技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车的内燃机的混合阀,其具有:布置在进气通道中的进气阀瓣和布置在排气通道中的排气阀瓣,其中进气通道和排气通道通到共同的收集通道中;和用于驱动进气阀瓣和排气阀瓣的驱控装置,并且其中在第一位置中关闭排气通道和开启进气通道;以及与排气阀瓣的控制杆和进气阀瓣的控制杆耦合的耦合装置。
背景技术
这种混合阀通常使用在目前的机动车的内燃机的排气再循环系统中并且从实践中是已知的。进气阀瓣和排气阀瓣的运动这样来控制,即排气阀瓣从第一位置起利用驱控装置的驱控信号线性地开启。然而进气阀瓣首先保持在第一位置中,并且超过预设的驱控信号才被关闭。通过这两个控制杆的耦合来满足唯一的驱动器。耦合装置具有带无效行程的带动件,在排气阀瓣的控制杆的预设偏转之后,该带动件才带动进气阀瓣的控制杆。此外,带动件具有用于使进气阀瓣预紧的弹簧件。然而已知的混合阀因此具有结构上的高花费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,如此改进一种开头所述类型的混合阀,以使得该混合阀需要少量的构件并且具有高稳定性。
根据本发明,这个目的通过以下方式来实现,即耦合装置具有构造用于直接传递控制杆的运动的耦合杆,并且在第一位置中,排气阀瓣的控制杆和耦合杆彼此成钝角地布置,并且进气阀瓣的控制杆和耦合杆彼此成锐角地布置。
通过这个设计方案,从第一位置出发,耦合杆的偏转导致排气阀瓣的控制杆的运动明显大于进气阀瓣的控制杆的运动。因此在运动时首先排气通道开启的程度大于进气通道的关闭的程度。从所述的位置起,在耦合杆的运动开始时,排气通道开启,而进气通道的横截面的并不显著地改变。因此首先相对于排气通道的开启运动延迟地进行进气通道的关闭运动。通过在排气阀瓣和进气阀瓣之间直接地传递运动,阐明了在根据本发明的混合阀的构件中不需要无效行程、阻尼部件或弹簧部件。因此混合阀具有非常高的稳定性并且由非常少的构件组成。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,有助于在开启排气通道时进一步延迟关闭进气通道的是,从第一位置出发这样布置控制杆和耦合杆,以使得排气阀瓣的运动和进气阀瓣的运动反向地进行,并且在部分运动之后同向地进行。因此排气阀瓣的运动和进气阀瓣的运动划分到两个子区域中、即在第一子区域和第二子区域中,在该第一子区域中反向地进行运动,在该第二子区域中同向地进行运动。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当排气阀瓣的控制杆在第一位置中处于死点之前时,可以简单地产生进气阀瓣的运动翻转,其中在该死点处控制杆与耦合杆构成一条直线。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当进气阀瓣的控制杆的长度与排气阀瓣的控制杆的长度不同时,可以简单地设定进气阀瓣的偏转范围。通过这个设计方案,排气阀瓣可以从完全闭合的位置偏转到完全开启的位置中,而进气阀瓣可以从完全开启的位置仅仅偏转到部分闭合的位置中。当进气阀瓣的控制杆比排气阀瓣的控制杆短时,实现了这种运动。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当驱控装置具有用于驱动排气阀瓣的伺服电动机时,可以简单地避免阻碍耦合杆在死点处连同控制杆的运动。通过这个设计方案确定了运动从排气阀瓣经过控制杆和耦合杆传递到进气阀瓣上的方向。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当排气通道与进气通道成直角地布置时,当在第一位置中排气阀瓣近似平行于进气阀瓣地布置时,并且当所述控制杆朝向彼此时,这个混合阀设计为在结构上是非常简单的。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出具有进气管路2和排气管路3的内燃机1。进气管路2具有进气通道4,通过该进气通道从周围环境吸入空气。排气通道5从排气管路3经过混合阀导入进气管路2中。混合阀6将进气通道4和排气通道5一起导向收集通道7。收集通道7直接通向内燃机1。具有伺服电机9的驱控装置8实现了对混合阀6的调节。
图2示出混合阀6以及进气通道4的、排气通道5的和收集通道7的子区域的放大的截面图。进气阀瓣10布置在进气通道4中,在所示的第一位置中,该进气阀瓣几乎完全开启。在所示的第一位置中,布置在排气通道5中的排气阀瓣11完全闭合。控制杆12,13分别固定在进气阀瓣10和排气阀瓣11的轴上。控制杆12,13通过耦合装置14与耦合杆15连接。在混合阀6的所示的第一位置中,耦合杆15与排气阀瓣11的控制杆13构成钝角,而耦合杆15与进气阀瓣10的控制杆12构成锐角。在逆时针地驱动排气阀瓣11的控制杆13时,耦合杆15偏转并且在进气阀瓣10的控制杆12的方向上移动直到在图3中所示的死点处。因此进气阀瓣10顺时针地偏转。
在图3中,排气阀瓣11的控制杆13连同耦合杆15处于所示的死点处。在这个死点处,排气阀瓣11的控制杆13与耦合杆15构成一条直线。这表明了进气阀瓣10的返回点。
如果把排气阀瓣11的控制杆13从图3的位置起继续逆时针地偏转,那么进气阀瓣10同样通过耦合杆15顺时针地跟着偏转。进气阀瓣10和排气阀瓣11在这个运动期间的位置在图4中示出。在图2至4中示出轴投影W。这个轴投影W表明了进气通道4通过未示出的轴的横截面变窄,进气阀瓣10固定在该轴上。
在图5中示出混合阀6的最终位置,在该最终位置中,排气通道5完全开启。进气通道4部分地闭合。通过控制杆12,13的长度关系可以设定在这个最终位置中的进气阀瓣10的位置点。

Claims (6)

6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的混合阀,其特征在于,所述排气通道(5)与所述进气通道(4)成直角地布置,即在所述第一位置中所述排气阀瓣(11)近似平行于所述进气阀瓣(10)地布置并且所述控制杆(12,13)朝向彼此。
