Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及药物混合系统,总的且具体涉及一种具有改进的连接特征的瓶适配器,用于将其连接至瓶。
背景技术
药物混合系统在本领域中是公知的。在转让给本申请的当前受让人的已公开的PCT专利申请WO2005/041846中描述了一种具体的药物混合系统,该申请的公开内容通过参考结合在此。药物混合系统可从Teva Medical有限公司商业获得,并以Tevadaptor品牌名销售。其为用于安全混合和给药危险静脉注射药物的系统。Tevadaptor最小化危险药物成分的暴露风险,并且消除针刺伤害的风险。这一药物混合系统目的在于与鲁尔(luer)配合注射器一起使用,并对处理有毒药物(诸如抗肿瘤药物)特别有用。

注射器适配器元件可以具有与注射器的内容物流体连通的针头。针头通常不向外突出,而是由隔膜密封在注射器适配器元件内部。注射器适配器元件可被旋拧到注射器的鲁尔锁定尖端上。注射器适配器元件的针头那时与注射器的内容物流体连通。
类似地,瓶适配器元件可具有与瓶的内容物流体连通并被隔膜密封的钉。瓶可被推压到瓶适配器元件上,其中瓶适配器元件的钉刺穿瓶的隔膜。然后瓶适配器元件可被推压至注射器适配器元件上,其中注射器适配器元件的针头刺穿注射器适配器元件的隔膜以及瓶注射器组件。这允许流体自注射器通过注射器适配器元件的针头和瓶适配器元件的钉而流至瓶中。
在将瓶充满所期望的量的流体之后,瓶适配器组件可与注射器适配器元件分离。在分离期间,注射器适配器元件的针头由弹性隔膜密封。以这种方式,没有流体会向外滴出。
发明内容
本发明寻求为药物混合系统提供进一步的特征,具体是一种具有改进连接特征的、用于将瓶连接到其的瓶适配器,如在下文所进一步详细描述的。
因此,根据本发明的实施例提供一种瓶适配器元件,所述瓶适配器元件用于在药物混合系统中使用,其包括:主体;瓶连接端口,所述瓶连接端口自主体延伸;中空的瓶刺穿钉(可选地是被安装至形成于主体内的沉孔中),所述中空的瓶刺穿钉突入瓶连接端口,并与自主体延伸的注射器适配器元件连接端口流体连通,以及多个弹性榫舌,所述多个弹性榫舌围绕主体的内壁间隔开,所述榫舌位于形成在主体的内壁中的间隙中(例如,每个榫舌可选地是包括终止于一斜切凸缘的悬臂)。偏压装置可选地是被置于沉孔中,用于产生朝向弹性榫舌的偏压力。
根据本发明的实施例,主体包括向外延伸的近端边沿。悬臂可沿主体的内壁延伸。悬臂可与主体的内壁一样厚,并且斜切凸缘可比悬臂厚。
根据本发明的实施例,每个斜切凸缘朝主体的中心径向延伸,并位于形成于主体内的切口的近端。
根据本发明的实施例,偏压装置包括卷簧。作为选择,根据本发明的另一实施例,偏压装置包括柔性柱状元件,所述柔性柱状元件具有供钉穿过的孔。

