高前送布牙8A和后送布牙8B的耐热性和耐磨损性。
在所述被加工材料装载板4的上部,与所述送布牙8的前送布牙8A和后送布牙8B相对的部位配置有压脚12,该压脚12与这些送布牙8(送布牙8的前送布牙8A和后送布牙8B)协同配合,将被加工材料H朝加工进行方向X移送,且为使被加工材料H不上浮,通过弹簧11的弹力将被加工材料H按压于送布牙8侧。该压脚12通过安装配件14固定于可上下往复移动(升降)地支承于缝纫机机臂部2的前端部的压杆13的下端部。该压杆13采用可升降移动的结构,通过组装于缝纫机机臂部2内的驱动机构,在所述送布牙8起送料作用时上升移动,解除对被加工材料H的按压,在停止送料时下降移动,通过压脚12弹性地按压被加工材料H。
压杆13的升降移动用驱动机构具有与普通缝制式缝纫机中采用的结构完全相同的结构,为大家所知,故省略其驱动机构的具体结构的说明。
所述压脚12的按压面12a至少具有送布牙8的送料作用宽度以上的宽度,且朝加工进行方向X形成得较长。此外,如图5所示,在该压脚12的侧面连接有从由高频振荡器和高频匹配装置构成的高频电源(未图示)导出的负电极线15。由此,压脚12兼用于从高频电源通入高频电的一对电极中的上部面状负电极。
如图2和图6所示,在所述被加工材料装载板4下部的缝纫机底座部3的内部,固定有朝上方开放的电极安装台17。在该电极安装台17的上表面部形成有凹槽17a。在凹槽17a内,下沉式嵌合有侧面部与从所述高频电源(未图示)导出的正电极线19连接的下部面状正电极16,且通过止动螺钉18固定于电极安装台17。
下部面状正电极16被设置固定成具有一定面积的电极面16a靠近所述被加工材料装载板4中形成的设置用孔7,且与被加工材料装载板4的上表面齐平。
此外,如图2和图5所示,在通过止动螺钉29固定于所述缝纫机机臂部2的安装台20上,通过止动螺钉22固定有工程塑料制的绝缘块21。在通过止动螺钉23固定于该绝缘块21的筒式加热器保持台24上,插入保持有预热用筒式加热器25,并连接有接地线26。此外,在预热用筒式加热器保持台24中形成有分叉状的上下滑动槽24a,另一方面,在由所述压脚兼用的上部面状负电极12的上表面,通过止动螺钉28固定有具有可卡合于所述上下滑动槽24a内的卡合片部27a的热传导性构件27。将该热传导性构件27的卡合片部27a可上下方向相对滑动地卡合于预热用筒式加热器保持台24的上下滑动槽24a内,藉此,通过热传导性构件27能始终将所述预热用筒式加热器25产生的预热(加热)热量传递到面状负电极12,将该负电极12保持在高温。
此外,如图6所示,在固定于所述电极安装台17的下部面状正电极16的水平基端部16b内,插入保持有预热用筒式加热器28。由此,能始终将预热用筒式加热器28产生的预热(加热)热量传递到面状正电极16,从而可将该正电极16保持在高温。
另外,为了将所述上部面状负电极12和下部面状正电极16的预热温度反馈控制在一定温度,在预热用筒式加热器保持台24的侧面安装热(温度)传感器30,而在下部面状正电极16的侧面安装热(温度)传感器31。
采用上述那样结构的高频缝纫机中,如图2和图3所示,在被加工材料装载板4的跟前部位,例如将纤维布料W的端部折返使其上下重叠,并在该重叠端部之间夹入表里双面形成粘接面的热塑性树脂带条即热熔带条(例如日东纺会社的商标名称“グンヒュ-ズ”)T,从而预先准备好被加工材料H。
将该准备好的被加工材料H装载(定位)于被加工材料装载板4的上表面,开始缝纫机的旋转。于是,在送布牙8(送布牙8的前送布牙8A和后送布牙8B)的合成运动与压脚12的上下往复运动的协同作用下,将被加工材料H沿着水平面朝规定的加工进行方向X间歇地移送。此外,在每次移送停止时,从高频电源向上下一对面状电极12、16之间通入高频电,对一对面状电极12、16加热,从而使夹入于纤维布料W的重叠端部之间的热可塑性树脂带条T以一定面积单位熔化,通过该熔化的带条T使纤维布料W的重叠端部相互间依次粘接,并反复对同一部位进行粘接。
