Abstract

Description

机动车内燃机EGR回路
技术领域
本发明涉及机动车的内燃机的EGR回路,包括:发动机;燃气排气歧管;涡轮增压器(turbocharger)的涡轮;具有冷却器的排气再循环(EGR)回路;涡轮增压器的压缩机,该压缩机接收排气和冷空气的一部分且在其中混合物的压力增加;接收来自压缩机的空气的发动机的进气歧管。
背景技术
EGR回路用于通过降低燃烧温度、通过减慢氧化剂混合物的燃烧和吸收部分卡路里来降低二氧化氮(nitrogen dioxide)的排放。EGR回路的冷却器使得可以降低高发动机速度(高负荷)时的燃烧温度。
通常,EGR回路包括在涡轮增压器的涡轮下游的低压三通阀和颗粒过滤器,该过滤器用于留住排气中的烟灰(soot),由此被清洁的气体随后再生。
本发明从一特别问题产生,但是该问题已被忽略来限定本发明。
迄今,颗粒过滤器靠近发动机,且甚至并入到发动机中,且EGR阀在排气口的下游。作为EGR阀,具有一个瓣片(单瓣片)的三通阀和具有两个瓣片(双瓣片)的三通阀是已知的,但是比较复杂。
发明内容
申请人提出的问题是颗粒过滤器与发动机的间隔(distancing),也就是说车辆车架下的排气管线的通道,和由此把被清洁气体返回至发动机的问题。
在这种情况下,本申请人提出将单瓣片三通EGR阀从排气口向进气口移动的想法,换句话说从涡轮增压器的涡轮的下游移动到压缩机的上游,但是不将该移动与颗粒过滤器相对于发动机的位置关联。
因此,本发明涉及上述类型的EGR回路,具有用于在涡轮下游清洁排气的颗粒过滤器和低压单瓣片三通阀,所述回路的特征在于,该阀被布置在压缩机的上游,通过其出口连接到压缩机,且在其两个入口处接收冷空气及被清洁和冷却的排气。
根据本发明,三通EGR阀是冷阀且不再是热的,其为低成本阀,具有不再需要被冷却的电子装置。
在本发明的EGR回路的优选实施例中,三通阀和其单瓣片被设置为根据三个模式之一进行操作i)仅冷空气进入发动机;ii)空气和EGR气体的混合物进入;和iii)仅EGR气体进入。

具体实施方式
图1的回路包括车辆发动机1,包括:排气歧管2和其进气歧管3;涡轮增压器4,具有位于排气歧管下游的涡轮5、位于进气歧管上游的压缩机6;位于涡轮5下游的颗粒过滤器7,其在另一侧连接到车辆的消声器;和EGR支线8,在这种情况下该支线包括EGR冷却器9和低压三通阀10,该低压三通阀经由其出口连接到压缩机6,经由其两个入口连接到EGR冷却器9的出口和冷空气入口11。涡轮5被排气旋转,以由此驱动压缩机6,该压缩机在出口处连接到进气歧管3,在这种情况下是经由充水空气冷却器12,该空气冷却器还可通过阀13而被短路。
低压三通阀10包括本体14,该本体连接到第一冷空气入口15、连接到用于被清洁和再生的EGR排气的第二入口16和连接到出口17,该出口被连接到发动机的进气歧管3。本体14在这种情况下具有基本上圆形的横截面,且单个瓣片18被安装在其中以在促动器(未示出)的作用下绕主轴21旋转。瓣片18适于完全地或部分地封闭两个入口15、16中的一个或另一个。促动器由控制系统控制且位置传感器被安装在阀中以确定瓣片18的位置。
在图2中,仅冷空气(15)被摄入进气歧管3。入口16被瓣片18封闭。
在图3中,冷空气(15)和排气(16)的混合物被摄入进气歧管。进气口(inlet)和排气口(exhaust)之间的压降足以确保良好的EGR比。
在图4中,为了增加进气口和排气口之间的压降和确保良好的EGR比,仅排气被摄入进气歧管3。冷空气入口15被瓣片18封闭。
三通阀10可具有不同于本实例的构造而不偏离本发明的范围,特别地,导管15、16、17可在数量和位置方面变化。同样,单瓣片18可具有弯曲形状或具有多个倾斜边缘,这依赖于这些导管15、16、17的配置。

Claims (2)

1.一种机动车的内燃机的EGR回路,包括:发动机(1);燃烧气体排气歧管(2);涡轮增压器(4)的涡轮(5);具有冷却器(9)的排气再循环(EGR)回路(8);涡轮增压器的压缩机(6),用于接收排气和冷空气的一部分,且在该压缩机中,混合物的压力被增加;发动机的进气歧管(3),用于接收来自压缩机的空气;用于在涡轮(5)下游清洁排气的颗粒过滤器(7);和低压单瓣片三通阀,所述回路的特征在于,阀(10)被布置在压缩机(6)的上游,经由其出口(17)连接到该压缩机,以在其两个入口(15、16)处接收冷空气及被清洁和冷却的排气。
2.如权利要求1所述的EGR回路,其中,三通阀(10)和其单瓣片(18)被设置为根据以下三个模式之一进行操作:i)仅冷空气进入发动机;ii)空气和EGR气体的混合物进入;和iii)仅EGR气体进入。