具体实施方式
现参考图1,图中示出根据本发明的实施例构造和操作的瓶适配器元件10。瓶适配器元件10可由任何合适的耐用材料制成,例如由医用安全金属或塑料制成。
瓶适配器元件10可包含瓶连接端口12,具体描述如下。中空的瓶刺穿钉14突入瓶连接端口12的中部。钉14置于沉孔28中,沉孔例如能作为主体17的部分一体模制。
钉14与注射器适配器元件连接端口16流体连通。如本领域所公知的那样,诸如在PCT专利申请WO2005/041846中,注射器适配器元件连接端口16包括与钉14流体连通的中空管状部分(未显示)。管状部分在与钉14相对的一端处由隔膜(未显示)覆盖。注射器适配器元件(未显示)具有针头并能被推压至注射器适配器元件连接端口16,在此处注射器适配器元件的针头刺穿端口16的管状部分的隔膜,这实现注射器适配器元件与钉14之间的流体连通,从而与注射器适配器元件连接的注射器(未显示)的内容物(例如呈液态溶液的药物)能流至钉14处,并从那里流入已经预先连接到瓶连接端口12的瓶(未显示)中。
在图1所示的实施例中,瓶连接端口12包括主体17(典型成形为圆杯状),所述主体17具有近端边沿18(近端指距将与端口12连接的瓶最近),边沿18自主体17向外延伸。多个弹性榫舌20围绕主体17的内壁间隔开。每个榫舌20由悬臂22构造而成,所述悬臂22沿主体17的内壁延伸,并终止于一斜切凸缘24。悬臂22能与主体17的壁一样厚(或作为选择具有不同厚度,但与壁的外表面平齐),而斜切凸缘24比悬臂22厚。每个斜切凸缘24朝主体17的中心(即朝钉14)径向延伸,并且位于形成于主体17内的切口26的近端。榫舌20可以围绕主体17等间隔的间隔开,或作为选择,可以围绕所述主体17不等间隔的间隔开。
当将瓶推入瓶连接端口12时,瓶的颈部首先接触斜切凸缘24并且在瓶的颈部推过斜切凸缘24时将所述斜切凸缘24径向向外推。通过分别适当地将悬臂22的惯性力矩设计成在径向向外的方向上相比于轴向方向更大、更小或相等,斜切凸缘24在径向向外的方向上(垂直于钉14的方向)相比于轴向方向(平行于钉14的方向)能够具有更大的弹性、更小的弹性或具有同样的弹性。
在将瓶推入瓶连接端口12之后,钉14刺穿瓶的隔膜并且瓶的头部进入主体17的壁的内径。为了补偿在将瓶连接至端口12时的任何失配的公差,将偏压装备30置于沉孔28处。偏压装置30推动瓶顶着榫舌20的斜切凸缘24,因此确保当从瓶中倒空内容物时的最小残留量。在如图1所示的实施例中,偏压装置30为卷簧,所述卷簧由安全材料制成,例如由金属、弹性体、海绵、泡沫或塑料或者上述任意组合制成。
现在参考图2,图2示出了瓶适配器元件10的另一种形式。在此形式中,瓶适配器元件10包括偏压装置30A,所述偏压装置30A为柔性柱状元件,所述柔性柱状元件具有供钉14穿过的孔。偏压装置30A可由安全弹性体(例如橡胶、硅橡胶等等)或泡沫(例如硅橡胶泡沫等等)制成。
现在参考图3,图3示出了根据本发明另一实施例构造和操作的瓶适配器元件40。瓶适配器元件40与瓶适配器元件10类似,其中相同的元件以相同的数字表示。瓶适配器元件40在固定被推入其中的瓶的弹性榫舌的结构上与瓶适配器10不同。主体17包括从边沿18向内延伸的圆锥形法兰42。多个弹性榫舌44围绕主体17的内壁间隔开。每个榫舌44由悬臂46构造,所述悬臂46从形成在圆锥形法兰42中的切口48的近端垂下。附件50自悬臂46的远端边缘向下延伸,并终止于斜切凸缘52。附件50和凸缘52位于形成于主体17内的切口54中。
现在参考图4,图4示出了根据本发明的另一实施例构造和操作的瓶适配器元件60。瓶适配器元件60与瓶适配器元件10或40类似,其中相同的元件以相同的数字表示。瓶适配器元件60在用于固定被推入其中的瓶的弹性榫舌的结构上与前述实施例不同。多个弹性榫舌62围绕主体17的内壁间隔开。每个榫舌62由悬臂64(在示出的实施例中为U形)构造,所述悬臂64自主体17的基底66向上延伸,并位于形成在主体17内的切口68中。附件70自悬臂64的近端边缘向下延伸并终止于斜切凸缘72。

Claims (11)
1.一种瓶适配器元件(10),所述瓶适配器元件用于在药物混合系统中使用,其包括:
主体(17);
瓶连接端口(12),所述瓶连接端口自所述主体(17)延伸;
中空的瓶刺穿钉(14),所述中空的瓶刺穿钉突入所述瓶连接端口(12),并与自所述主体(17)延伸的注射器适配器元件连接端口(16)流体连通;以及
多个弹性榫舌(20),所述多个弹性榫舌围绕所述主体(17)的内壁间隔开;
其特征在于,所述榫舌(20)每个由悬臂(22)构造而成并位于形成在所述主体(17)的内壁中的切口中,
其中所述主体(17)包括从所述瓶连接端口向外地并且绕所述瓶连接端口连续地延伸的边沿(18)。
2.根据权利要求1的瓶适配器元件(10),进一步包括偏压装置(30A),所述偏压装置布置成产生朝向所述多个弹性榫舌(20)的偏压力。
3.根据权利要求1的瓶适配器元件(10),其中所述悬臂终止于一斜切凸缘,并且所述悬臂(22)沿所述主体(17)的内壁延伸。
4.根据权利要求1的瓶适配器元件(10),其中所述悬臂终止于一斜切凸缘,所述悬臂(22)与所述主体(17)的内壁一样厚,并且所述斜切凸缘比所述悬臂(22)厚。
5.根据权利要求1的瓶适配器元件(10),其中所述悬臂终止于一斜切凸缘,并且每个斜切凸缘朝所述主体(17)的中心径向延伸并位于形成于所述主体(17)内的切口的近端。
6.根据权利要求1的瓶适配器元件(10),其中所述偏压装置(30A)包括卷簧。
7.根据权利要求1的瓶适配器元件(10),其中所述偏压装置(30A)包括柔性柱状元件,所述柔性柱状元件具有供所述钉(14)穿过的孔。
8.根据权利要求2的瓶适配器元件(10),其中所述主体(17)包括自所述边沿(18)向内延伸的圆锥形法兰。
9.根据权利要求8的瓶适配器元件(10),其中所述悬臂终止于一斜切凸缘(24),且每个悬臂(22)从形成在所述圆锥形法兰中的切口的近端垂下,并且有一附件自所述悬臂(22)的远端边缘延伸,所述斜切凸缘(24)自所述附件延伸。
10.根据权利要求1的瓶适配器元件(10),其中所述悬臂终止于一斜切凸缘(24),且每个悬臂(22)自所述主体(17)的基底延伸并位于形成在所述主体(17)内的切口中,并且一附件自所述悬臂(22)的远端边缘延伸,所述斜切凸缘(24)自所述附件延伸。
11.根据权利要求1的瓶适配器元件(10),其中所述中空的瓶刺穿钉(14)被安装在形成于所述主体(17)内的沉孔(28)内,并且所述偏压装置(30,30A)被放置在所述沉孔(28)中。