由于通过这种以一定面积单位的面接触状态熔化的热可塑性树脂带条T使纤维布料W的重叠端部相互间粘接,因此,即使是为了获得可靠且均匀的粘接强度而向一对电极12、16通入较高的高频电,也能使该高值的高频电产生的热量分散于一对电极12、16的面接触部,而不会集中于线接触部或点接触部。由此,能避免因热量集中于极小面积部所引起的纤维布料W的烧坏、破洞(穿孔)等不良部位的产生。因此,不存在因热集中造成的不良部位的产生,能获得可靠且均匀的粘接强度,且即使被加工材料H是抗热性差的纤维布料W,也能可靠且稳定地制造加工出品质优良的制品。
此外,由于被加工材料H的移送装置是利用送布牙8与压脚12的协同配合的移送装置,因此,并不限定于直线移送,还可容易地进行任意的曲线移送,其中,所述送布牙8通过水平运动与上下运动的组合,沿着被加工材料装载板4上表面的水平面朝加工进行方向X进行间歇移送,所述压脚12在该送布牙8进行移送时,为使包含纤维布料W的被加工材料H不上浮而将其按压于被加工材料装载板4一侧。此外,即使是使用具有伸缩性的纤维布料W的情形,也能在保持自然的状态下进行移送,而不会对该布料W施加过度的夹压力。由此,即使是曲线状部位多或经常使用具有伸缩性的纤维布料的服装产品,也完全能应对,能可靠且稳定地进行规定的粘接加工。
此外,如上述实施方式所述,由于压脚12本身兼用于上部面状电极,故不需要在压脚12之外另设置上部电极。由此,不仅能减少构成构件,也不需要在压脚12的存在部位再配置固定上部电极,或在压脚的电绝缘性上进行特殊结构的研究。藉此,使整体结构更加简化,还可容易地实现成本降低。
特别是如上述实施方式所述,在被加工材料装载板4和送布牙8由工程塑料或超级工程塑料之类的耐磨损性、电绝缘性及耐热性优良的材料构成的情形下,不仅能充分地确保这些被加工材料装载板4和送布牙8的结构强度,且由于耐磨损性、耐腐蚀性、电绝缘性和耐热性也优良,能提高在通入高频电条件下使用的各构件4、8的耐久性。
此外,如上述实施方式所述,在所述一对面状电极12、16中分别附设预热用筒式加热器25、28的情形下,即使在送布牙8发挥送料作用时,也可利用预热将上下电极12、16保持在高温。因此,在送料停止时,尽量将通入电极12、16的高频电设定成较低值,能更可靠地防止因过度加热所引起的烧坏等情形的发生,并始终可靠地将树脂带条T熔化,能稳定地获得规定的粘接强度。
此外,在采用将上述压脚12兼用于上部面状电极的结构的情形下,在兼用于上部面状电极的压脚12与固定于缝纫机机臂2且对预热该压脚12的预热用筒式加热器25进行保持的筒式加热器保持台29之间,嵌装能将所述12、29连接成可上下相对滑动的热传导性构件27,藉此,能尽量抑制压脚(上部电极)12的重量增加,使包含纤维布料W的被加工材料H的移送作用顺畅,且便于克服压脚12的重量所进行的曲线移送操作,还能通过热传导性构件27将预热用筒式加热器25的热量更有效地传递到压脚12,能防止因电极12的预热效果所引起的烧坏等情形的发生,并能确保稳定性良好的粘接强度。
此外,在上述实施方式中,公开了压脚12本身兼用于上部面状电极的例子,但也可除压脚12外另设上部面状电极。该情形下,压脚12采用工程塑料或超级工程塑料等结构材料,并由耐磨损性、电绝缘性和耐热性优良的材料构成,此外,还需要使上部面状电极与压脚12的升降进行同步升降的机构。
此外,在上述实施方式中,对于作为间歇移送装置采用以水平方向运动与上下方向运动组合的方式进行合成循环运动的送布牙8的例子进行了说明,但不限定于此例,例如也可一直对多条并列的带突起的带式传送器进行驱动,使所述带突起的带式传送器通过布料装载板4上形成的长孔进行升降,藉此,可使被加工材料H在朝加工进行方向X进行移送的状态与移送停止状态之间进行交替切换。
此外,在上述实施方式中,作为上下预热用加热器,使用的是筒式加热器,但不限定于此例,也可采用将电热式加热器等固定式组装的结构。
此外,在上述实施方式中,对应用于从与加工进行方向X正交的方向观察时缝纫机底座部3的外廓形成为大致方筒状的、具有筒式底座的缝纫机、即筒式缝纫机的例子作了说明。该情形下,例如在对各种服装的袖口、领口等较小的筒状部位进行粘接时,通过将该筒状部位从前方插入筒形的缝纫机底座部3,使该筒状部位绕缝纫机底座部3转动地进行间歇移送,从而能进行规定的粘接作业,非常便于包含纤维布料的被加工材料的处理。
此外,本发明并不限定于适用上述实施方式中说明的简式缝纫机,如图7所示,也可应用于缝纫机底座部3的底座面3A整体形成为大致呈长方形平面的形状、即平直底座型缝纫机。该情形下,例如在对尺寸大、不易操作的纤维布料的长尺寸部位进行粘接时,能将被加工材料整体稳定性良好地支承于大面积的平直底座面3A,能可靠且容易地进行规定的粘接。

Claims (6)

1.一种高频缝纫机,其特征在于,包括:
安装在缝纫机底座部的上壁部,并将在纤维布料重叠部之间夹有热塑性树脂带条的被加工材料装载成可滑动接触地移动的被加工材料装载板;
配置于该被加工材料装载板下部的缝纫机底座部内,且交替反复下述两种状态、即与装载于被加工材料装载板上的被加工材料下表面抵接并沿水平面朝特定的加工进行方向移送该被加工材料的状态和从该被加工材料的下表面离开而停止该被加工材料移送的状态的间歇移送装置;
配置于所述加工材料装载板的上部,与该间歇移送装置协同配合地朝所述加工进行方向移送被加工材料,并在停止移送时弹性按压被加工材料的能上下往复移动的压脚;以及
由所述压脚兼用、能上下往复移动且具有电极面的上部面状电极和设置固定于所述被加工材料装载板下部的缝纫机底座部内、具有与所述被加工材料装载板的上表面齐平且与所述上部面状电极的电极面相对的电极面的下部面状电极,所述上部面状电极的电极面具有所述间歇移送装置的送料作用宽度以上的宽度,
所述间歇移送装置由配置于所述被加工材料装载板上形成的切槽状长孔内的送布牙和使该送布牙在所述切槽状长孔内沿上下方向及水平方向进行合成循环运动的送布牙驱动机构所构成,
在所述间歇移送装置停止移送时,使所述上部面状电极移动到下方,将被加工材料夹在该上部面状电极与下部面状电极之间,在此状态下,通过向上下一对面状电极之间通入高频电,以高频介质加热方式使所述热塑性树脂带条熔化,能连续地粘接纤维布料的重叠部。
2.如权利要求1所述的高频缝纫机,其特征在于,
所述被加工材料装载板及间歇移送装置中与被加工材料下表面抵接的送布牙由包含工程塑料的电绝缘性及耐热性材料构成。
3.如权利要求1所述的高频缝纫机,其特征在于,
在所述上下一对面状电极中分别附设有预热用加热器。
4.如权利要求1所述的高频缝纫机,其特征在于,
在从加工进行方向的正交方向观察时,所述缝纫机底座部的外廓形成为大致筒状。
5.如权利要求1所述的高频缝纫机,其特征在于,
所述缝纫机底座部中,包括所述被加工材料装载板在内的底座面整体形成大致呈长方形的平面的形状。
6.如权利要求1所述的高频缝纫机,其特征在于,
在兼用作所述上部面状电极的压脚与以固定状态安装于缝纫机主体来对预热该压脚的预热用加热器进行保持的加热器保持台之间,嵌装有将两者连接成能上下相对滑动的热传导性构件。
